The Wedding
The Winter Vacation is about to come soon, and the people in Ash's class are very happy about this occasion. This day is Ash and Lillie's wedding. The news has been spreading throughout all the 9 regions with the help of the Gym Leaders and the Elite 4 members in the Sevestar Region, a lot of people are willing to attend since Ash and Lillie are the most influential couple in the world for their achievements and the help for defeating the evil teams that are a threat of the whole 9 regions.
On this day, everyone has come to Ash's castle, those who don't know about it are shocked that Ash and Lillie live in such a huge castle, and those who know about it are excited to see what kind of place do those royals live.
The bullies, namely Gary, Misty, Iris, and Trip, have been stalking Ash and the others to try ruining the lives they have during these days. But every time, they fail miserably as Ash manages to spot them and the school is giving them punishments. Ash frowns as he doesn't get why they are still trying to bullying him even after some of their former friends regret their actions. Ash doesn't want to hold any grudge, but the same thing can't be told with the four of them.
Ash is now sitting in front of the dressing table as Mark, Gladion, Nate, Trenor, David, Luke, East, Daniel, Tox, Drandon, Drew, Paul, and Hop are with him, Mark is combing his hair while the others are chatting.
"So are you ready for the big day?" Mark asks him after finishes with his hair.
"Yeah, I can't believe I am getting married." Ash says as he smiles in front of the mirror. "It is like a dream come true."
"But it is real, and I know that both Lillie and you want this so much that you can't wait." Tox says.
"But do you know what the girls are doing?" Ash asks in confusion since they have been separating Ash and Lillie ever since the day begins.
"I asked Elline about it, they are helping Lillie with the makeups." David says.
"But isn't she beautiful, why will she need makeup?" Ash asks. "No offense, but I feel like Lillie is an angel to me no matter if she has the makeup."
"Sometimes the bride needs the makeup." Hop laughs. "Maybe it will change your opinion when you see her in the makeup."
"Indeed, Brother. Not all Makeups are bad, isn't that why you also have a cosmetic store in the RPA?" Trenor says. "It sometimes enhances the beauty."
"Well, that may be true at all, though I just can't wait to see her, that's all." Ash says as he looks at the window, the same goes for Lillie.
Meanwhile, in the other room, Serena, May, Dawn, Eve, Alice, Insey, Flora, Reisa, Elline, Eve, Helen, Minami, Golly, and Emily are helping Lillie with makeup.
"Seriously, I still think I don't need the excess makeup." Lillie says. "Knowing Ash, he would like to see my own beauty."
"But you really need it, it will go well with the dress Ash specially made for you." Flora says.
"Indeed. Ash will be stunned by your beauty." Helen says. "He definitely will change your opinion of you in the makeup after seeing you."
"I hope so." Lillie sighs. "What if I get nervous…"
Minami says, "Don't worry, everyone gets nervous, especially when they are having the biggest day in their lives."
"I am pretty sure that Ash is also nervous as well, after all, it is also his big day as well." Reisa says.
"But don't worry, we will always be there for you." Golly says. "Remember, you are not alone."
"Thank you girls." Lillie smiles as she feels touched.
The wedding ceremony has begun, all of Ash's guests in the past have seated on the chairs in the wedding hall waiting for the two to enter the room.
Emily is selected to be the flower girl, as she throws some flowers on the isle, and the six groomsmen and six bridesmaids making their way down the isle. Serena and Mark is the first pair, along with Drandon and Flora, Luke and Helen, Gladion and Emily, Paul and Dawn, Trenor and Alice are the last. Those who aren't the two all sit in the first row of the seats as they get the privilege as Ash's best friends.
As Ash walks to his spot with his mother, everyone has congratulated him as he walks on the isles. He then thanks them all for the blessings as he slowly reach the spot where he is supposed to be.
Then Lillie comes in with her mother. Ash can see her face covered with a veil, but he doesn't care since he is stunned by the beauty of the dress.
With the organ is playing, Lillie slowly walks towards the aisle with her mother, then she has already stood in front of him.
Ash slowly lifts the veil to see her beautiful face, yes, she has makeup, but Ash can't tell it since she is beautiful in his eyes.
For the vows, Ash says, "Lillie. During my travels and my studies, you have always been by my side. I could never think of a day without you in my life. I am honored to be your husband."
Lillie says, "Ash, I was happy that I have to travel or study with you, I couldn't have a lot of enjoyable moments without your help. Now you have also made another one of my fantasies come true, thank you and I am honored to be your wife."
After the vows, the priest asks, "So does anyone here believe that the two won't be married?"
Without the traitors interfering, no one raises their hands to show any disagreement with the two, the priest says, "I officially pronounce you two to be husband and wife, now you may kiss the bride."
Ash carefully cups Lillie's cheeks and they kiss, after that, Lillie has thrown the bouquet, which lands on Serena's hands.
Once the wedding is over, they have a dance party in the castle as Ash and Lillie are talking with the guests. Both of them are having a lot of fun dancing with each other, and when they didn't feel like dancing more, they just talk to the guests as well as their friends about their adventures.
"Ash, Lillie. Congratulations on your marriage." Ash and Lillie turn around and they smile, seeing two of his friends greeting them.
"Kris! Silver!" Lillie hugs them and says, "It is good to see you again."
"Yeah. I can't believe the two of you are married." Kris says. "But you were like that when we are in Johto."
"That might be true." Ash says. "I am glad to see you coming."
"And good for you to be married." They turn around and they also see Brock approaching them. Ash smiles, "Hey, Brock. How is your university studying in Kanto?"
"It is great, I also got my own girlfriend." Brock says with a smile.
"That's great. It will be annoying if we hear one of your flirting again." Lillie says with a smile.
After introducing them to others, they also see another one of his friends approaching them, Ash hugs him and he says, "Cilan. You're here as well!"
"It is great to see you, Ash, Lillie. I can see the wedding giving you two a sweet fragrance in the air." Cilan says.
The other guests are confused, and Mark asks, "Who is he and what is he talking about?"
Golly says, "That's Cilan. He speaks like that because he is a Pokémon Connoisseur. Not to mention he is an S Class. We traveled around Unova Region."
"I see." After greeting the man, the girls are surprised to see a girl bending down and asks, "You are all keepers, can any one of you take care of my brother?"
As the girls are confused, another boy with the same hair as the girl uses some machine to pick it up, the machine is looking like an Aipom's arm, and it is attached to his backpack. "I told you not to do this! Bonnie! This is Ash's wedding, not the place for you to find me a wife!"
"But Clemont! You need someone to take care of!" Bonnie says as Ash and Lillie greet the two. "It is nice to see you two, and I see you haven't changed a lot."
"Ash! Lillie!" Bonnie hugs the two of them and she says, "I can't believe that you two are having a marriage. You two are my OTP and I can't believe you are married."
"I know." Lillie says. Then they introduce them as the people they travel through Kalos. Clemont says, "It is nice to meet you, I am also the gym leader of Lumiose City."
"Really?" The others are surprised, and Ash says, "Without his help, I wouldn't be able to file a lawsuit of Kalos High with evidence. After all, being the Lumiose City Gym Leader, he also can't tolerate any bullying."
"I see." The others nod, and they also greet four more people, they are the travel companions from Alola, Kiawe, Mallow, Lana and Sophocles. The four of them are Ash and Lillie's friends when they are going there.
After a fun time in the castle, Ash and Lillie also cut the giant cake in front of a crowd and the guests share them, at first they are surprised that Insey manages to make this big cake, but in the end, they are glad that it is delicious.
Before the wedding is about to end, Ash and Lillie go to their travel companions, and he asks, "Since the wedding is about to end, I want to know, are you guys going to continue staying here with us, or you'll have to go back to your regions?"
Brock says, "I have to go back, since I medical school."
Kris says, "Silver and I also have studies in the Johto High, so we have to go back."
Cilan says, "Well, I can stay here for a while, since my brothers are handling the restaurant well."
Clemont says, "And Clemont is doing a good job as the substitute Gym Leader, so we can stay as well."
Mallow says, "We Trials Captains are permitted to stay for a while before going back to Alola. So it will be great to see what this place is."
"That's great." Lillie smiles. "How about tomorrow you'll join us in the Galar Region? We are having a huge trip there."
"That will be nice, since we don't have any idea about that region." Sophocles says as they all cheer.
In the end, as every guest has left, Ash and Lillie are at the balcony of their room. They are watching at the stars in the sky and Ash wraps his arm around Lillie's shoulder. "I wonder what will happen next." Ash says.
"Who knows, but we will think about it tomorrow." Lillie says.
They look at each other and kiss once more, and Ash says, "I love you, Lillie Ketchum."
"I love you too, Ash Ketchum." Lillie says with a smile.
