I must be on a Kuroinu binge or something because I have three new ideas for stories for this infamous h-doujin/hentai series. And whichever this one is in release order is one of them. In all three ideas, I did check previously created stories on this site to see if my ideas were inspired by anyone else and they are not. As far as the site is concerned, these are all of my ideas.

This particular idea is one that randomly popped into my head while I was working on a Legend of Zelda pilot that's completely different than this. This specific pilot idea involves the ending of Breath of the Wild where during the sealing of Calamity Ganon both Link and Zelda end up in a far-away land much darker in reality than the Wilds they left behind. One where they need to find allies against the new threats they find themselves against. Now, I don't intend this to be some kind of fic where Zelda gets captured by the Black Dogs and turned into an ahegao-faced slut for them while Link looks on in horror as he's forced to watch, nah that's not my style. NTR/cuckoldry ain't my shit, yo. Though, it may be a fun thing for us, the audience, to see Zelda fend off the Princess Knights' attraction to Link as he is hers. I'll think about that. Now, some of you may recognize the opening in this, mainly because I ripped it from my other LoZ fic where the end battle was used between Link and Dark Beast Gannon. I wrote it, may as well reuse it as needed.

Summary: After re-awakening after one hundred years after falling in battle, Link holds off the Calamity long enough for Princess Zelda to seal it away, hopefully forever. However, for the young duo, this had an unforeseen consequence: they end up in a land much darker than the Wilds. One where the army of a fledgling state is invading those it once was allies of to commit unspeakable horrors on the targeted populace. Horrors that may befall both of them if they cannot find allies to fight off the army of Black Dogs.

Pairing: Link/Zelda

Rating: M in this pilot, possible higher rating if this goes farther than this pilot.

Disclaimer: I own nothing other than my copy of MS Word and my desktop. The Legend of Zelda belongs to Nintendo and Kuroinu belongs to the appropriate rights holders for the visual novel, manga, and anime adaptation respectively. See the foreword for the full disclaimer.

WARNING: As with all my other Kuroinu-based fics, if you do not like this property or do not like the subject material that gets covered by it, I would pass by this fic entirely. At this specific moment in time, I do not know how far this story will go, so please keep this in mind.

This was it; this was the moment he was waiting for. Link summoned Revali's Gale and flew into the sky with the assistance of the glider he got from the specter of King of Hyrule. Time slowed for him as he let go of the glider and pulled out the Bow of Light and aimed it at the physical manifestation of Calamity Ganon's boar-like form's head. Or, more specifically, the giant orange angry-looking eye in the middle of its forehead. As the light arrow hit the eye, the Calamity reeled in pain and started to thrash about. Link landed on the ground in a roll. Something definitely got dislocated on impact. As he did, his eye exploded in a bright flash of golden light and that light flew into the sky in an orb before landing on the ground. The orb cleared to reveal a blonde-haired woman wearing a white dress. Link recognized her as Princess Zelda, a young woman that he only saw in his fragmented memories.

She glowed with an otherworldly golden light. He had seen this once before, that being when she had stood in front of him against an onslaught of Guardians and brought forth her Power of the Goddess to destroy them. The Calamity roared at her in an attempt to scare her off, but she didn't budge. She didn't even blink twice at him. Link felt a primordial fear but stood firm in his placement. The Calamity roared again and rose into the sky like it had been before Link had activated the first Sheikah Tower, and it charged at Zelda. She started to glow brighter until it was borderline blinding and he had to cover his eyes. In the corner of his eye, he could have sworn he saw the mythical Triforce appear in front of her. A gold sphere started to grow from it until it encompassed the Calamity in what would be best described as a golden sun. The golden sun then shrank into nothingness. The Calamity was gone.

The red sky that had been influenced by the Calamity's Malice had slowly changed back to the blue sky that he had remembered from his fragmented memories as well as mere hours before he faced the Calamity in the heart of Hyrule Castle. "I've been keeping watch over you all this time…," Zelda began as Link started to approach her, the Master Sword returned to its place on the small of his back. "I've witnessed your struggles to return to us as well as your trials in battle." Her voice was even more melodious in person. "I always thought- no, I always believed- that you would find a way to defeat Ganon." She turned around to face him. "I never lost faith in you over all these many years… Thank you, Link… the Hero of Hyrule."

"Thank you, your highness," Link responded. It was the only thing he could say, her voice matched her physical beauty.

"May I ask, do you really remember me?" she asked hopefully.

"A bit, I went to the places that were shown in the images on the Slate," Link replied as he pulled out the Slate. "I remembered the things and places before all of this. But not everything," he admitted.

"That is alright, your memories will come back in due time," Zelda replied. As she looked away from her knight, something was off. "Something's not right," she muttered.

"What is it?" Link asks as he too starts to look around. It was then, looking behind her, he knew what was wrong: there was no Hyrule Castle! He looked at the tablet and saw a single line of text: 'No signal found.' There were two buttons he could press, 'troubleshoot' and 'close.' He pressed 'troubleshoot' and a circle appeared and disappeared, a new message took its place. 'Please re-enter Tower range.' "I don't think we're in Hyrule anymore," Link muttered aloud. After all, if they were in Hyrule he would have been able to see the entirety of the map, he had gone out of his way to activate each tower just in case he needed to.

"What?" Zelda said as she too noticed the lack of a castle and looked down to see the same message Link had seen. Link almost asked if she was going to ask how he got the Slate to work, but then again, she was astroprojecting her voice to him and knew it worked so he decided against that. "How did-?" she paused as she started to speak. "Calamity Ganon!" she exclaimed in realization. "I think I know what he did. When I banished him, he banished us as well. As for where I do not know."

Link put away the Slate and observed the current placement of the sun. "We need to seek shelter for the night," Link commented. He took a few steps forward and summoned Revali's Gale and soared straight up into the air. In the hyperfocused slow-motion he called 'bullet time' he pulled out the Slate and while rotating snapped pictures to form a panoramic view of the area. He landed on the ground, pulling out the glider he had been gifted at the last minute. How he deployed and put it away was still a mystery to him. Shiekah magic, if he were to guess with how it interacted with his other equipment as to how it digitized his extra things. Landing on the ground he brought up the photo album and browsed the several dozen pictures from his panoramic shot. He pointed to a settlement and angled the Slate to show Zelda. "There."

Zelda looked to see the settlement. It appeared to be a medium-sized settlement, maybe a few hundred at most villagers. The construction didn't look like any of the building types that were standard both pre- and post-Calamity Ganon one hundred years ago. They were definitely in a different land; the only question is where they were. "Based on how high Revali's blessing sent you, I estimate the village to be a several hours' walk from here. Maybe six or seven miles away."

Link whistled and a horse appeared wearing the same armor set that he had slaved away with Robbie to create which also looked like the hostile Guardians that he had destroyed many of. To say that his horse appearing had surprised him was an understatement. "I'm confused…"

"As am I. Does this mean we're on a completely different continent or does Sheikah technology transcend worlds?" Zelda pondered.

"We'll have to ponder about that later, for now, we should find shelter in that village." Zelda nodded in agreement. Link helped her up on the shockingly comfortable saddle and he took a seat behind her. With one whip of the reigns, the horse was off, Link guiding it towards the village. As they traveled at a lax pace, Link noticed Zelda's back leaning into his chest. "Are you alright?"

There was a pause before she answered. "I'm sorry, I'm a bit tired. And cold," she admitted.

"I understand, holding back Calamity Ganon for one hundred years must have been exhausting," Link nodded. He reached into the horse's pouch and pulled out the traveling cloak that he had purchased back in Kakariko Village. He wrapped it around Zelda. "I'm sorry if it's not a blanket, but this is all I have for now. If you want to take a nap, you can."

"Thank you." She leaned into him and started to close her eyes. As she did Link wrapped his arms around her waist to keep her from falling off the horse. "You're just as kind as I remembered." In a few minutes, her soft snoring could be heard. Link was left to his own thoughts as he directed the horse down the matted-down, dirt roadway.

Some of the thoughts that came to mind were those involving that of his home, Hyrule. The people had grown up for the last two generations, at least, without a monarch ruling over them. They've had the opportunity to rule themselves in small communities for a long enough time to remain stable. Zora's Domain has always been its own thing but allied with Hyrule for protection from potential outside forces. The Gerudo were the same as well. Kakariko Village, as they were loyal to the crown would support Zelda in an instant. The Rito may support a return of the Hylian royalty, but he knew little about their society to make a concrete analysis. The Goron may ally with a newly reestablished Hylian royalty as they were long-time allies. But he did know his own people. From what he saw in both Hateno Village and Tarrey Town, they were completely self-governed. They may push for a more self-governed system.

Link knew his history. In the Age of Myth, the first Hylian royal family had been made when the Goddess Hylia had taken a mortal, human form and married her chosen knight. They fell in line because she was their goddess and were willing to follow her guidance. Zelda? Not so much. The populace may know the name from the stories their mothers may have told them, but they knew little about the current princess. They didn't know she carried the spirit of the Goddess in her. For all they were concerned, she was just another person trying to put them under her thumb and rule them. Either she'd need to take a step back and do things behind the scenes or make a power grab. He didn't envy either decision. He was brought out of his thoughts as they entered the village.

It was after dark and everyone appeared to have packed it in for the night. There was a light on the main floor of what appeared to be a tavern or inn (the sign with the image of a beer mug sort of gave it away), but otherwise, the rest of the town was silent. It felt eerily silent and it didn't feel right. He pulled up to a hitching post and nudged Zelda awake. Considering she wasn't going to fall off, he hopped down and hitched his horse and then proceeded to help Zelda down. The two of them proceeded to walk inside the inn, Zelda still keeping the cloak as her ceremonial gown was barely suitable for this time of day. Like lingerie in the middle of a blizzard; the borderline sheer material was decent, but not suitable for the weather. Link had seen her in both the Springs of Wisdom and Power respectively and during those times had to turn away, but could have sworn he had seen the thin cloth cling to her body. His mind wandered for but a moment, wondering if she wore any undergarments under it, or just waited until they camped because they would mean only one piece of wet clothing rather than an entire outfit's worth.

Shaking this thought, the two went inside the tavern. As they did, Link noticed the clientele staring at them. They were all human, but unlike the humans he was and was used to, they had rounded ears and not the pointed ears that both he and Zelda had. If his memory was correct, in the early days the pre-Hylian humans had rounded ears. Link walked to the bar where a barman was cleaning a wooden mug. "What can I getcha?" he asked in Hylian, somehow.

"A room for the night and food for me and my companion," Link replied. He conveniently left out that Zelda was a princess of – what to them would be – a faraway kingdom.

"It'll be one gold septum," the barman replied.

Link didn't have any gold, but he did have Rupees and a few gemstones. He pulled out a green rupee and set it on the counter. "I don't have any gold right now, but I do have this gemstone. Will this suffice?"

The barman's eyes widened at the size of the gem-like piece of currency. He picked it up and looked it over, apparently, it was real enough for him. "Uh… yeah. This will do. Would you like some of our finest wine?" he asked. "No additional charge," he hastily added.

"It would be rude to refuse such an offer," Zelda spoke up.

The barman nodded and leaned beneath the counter, pulling out a brass key. "Your room will be upstairs, second door on the left. Your food will be there shortly."

Link took the key and he and Zelda walked upstairs. As they did, Link could spot out of the corner of his eye some of the men eyeing the both of them. But they were in the room soon enough. It was a simple room containing an indoor latrine and washroom – which also had a bathtub with what appeared to be hot, running water – and a two-person bed. Zelda removed the cloak and sat down on the bed. Link glanced over at her and had to avert his gaze slightly as the cold had gotten to Zelda, and his question about undergarments had been answered. The borderline sheer material only covering her modesty with a thin piece of cloth alone. They were awkwardly silent until a few minutes later there was a knock at the door.

Link pulled out a knife and hid it in his left hand as he opened the door slowly. As he did, he saw a young woman – no older than Zelda – wearing what looked appropriate for an innkeeper's attire pushing a cart containing a large tray of food, two wine glasses, and a large wine bottle. "Your food, sir?" she asked. Link hid the dagger and opened the door. The woman entered and left the cart near the end of the bed. "I do apologize if you were about to start-," she trailed off as she started to blush. Link immediately knew what she was hinting at, but before he could correct her, she continued to speak. "You know, it's been a long time since we've seen elves in this village."

"Elves?" Zelda asked.

"Yeah, you know…" she pointed to their ears, "your pointed ears. Is it true you live for hundreds of years? Do you know the Goddess Celestine?"

"No, we're human and we live maybe fifty, maybe sixty years on average. Well over one hundred if blessed as much by the goddess," Link replied.

"And who is this Celestine?" Zelda added.

"You're elves and don't know who Celestine is?!" she exclaimed in shock.

"Not elves, humans," Link corrected. "As you can tell we're not exactly from around these parts."

The young woman proceeded to give them the history of their country Eostia, named after their goddess Eos. Shocking similarities between Hyrule and Hylia were immediately apparent. Apparently, their goddess had fought a great evil and slew it. The inhabitants of the land, her subjects, then named their country in honor of her. Once again, similarities with Hyrule. The main difference between their two countries is that the country was ruled in separate states headquartered in smaller capitals they called Fortresses and these fortresses would be headed by a leader. It seemed like in the past there had been a mixture of leaders of both men and women alike from all walks of life. However, the city of Ken was always headed by the Church. This all changed around one thousand years ago when the High Elf known as Celestine appeared to which the Church named her the 'goddess reborn.' It seemed like peace and prosperity would last but around a hundred years ago a dark witch named Origa – a dark elf who seemed to be acquainted with Celestine – unleashed hordes of monsters on the land who raped and pillaged leaving thousands of dead men and boys and thousands of defiled women and girls in their wake.

To say the two Hylians were disgusted would be an understatement. While Hyrule had its faults and had fought wars that expanded its borders and shrunk them over the ages, their armies had never done such a thing. If any member of the Hylian Knights was found to do such a thing, the consequences would be dire – including but not limited to public humiliation, stripping of one's property and titles, compensation paid out after the war to the affected family (assuming any remained) from the properties seized, and banishment. When asked what this Celestine was doing, the barmaid replied that each Fortress would have an appointed Princess Knight named by her to organize armies in her name to fight back. On top of individual armies, a band of mercenaries named the Black Dogs were also hired to supplement the individual armies. While helpful in repelling the hordes, the members were known as man-whores willing to screw anything that was even remotely female; and it wasn't even the grunts, it was from the top-down as the leader Vult was just as much of a man-whore as the rest of them. The company he kept was not of the polite kind.

With that information gained, the barmaid left the Hylian duo to themselves. They ate in silence. When the wine became uncorked, words finally were said. The wine in question was rich and very potent, it seemed to have tones of plum and cinnamon as well. It was definitely a house brew.

"Sho, now what?" Zelda asked, slightly slurring. "We banished the Calamity and get shent Hylia knowsh where!"

"Maybe we should find that Celestine woman?" Link suggested. He was probably just as drunk as her but didn't slur. "She's said to be a goddess, right?"

"Yesh, she shupposedly is," Zelda replied. "But how would we exshplain it to her?"

"Be upfront about it," Link suggested. "But let's have that be something we worry about tomorrow." Zelda moaned as she leaned into Link's side. "What are you doing?" Link asked in surprise.

"Link, I've had a hundred yearsh to thinksh about thish. What you mean to me. I misshed my chance one hundred yearsh ago; I'm not going to let it slip by again." Without warning, she pushed Link down on his back on the bed and straddled his waist. She leaned down and kissed her knight in an inexperienced, intoxicated manner. But she didn't care. She sat back up and pulled at the hem of her ceremonial gown and lifted it over her head, discarding it to the side revealing that she truly wasn't wearing any undergarments.

Zelda at that moment was truly revealed in all her femininity to Link. Pale skin barely kissed by sunlight. Pert and perky breasts highlighted by nipples hardened by the night air begging him to play with them – to kneed, squeeze, and pinch them to his heart's content. His eyes traveled downward showing off her flat belly that had a slight lip of flesh that he could chalk up to the food of the castle provided to her. Further down still his eyes traveled to her groin of which the lips of her womanhood ground slowly against his quickly hardening manhood, a wet spot quickly forming along it and her clitoris peeking out ever so slightly. Her face was flushed with arousal as her hands wandered along his chest. She was ready, willing, and waiting to be ravished by her knight. "Do you likesh what you shee?" she asked playfully as she flicked a finger across his pectoral.

"Princess-," Link tried to argue.

"Zelda," she interrupted. "You will call me Zelda."

"Pr-." Zelda glared at him, cutting him off. "Zelda, we should do this."

"Why not?" she inquired with a pout. "Ish my nubile body not to your liking?" she teased as she wriggled her hips slightly grinding her groin into his and cupped her breasts. She noticed his manhood twitching and smirked mischievously. Or, at least as mischievous as she drunkenly could. "It seemsh one part of you is more honesht." She leaned forward and lifted her hips, a string of her fluids trailing away, to allow her to reach into his trousers unimpeded and gently wrapped one of her soft hands around his shaft. Her soft, creamy skin was of a softness that Link didn't think was possible.

"W-we shouldn't," Link tried to argue, but he had to mentally admit that her touch was heavenly. It was soft yet firm, cool yet warm somehow. Her fingertips touching his shaft and head sent shivers up his spine. "We're-."

"What?" she interrupted. "Princessh and knight?" she scoffed. "In case you forgot, Hyrule fell. There ish no kingdom anymore. No true line of successhion determining my love life anymore." She released his shaft and cupped his face. "We're jusht two lovebirds living their life."

Link was conflicted, and reasonably so. Every memory he had recovered had restored context to other scattered memories and feelings. He felt genuine affection and attraction towards Zelda, outside the obvious physical attraction right now. She was drunk, but he too was drunk. She had been forced to conceal her feelings due to her status and the wine had loosened her tongue… and inhibitions. "What were we to each other before the Calamity?" Link asked. "From what memories I recall I can see that we were confidants and friends in private; and when I fell outside Hateno you cared deeply enough to not run away but stop the guardians in their place."

Her face fell slightly and the mood changed. "When I failed to awaken my abilities at Mount Lanayru, I planned on confesshing my true feelings for you. I had always seen ourselves as the closhest as friends could be, outside of maybe Impa, and was afraid to escalate it further. In part due to my – now former – royal shtanding, also in part of being afraid to lose a closhe friend. I was planning, upon our return to the cashtle to declare my romantic intentionsh, regardless of how my father or the realm felt about it. But ash you know, that never happened."

Link had an inkling of a feeling that he felt the same way towards her. Separated by politics and birth. But now that the thing that was keeping them apart was gone, it was anything goes. The only people who truly knew who they were the Shiekah and King Dorephan. Maybe Prince Sidon if he remembered. Link looked Zelda in the eye, "Are you sure this is what you want to do?"

With fire in her eyes and a blush on her cheeks, she took his right hand and placed it on her breast, squeezing at his fingers so he'd grope her. "If I wasn't so sure, I wouldn't be sitting on top of you naked and randy, and I wouldn't force you to grope me." She leaned in and kissed him. "I want this." Not seeing an answer, she added in jest, "If you want, I can always order you to ravish me." Not seeing any resistance, she got off of Link and started to remove his trousers, and noticed his contained erection. "My, someone's happy to see me," she joked. As she removed the trousers and undergarment in the same motion, his erection swung freely. Her eyes widened as she said in shock, "Oh my, you're quite large." She measured the length of it with her arm, seeing that it went almost from her elbow to her wrist. She started to get worried and muttered, "How will this fit inside me…?" Zelda had heard the castle maids' gossip about the penis sizes of their partners and until now she thought that the rumor of Link being as hung like a horse was a gross over-exaggeration, but there seemed to be some truth to the rumor.

As she contemplated how this was going to work, outside of what she had learned as part of her studies – and independent studies away from judgmental eyes – Link had been removing the tunic she had made for him all those years ago showing a few more scars than he had the last time she saw him. She noted that they made him look quite dashing. Zelda climbed back on top of her knight, straddling him once more; her nervously quivering lower lips split apart on his shaft. They could feel the heat radiating off each other. Their hormones begging them to copulate and seal the deal. Not wanting to wait any longer, Zelda slid forward – her wet sex trailing lubricating fluids as it went and sighed in pleasure as the crown of Link's manhood slipped past and rubbed against her clitoris. It was so much different than with her fingers. She sat up in a squat-like position as she lined up the head of his manhood (the word penis and the euphemism dick came to mind) with the entrance of her ladyhood (the word vagina and pussy came to mind as well). She slowly sank on it, reveling in the waves of pleasure that came from being slowly stretched out by his large penis. As for Link, he felt like he was being enveloped by a soft, wet tunnel that clenched every so often. Zelda continued to lower herself until she felt a barrier, and the entirety of Link's penis still hasn't bottomed out inside of her. She knew what this was, her hymen that she could have sworn broke when she was riding her horse sometime before the Calamity.

"Nothing ventured, nothing gained," Zelda muttered as she took a deep breath and took the plunge. By 'taking the plunge' meaning she slammed straight down so Link's penis was balls-deep into her. She could have sworn that the tip of his head kissed her cervix which caused her to squeal in both pain and pleasure. As Zelda took this action, Link had to use every ounce of willpower not to immediately orgasm and blow a load deep into his lusty princess. As she held in the squeal of the pain of breaking her hymen her walls contracted around him. Link pulled in Zelda and kissed her passionately. Soon she forgot the stinging pain of losing her virginity. She parted from his lips and said, "Thank you for taking my virginity." She then began to slowly rock her hips making his manhood dig out her deepest parts.

Zelda's tight, wet, soft fleshy folds caressed his rod as his head dug into her and the crown of it dragged as she lifted off. He let out a groan of pleasure which made her smile and redouble her efforts. She sped up her movements and soon enough both were panting and were getting flushed. Unable to handle the tight softness of her pussy, Link let out a guttural groan and unleashed his orgasm on his princess. He didn't have any time to pull out and the warm fluids flowed right into Zelda sparking off her own orgasm. She clenched down with her pussy and to Link, it felt like she was milking him dry. Coming down from both of their highs, she started to lift her hips and both of them groaned as she removed his dick from her pussy. His head popped out which uncorked the fluids they made together. Immediately, it started to flow out. A part of her wanted all of it to stay inside her.

"O-oh my," Zelda said in shock. "T-there's so much of it." She knew that he let loose fluids inside her, but not this much. Her womanhood kept pulsing and clenching in an attempt to keep it all inside but couldn't. She rolled off of Link and her eyes wandered to his still hard manhood. It was then she had an absolutely sinful thought. She crawled on top of him and started to lick their combined juices off of his penis. In her mind, it was like a naughty lollipop and treated it as such. She trailed her tongue from scrotum to tip, picking up the salty yet somehow sweet mixed fluids they made together. She then popped the head into her mouth and sucked on it gently while she gently fondled his balls which caused Link to groan again in pleasure, but no fluids came forth. Seeing as though she had her turn, it was Link's turn. She laid down on her back and spread her legs, then used her index and middle fingers to show off her quivering hole. "Come, hero. Claim your reward," she said sultrily.

Link crawled on top of her and lined himself up before pushing slowly into her. They both reveled in the initial penetration as they gasped and groaned together. Link leaned in and kissed his princess to which she wrapped her legs around his waist locking him in place. She gently pulled him in causing him to thrust deeply into her which caused her to groan happily. This sensation was new to her, but she just couldn't get enough of it. It was intoxicating! She now knew why harlots and man-whores alike loved sex so much (as well as happily married couples). She wished they could stay together like this, connected at the hip, forever indulging in the pleasure they gave each other.

To be continued…?

That's all I have for this idea, but before I go any further there were a few concepts that were abandoned/cut for this pilot for time/burnout:

-Finishing that second spicy scene with more detail.

-Waking up the next morning to see the town being assaulted and assisting, and successfully repelling the dark forces of Origa from the village.

-Gaining an audience with Celestine because of their defense when one of the Princess Knights forces – including said princess knight – come through to help the town only to find they don't need help.

The above were the ideas that I really wanted to get to but just didn't. I'll get to why in a short bit. So, what else did this idea want to sort of go into? The first is just the whole pre-game/anime/manga timeline for Kuroinu and see how Link would do in this situation, Zelda's primarily there to raise the stakes. I do want to go down the "tropey" path and have Link join the Black Dogs on their final assault on the Black Tower as a freelancer/agent of Celestine and recover both Origa and Chloe after some trickery. (Basically, when Vult proposes the Cuntry to him, he agrees only if Zelda is his and his alone and then betrayed Vult and GTFO of there leaving some creative destruction in his wake). One of the definite subplots I want to indulge in is having Link become the center of some thirst from some of the Princess Knights, primarily Primm and maybe Chloe that Zelda will have to fend off. I think that could find some humor and drama potentially.

This could be fun. However, there are some bottlenecks that I have to look out for. The first is the combat. How do I do it? I mean, I could go down the Hyrule Warriors path and just have Link slay his way through swaths of enemy monsters (this is the main reason why that combat scene was cut); or I could go down the BoTW combat system with fewer but stronger enemies that take many hits to dispose of (yes, Mr. gold Bokoblin, please take 7-8 hits from the fully upgraded Master Sword to die). Then come the powers that were gifted to Link, he's going to have them at full strength as he would have finished the "Champion's Ballad" quests. Another bottleneck is when I actually get to the base content of the game/anime/manga, how do I proceed from there? Without borrowing from others' works (which I would prefer to not do and do my own thing whenever possible) or relying completely on the game, this will create quite the bottleneck as I'll need to brainstorm this entirely. Thirdly, how do I use lewd scenes to add to the story rather than take away from it? Obviously, I used one near the end of this pilot to show the release of frustration both Zelda and Link had for each other. But how do I make it work in the world of hentai-logic? These are many questions that I have to ask myself (and more).

On to real-world stuff. Recently I've been feeling really burned out for various reasons. Work has been starting to get to me to the point where my supervisor has been recommending I take more time off to not burn out. Part of this has bled over into my writing as well where I'll start on an idea and just drop it for some time or just outright abandon it. This also is shown in my massive manga/anime and games backlog that I'm nowhere close to completing anytime soon. Not only that, but my general frustration at life and mainly the lack of a love life for nigh on 6 years (and counting) has bled over into work and my writing as well. I've been trying to work some of it out through taking personal time to relax and enjoy some leisure activities outside of this (as typing up stories is in the same mental actions as my job in real life) such as kayaking whenever possible or heading out to the shooting range just for some "me" time. I know that some may not care that much about my mental state outside of just wishing me well, but I wanted to explain some of the things that I've been personally going through over the last several years up to recent.

Bitching and moaning aside, my one friend gave me a key for Final Fantasy 14 for a 30-day access account to all of the stuff and I've been enjoying it thus far. I'll probably let you guys know what I think about it when my 30-day trial is up as to what I think about it. I also picked up a few more manga volumes, volumes 13 and 14 of Komi, volumes 3 and 4 of Uzaki-chan, volume 6 of the Persona 3 manga adaptation, and an original one-shot volume from Tezuka called "Record of the Glass Castle." I'll likely let you guys know what I think about it next installment assuming I finish it by then. Anyway, see you in whatever I decide to do next.
