(A/N: Prechapter statement here, I do touch up the pilot a bit again, and it should be all solid now. Let's continue the show.)

~The Establishment Arc~

Chapter 3: Doing the Dirty Work

[Pillbox Hill]

The next morning, Naruto was already up as he intended to make this day as productive as yesterday, but only hoped it would be less violent.

He started by going to the Premium Deluxe Motorsport garage, with the Asterope he used in the first race he participated in. Naruto had parked it in as Simeon was checking it out.

"And? What do you think?" Naruto was leaning against the open driver's door. "Is it still worth a buck?"

"Of course, my boy, it's worth a buck, more than a buck really." Simeon told him as he stood back up and glided his hand over the clean hood. "But I'm not exactly a second-rate car salesman, so I won't be able to buy this car from you, unfortunately."

Fearing this, Naruto sighs in defeat, having already suspected that the Armenian wasn't able to buy this car off him as it was a simple sedan for a family while his whole store was filled with up good cars he sees around, and not of the cheap kind either.

"But, that doesn't mean I can't help you with your problem, my boy." Simeon said while opening the hood of the Asterope and checking the engine. "Luckily for you, there's a market, where cars like these are on the demand, a contact of mine might be interested."

Naruto asked, "Can you tell me where this contact of yours is? I can take it to him."

"Sorry to say this, but he's not much of meeting strangers, so he'll be only meeting me." Simeon informed him. "But meanwhile, I'd like you to do me a favor, my boy. With a repo job, to be exact."

Naruto half frowned as he said, "If it's another gang that stole your car-"

[Where Credit's Due]

"No, no, no. It's not a gang, just listen." Simeon said, before going into the details. "This woman owns a business, Chantelle's Beauty Salon. She's got bad credit and I want you to repossess the car I sold her."

Naruto gave him a look prompting Simeon to point out something a bit more important.

"Listen, the woman's a crook, uses the hair salon as a front to launder money, and lots of it too. So no need to feel guilty over her considering she thinks she can run one over on me. The salon's on Carson Avenue in Rancho, it's a pink Zion you need to bring in."

"Right, any heat I should be worried about?" Naruto asked.

"The woman's a cheapskate in that matter. She has one cop on payroll and a few Vagos acting as protection." Simeon said as Naruto looked annoyed. "But if you are quick enough, they won't notice a thing."

"Right." Naruto nodded as he went away.

[Bone County, San Andreas]

Landing in Bone County was not exactly easy as it was in the nineties, so Isaribi had to land in an airfield seemingly abandoned. But she knew better, given it was obvious it was somewhat still in use. The two got off the plane as Isaribi looked at her map.

Marnie had changed to a dark blue cropped biker jacket, a white Lost MC t-shirt, faded blue jeans, and gray round toe boots, loosened her hair to let it down.

Isaribi had removed the du-rag and swapped the shades for a pair of Rimmers azure aviators. She began reading off the info she had on the target.

"I did my homework on the actual target. Mark Wayne, known as B Dup, former member of the GSF before betraying them for the Ballas in '92. Was a major dealer in the early 1990s'. Joined your program in late '93. Seems Epsilon was unaware of his dealings because he was using the program to hide whatever drugs he had left to traffic while kicking a bit of profits to the program to pay tithes."

"It explains why he made donations in advance. The Program would be privier to vouch for him, which he could use to his advantage." Marnie said, feeling more guilty.

"And be able to move product easily. It's actually pretty genius, but he screwed up. Not just by backstabbing you and the program, but by screwing over everybody he came across. Including our contact who's going to meet us."

"Who is he?" Marnie asked.

"Barry Throne, known as Big Bear. Ex-OG of the Grove Street Families. And speaking of him…"

Just when she mentioned him, a gold colored Pegassi Infernus Classic pulled up just right there.

Stepping out was the man himself, Big Bear. Dressed simply in a black bowling shirt, deep green blouse, ash colored work pants, and brown chukka boots; he never did fully regain the weight he had before his crack addiction. He did look rather healthy and focused instead, while still looking big as an ox.

"Isaribi, right?" He said, as she nodded. "Barry Thorne, nice to meet you."

She got off the crate to shake hands.

"A pleasure. That one's Marnie. She's just the debt collector in this little hunt." She said before taking a look at the car. "Nice car."

"Thanks, got this in '92." Bear informed her. "Let's just say B Dup's familiar with it. But that's a story for later once we catch this rat."

"I got everything that I need." Isaribi said, pointing at her material. "Once I'm on the grid, I can track him."

"Great. I called in a favor to CJ and he let me borrow this airfield to use to set up shop for us to hunt this asshole down." Big Bear remarked.

"That's why you landed the plane here." Marnie said, realizing why they landed on this desolate place.

"Good, you're learning. Now we get to work tracking him down." Isaribi said. "Big Bear, you got any leads?"

"Only that he has protection, former members of the Sindacco family." Big Bear stated. "Leftover guidos who lost touch with their bosses in Liberty City after they all got popped."

"Old Mobsters? Really?" Isaribi gained a smirk on her face. "I can work with that."

"There's a silver and white Vapid Bullet in the garage there. CJ let me borrow it while I'm here." He said, tossing Isaribi the keys to it. "Be careful with it, it's still a good vehicle."

"Thanks, let's get to work then." Isaribi said, walking towards the garage. "Marnie, I guess I'll see you later."

"Can you at least pick up some food? I don't exactly have wheels." Marnie said before Isaribi spied a classic Shitzu PCJ 600.

Isaribi started it up to drive it over to Marnie, stopping next to her.

"There, you have something to get around. Just keep your phone available on call in case." Isaribi said going to the garage.

Big Bear and Isaribi drove off in their vehicles and sped into the city to start the hunt for an old friend turned traitor who's got a major debt to pay.

[Rancho Projects]

While Isaribi was busy with a major hit that she's been preparing to do, Naruto was making his own steps. Sitting in the back of a taxi he called in, the driver pulled up next to the Rancho Projects, just nearby Jamestown Street.

"We're here." The taxi driver stated.

Naruto handed him a hundred dollar bill and told him to keep the change.

"Gracias."

Stepping out of the back of the taxi, Naruto walked alongside the pavement. He was hoping this would not turn into another shootout.

"HEY YOU!"

Naruto's head turned to the shout and saw that it came from a Hispanic man who just approached some guy outside his apartment and was making fuss about something before he sucker punched the unsuspecting person who now laid on the ground as then a gang of them, most likely Vagos, began jumping in on the mobbing on the guy.

Having been warned about Rancho being a Vagos stronghold, he just kept on walking in hope not to get spotted by anybody in the neighborhood. The industrial neighborhood was seeing better days, but was still rife with gangs.

"Here I am."

Standing now right across the street was Chantelle's Beauty Salon, and he knew the car was parked in the back of the business.

*Sirens!*

Naruto's head shot up and saw a couple of police cruisers rolling up the project parking lot causing the Hispanic gang members to scatter. They took refuge in the large apartment complex with some of the cops pursuing them as one stayed behind to check on the beaten up victim.

'Damn, too many cops, and way too close to that hair salon. If I'm taking that ride without it looking like theft, I better wait.'

Having now been forced to wait, Naruto sat on a bench making it look like he was on his phone to not gain any suspicious attention. He simply watched the police arrive in numbers and enter the housing project. He decided to make a move for a nearby Cluckin' Bell. Not for any food, but for a mere soda. He was not going to sit out in the sun without a drink.

[Las Venturas]

The Well Stacked Pizza Company. If it was one comfort food people could fall back on, it was pizza. Big Bear and Isaribi had met up at it's Creek location after a long day searching for a break to eat idly chatting about things.

"So you called up someone else to help in the hunt?" Isaribi asked.

"Yeah, B Dup pissed a lot of people off. Connected with this dude whose cousin was scammed by him. We crossed paths, and the rest is history. Discrete guy." Big Bear said, eating another slice.

Big Bear's phone rang just when he swallowed the slice. Wiping his hands, he grabbed his phone.

It was a short call with a few quick nods before it ended before the minute was even over.

"We need to go." He said as he and Isaribi left. "That was him."

"I guess I'm calling Marnie." She said, not surprised at all. "Where are we meeting them?"

"Last Dime Motel. It's on the south side of this place between Rockshore West and that industrial place." Big Bear said getting in his car.

[~TWG:R~]

Isaribi texted Marnie to meet them there as she got in her car before racing off to follow. The drive to the south side was not bad, but the destination was befitting its name. The Last Motel looked pitiful, the end of the road for the gamblers and the downtrodden. The night sky illuminated by the moon as they noticed bodies on the ground…dead Italians. Marnie came on her motorcycle to balk at the carnage. The three walked in to see it was a complete mess and a few homeless and prostitutes were rummaging the bodies for any valuables being vultures picking up the remaining pieces.

"The cops don't even bother showing up? " Marnie asked, as Big Bear sucked his teeth.

"It's still a crooked city even after all these years." Big Bear said as they went up to the door that was B Dup's room.

Seeing there were blood prints on it, it was clear there was a fight. Isaribi opened the door calling out for anyone there, and he looked clearly the same as she remembered. His trademark Navy Spyde track jacket and all, an Eastern European who was checking the body of the last guard he just put down, this was none other than-

"No fucking way…." Isaribi said upon realizing who it was. "Niko Bellic?"

"Isaribi?... I didn't expect to see you again… Small world." Niko said, putting his Pistol .50 away. "Good to see you too, it has been too long."

"Yeah, it has been, indeed." Isaribi remarked and saw the mess. "You saved me the trouble, we've seen your work outside."

"Well, not all." Niko stated as he reached for the bathroom door. "Here he is."

Once the door was fully open, they found the ex-gangbanger tied up against the toilet, still acting tough despite being battered, with a swallowed eye, blood trail on his head and busted lips. The moment B Dup saw Big Bear, Marnie, and Isaribi…he dropped the act.

Isaribi began first saying, "Hello, Mr. Wayne. I believe you're in deep shit."

"How the fuck you find me?" B Dup yelled, wanting answers. "Damn it! Answer me!"

Marnie just went to search for the money, ignoring the pleading of the traitor. She frankly wanted a piece of him to beat up, given she nearly got a friend of hers killed and made a mockery of what she stood for. She wordlessly took the twenty percent before coming out of the room.

"I got the twenty percent. Get rid of this trash." Marnie snarled, aiming her anger at B Dup. "I'll meet you at the airfield, Isaribi, and I'll see you in another life, B Dup."

She left, closing the door as B Dup was sweating nervously. The sound of it shutting was a bit of a wake up call. He decided if he wanted to get out of this alive, he would do what men like him did for decades. Snitching.

"Wait, I got information that could be of value. Epsilon got plenty of dirt." B Dup pleaded. "Like real dirt, money spots, bodies, drugs, anything."

"Not interested." Niko said, annoyed with him.

"I don't care." Big Bear said. "Frankly, it ain't worth keeping you alive."

"Let's just split the money first. I call dibs on his computer and phone…I can comb it for information which will be worth more than this prick's life." Isaribi said as they left B Dup alone…for the moment.

Which was rather brief before he got gagged in his mouth and with duct tape, B Dup was silenced for the moment, as his captures were searching for any valuables. The split up of cash was rather easy, leaving each with a quarter million of drug money that needed to be laundered, no big deal for her at least. She found a pair of Crowex watches, the '92 Datejust versions. One silver and one gold to which she swiped for herself.

"Let's go." Isaribi stated. "By now, even the cops will come to clean up the mess."

B Dup was shoved in the back of Big Bear's car.

"I'll leave you to it. I already got the money back." Niko said going to his rental car, a Vapid Huntley Sport.

"You sticking around LV for a bit? I do want to catch up." Isaribi asked, getting in her car.

"Pirates in Men's Pants." Niko said tersely. "You still have my number?"

"I never actually got rid of it…" Isaribi said cheekily as he chuckled.

"Of course, you didn't." Niko said before driving away.

They'd leave the motel with dead mafiosi to be laying on the ground, for the cops to later find.

[Rancho Projects]

With night having now fallen over Los Santos, the sunkissed sky was now gone and was touched with darkness. Only that darkness was also mixed with the flickering blue and red lights of LSPD cruisers having totally blocked off the road - with it now becoming clearer that this was no normal police answering to an assault call. Instead, it was a Gang Injunction.

Coming out of a coffee shop that laid right across the hair salon, Naruto was seen carrying a packed sandwich and a cup of coffee, as he bought more to eat while awaiting the police presence to go away. Unluckily, now the cops were in more numbers than ever, and the only benefit is that none of the major news outlets were here to catch this. He could not exactly be caught taking a car on camera. But at the moment he was watching, a couple of black Declasse Grangers were seen pulling right up.

They parked in the Rancho parking lot, where a couple of police officers already had over a dozen gang members lined up against the wall while on their knees. Being the gang members who were caught in the assault or fugitive the authorities had managed to catch.

"Pinche Jura! You got a warrant?" One of the bald Vagos shot at the nearest cop, having gang tattoos across his neck.

"Shut your mouth already, punk."

"Or what?"

BAM!

[Cues: Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas OST - C.R.A.S.H. Theme]

The sound of a door being slammed caused the cops to turn their heads towards the source. A couple of plain clothed cops were coming towards them, pretty much giving away who they were.

Gang and Narcotics Division.

"Mierda…" The loudmouth gang member said, already regretting those words as he stared back at the wall. "Not these guys again…"

"Felipe, you're insulting good officers again, aren't you?" A male officer said wearing shades. "When are you going to learn to be respectful to others with an attitude like that…probably when you lay off the tacos."

He was a man of pale tone with a thin and bony face having a narrow now. Befitting a pair of blue eyes under his pair of smoke colored aviators. He stood out with lilac-coloured hair cropped with a low ponytail.

The man named Felipe didn't answer and just kept his head aimed to the wall, with the other gang members following suit. They refused to say another word anymore in front of the plain clothed cops that they knew. Akahoshi, he was called…but to the gangbangers, he was the worst of the police.

Standing next to the lead detective was none other than Yugito. She was a part of Akahoshi's unit, which she's been part of for almost a few months now.

"Officers, you can leave us now with these suspects," Akahoshi told the uniformed cops as he relieved them from their guard duty. "We can handle this."

The few blue wearing cops gave glances to one another, as they proceeded to take the detective's orders and walk away. Those gangbangers were no longer their problem anymore. The moment those uniformed officers took their leave, however…

WHAP!

Felipe's shoulder got struck badly with one of Akahoshi's men who swung a nightstick to his rear, rough enough to cause the gang member to drop to the ground.

"Ahh, fuck!"

"Hurts pretty bad, doesn't it?" Akahoshi simply remarked with a slight smile while looking down on the gang member who's cuffed from behind. "So, Felipe, you want to know the reason why I came all the way from the other side of town to come to this shitty place you call home?"

The way he described their homes, caused some of the younger Vago members to frown. This bastard with a badge was disrespecting their homes and was making a mockery of them.

Felipe however kept himself calm and guessed.

"Because somebody from our neighborhood talked to the cops about that beating we gave earlier?" Felipe said.

"Oh that? No, no, no. I don't give a damn about some lowlife immigrant gardener like him." Akahoshi stated with the casual racism that came easy to him, "I came down here for my cut."

"Your cut?"

"Your street tax, boy. It's the end of the month." Akahoshi cleared up.

He had the intention to come and collect his pay from the gangs he was extorting a percentage off from their earnings, just like their C.R.A.S.H. predecessors, they were just here to check out their money for their own enrichment.

"I just found out you've got some extra income that you haven't notified me about, like your money laundering operation." Akahoshi said before kicking Felipe in the ribs.

Yugito just watched, noticing the concerned looks some of the gang members were giving to each other, seeing they were panicking.

Felipe kept calm and stated, "I don't know what you're talking-"

Akahoshi kicked him again before forcing Felipe up against the wall.

"Don't play dumb with me. I know about Chantelle's Hair Salon's a front for money laundering." Akahoshi cut him off, being less than pleased. "We've been watching you for a few weeks, and seen you and your friends enter that place next door. Knowing you, I doubt you go there to get a haircut."

A police helicopter was seen flying over the Rancho Projects, with search lights focused on the housing projects, it even aimed for them, briefly before the light dimmed away from the location.

Akahoshi dragged Felipe away, but not before giving the other officers an order.

"Keep an eye on them, me and Felipe Mota will be having a private conversation." Akahoshi told them while moving towards the Hair Salon and added. "Yugito, with me."

"Yes sir…" Yugito complied, still getting ordered like that.

This unit had not liked her and the lead detective she worked with completely detested her. His refusal to call her officer was a clear sign he frankly did not trust her. Not that she trusted him.

Sure, she was not the cleanest cop, but she still believed in helping people by cleaning up the streets. She did not believe in keeping them dirty in order to make a profit from it.

All the while, some of the bystanders were just watching and shaking their heads. Seeing how once again how the police were interacting with the gang members, having seen the plain clothed police before…was a chilling reminder that little had changed since the 1990's.

Yet Naruto just stared, observed, and waited. He took in the knowledge of who the players in corrupt policing were.

[Music Ends]

[Bone County]

After a few hours of driving, they arrived in Las Brujas. Long abandoned by the living, and where only the dead remain. The car that B Dup was in, was now getting fully covered in liquid gas. Big Bear and Isaribi were busy covering every spot of the car left untouched.

They both took a distance before it was Big Bear who then pulled up a lighter lighting up a cigarette. He normally did not smoke, but he saved a cigarette for this occasion. He lit it up before throwing the lighter on the hood. The car's set ablaze in a matter of moments, with the car seen shaking wildly, B Dup's frantic muffling from within the car could be heard until then-

BOOM!

The car exploded with the flames spreading out of the shattered windows, completely turning the car into a burning mess. Big Bear left out a long drag as they stood there for a moment, watching as muffled sounds had silenced, bringing the end of Mark 'B Dup' Wayne.

"A shame about the car." She remarked before turning to Bear, "You alright?"

"... I'm fine…" Big Bear shortly stated as they turned to the car, with some bitterness to his tone. "After all these years. Got rid of everything of him and I can move on with my life."

They both entered the Bullet, and they drove away to quickly get back on the road. He put out the cigarette.

"And I can be with my partner and put that cult behind me." Isaribi said, looking out the window. "I didn't want him to get mixed up in that."

"Good on you for finishing it off, then." Big Bear said, sitting still as he watched the road, reminiscing on old times.

This was a difficult moment for him now, and he just wanted to shove back into the deepness of his thoughts.

"I just hope I never have to deal with those Espilonists ever again." Isaribi said before raising an eyebrow. "Where we heading to anyway?"

"El Quebrados, Tierra Robada. Namely, at their police station, there's a Dinka Double T waiting for you in the parking lot. I was going to take it, but I may as well give it to you. I'll deliver the car to the garage in Fierro." Big Bear said coming up on the small town. "When will you return to LS?"

"A few days."

"Good, because once that car's found, you have to be out of here by then." Big Bear warned her.

The rest of the drive was a quiet one with only the radio playing hip-hop classics. The town of El Quebrados came into town as he pulled into the parking lot where the custom Japanese sports bike lay in wait with a green snakeskin pattern. Isaribi got out of the car with her things before getting on the bike, bidding Big Bear a thumbs up before taking off.

Big Bear went in the opposite direction, calling up CJ on his cellphone.

"CJ, it's over. I'm on my way back to Fierro." Big Bear spoke as vaguely as possible as he got a response. "Meet you at Hashbury then. I'll let you in on what happened when I get there."

[Rancho]

Having just finished his last bite of his sandwich, Naruto threw the remaining paper and empty coffee cup in the trash bin that was already full, as he just watched how the police presence was decreasing.

Naruto muttered to himself that it was time to make a move. Running across the street, with no cars were near as the police still had some of the roads blocked off, allowing him to easily enter the projects' parking lot.

Nobody paid attention to the lone person entering the parking lot as the cops seemed to be having their hands full with the loudmouth gang members who were testing them verbally. With one younger gang member with short hair and a checkered shirt being the loudest of them all.

"You love coming down here with your badges, don't you, huh?" The youngster kept going at them. "How about removing these cuffs, and then we'll see who's the tough guy!"

"Shut your mouth, kid-"

"Make me, bitch!" The young Vago roared, making the decision to go on the offensive.

He launched himself against the nearest detective and headbutted himself against his stomach, and started a fight.

"Help the homie out!"

"Fucking shit!"

The gang member began kicking the downed detective in the groan while other gang members were starting to rise up forcing the other cops to try and intervene. It descended into a street brawl.

Lucky for Naruto, he just slipped through the chaos as the patrol cops began running for the Hispanic gang members, allowing him to get to the hair salon.

It wasn't uncommon for Naruto to have seen little to no respect for authorities. Only difference was back in Japan, the gangs and cops had an understanding which gave the 'belief' of a low crime rate in the country. Walking next to the building, he reached the back parking lot finding the pink Übermacht Zion.

"Jackpot."

Inside the salon, someone else was having the same thoughts.

"Jackpot." Akahoshi smirked as he watched on with his pistol pointed. "Come on, bag it up."

His gun was on both Felipe and the building's owner, Chantelle, as they were stuffing money into several brown paper bags. Money hidden away to be laundered and it was quite a significant amount of it. Yugito, who was watching the front entrance, saw the amount of cash that was being hauled out, and knew that this money most likely belonged to some big shots, and Felipe only added more to it.

"You don't know what the fuck you're getting yourself into." Felipe warned as he kept putting in money. "Most of that money belongs to-."

"Chico, if I gave a fuck who that money belonged…I wouldn't be taking it." Akahoshi waved his gun, not concerned. "I don't have all day, move it."

Felipe turned his head back to the money as he was nearly finishing it, with it now being Chantelle's turn to say something.

"Hmph, no wonder nobody trusts the cops," she mumbled. "They all act like gangsters-"

"Shut your mouth, woman, and get on propping."

Yugito just shook her head as she faces back to the entrance, only for Felipe to notice it, figuring out this detective wasn't as stupid as her other colleagues, mentally noting to keep an eye on her.

Vroom!

The sound of an engine turning on, got the attention of everyone. Chantelle, especially. Just as then, they saw the Pink Zion drive past the window of the building.

"My car!" She screamed as it sped out of the parking lot. "Motherfucker! Are you guys going to do something?"

Akahoshi rolled his eyes and replied. "I'm on break. Nii, go deal with it."

"Yes sir…" Yugito left through the back door.

Even if it was just a carjacking, she needed something to lift her spirits.

"Useless cop-"

"On with it!" Akahoshi ordered her as he aimed his pistol at her, making her grab for money faster.

The gang member, Felipe, kept his eye on the female detective, making sure to remember her for the next time he sees her. Now having driven off with the Pink Zion, Naruto started making his way towards the garage to make his payday. Pulling out his phone, he began to dial in for Simeon's number and waited until he picked up.

"Ah, Naruto, my boy."

"I got the ride, Simeon, but I had to wait. Roads were blocked off by the police." Naruto said through the phone the reason for his overtime work. "Should I bring the car in now?"

"Normally I'd say yes, but because I heard of the Police' Gang Injunction in that area, I advise you to drive around for a few hours, until the heat dies down. Afterwards, bring it in."

"Alright."

"Question, is that woman still alive?"

"Yeah, no worry, the cops are with her as we speak." Naruto replied. "I'll speak to you soon."

The car drove off, with the intent of making sure to stay away from Pillbox Hill for at least a few hours until it was safe enough to return it to the garage. Meanwhile, from a few hundred meters away, a black Granger was tailing the Zion from a considerable distance….

[Las Venturas]

After another few hours of driving, both women had gotten to the hotel where they would be reserving a room for a few days. The Pirates in Men's Pants was not her first choice, but no complaints were made. Isaribi had already stored the Double T on the plane along with the jacked stuff of B Dup. The two were waiting for someone to come visit them in the lounging area.

"No fucking way, it is true!"

Sitting on the couches, both Isaribi and Marnie turned their heads to see Niko coming up to them, with his cousin in a Hawaiian shirt. He was beyond happy to see Isaribi. .

"Isaribi, it's good to see you!" Roman Bellic spoke, hugging the purple haired girl to which she returned.

"Roman, it's also good to see you." Isaribi genuinely smiled before asking. "Wait, is Mallorie here also?"

"No, unfortunately not, Mallorie and little Kate are back home, she's still needing to go to school, but that doesn't mean that they aren't being the chaos that is my life." Roman said jovially in his Serbian accent that was still there. "We were going to head out to get some Chinese food over at the Four Dragons. You want to join us?"

Isaribi was more than happy to agree and left with the cousins to the casino for its restaurant inside. The three were catching up as they dined on their fried rice dishes. This would lead to a long conversation between Niko and Isaribi at the table while Roman and Marnie were on the other side being stone silent as they listened to this important topic, something that Niko especially needed to know.

"So that's how it is." Niko stated, having puzzled his mind with unanswered questions from years ago.

"Considering after all that has happened, I thought you finally wanted to know about my past associations." Isaribi said while holding her drink as she named up a few things. "Me and the Lost, you killed a few of them, and then kidnapped your cousin for that Russian. If it makes you feel better, the kidnapping was something I refused to take part in, especially when I learned it was for Dimitiri. Especially because it all the debt of a fucking junkie."

"And all that time, Johnny Klebitz…" Niko said with his hands close to his mouth, in deep realization. "It was him who was responsible for my cousin's kidnapping."

"Yeah, my connections to him from back then, with the Lost as a whole, are all severed now. After what happened, they scattered to the winds." Isaribi stated as she thought about it. "Total opposite happened to Luis."

"That Dominican guy with the diamonds?" Niko questioned her, as she brought him up too as a contact. "You really seem to know a lot of people, Isaribi."

"Luis Lopez, yeah, that's him." Isaribi confirmed. "I also know his friends Armando and Henriquez, his mother and that business guy, Gay Tony."

She recollected meeting all of them and said. "From what I can say, they all are still in Liberty City, with Luis running the clubs except for Tony himself."

For Niko, it was interesting to get the complete picture over everything that happened. It was surprising to see the 'whole' story. As he, Johnny, and Luis had crossed paths multiple times, and often not for the same purpose. With Niko himself admitting that he would end up killing a few of Isaribi's former friends.

"You don't hold it against me for what happened to Jason or Jim?" He asked.

Remembering the bikers he killed on orders from Faustin and from Ray back then as the Pegorino's hired gun.

"Jason, not so much, he got his dick inside a paranoid Russian's daughter, so that was expected, but Jim, a little. Yet even that I can't blame you for. They got their hands dirty by screwing over the Mob over those cursed diamonds." Isaribi reminded herself of how many people were after those diamonds. "And let's be real, after pissing off the Mob while you have a civil war, you basically have written your own death sentence at that point."

"Pretty much." Niko agreed, having himself pissed off the Russians.

Thankfully having made himself on good terms with the Gambetti Family after working with Jon Gravelli before he passed away kept that away from him.

"I quit my association with Lost right then after you whacked Jim. I was already considering leaving after Roman was kidnapped, but Jim's death was the last straw." Isaribi said bitterly. "He left behind a wife and kid…Estelle."

"What happened to her?" Roman asked.

Having known his cousin's hands weren't clean for all the death he had dealt, he felt like he should know.

"Considering the Lost Civil War wrecked their numbers and there was the charge on the prison to kill Billy, the Lost in Alderney as a group were basically disbanded. Estelle left town with her mother…lost contact with her. Probably for the best. Danica left too…became an arms dealer." Isaribi said wistfully. "Me? I wrapped up my business… I didn't join you to kill Pegorino because I helped Luis Lopez kill Bulgarin."

"So that's how Bulgarin died…" Niko stated, with a bit of relief.

"I guess you owe Lopez a drink, cousin." Roman said before remembering something. "Wait, I remember that name. He's a part of the staff for Maisonette 9. Damn, the world looks smaller by the day."

"Roman, he nearly got my face blasted off and denied me a payday for those diamonds." Niko said dryly.

"But he got rid of Bulgarin for you. And you nearly got him killed too…so you're even." Roman remarked as Niko rolled his eyes. "But what are you up to, Isaribi?"

"Moved to LS…a job went wrong and I met someone who saved my life. He became my new partner." Isaribi said. "Before that, I had drifted through a few places. Carcer, Bullworth, and San Fierro. But all that's old history. What about you guys?"

"Well, how do I say this, Bellic Enterprises is expanding into Los Santos." Roman said with excitement written on his face. "I got a couple ready to go on and start the LS branch. With a location pinned to: 7 Del Perro Beach, Vespucci Beach. Good price and there's only one rival cab company. I'm going to be even richer."

He spied the craps table and smirked saying, "And maybe a little more…"

His old habits were about to kick in.

"Oh no, you don't." Niko warned his cousin.

Niko was simply glad to have finally gotten control over his cousin's gambling addiction.

"So you two are going to take charge of it?" Isaribi asked, curious about the Bellic's business.

"No, but we are just going to be just to set business up. And I have to keep Roman from gambling." Niko said as Roman rolled his eyes. "Having his habits under control, we still need reliable people to work in it. We got a couple going over to run the place."

"If you need drivers, my partner and I could do with some 'legal' work." Isaribi said, finishing her food. "Tell you what, me and him will help your couple start up the business. We could use the labor and the pay will be good."

"Agreed! But first, let's play!" Roman just chuckled as she paid for her food, leaving to go hit the slots.

Money was going to be spent in this city, for sure.

[Pillbox Hill]

With a yawn, Naruto was done touring around and finally returning back to Simeon's garage. With it already being now two after midnight, the streets were now mostly empty as the only car that was now driving up was the hot pink Zion that Naruto stole, or in better terms, repossessed. Now driving it into the garage, he found that the car he left for Simeon was gone from the spot, allowing him to park it there. He exited the car and walked up to the office in the showroom.

"Simeon!"

"In the office!" Simeon replied back, "Come here, boy."

Naruto did that and began to make his way towards the office and saw Simeon was sitting by his desk, seemingly busy.

And what was he busy doing? - counting money on the table that he then put part of it into the envelope.

He then looked up to see Naruto and smiled. "Ah, Naruto boy, you got the car?"

"It's been collected. Took me a while, but I got the car, no scratch." Naruto said as Simeon tossed him the envelope. "Thank you."

"Good work. Efficiently is well rewarded." Simeon remarked as took the car keys Naruto tossed him. "Don't worry about taking so long about it, with you working professionally, it's worth waiting for good results.

Naruto nodded before heading for the door.

"Oh, also that Karin you brought in, no need to worry about it." Simeon raised that topic up and walked up towards Naruto and tapped a few times on the envelope. "Your cut is in this envelope with your pay for that Zion, so that's a bit extra and no need to know much, but the contact who collected it told me he was very intrigued by the car you brought in."

"Glad to hear about it." Naruto replied to the old man. "Anything else?"

"Well, if you ever have time to make some extra money, there's always cars this contact of mine wants, that needs to be brought to the docks, and they pay good for it."

"I'll think about it, for now I want to go home." Naruto said with a yawn.

"Of course, you worked hard today." Simeon smiled as he tipped Naruto's shoulder while allowing him to leave the office. "Go sleep, rest and enjoy the night. I'll contact you when I need some new cars to be brought in."

Naruto nodded before leaving the dealership, taking in the night sky. Now the matter was calling a cab to head home.

He waited by the street, holding his hands into his flight jacket's pockets. The cold was a bothersome issue where it's supposed to be a warm climate in the State of San Andreas.

It was then that he heard an engine, and then from the corner of his eye, he saw a couple of lights coming up to him, nearly blinding him fully as it was the lights of an SUV that basically drove up to the curb and stopped only a foot away from Naruto.

Holding his shoulder in front of his eyes, he lowered it to see who it was driving the car - and it was somebody he really wished not bothered him now.

Yugito Nii. She stepped out of the car, with a frown read upon her face as she walked over towards the person she'd been following, ready to confront him.

"Name, kid." She asked right away, lacking nonchalance, not making happy gestures, she just went straight forwards. "Name and what were you doing here late at night?"

Naruto did not say anything as he just returned the favor and glared back at the female detective and did not give another word to budge to her will, as he knew that it would only help her case more.

His response was silence, and that did not sit well for the police detective.

"Are you deaf, kid?" Yugito repeated her question and with more demand. "Tell me, what is your name and what are you doing here so late?"

"What's the meaning of this?"

The response she heard wasn't coming from Naruto, but instead it was Simeon, who was watching the cop's arrival from within the garage and walked out of his business.

"Stay away, sir. This is police business." Yugito held her hand out to him as she kept glaring at Naruto. "I saw this man steal a pink Zion-"

"Under which he was given legal reasons to," Simeon interrupted as he pulled out a document he held and showed it in his hands. "It's not stolen, it's a repossession from a client who was not meeting her payments, as of which my employer was within his right to return the car to my business."

The fact Simeon had brought up legal papers, forced Yugito to take it and read. Seeing the document was in fact real and not some fake copy, with the woman's signature and name the same one who's hair salon she just helped enter with her colleagues.

Simeon wasn't done, however.

"And if you want to know why Naruto doesn't answer to you, it is because you have no right to come to him like that, in an unmarked police vehicle. Let alone nearly hitting him and driving over the curb. So if I were you, I'd be leaving this boy alone before I'll call my lawyer about your racial profiling."

And when he went like that, it's when shit hit the fan for the blonde cop.

"Racial profiling?" Yugito turned her sight towards the Armenian. "Are you insinuating I am racist?"

"I'm not insinuating, I am saying it on the basis of facts, woman." Simeon spoke back, looking prepared for this. "The fact you are busy harassing this Japanese, hard-working, immigrant who just came to this country, during unbearable shifts, is nearly driven over by you, because you are accusing him of theft. Says a lot hasn't changed in the LSPD. So I will politely ask you to leave this young man alone before I will file a complaint to your chief and to the city."

With Simeon's full tirade being over, it actually caused Yugito to stop her questioning. As she took a step back before handing the document back over to the Armenian man.

She just entered the Granger and drove off, basically giving into the pressure and allowing Naruto off on this.

And to be frank, Naruto was quite surprised before turning to Simeon for answers, who just smiled at him.

"In this city, my boy, race can be a powerful tool to get what you want. If you play it correctly, of course." Simeon mentioned as he added. "Embarrassing an officer of this city is an easy thing to do after 92' and I can speak from experience."

It was then when a yellow cab was seen pulling up, being Naruto's quo.

"That must be your ride. Good night, kid." Simeon said as he walked back to his business.

"Thanks, old man." Naruto said as he just went towards the cab, with little to no words being said as he entered it before it drove off.

['When Credit's Due' - Mission Passed!]

[Las Venturas]

In her hotel room, Isaribi was down a glass of wine, as she was watching the view of the gambling-ridden city she was staring at from the window. Marnie was out there seeing if she could meet some members of the Epsilon program. Isaribi had the room to herself, as the Bellics decided to go and explore the city's other attractions, she pulled up the document out of the suitcase she had brought along.

"Bellic Enterprises, Los Santos. With its first investors..."

[Los Santos]

Leaning against the Granger, Yugito now was seen smoking herself a cigarette as today, being in the Mission Row Police Station's parking lot, coping with what just happened. Having told her colleagues' about her 'losing' the car, they didn't seem to be bothered much by it.

She was turning to the open car's door where she stared at the seat. There laid her cut of the money, the money they just stole from the money laundering operation they raided under false pretext, something she was totally against. Shaking her head, she hated accepting this money, because it made her feel even more guilty for not doing the job she really wanted to do. Even with her hardest belief that you had to make your hands dirty to put bad people inside, she was forced into work with absolute scumbags.

She questioned her morals and often, even questioned if she was doing the right thing, because she now was way too deep to tell the higher ups about the unit's behavior. She hated to admit it, but she feared for her own future in law enforcement. Raising her head upwards, she puffed her the smoke out of her own lungs, before she then also stomped the remaining cigarette to the ground with her high-heel boots.

"I'm off."

Taking the cash and going for her VCPD Cheetah, she drove off, not caring if her hours were still not in, and went off to God knows where.

For Naruto, it had been another day working, and was now on the couch of his apartment living room, as he was finished counting his earnings.

On the table now laid the money he had made, around nearly $14,000, with most of the money coming from the Karin Simeon had taken off his hands, and he now was close to having 30K in his possession. For now, he leaned back on the couch exhausted from today. He really wished to have something to do now. He called Lamar only to find he was busy.

"I need to buy myself a game console." Naruto thought.

He did have some bottles of whiskey, some food he got while waiting for the cab, and some of Lamar's rolled up joints. So much to do, but man he didn't want to be alone, and he just sighs.

"Maybe I'll just go to bed." Naruto said, reading his phone's contacts. "First, I'll see if my family's awake-"

*Knock* *knock* *knock*

But then his head turned towards the door, and heard the door getting knocked on, which was followed up then by some giggles he heard and shushed noises. Naruto immediately got his pistol out ready to ask questions.

"Hey! Mister neighbor! We don't bite." That sounded like a female, who was undoubtedly sounding drunk as she was heard struggling. "Can you come out, please?"

Not taking any chances, Naruto quickly began grabbing all the money and putting it away into one of his suitcases that luckily had a lock on. He put the safety of the pistol back on and tugged it back in the holster as he approached the door.

"I'm coming up, wait a moment." Naruto told them as he unlocked the door before opening it.

And his assumptions were right: it was a girl, but in fact it was just two girls. Both were seen drunk, hanging on to each other as support with both of them half-drunk and trying to stay on their feet, with them clearly coming back from a club. The taller one was clearly Latina whereas the shorter one hanging on her was mixed race with tanned skin, orange eyes, and layered mint hair. Her petite frame gave off a soft androgynous look.

The brunette Latina wore a black neckerchief top under a red checkered shirt, a pair of dark colored jeans, and black and red canvas sneakers. The greenette wore a white loose tank under an opened black gilet, golden bracelets to accent her painted orange nails, a short white apron skirt, fishnet thigh highs, and black calf boots.

"Sorry for interrupting. I'm Fu… and this is, Elisa, you….can call her Liz…. I live a door down from you." Fu said, trying not to slur her words with the lazy smile on her face. "I seem to have misplaced my keys… I think I forgot them in my pants that I'm not wearing. Mind if we crash here for the night?"

Naruto gave a funny look at them and asked. "You sure about that? Because normally, two women entering a stranger's person's place doesn't help their cases, if I am going to be honest."

"Oh don't be like that." Fu's self-conscious voice slurred as she mentioned. "Lamar told me you were alright, said I can trust you."

"Lamar?" Naruto questioned. "What did Lamar tell you about me?"

Liz just pointed inside.

"How about you give us some of that food, and we'll discuss it?" She asked with a pleading look while holding Fu's shoulder. "Please, I'm craving for something to eat."

"Okay, you can come in." Naruto let them enter. Still suspicious. "But if this is a trick-"

*Kiss!*

By a sudden move of surprise and while having to stand on her tiptoes, Fu had just caught Naruto in a kiss, catching the blonde immigrant off. Elisa was chuckling a bit at her reaction.

Fu's lips departed from Naruto's as she gave this non-drunken look at him, as she winked at him and stated.

"Believe me, this isn't a trick, Naruto Uzumaki, don't think I've forgotten about you."

"Dios Mio, Fu, you're being bold again?" Her Latina friend laughed as they both entered the premises. "To the couch with you."

As they entered the apartment, Naruto was still a bit taken back by the sudden action before he gained a smile on his face.

"Well, at least this night can end on good terms."

Not knowing what this night would hold, he closed the door behind him, seeing what this young night might have to offer to him.

Current Stats:

Naruto - $31,757 - Current Weapons: Fist, Pistol, Sawn-Off Shotgun, Micro SMG, Carbine Rifle

Isaribi - $428,390 - Current Weapons: Fist, Antique Calvary Dagger, Automatic 9mm, Sweeper Shotgun, MG, Carbine Rifle, Marksman Rifle , Sticky Bombs

(A/N: Fu's here. I've been considering what Naruto characters could show, how they could, and their potential role in the story. I'm actually taking a bit of inspiration from an old Love Hina/GTA crossover, "Welcome to the Jungle". I will consider suggestions, but I can say Gaara is on my list.)
