Four months later
"Caitlin, you need to relax. You are marrying Barry. You know the guy that you have been in love with most of your life." Said Erin
"I know Erin. Were you nervous when you married Charlie?"
"Are you talking about the first time when my dad dragged us in front of a judge at the courthouse? Or the second one for our families and friends?"
"Either?"
"Well the first one I was just glade that my dad didn't pull out his shot gun and try and kill Charlie. The second which I consider my real wedding I was a little nervous. But Caitlin, there is no one in their right mind that is going to try and stop this wedding. I mean Richard is dead and Iris is locked up in some ARGUS prison. On top of that she is in a coma."
"I know."
"Besides you have a whole team of heroes coming."
"I don't know what you are talking about."
"Please I am not stupid. After Batman comes to town and helps Flash and Frost take down some nightmare monster you suddenly know Bruce Wayne? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to put two and two together. Ok I give you that Oliver Queen is the boyfriend of Laurel Lance. But how do you know Kara Danvers the top reporter at CatCo or Clark Kent the number two reporter at the Daily Planet? Besides take off the glasses and they both look a lot like Supergirl and Superman."
"You are not going to spread that around right?"
"Of course not. I haven't even told your brother what I think."
"Good."
Just then Patty came in with Crystal, Carla and Nora.
"Mom, you look beautiful." Said Crystal
"Thank you honey. Where is your brother?" asked Caitlin
"Kris is with Aunt Joan and Uncle Jay." Said Crystal
"So you ready to be flower girl? Asked Erin
"Yes. I am glad mom and dad are getting married."
"You know something honey? I am glad that your dad and I are getting married too." Said Caitlin
Half an hour later Caitlin stood at the back of the church on her brother's arm.
"Thanks for walking down the aisle Charlie."
"Well dad can't. Besides I just want you to be happy. I know that Barry makes you happy."
"He does. Besides that man is not the dad I remember. He is nothing but a monster."
"Yeah but he loved you in his own sick way. I am so proud of you Caity. You are ready to become Mrs. Barry Allen?"
"I have been ready for this for a long time."
Taking a deep breath Caitlin let her older brother walk her down the aisle to where Barry waited in front of the minister. Eddie and Cisco by his side. Erin and Patty had preceded her down the aisle as had Crystal as flower girl. Once they reached the end of the aisle Charlie handed Caitlin over to Barry giving his sister a kiss on her cheek.
"Barry remember you hurt my sister and there will be nowhere you can run I won't hunt you down." Said Charlie
Barry nodded while Caitlin just rolled her eyes. Charlie took his seat next to his mom with his kids.
"Barry and Caitlin have asked that we keep this rather short. Most of you know them much better than I do. But what I do know is that I have never met any two people more in love then they are. But I am obliged to ask if anyone has just cause why these two should not marry to speak now or forever hold your peace." Said the minister
No one spoke not that anyone expected there to be an objection. The only person that either Barry or Caitlin knew could think of that would have objected was now locked away in some ARGUS prison with no hope to see freedom again.
"I am told that Barry and Caitlin have written their own vows." Said the minister
"Barry, when I met you it was only a few months after I lost my father. I never thought I would smile again. Never be happy again. But then you came into my life and turned my world upside down. You were this kind if a little goofy guy. But you did what I thought impossible. You made me laugh and smile again. As time went on I started to feel something I had never felt before. It took a little while for me to figure out what that feeling was. Then it hit me in a way that scared me. Not in a bad way. But in a good way. I was in love with you. I love you more then I thought possible. I want to spend the rest of my life with you by my side raising our children together. I ran once. But today I promise you that I will never run again. I love you Barry. You really are my other half." Said Caitlin
"Cait, the first time I saw you we were ten years old. Even then I knew that you were the prettiest girl I had ever seen. Even if you didn't smile then. But I made it my mission to make you smile. The day you smiled for the first time you went from just pretty to beautiful. I was so scared to ask you out the first time on a date. But when you said yes I knew that deep down you had to feel the same way for me that I felt for you. But they day you told me that you loved me was until today the happiest day of my life. My heart broke the day you ran. But when you came back you didn't come alone. You brought me a beautiful daughter. Becoming a dad meant the only thing I needed to make my life complete is happening today. You becoming not only my wife but my partner for life. I love you Cait and I never want to know another day without you by my side."
Caitlin reach up and wiped a few tears from her face. In fact most of the women and even a few of the men had tears in their eyes.
"Do you Caitlin Danielle Snow take Bartholomew Henry Allen to be your lawfully wedded husband?" asked the minister
"I do." Said Caitlin
"Bartholomew Henry Allen do you take Caitlin Danielle Snow to be your lawfully wedded wife?" asked the minister
"I do." Said Barry
Barry and Caitlin exchanged rings.
"By the power vested in me I now pronounce you husband and wife. Barry go ahead and kiss your bride." Said the minister
Barry smiled at Caitlin and then leaned in and place a passionate but gentle kiss on her lips which she returned. They broke and turned to face their guests.
"I present to you Mr. And Mrs. Barry Allen." Said the minister.
They were met with cheers and applause from their family and friends.
