Warrior Tasks.
After being asked by Aurora to train with the weapons that are made for the new class, Ash and Lillie are now secretly training in the gym practicing how to hold them and how to make moves without their powers.
"Pikachu, here comes the Earthquake attack!" Ash says as he slams the ropes of the Wild at the ground, causing the move to go and Pikachu is trying to dodge the attack with Agility.
"Sylveon, see if you can dodge this Metal Burst!" Lillie takes out the Gun of Metal as she shoots the attack, but Sylveon manages to block the move with Dazzling Gleam.
"Nice block, Lillie." Ash smiles at her after seeing her in action.
"You too." Lillie says while she puts the gun away in her Warrior Bag, the bag that helps them contain all 18 weapons. "You know, I am really excited to do battles with these weapons."
"Me too, it really opens a new gate in the Pokemon world." Ash then takes out the PokeBeans to Pikachu and Sylveon, as both of them are tired after the training with Ash and Lillie. "Thank you for helping us with our training. Both of you deserve some treats."
"Thanks." Pikachu and Sylveon happily eat the beans as they go to rest in the stands. Ash turns to his mother and asks, "So Mother, what do you think?"
Aurora says, "You two have been doing a great job, now we can put down our worries as you two continue your training."
"Are you going somewhere, Queen Aurora?" Lillie asks.
"We need to make a report to the Pokemon League, so that we will be leaving for a while, but don't worry, we will be back in no time."
Ash and Lillie nod as they see the three adults left, then they decide to take a rest as they are now chatting with their plans. At the same time, Ash's family and friends arrive at the Battlefield. Finally, they find Ash and Lillie, Mark says, "So this is where you two are."
Ash says, "Oh, hey guys, I assume that you guys finished playing several games in the Golden Dorm?"
Reisa says, "You bet, we have been waiting for you for hours, but you two didn't show up. What is taking you so long?"
Lillie says, "Sorry about that, but Queen Aurora was training us with something, and we were about to rest up and then you guys come."
"What kind of training?" Trenor asks, "Can you tell us so we can also train it with you?"
"I am not sure, you should ask Mother first." Ash says. "But enough about that, what do you feel in the Golden Dorm?"
The others turn to May, Dawn, Drew, and Paul, and Dawn says, "There sure are a lot of things inside, I mean...all of your rooms are luxurious, and the fact that you really are treated as royals when we enter the dorms...I think I am jealous of you guys."
"Not to mention, we have only a year left for school, we couldn't take the test to change our dorms...it is really a shame." Paul says with a frown face.
"Well, it is true that the dorm is full. But if you get permissions from Professor Terry and Professor Naomi, you can get some sleeping bags and we can have a sleepover." Helen says.
"That sounds like a good idea." May says. "Maybe we should try it sometime."
"I see you all have come." Aurora, Professor Shadow, and Professor Amelia have finished their jobs as they arrive at the battlefield. Noticing the three of them, the others quickly bow at the Queen, as it is basic manners.
"No need to be formal guys." Aurora says. "So Ash, Lillie. What do you think of this training, are you sure you are capable of doing this?"
"You bet, Mother. We have been trying a lot of combinations and we even get to battle Pikachu and Sylveon for them. What I can say is that they are really fun and worthwhile."
"I see, so it means that you approve of teaching the others about this kind of battling." Shadow says with a smile. "That will be very nice."
The others are confused about what Ash and Lillie are talking about, so Minami decides to ask, "Mother? What are you guys talking about and what is this training that brother and Lillie were doing?"
Aurora looks at the people in present, and she smiles, "Well, Ash and Lillie. How about you demonstrate the battle by having you two battling against each other? We can use it as a chance to go with the rules that you two have created."
"Sure. Mother." Ash and Lillie then go to the opposite of the battlefield, the other students decide to sit at the stands so that they won't be getting close to them.
At the same time, the Bullies are still cleaning the school grounds and they see Ash and the others inside the school gym. They are not happy as Trip mutters, "Just great, what are they doing now?"
"Who knows." Misty says. "Maybe we should watch it now that the others aren't watching at us."
After they are standing still, Ash takes a deep breath and asks, "Lillie, are you ready?"
"Of course." Lillie replies with a determined face. "What about you? Are you ready?"
"I am better than ever." Ash says as Professor Shadow stands in the middle of the battlefield as a referee. Then Ash and Lillie start to do their chant, "When darkness is approaching, light will show you the way. Let's fight for the glory we have!"
Everyone is confused at the sudden motion, usually, they don't need to do any chant when they are about to battle. Insey asks, "Um, Mother, why are they chanting?"
"You'll see." Aurora says with a smile, and it causes the others to take their attention to the two of them.
Much to everyone's horror, Ash takes out a gun while Lillie takes out a bow and an arrow. "Now let's dance!" Ash and Lillie both yell as they charge forward. Ash tries to slash Lillie, who dodged using the shield."
"Take this!" Lillie smashes the shield into the ground as a Stone Edge appears, Ash uses the Sword to Protect.
"Wait, what is going on?" Gladion says in surprise.
"Is that a gun and a bow and an arrow?" Serena says in horror.
"They are doing real fights?" Emily asks.
Then they see Ash changes into knives and stabs Lillie on the shoulder, she winces and then uses the Razor to send Thunderbolt.
"That is gotta be hurt..." Drandon says with a wincing tone.
"And how did Lillie manage to survive that?" Mark asks.
Just then, an Arrow shot by Lillie misses Ash and shoots at the wall, Lillie says, "Damn it, I missed that..."
Ash says, "You have to try harder!" Ash suddenly flies into the sky with the wings and then uses Air Slash, Lillie manages to dodge the attack.
Ash lands back down as he takes out the gun, shooting out a Gyro Ball at Lillie as Lillie uses a rope to create an Earthquake. Lillie then switches into Cross and creates some waves, while Ash uses the Ring to teleport them away.
"What are we actually seeing?" Helen asks.
"Those weapons made moves just like Pokemon..." Nate says.
Ash waves the wand, creating a Moonblast trying to knock down the Cross. But Lillie quickly catches it and says, "Too close."
"Damn it..." Ash mutters.
Lillie then takes out a Needle and injected Ash, causing him to be affected by Poison, but he still can continue as he takes out the cannon to fire a Will-O-wisp, making Lillie burn.
"Damn it...we both have static effects..." Lillie says.
"At least it is not asleep..." Ash says.
Ash then uses the Glove as he tries to punch Lillie in the face, but Lillie grabs the hand and gives a stab from the Dragon Claw in the stomach. Ash winces in pain and he says, "I won't lose." He changes into the Rod and it creates a Dark Pulse, Lillie uses the Horn to Bug Buzz.
"Time to wrap this off!" As Lillie tries to blow the horn again to create X Scissors, Ash quickly changes into the whip and knocks the horn to the ground. Much to Lillie and the surprise of the others.
Professor Shadow, who is the referee, says, "Since Lillie drops the weapon to the ground, the winner of the battle is Ash Ketchum."
The people who are watching just freezes in shock, as well as the bullies. Lillie shakes Ash's hand and says, "Good game."
"You, too." Ash says to her.
Golly asks, "What had we seen? Ash and Lillie battling with weapons that looks dangerous."
Elline says, "And those weapons use Pokemon moves instead of ripping the skin..."
May asks, "And they switch from one weapon to another so fast..."
Aurora says, "This will be a new class, it is called Weapons Classes. With the permission of Charles Goodshow and Lance, we can participate in this kind of battle either in gyms or with friends."
"Wow..." David says.
Ash says, "With these weapons, humans can take part in battles as the Pokemon. With one weapon drops on to the ground is the same as fainting. We can fight our Pokemon as well."
Lillie says, "Though we are already Pokemon. Experience how Pokemon battles are exciting and thrilling."
Eve asks, "Wait, so does that mean...even we are not Pokemon, we can take part in Pokemon battles?"
"Yes." Ash says as everyone cheers. Ash says, "We will give out the registration forms and the class will start on next week. You can also choose your weapons."
Drew asks, "How many weapons can we choose?"
"From 1 to all 18. But to master all 18 weapons isn't easy. You'll be confused and forget the basics since you need to remember all kinds of weapons and their moves." Lillie says.
"I see." Paul says. "That sounds reasonable."
"So Mother, how is the battle?" Ash asks.
"I am impressed that you have done it so well. You guys sure can be a teacher for this class." Aurora says, and it causes the two of them to get delighted at the praise.
"Wait, Ash and Lillie will be teachers?" Drandon asks. "They are going to teach us these weapons?"
"Yes. It is also why we weren't playing games with you. We have been training all kinds of moves and basics so we can teach you guys, and believe me, it is hard to master them within a short amount of time." Ash says.
"I see...though I wonder how we can do this kind of battle..." Serena says.
Aurora then says, "Thank you for your help, Ash. Lillie. I think you should take some rest and go have fun with your friends."
"Thank you. Mother." Ash and Lillie bow as they all leave the battlefield, wanting to ask their parents to learn this kind of battle.
The Bullies are now excited as Trip says, "Did you hear that, we can use weapons in classes."
Misty says, "But their weapons, not ours. And we also need to write forms since this school is really strict."
Gary says, "We can't fake our parents' signature, so we just need to hope that they agree to let us do it."
Iris says, "I don't know it will work...right now we have to continue our sweeping for fear that someone might see us slacking off..." The others groans as they go back to work.
