Lillie's Birthday Part 1

Because the weekend is over, Ash and his family are heading back to the dorms of the RPA High, and Ash and Lillie sleep in the same bed together again. As the morning comes, Ash slowly wakes up from his bed. He smiles at the beautiful blonde girl who wraps around him while sleeping, he has been thinking how lucky to have her in his arms. Today is her birthday, Ash is thinking about how will she react once she opens his present. But just as he looks at the time, he knows that it is time to get out of the usual hug.

"Lillie, it is time to get up." Ash says as he gently rubs her back.

"I don't wanna..." Lillie mutters as her eyes are still closed. Not only that, she starts to hug tighter, afraid that Ash is letting her go. Ash sighs as he knows that there is one way to have her wake up.

"Really? Do you want to be late for school on your birthday?" Ash asks, and the result seems better than Ash could have imagined.

Lillie is now widely awake and jumps out of the bed. "It's my birthday! How come I forget about this occasion! I am going to be an adult!" Lillie starts to jump around with her pajamas still on, Ash chuckles as well as his Pokemon. Sylveon and Pikachu jump onto her shoulder and gives her a nuzzle on each cheek.

"Thanks, Pikachu, Sylveon. You are the best." Lillie says. "So Ash, will we have a party like last time? This is my second birthday to enjoy with you guys and I want to be special just like last time."

Ash says, "Oh I don't know about that, maybe you'll have to wait for the evening to see if it is true or not. Let's get ready since we still have classes for today."

Lillie nods as they go to change their uniforms. They head to the cafeteria together and sees Reisa, East, David, and Elline together.

"Well, if it isn't the birthday girl?" Reisa says as she hugs Lillie. "Happy birthday to you."

"Thanks, guys." Lillie says. "I can't believe that I am going to become 18."

Elline says, "Time does fly, huh? Now you are an adult like us."

David says, "Indeed, there are a lot of things you can do as an adult, such as drinking wine, driving a car after getting licenses, and even find a suitable husband to get married."

This causes Lillie to blush and Elline quickly smacks him with her fist and says, "That is not funny, David."

"Sorry..." David says as he rubs his head, feeling the pain from the smack.

Then East whispers to Ash, "Can you please make Lillie busy for today so we can hold a party?"

"Of course, I'll also send a copy of mine to help you." Ash whispers back.

Just as they are having breakfast, the bully gang is listening to what they are doing. Misty says, "So it seems like today is the blonde hair bitch's birthday. What a surprise."

"So? It is not like that we are allowed to be in her party." Gary says. "Why are you caring about it?"

"Come on, everyone loves birthday parties." May says, "You know, like getting presents and playing games, also having a birthday cake with candles on it."

Trip shrugs and says, "So? We don't have to care if the person who is having a birthday is that group. If they are going to have fun, just ignore them. Only weaklings will like to have parties."

"He is right, those people are very pathetic if you ask me, just because it is their birthday and now they are acting like kids." Paul says.

"If you don't want to help us then fine. We are going to use the chance to ruin them." Dawn says as the girls are separated from the boys. The boys don't care what they are going to do as they continue having breakfast.

The news of Lillie's birthday has spread throughout the school, as Lillie is swarmed by a lot of fans, especially male fans, Ash has to give them a stop before they made Lillie uncomfortable, but he is also relieved that because of this, Lillie wouldn't need to care for the others at the moment since the others are using the dorm hall to prepare a birthday party.

At lunch, Ash and Lillie are sitting in the garden having lunch, Ash asks, "How is the birthday girl doing for today?"

Lillie glares at him and says, "Very funny, I had to be chased by those males and it is very terrifying. But then again, I am a model student after all."

"We both are, that is why we have a lot of fans, so I know how you feel." Ash says. "But right now let's enjoy the short serenity."

"Yeah." Lillie says as she realizes something, "Hey, how come I didn't see Mark and the others in break time? Where did they go?"

Ash shrugs and says, "I have no idea. Maybe they are buying your presents? Or they are planning something big to scare you."

Lillie pales at the mention of being scared, when they were on a trip to Quest Town's famous Ghost House back before, Lillie is so shaken that Ash has to give her a piggyback ride to get out of the place. Even though in the end, it was just Golly playing pranks on them and the house is actually theirs. Lillie says, "Let's ignore that, but how did they get permission to go out of the school? And how did they buy presents so quickly?"

Ash says, "I don't know. But right now let's focus on having our lunch. We can also talk about our plans for the next week."

"Okay." Lillie says, but she is skeptical that Ash is hiding something.

Just then, the 4 girls from the Bully Gang come. Lillie and Ash notice them approaching them and they are groaning. Ash says, "Great, our lunch is going to get ruined."

"I swear if they are going to taunt us again..." Lillie mutters as they try to stand up and close the lunch box. But they are surrounded by the girls and Ash asks, "What pleasure do we owe you to interrupt us our serene lunchtime?"

"And what's the problem with that? We just want to hang out with the birthday girl. Don't tell me that it is now allowed as well." Dawn says.

Lillie says, "That wasn't your true intention, right? Seriously, just tell the truth, what do you want?"

Misty taunts, "Nothing, it seems like the two of you are alone, without your gang to protect you like you're some sort of prince and princess."

Ash says, "We are a prince and a princess, and we are strong enough to take care of ourselves, not to mention that we beat you all with our Pokemon."

Lillie says, "He's right, not to mention that you didn't bring those boys with you, too. It seems like they know how bad you four are and left you."

The four girls are scowling and then Iris yells, "They didn't leave us, we are just planning this on our own. So you are having a birthday party, right? I am sure you would like to invite us, right?"

Ash and Lillie look at each other, Lillie says, "I don't know if I had a birthday party, but if I do have one, you are not going to take part in it. All you want is to make me and Ash's life hell, but this is not the Kalos High, and you have no right to do that."

"And who said that we are going to make your life hell? We just want to attend the party as friends." May says, trying not to get angry by Lillie's comment.

Ash says, "You just want to hang out with us because we are the successful group in this school, you just want to take advantage of us until you become the best in school and throw us like trash. Do you seriously think I don't know what you are planning? I just don't want to say it out loud to save you some face."

The girls are now so furious as they become desperate. Dawn yells, "But you have invited Serena and Gladion! They also did what we did and you still let them in! What did they do to be friends with you while we don't?"

"Do you want to know what they did?" Ash asks. "Gladion is being guilty to driven his sister away from home, so he has been trying to atone for his mistake and rekindle the family relationship. As for Serena, she also learned that what I said to her was true and she apologizes to me in the end. Not to mention, my brother Mark and my cousin Emily enjoy their relationship."

"And what did you do?" Lillie says. "You still keen on proving us that we are weaker to you, which fails every time and even giving you a lot of detentions. The teachers here are complaining to Ms. Ketchum and Professor Sycamore about your behavior and you act like you are not guilty of it. And judging by your looks, you want to say that I am lying and you still think you are higher than everyone else. That is why you are not going to get close to us. I suggest that you all change your behaviors and be a good student for once."

"Oh, we are going to change, just after you two getting punished for talking back to us." The four starts to take out utility knives to charge at them, Ash and Lillie widen their eyes as they dodge the attacks. It is then that Professor Wyree is passing by and she spots everything.

"Now what is going on here?" Wyree approaches the group and the four girls immediately gulp as they try to hide their utility knives. "What were you four holding in your hands?"

Misty says, "Professor, I can explain, we are just..."

Wyree says, "You don't need to explain anything because I have seen it in my own eyes. Prince Red and Princess White are teaching you how to be model students and then you try to attack them with your utility knives. And I could see why the other teachers are very annoyed by your behaviors, this sure is intolerable. I am going to put you guys in detention after class."

The four girls are groaning and Iris says, "But if you put us in detention, then what about Lillie's birthday? We have to attend it, can you please reconsider or set it for another date?"

Lillie says, "Professor, I didn't invite those girls, you can have them tonight."

"How dare you..." May growls at her, but Lillie says, "No, how dare you trying to act innocent in front of Professor Wyree? If you still can't admit your mistakes, you are just going to be troublemakers again and again."

Ash turns to Wyree and says, "Ms. Wyree. I'll leave things to you, Lillie and I are going to attend the school council meeting."

Wyree says, "Sure. Try not to make others waiting."

The girls try to run away, but Wyree sends out Dragonite, Haxourus, Salamence, and Garchomp to stop them and grab them before they even escape. Ash and Lillie are walking and Lillie says, "Just great, they ruined our lunch and I just hope that the others could let us finish in the meeting..."

Ash says, "Don't worry, they'll understand if we tell them the truth."

"So is there really a birthday party for me?" Lillie asks with puppy eyes and Ash is getting a hard time resisting it. Ash says, "Can you please forgive me, Lillie? I don't know about anything."

Lillie just pouts as they go to the meeting.

Meanwhile, as Ash's copy and others are at the Great Hall, they are making decorations.

"Alice, where are we going to put those balloons?" Emily asks.

"Oh, place them near the gate." Alice says as Emily leaves.

Reisa looks at the to-do list and asks, "Ash, there is a movie time?"

Ash says, "Oh, the movie is a new film me and Lillie filmed with Mr. Wood and his team."

Elline says, "Really? You worked with Mr. Wood yesterday?"

Serena says, "Of course. I also got the autograph." Serena shows it to them.

"Well, good for you, Serena. So what is the new movie about?" David asks.

"It is a secret. It will be revealed this night." Ash says.

Mark says, "By the way, Ash. Where is your present? Everyone has placed it over there except yours." He points at the twenty boxes over there.

"Oh, I have a gift that I need to give to her myself." Ash says.

"What is it?" Flora asks, "Can we know it?"

"I intend it to be a secret, too. But my mom, Ms. Lusamine, and also Minami knows." Ash says. "And don't you dare say it out loud, Minami."

Minami pouts and says, "Fine, but I can say that it is an amazing gift."

Insey says, "No fair, why can only she knows?"

Ash says, "She is older than you, that's why. Now let's keep preparing for the party."

The others nod as they leave to make more decorations.
