Note: the series of to aru majutsu no index and rick and Morty do not belong to me.

Rick, Morty, and Oliver were right now on a space station that was about to be sucked into what appears to be a black hole.

"Run!" Rick screamed.

"Damn!" Oliver yelled.

At this moment, Rick, Morty and Oliver were being chased by their own family, which were Beth, Jerry and Summer, but not only them, there were also two other people who were chasing them.

One was a man with dark blond hair, dark brown eyes, wearing a lab coat, a short-sleeved white T-shirt, and dark blue jeans.

The other was a woman with black hair, green eyes, she too was wearing a lab coat, a purple long-sleeved shirt, and light blue jeans.

The two of them along with Beth, Jerry and Summer are clones from an alternate reality who were possessed by demonic alien spirits, and right now they are trying to kill Rick, Morty and Oliver.

Beth, Jerry, and Summer managed to catch Rick, pulling a device from his hands towards a scared Morty.

"Morty, do it! Press the button!" Rick screamed, trying to break free of the three.

"I can't Rick, they are my family!" yelled Morty.

Before Rick could respond, Oliver snatched the device from Morty, after seeing that his false parents were closing in on them.

Before he could try to press the button, the woman approached Oliver, and changed her face from evil looking to a caring face as she approached Oliver. "No, Oliver. Don't do it darling."

However, contrary to expectations, Oliver's face went from perplexity to hatred and anger, he quickly evaded the clone, and ran towards the red button as he connected the device to it.

Oliver watched the device activate, capturing the clones as they distorted, and transformed into demons while being captured by the device.

"My God!" yelled Morty to see that traumatic scene.

"How disgusting." Oliver said with disgust.

Seeing his dead parents was at first a disconcerting experience for him, since he does not keep any memory of them, he only knew what they looked like thanks to several photos that Beth saved.

But the bewilderment turned to hatred after hearing his fake mother speak affectionately, something about that bothered him a lot.

As Oliver sank into thought and Morty was still traumatized, Rick, who was completely unconcerned about what just happened, watched as the demon spirits were sucked into the box.

As soon as the box completely absorbed the spirits, Rick grabbed the box.

"Good work, Oliver." Rick congratulated Oliver.

Quickly Rick opened a portal to the Smith Residence, and the three of them returned, and Rick held the device in his hands as he enthusiastically held it.

"Great, these demonic alien spirits are really valuable!" Rick said.

Before he could do anything else, Rick looked at Morty who was vomiting, while Oliver also looked at Morty with a disgusted expression, but was also uncomfortable seeing Morty in that state.

"Are you okay, Morty? I told you not to eat the tuna." Rick said.

Morty wiped his mouth and looked at Rick.

"I just watched my family die! I don't care what they were" Morty yelled.

"I don't know, Morty. Some people * urp * would pay a lot of money for that kind of relief." Rick said

"A very unhinged relief" Oliver said with a blank expression, after hearing Rick's argument.

"You know what, Rick? It's over! This is crazy! That was really traumatizing! I quit! I'm leaving!" Morty yelled at Rick

"I guess it finally broke" Oliver thought seeing how Morty was giving up on having more adventures.

"Come on Morty, don't be like that. You don't see Oliver quit despite how crazy and chaotic adventures can be!" Rick said

"Tch, keep me out of this, and besides, I only go when I have nothing else to do, and I think you have to admit that some of your adventures are unhinged". Oliver argued, not very enthusiastic about participating in this discussion.

"Oliver is right! All your adventures are unhinged and crazy! Rick! Adventures are supposed to be simple and fun!" Morty said.

"Oh yeah Morty yeah. Easy to say when you're the partner. Next time, you're in charge, and then we'll talk about how simple and fun it is?" Said Rick.

"Are you serious, Rick? Will you let me make the decisions?" Morty asked excitedly.

"Are you going to let Morty make the decisions?" Oliver asked in a confused tone and raised an eyebrow, the idea of Rick letting Morty lead an adventure so easily was surprising, in Oliver's opinion there must be some catch.

"Yeah, but let's make it interesting. If it's a lousy adventure and we abandon it, you lose the right to complain about all future adventures. Besides, you have to wash my clothes for a month." Rick said.

"Okay, okay! But if my adventure is good, I can be in charge of every third adventure!" Morty said defiantly.

"Every ten adventures". Rick replied.

"Deal done! Okay, let's go!" Morty said, grabbing Rick and Oliver's arms, taking them both by surprise.

But all three of them stopped quickly when Beth suddenly entered the garage.

"Dad, the dishwasher is doing that again," Beth said.

"Washing dishes?" Rick asked sarcastically.

"No. Quite the opposite. Can you fix it?" Beth asked.

Before Rick answered Beth's question, Summer entered the garage with a notebook.

"Grandpa Rick, can you help me with my science homework?" asked Summer.

"Yeah, just don't * Urp * do it." Rick said.

"Grandfather!" Summer screamed in scandal.

It was then that Jerry also decided to announce his presence.

"Hey Rick, do you have some kind of hand-shaped device that can open this mayonnaise jar?" Jerry asked, hoping to solve his problem.

"Is it serious?" Oliver asked in disbelief at Jerry's request.

"Wow, that's a big problem, Jerry. Alright guys, we'll talk later. I have to help your stupid family." Rick said.

"Oh that sounds like something a chicken would say. Bawk, bawk, bawk, bawk, bawk, bawk." Morty said, waving his arms like a chicken, obviously trying to provoke Rick.

"None of that, Morty. If I want to do it. But now you provoked me. I can't wait to see your stupid great adventure "said Rick and then turned to Beth, Jerry and Summer.

"As for you fools." Rick reached into the closet and pulled out a small dark turquoise cube with teal diamonds in the center of all five of its faces, with a large blue button on the top face.

"This is a Meeseeks box. Let me show you how it works. Press this." Rick presses the button. Rick pressed the button on the Meeseeks box, and suddenly a cloud of blue smoke gave way to a cartoonish humanoid figure with blue skin.

"I'm Mr. Meeseeks! Look at me!" Mr. Meeseeks said

"You ask him for something. Mr. Meeseeks, open Jerry's stupid jar of mayonnaise" Rick ordered him.

"Yes sir!" Mr. Meeseeks said as he took the jar from Jerry.

"The Meeseeks comply with the request." Rick said.

"Ready!" Mr. Meeseek said as he handed the now open jar to Jerry.

"Wow!" Jerry said as he took the jar.

"And then it ceases to exist." Rick said, then the Meeseek suddenly went up in smoke, leaving the family in shock, even Oliver was shocked and puzzled.

"Oh my gosh, it exploded!" Summer screamed.

"Trust me, they are perfectly fine with that. Just keep your requests simple. They are not gods." Rick said, throwing the box into Jerry's hands as he stumbled to catch it before Beth took it.

"Alright! Get out of here now! Everybody get out of here! I have a bet to win!" Morty said, pushing Jerry, Beth and Summer out of the garage.

After kicking his family out of the garage, Morty turned to Rick and Oliver.

"Okay, now we can go". Morty said excitedly.

"Tch, why do I have to go? I don't win anything with this bet." said Oliver, not at all interested in having another adventure today.

"Come on Oliver, we need a neutral judge to find out who won the bet, and I'm sure Rick can give you something you want, right Rick?" Morty said as he looked at Rick expectantly.

" * sigh * okay, what do you want?" Rick asked Oliver.

"Hmm, okay, I'll be the judge, but they owe me a favor" Oliver said demanding of him as he scratched his neck.

"Great, then let's go!" yelled Morty cheerfully.

While Rick and Morty were preparing for the new adventure, Oliver begins to think that this is a very bad idea, after all, he and Morty still do not have much experience about the Multiverse so the possibility that this adventure ends badly was high.

He at least hopes that having a favor from Rick might be useful in the future.

"This is going to end badly" Oliver thought as he walked towards them.

…..

Meanwhile, in the living room, the Smiths stared at the Meeseeks box.

"So many possibilities". Beth said in amazement.

"This is incredible!" Summer said.

"If we're going to use this thing, which I'm not even sure we should, we should keep it simple." Jerry said, trying to sound wise but without much success.

Quickly, Summer pressed the button, creating another Meeseeks.

"I'm Mr. Meeseeks!" Yelled Mr. Meeseeks.

"I want to be popular at school!" Summer ordered.

"Can do!" replied the Meeseeks.

"What did I just say, Summer?" Jerry asked to see Summer leave with the Meeseeks, but he didn't have much more to say when she suddenly appeared a second Meeseeks.

"I'm Mr. Meeseeks! Look at me!" Yelled the new Meeseeks, which was summoned by Beth.

"I want to be a more complete woman!" Beth said, much to Jerry's dismay and surprise.

"Beth!" Jerry yelled, offended

"Yes ma'am!" said the second Meeseeks, walking with Beth, leaving Jerry alone.

"You guys are doing really bad. Rick said something simple" Jerry said, pressing a button and summoning a third Meeseeks.

"Hey, I'm Mr. Meeseeks!" Meeseeks said.

"Mr. Meeseeks, I'd like to make two shots of my golf game." Jerry said very confidently.

"Oh yeah! I can do it!" The Meeseeks said cheerfully.

"That's great". Jerry said proudly.

…..

While the family was taking advantage of the Meeseeks, Morty along with Oliver and Rick arrived in what appears to be a fantasy world.

While Rick and Morty argued, Oliver, on the other hand, was deep in thought.

Although he is not very excited about a new adventure, he finally decided to take advantage of it so that he could stop thinking about the previous adventure, especially about his demonic alien parents.

He's really still not sure what to think about them, but he does know that the only thing he felt was Anger, and he hated when he saw them, but he wasn't mad at the demon beings.

He was actually mad at his parents, but he doesn't know why he's so mad at them.

"Probably another forgotten memory" Oliver thought wearily, to immediately pay attention to Rick and Morty's conversation to be able to distract himself.

"Wow, what a boring way to start an adventure! Why didn't we go to Kentucky?" Rick said sarcastically.

"Guys, this is a fantasy world with fantastic creatures and all kinds of fantasy things. We're going on a quest, okay?" Morty said, guiding Rick and Oliver deeper into the fantasy town.

"How fascinating." Rick said with little enthusiasm.

"Let's just finish this" Oliver said, not very enthusiastic about the subject of fantasy. He may not hate fantasy, but it was never his favorite genre.

After a few minutes, Morty takes them to the town square where he stands on a box to address all the people in the area.

"Ahem. Excuse me! We are three humble heroes in search of adventure!" Morty screamed

People quickly gathered and listened to Morty.

"Oh my gosh this is so embarrassing." Rick said as he covered his eyes.

"We're not heroes, Mort-" Oliver said, trying to object to the hero title, but was interrupted by a man running towards the three of them.

"At last! Heroes! You must help us! This town is terribly poor, but the giant who lives in the clouds has untold treasures!" The man shouted very excitedly.

"You know what? I accept your call to adventure, good sir, kind sir. Come on guys, there's a giant in the clouds!" Morty said excited to find an adventure.

"Yes. * Urp * Beginner's luck." Rick said very disinterested in the situation.

"Tch, we shouldn't be doing this, we're far from being heroes". Oliver said annoyed at the idea of playing hero.

"Come on Oliver, a great heroic adventure awaits us!" yelled Morty, ignoring Oliver's comment.

"* sigh *There is no other option, we have to follow him, before he continues ranting" Rick said to Oliver before following Morty.

"Damn it" said Oliver, annoyed at the idea of having to play "hero".

…..

Meanwhile, in the gym at Harry Herpson High School, a large crowd of people were in their seats, listening to a long speech from Mr. Meeseeks about Summer on the podium.

"In conclusion, a friendship with Summer Smith is the most valuable and enriching experience of their young lives. I am Mr. Meeseeks! Look at me! Thank you!" said Mr. Meeseeks ending the speech.

As Summer jumped up and down with three of her friends, Gene Vagina got closer to Mr. Meeseeks.

"Uh, Mr. Meeseeks, right? Yes. Gene Vagina. Listen, I'm a bit in custody with my ex and I was wondering-" Before he could continue his sentence, Mr. Meeseeks disappeared in a cloud of smoke.

"Oh, I'll ask Summer for her number". said the director.

While everyone continued to praise Mr. Meeseeks' speech, in one of the highest seats was student Misaka Mikoto, who had a puzzled face due to the whole situation.

"Is this the kind of thing that idiot has to deal with?". Misaka thought, very puzzled not only by the appearance of Mr. Meeseeks, but also by the fact that nobody cares about him, although she has to admit that it was a good speech, even if she is not interested in being friends with Summer.

" What else does he do on those crazy adventures?" Now Misaka was thinking about how Oliver must be enjoying all kinds of adventures while she is not doing anything interesting, actually now that she thought about it since her parents forced her to leave Academy city due to That "incident", his life has been very boring.

"I wonder when I can do something interesting again" she thought as she looked at her hand, when she suddenly began to show a little electricity accumulating in her hand, but the electricity did not inflict any damage on the hand her.

"Oh well, maybe one day I will take a closer look at one of that idiot's adventures" said Misaka immediately after the electricity would stop accumulating in hand, and then she got up from her seat to leave the gym.

…..

On the other hand, Beth was with her Mr. Meeseeks at a restaurant, apparently sharing wine on a date.

"I got pregnant at seventeen. I mean, I still enrolled in veterinary school. Yes, I am successful, but ... what if I hadn't been ..." As Beth spoke, Mr. Meeseeks watched silently.

"I'm just saying, sometime along the way, I lost that cheerful girl that I used to be." Beth explained sadly.

"That girl is still there, Beth." assured Mr. Meeseeks.

"Well, he lost his waist." Beth responded jokingly.

"Beth, having a family doesn't mean you stop being an individual. Do you know the best you can do for the people who depend on you? Be honest with them, even if it means setting them free." Mr. Meeseeks said, continuing his explanation.

"Are you saying I should leave Jerry?" Beth asked as she started crying at the explanation.

"I can't believe I'm finally having this conversation." She stepped forward to kiss Mr. Meeseeks, but at the last moment he suddenly disappeared from her existence, leaving Beth in shock until a waiter approached her.

"More wine, ma'am?" asked the waiter.

"I think I've had enough." Beth replied.

…..

While Summer and Beth were enjoying their Mr. Meeseeks, Jerry was on the golf course.

"Remember to square your shoulders, Jerry." advised Jerry's Mr. Meeseeks, looking at Jerry's recent glitch.

"Yes, yes I got it". Jerry said, completely ignoring Mr. Meeseeks instructions, swinging his golf club and clearly missing.

"Okay! I'm Mr. Meeseeks! Look at me!" Mr. Meeseeks proceeded to do a little dance.

"Try again and keep your head down". advised Mr. Meeseeks.

Angrily, Jerry threw down his golf club and glared at Mr. Meeseek.

"Okay well what is it? Square my shoulders or keep my head down?" Jerry asked frustrated.

"Both. And remember to relax." advised Mr. Meeseeks.

"This doesn't work, Mr. Meeseeks I'm giving up" Jerry said very annoyed.

"Sorry, Jerry, but it doesn't work like that. I'm Mr. Meeseeks. I have to serve my purpose so I can go. Look at me." Mr. Meeseeks explained quite tensely.

"Well, make yourself comfortable, because I stink." Jerry replied, crossing his arms in annoyance.

"No Jerry, I'm the one who sucks!" said Mr. Meeseeks, going into a panic attack. But quickly afterward, he had an idea.

"Let me try something." Mr. Meeseeks said.

Mr. Meeseeks takes the Box of Meeseeks, pressing a button to create another Mr. Meeseeks.

"I'm Mr. Meeseeks! Look at me!" Meeseeks said.

"Hello, Mr. Meeseeks! I'm Mr. Meeseeks! Look at me." greeted Jerry's Mr. Meeseeks.

"Hello there!" replied Mr. Meeseeks.

"Can you help me get two shots off Jerry's golf swing?" Jerry's Meeseeks asked.

"I can do it! I'm Mr. Meeseeks! Can I keep my shoulders straight?" asked Mr. Meeseeks.

"Ooh, he's trying!" Jerry's Meeseeks responded.

For his part, Jerry was growing annoyed.

….

While the family was with the Meeseeks, Morty had guided Rick and Oliver to the giant beanstalk that was so tall it reached into the sky.

While Rick was being an idiot the entire trip, Oliver and Morty began to ignore him so they could climb the stem of the bean with their hands.

For Oliver, Morty's adventure was being very annoying not only because now he had to pretend to be a hero but also now he had to listen to Rick's insults to Morty that began to annoy him due to how repetitive they were.

After a few hours of climbing, the three of them had finally reached the bean stem and were now inside the giant's castle.

"Very good, Morty. We're already inside your stupid giant's castle. What do we do now?" Rick asked.

"Relax, Rick. We'll look for the treasure room. Simple as that. It'll be cute and fun. You know, I'm sorry it's all going so well and adventurous." Morty said, annoyed with Rick's insults.

"Tch, I'm with Morty, you're being a very complainer" said Oliver, also annoyed to hear Rick's constant complaints.

"Well, sorry to have to be such a boring affair" Rick replied with annoyance.

Before Morty could speak he was interrupted when the trio heard some very loud footsteps approaching.

"Great, what was missing" said Oliver, already giving himself the idea that they will have to flee again in this adventure.

"Wow, Morty. I'm a little scared. What do you want to do, boss?" Rick asked Morty.

"Quick, behind that giant cookie jar." Morty said, grabbing Rick and Oliver, dragging them to the cookie jar.

The three of them hid behind the giant cookie jar, and just in time because a giant stomped their way into the kitchen.

"Fee-fi-fo-fum!" said the giant, a very classic phrase.

"Does anyone have a plan?" Oliver asked when he saw that they were cornered.

"I have a plan Oliver, but Morty has to give up. We can go home right now. Just say the word." Rick replied by pulling out his portal gun.

"No way, Rick. This is all part of the adventure. Adventures have conflicts. Face it." Morty said angrily that Rick tried to make him give up easily.

"Hush you two, the giant can hear us" Oliver ordered, annoyed with both of them.

"I smell the blood of ... ARGHH!" The giant had slipped in a pool of water, unfortunately he ended up hitting his head against the counter and splitting his head.

"My God!" Morty said in a panic.

"Damn it" Oliver said, uncomfortable when he saw the giant bleeding to death.

"Oh boy. He looks really bad, Morty. He's bleeding to death." Rick said as he looked at the giant writhing on the ground.

As the three watched the giant bleed out, they heard more giant footsteps approaching. A giant woman entered with her giant baby.

"Oh God, Dale! Motherfuckers!" the giant woman screamed.

The three tried to flee, but their escape was quickly cut off when the giant trapped them in a giant cup on top of them, trapping them inside.

"Hello 911? My husband has been attacked by tiny people! He is dying!" The giant woman called the police using a cell phone.

…..

Shortly after the police arrived at the house of the giant, now the three were being interrogated by giant policemen.

Oliver was angry at this moment, on the one hand Rick and Morty continued with their stupid competition that already irritated him, he also felt very uncomfortable with what happened to the giant, the guy was not the "monster" that the villagers were hinting at.

Actually the entire time he was a family man who was probably just defending his house, and they indirectly caused his death.

In the end Oliver was right, they weren't heroes, on the one hand Rick is a mad scientist addicted to adventures, Morty is an idiot who pretended to be a hero, but in the end he just wanted to win the bet, and finally there is the same one, a person who uses Rick's adventures as a way to get away from boredom but in doing so caused the death of an innocent person, now that he think about it he killed some aliens in some past adventures, although in those cases they were in self defense, right?

"Anyway, what's done is done" Oliver thought wearily, right now they were being questioned by the police in a room, while wearing an orange jumpsuit and sitting on a box of matches.

"Hey, look, we get it. You're small, you're unlucky, and he was a giant. Why don't we break into his house, rob him, and murder him ?!" yelled one of the giant policemen.

"No, it wasn't like that!" Morty screamed in despair.

"It's true, the guy slipped in the water on the ground." Oliver argued, he was not encouraged by the idea of ending up in jail.

"Oh, so you want us to believe that crap." the other policeman replied, not believing Oliver's argument.

"Oh God, you're doing great, Morty. Definitely an easy and fun adventure." Rick commented sarcastically.

Meanwhile, Beth and Summer have returned to the Smith Residence, and the former has her hair in a new style, and they both seemed very satisfied.

"That you no longer have the need to be popular ... it makes people like you." Summer said as she walked alongside Beth.

"The most important love you can receive is from yourself." Beth added.

The two of them crossed the living room, where stood an angry Jerry and a crowd of Meeseeks.

"Alright Jerry, you have to get the stick lower!" indicated a Meeseeks.

"Well, down or do I finish the shot?" Jerry barked.

"Aww come on Jerry, we've been through this already. You know you have to do both! This is just as frustrating for us as it is for you." One of the Mr Meeseeks pleaded, trying to make sense of it.

"Don't tell me that! That just puts pressure on me!" Jerry yelled trying to defend himself.

"Just try to relax." Advised a .

With a swift movement, Jerry pointed the golf club at Mr. Meeseeks, ready to attack.

"You're trying to relax! Have you ever tried to relax? It's a paradox!" Jerry barked, making the Meeseeks flinch in response as he left the living room and into the dining room.

"Ugh, these Meeseeks, huh? Handful, and what do you know? I can't imagine what you two must be going through." Jerry said.

"Our Meeseeks have been gone for hours, Jerry." Beth answered calmly.

"Are you kidding me?" Jerry replied.

"Did you notice something different?" Beth asked, flicking her hair back to show it.

"How do you say? They've been gone for hours?" Jerry asked, ignoring Beth's question.

"Dad, Mom is a beautiful woman! Look at her! You will lose her!" Summer said, pointing to Beth, that she started crying.

When Summer went to comfort her mother, Jerry was about to speak, but Mr. Meeseeks entered the room.

"Uhh ... Hey Jerry, do you mind if we get back to the task at hand? Meeseeks don't usually have to exist that long. It's getting weird." Mr Meeseeks said in anguish.

….

While Jerry was dealing with the Meeseeks.

Rick, Oliver, and Morty were rushed to a courtroom to be tried for the death of the giant Dale.

"I still can't believe this all started with that stupid bet" Oliver said, annoyed at how things turned out.

A giant judge slams his gavel to get the attention of the courtroom.

"Order in court! Before the jury reaches its verdict, I just want to tell you that I consider all three very guilty." said the giant judge.

"Tch, apparently this justice system is as bad as ours" Oliver said, not impressed.

"Oh sure this is a great adventure. Rick, Oliver and Morty are going to go to a giant prison. You know, if someone drops the soap, it will land on our heads and crush our spines, Morty." Rick said.

"We'll be fine, Rick." Morty said with sad hope in his voice.

"I guess you don't have any plans?" Oliver asked Rick, in case Rick doesn't have any plans then they'll have to think of a way to escape from jail.

"The answer would be No Oliver, they took my portal gun. What do you think is going to happen? Some magical angels will show up and then ..." Rick was going to rant more until someone interrupted them.

"Fee! Fi! Fo! Fum! I smell the violation of civil liberties! Your honor, I am from an advocacy group for little people and I have here in my hand a motion to dismiss. Rights and so, so much, are free to go home". A giant lawyer who slammed open the doors of the room unexpectedly defended them.

"W-what the hell is he talking about?" asked a puzzled Rick.

"They are free to go. I am deconstructing what is ours, what is ours, we say. We are giants. No one understood that?" Replied the lawyer.

"Oh man, what did I tell you Rick? We did it!" Morty yelled, standing up in victory.

…...

Rick and Morty left the room with a smile on their faces, happy to have gotten out of that situation, for his part Oliver was still surprised by the unexpected arrival of the obogado but is also satisfied that this stressful problem ended.

Although he still felt an uncomfortable one from the subject of the giant who was indirectly killed.

"Alright, Morty looks like the portal gun is still working. Are you ready to go home?" Rick asked.

"You'd like that, right Rick? Well, you know what? We're not going home yet. You know, we're going to find some treasure or something and take it ... back to town." Morty said defiantly.

"Don't abuse your luck. There is no way out." Rick said angrily.

"Rick is right, this adventure has already gotten out of control, obviously we do not know too much about this world and everything could get worse" said Oliver not very excited to continue after causing the death of a person.

Although a part of him wants to help the villagers, not that he wants to be a hero, but they promised to help them, and not keeping a promise leaves a bad taste in his mouth.

"Look, you two are being very pessimistic about this world, but here we are, you know, walking down the courthouse steps." Morty said when they reached the courthouse steps.

Any enthusiasm Morty had went out the window when he saw the giant stairs.

"Oh God, Morty!" Rick said.

"Great" Oliver said while pinching his forehead in frustration

"Usually going down the courthouse stairs is the easy part of the adventure," Morty said.

"What do you say, Morty?" Rick asked, pulling out his portal pistol with a smile.

As Rick looks at Morty almost pleadingly, Oliver just waits patiently for his answer.

"Give me a hand, buddy" Morty said before starting down the giant stairs.

"Ugghhhh!" Rick says as he follows Morty.

"Tch, let's get this over with". Oliver said, not encouraged to go down the stairs, luckily thanks to Rick's adventures his physical resistance has been improving, and he no longer tires so easily.

….

While Rick, Morty, and Oliver were suffering on the stairs, the Smith Residence was overcrowded by the Meeseeks, trying to help Jerry, only for him to silence them.

"Hush! Let me try!" Jerry yelled at them.

He threw one last time, only to fail. Furious, he angrily slammed the golf club against the ground.

"Damn it! Damn it! Damn it!" Jerry yelled in frustration.

Suddenly, Beth walked in, dressed in a green dress, holding her purse and seemingly returning her hair to its usual style.

"I'm going out." Beth said nonchalantly about the whole Meeseeks fiasco.

"What did you say?" Jerry asked.

"Well, you're busy. I'm hungry. I thought about going out. Do you want me to be happy or do you want me to be in jail?" asked Beth.

"Whoa, whoa, don't be like that. I'll take you to dinner" Jerry said, but several Meeseeks who listened groaned in frustration.

"Look, I have a marriage to maintain together. At this point, my golf shot is more of your problem than mine." Jerry explained, then threw the golf club at one of the Meeseeks and left.

The who caught the golf club fell to his knees and held the club over his head.

"I can't take it anymore. I just want to die!" Mr. Meeseeks cried out in despair.

"We all want to die! We are Meeseeks!" added a second Meeseeks.

"Why did you get me into this?" a third accused Meeseeks.

"Because he caught me in this!" The second Meeseeks pointed to a fourth Meeseeks.

"Well he tied me to this!" The fourth Meeseeks brought his hands closer to a fifth.

"Well he got me into this!" said the fifth Meeseeks, pointing toward a sixth.

"Well what about me? He caught me in this." the sixth Meeseeks pointed a finger accusing the seventh.

"Well, that one over there got me into this." The seventh said, jerking his thumb at an eighth Meeseeks.

"Well he tied me to this." the eighth Meeseeks replied, throwing his hands in the direction of a ninth Meeseeks.

….

Meanwhile, after descending several steps, Rick, Oliver and Morty were already very agitated, and their bodies were very tense. Morty was sweating so much that he took off his shirt and tied it around his waist.

"Yeah, Morty, this is the part of the story that everyone loves. Going down 650,000 steps." Rick said sarcastically.

"Okay, you know, if this was a story, this part wouldn't be included, stupid". Morty said.

"Shut up, you two! You're being very annoying" Oliver said with irritation.

As they went down Oliver heard music, looked down and saw the tavern doors that were on one of the steps.

"Look down there, it seems to be a tavern" Oliver said to get the attention of the other two.

"Great! Now we can rest." Morty said cheerfully.

The three finished down the step and headed for the tavern.

"Oh wow. Look guys this is what I was talking about. There are little ladder-shaped people here. All kinds of crazy characters. This place is cool, isn't it? It's cool and fun." Morty said as the three of them walked through the tavern.

"What are you looking at, bastard!" Rick yelled at one of the stairs that looked at him badly.

Morty grabs Rick by the shoulders and guides him away while Oliver just silently follows behind. Morty guides them to a free table and the three sit down. After a few seconds, a waitress appears.

"Pay no attention to them. Those goblins may be in a bad mood. What can I do for them? We have skarlog poppies, flurlow, halzingers, bloogies, other things." the waitress commented.

"Yeah yeah yeah, how about a whiskey? Do you have any of that? Or just a bunch of nonsensical words?" Rick said.

Oliver was about to say something, but Morty beat him to it.

"Rick ... We'll have three bloogies please. We also wonder, is there a faster way for three heroes to get down these stairs?" Morty asked the waitress, while Oliver just shrugged, he was about to order a coffee, but it may not exist in this world so he will have to accept this "bloogies".

Before the waitress could respond, a face appeared behind Morty.

"Do you need to go down? My name is slippery, slippery ladder. I'll take you there for 25 shmeckels.'' said some kind of slug.

"25 shmeckels? I don't know how much, I don't know what that is. Is it a lot? Is it a little?" Rick asked.

"That's exactly what I spent on my big fake boobs." Said the waitress, as she shook her chest for emphasis. When she suddenly appears a reptilian creature next to the waitress.

"Hello, I am Mr. Booby Buyer. I'll buy those boobies for 25 shmeckels.'' said the buyer.

"It's a tempting offer, but I'll have to decline it." the waitress said to immediately leave.

"What a shame!" Said the buyer before climbing up the wall and entering a crevice.

"... I think now I'm going to ignore this whole world". Olive said, already accepting the weirdness of this fantasy world.

"Morty, your adventure is winding down. Time to go" Rick said.

"You keep interrupting my adventure, Rick! Do you know why?!" yelled Morty.

"Uh, why is it boring?" Rick said, rolling his eyes.

"No, it's because you're so selfish! Y-do you know how many times Oliver and I had to follow you into pointless nonsense? We always have to follow you to the end, why can't you? Look, I have to make a breakout, and When I return, I hope you are relaxed!". Morty yelled and then went to the bathroom.

"Whatever, this adventure is boring." Rick said nonchalantly.

"Tch, he's right you know?" Oliver told Rick.

"Are you really on his side, Oliver?!" Yelled Rick.

"We have to put up with many of your 'adventures' no matter how stupid or absurd they are, of course you can say that I go with great pleasure, but many times you drag Morty on those adventures, and we were never as annoying as you are now." Oliver discussed his thoughts on him.

Rick was about to reply, but Oliver interrupted what he was about to say.

"Look, I don't like this fantasy world either, but why don't you see what you can do while Morty's in the bathroom?" Oliver said getting up and looking around the tavern.

"Ugggghhh, okay" Rick said.

….

Meanwhile, back at the Smith Residence, the Meeseeks were in a tense debate, since Jerry had left them.

"Look at me, it is clear that if we concentrate all our efforts on following Jerry, we will solve this problem. I am Mr. Meeseeks". said one of the Meeseeks.

"I'm Mr. Meeseeks. Look at me. The only thing that is clear is that choking is the only true solution." argued another Mr. Meeseeks.

Suddenly his attention was focused on a figure sitting in the recliner, who happened to be Jerry's original Meeseeks.

"Look at me, I am Mr. Meeseeks. I have tried to help Jerry for a whole day, an eternity in Meeseeks time, and nothing has worked! I fear the worst" said Mr. Meeseeks with much regret.

"Your failures are yours, old man! I'm Mr. Meeseeks, look at me!" One of the Meeseeks pointed at the original Mr. Meeseeks as he refuted him.

"I say go ahead! Who is with me?" One of the Meeseeks yelled, causing a chorus of cheers to break out among the Meeseeks, however, a new Mr. Meeseeks appeared out of nowhere.

"I'm Mr. Meeseeks, look at me!" said the new Mr. Meeseeks.

"Kill him!" Ordered a Meeseeks who was the one who summoned the new Meeseeks.

At the summoner's word, the new Mr. Meeseeks let out a hiss and they pounced on their prey, causing white blood. After a few seconds, the other Meeseeks started fighting.

…..

"You must be screwing me." Oliver said as he stared at his cards.

"Haha full house!" Rick yelled cheerfully showing his cards.

After looking around the tavern for a moment, Rick and Oliver found a betting table, and seeing that there was nothing else to do, they decided to join the game.

Much to Oliver's chagrin, Rick won most of the time, and although Oliver did win sometimes, that barely got him a few shmeckels, but the worst off were the other players who were losing a small fortune.

"Tch, I'm going to see why Morty is spending so long in the bathroom" Oliver said as he got up from the table.

"Okay, but remember to come back so I can kick your ass." Rick said as he returned to concentrating on the game.

When Oliver was about to enter the bathroom he heard several muffled noises coming from the bathroom, this made him raise an eyebrow, and when he opened the door he found that Morty was being attacked by a giant blue bean-shaped creature.

Right now Morty is trying to get away from him.

Oliver's eyes widen at the scene that is happening in front of him, but surprise quickly turns to anger.

"Bastard!" Oliver screams in fury as he runs straight to attack Mr. Jelly Beans, who along with Morty was caught off guard, and succeeds in getting Oliver to board him and knock him to the ground.

Oliver quickly gets up and starts kicking Mr. Jellybeans causing him to writhe in pain.

Oliver then grabs the head of Mr. Jelly Bean, and begins to hit him against the ground letting more blood come out, inadvertently Oliver was beginning to exert more force than a person with a body as skinny as his should have, even leaving cracks on the ground.

When Mr. Jelly Bean stopped moving, Morty, who had been on the sidelines since Oliver knocked down Mr. Jelly Bean, let out a cry, traumatized by the event, shortly after running out of the bathroom leaving Oliver behind.

Oliver, decides to grab the back of his neck and forces Mr. Jellybeans to look him in the eyes, his face no longer showed anger, now he showed a sadistic smile, and his eyes only showed repulsion towards Mr. Jellybeans.

"Why are you looking at me with fear? Oh right, you're a third-rate villain, how does it feel to be a piece of shit? GYA HAHAHAHAHA!" Oliver starts laughing madly, to immediately grab Mr. Jelly Bean's head and slam it back on the ground, this time not only did he break the ground again, but now Mr. Jelly Bean's head was totally shattered, killing him in the act.

After a moment Oliver gets up, now he seems to be more relaxed and starts looking at the whole scene in front of him.

"What the hell happened?" Olive thought, who now shows a confused face, but he has no time to think about how he could destroy a person, instead she decided to see how Morty is doing.

But he looks at the monster's corpse for a moment before exiting the bathroom.

When Oliver from the bathroom can see Morty desperately clutching Rick with tears in his eyes, he appears to be pleading with him.

"Look, I want to go now. You win the bet, okay? Just give me the portal gun and let's go please. Please, I just want to go home." Morty said as he started to cry.

While Oliver, who was already close to them, didn't know what to say, he was never good at comforting people, so he decided to keep quiet.

"Okay. Listen, Morty. We managed to make a bunch of shmeckels. Why don't we use 25 of them to pay for the slippery ladder here for a trip back to town, and then give the rest of the shmeckels to the villagers?" Rick said.

"It's true, after all we promised to help them." Oliver said supporting the idea, as he scratched his neck in an attempt to be casual and relax Morty.

"Really?" Morty asked calmer.

"Sure, Morty. A good adventure needs a good ending" Rick said, making Morty smile.

The three of them left the tavern and climbed the Slippery Stairs.

"Seat belt!" Slippery Stair said before quickly starting down the stairs.

….

Meanwhile, back at the Smith Residence, the Meeseeks were still fighting.

However, even when they were injured, they could not die, as they could not disappear until the golf shot was over.

One of the Meeseeks, looking around, realized that the fight was completely useless.

"Everybody stop! Look at me! My brethren, nothing will be accomplished by shedding Meeseeks blood. None of us can die until our work is done." yelled Mr. Meeseeks, causing the Meeseeks to suddenly stop fighting and look up at him.

"The job can't be done! We will never get two hits out of his game!" said one of the Meeseeks.

"No, we won't. But we will get all the shots out of his game." Mr. Meeseeks said, a sadistic smile forming on his mouth.

"When we kill him!" shouted Mr. Meeseeks, the Meeseeks quickly reached an agreement.

…..

In a restaurant, Jerry and Beth were sitting at a table, the latter absently turning her glass with a bored expression on her face.

"Jerry, it's about time I took the trip I've always wanted." Beth said.

"Where would you go?" Jerry asked.

"I don't know. Italy, Greece, Argentina ..." Beth said with a sigh.

"Countries known for their sexually aggressive men". Jerry said with an awkward laugh.

"Did I tell you how much I love your new haircut?" Jerry said.

Before Beth could respond, a loud noise announced the shaking of the ground and their glasses.

"What the hell is going on?" asked a puzzled Jerry.

Soon enough, the window was smashed, revealing a Meeseeks riding a horse.

"There is!" Yelled the Meeseeks.

They all took aim at Jerry and causing more Meeseeks to enter the building, one of the Mr. Meeseeks fired several bullets in Jerry's direction, causing him to flee.

"Run, Jerry!" Beth screamed, dragging her husband into the kitchen, surprising the chefs.

The two lock themselves in the freezer, where a Meeseeks tried to pull the door but was unable to open it.

"Come out, Jerry!" He ordered Mr. Meeseeks with a gun in hand.

"Guys, I give up. I will. I will do what they tell me to do, okay?" Jerry pleaded.

"Oh, we've been through that already, Jerry." declares Mr. Meeseeks.

After a while, the Meeseeks have rounded up several hostages, holding them at gunpoint while Jerry and Beth watched in fear from the freezer.

"Meeseeks are not born into this world in search of meaning, Jerry! We were created to serve a singular purpose that we will do our best to fulfill! Existence is a pain for Meeseeks, Jerry. And we will do anything to ease that pain. Just ask ... What's her name, ma'am? " Mr. Meeseeks finished his explanation before grabbing a woman and walking towards the freezer door.

"Samantha. Please sir! Give him what he wants!" the woman spoke.

"Innocent people are going to die because of me. Am I that mediocre?" Jerry said fearfully.

Luckily, Beth suddenly took a position, looking to see the tubes on a shelf and quickly ripped one off, handing it to Jerry.

"Jerry, turn around. Straighten your back. Bend your knees. Bend them. Square your shoulders. Take a deep breath. I love you" Beth whispered in Jerry's ear as she readied him for the shot.

"I'm counting to three, Jerry." Mr. Meeseeks said.

Soon enough, Jerry kicked the door open, holding a stick in one hand and a tomato in the other.

He gently put the tomato down, staring at his target. She got into position and swung, sending the tomato flying through the air, landing directly on me in a Casserole.

The Meeseeks screamed and howled with joy.

"What the hell is going on?" Sammantha asked nervously.

"That's a slight disadvantage, stro-o-ke!" Mr. Meeseeks clapped his hands and soon disappeared in a cloud of smoke. Suddenly, all the Meeseeks disappeared, freeing the hostages.

"Excuse me. I'm a bit strict." said the last Mr. Meeseeks, walking towards them. Suddenly, he grabbed Sammantha and thrust a knife into her throat.

"What about your short game?" asked Mr. Meeseeks.

"Oh my God, oh my God! What about your short game?" Sammantha pleaded.

Jerry grabbed an onion and tapped it gently, sending it into a mug.

"Oh great!" Mr. Meeseeks commented, disappearing into thin air, leaving Sammantha puzzled.

Meanwhile, Jerry and Beth exchanged a kiss, and Jerry looked at the restaurant owner.

"I think we will take our food to go." Jerry said confidently.

"No, you won't. The police are coming. They have a lot of questions to answer." said the owner.

"Fair enough." Jerry replied.

…..

For their part, Rick, Oliver and Morty quickly arrived in town. As they entered the square, the townspeople began to cheer as Morty handed a man the bag full of money that Rick and Oliver won at the tavern.

"Thank you, kind sir. Our village is saved! You three true heroes!" said the man.

Morty smiled in admiration. Two girls from the village came up to him and kissed him on each cheek.

"Good work, Morty." Rick said with a smile.

"Yes, you won the bet" Oliver said calmly, referring to the judge position that was imposed on him.

"Thanks guys, but I don't know if I should. You know, you were right about the universe. It's a ruthless and chaotic place." Morty said with a little tension.

"Well, you know, maybe that's why it could use a little cleaning every now and then, you know. This one is clean and tidy because we did it Morty style." Rick said.

"Tch, I think it's okay to play 'heroes' once in a while" Oliver said with a bit of annoyance, he still doesn't see himself as a hero, but since Morty won the bet. It is predictable that they will have more adventures " heroic "in the future.

"Oh! Heroes, we would like to introduce you to our beloved king so that I can thank you, but unfortunately he was found dead in a tavern bathroom, and we wonder if it would help us find the murderer." said the man.

When they heard that, Morty looked scared, while Oliver was shocked and also angry at remembering that disgusting thing.

"Was that thing a king?" Oliver thought in disgust, because if that thing was a king then he would rather not know how he took advantage of his title.

"Uh, no, it's great, but I think you guys can find the killer easily. Rick. Portal. Hurry." Morty said quickly.

Rick quickly opened the portal and Morty jumped out, being followed by Rick and Oliver.

Soon after, Rick, Oliver, and Morty finally returned to their dimension, specifically the garage.

"I'm going to see what the others are doing" said Morty before going to check the house, Oliver was about to follow him until Rick stopped him.

"Hey, do you know what happened in the bathroom?" Rick said seriously, surprising Oliver, who thought for a moment before answering.

"Nothing happened, I just threw out the trash." Oliver said coldly.

Rick looks at him for a moment before nodding.

"Good" was the only thing Rick said before he and Oliver followed Morty.

…..

Meanwhile, back at Smith House, Beth and Jerry were sitting on the couch, in a room that has already been destroyed by the Meeseeks.

"So ... are you still thinking about taking that trip?" Jerry asked carefully.

"Jerry, look. We don't have a perfect marriage, but I'm not going anywhere. When we were in that freezer, I realized that the Meeseeks are like the guys I went to highschool with, willing to say anything to complete your homework." said Beth honestly.

"Was I one of those guys?" Jerry wondered.

"The difference is that you didn't disappear afterward." Beth said, with a smile.

"Well ... I got you pregnant." Jerry said proudly.

"Yeah ..." Beth commented apprehensively.

Suddenly, Rick, Oliver and Morty entered the room, the three of them were surprised by the great amount of damage that was in the room.

"What the hell happened to this place?" Rick asked.

"Uh, their Meeseeks box happened. They freaked out when they couldn't get two shots out of Jerry's golf game. It felt terrible." Beth explained.

"Really? We can't just leave them alone without doing something crazy." Oliver said with annoyance.

"Right, and it's not my fault that Jerry is an idiot." Rick said.

"Daddy! Is there anything you can do to clean up this place?" Beth asked.

"Well, I have a box of Fleeseeks." Rick Said.

"No. No more boxes." Jerry said sternly.

"What? You just have a mop and some floor polish. Wubba lubba dub dub!" Rick said excitedly.

Everyone laughs, with the exception of Oliver who was staring at the opposite wall, the same place Rick was staring at that very moment.

An expression of bewilderment and confusion showed on Oliver as he looked at the wall.

There was something strange there, like a kind of static or blurry space, but it was also like there was nothing there.

Unfortunately Oliver couldn't think anymore because Rick started talking again.

"Yeah! That's what's new! I'm like Arsenio. Isn't that how Arsenio used to say on his show? Wobble gobba lop bops! Right? See you next time" Rick said looking directly at the wall.

"That's it, I need coffee, I think I'm seeing things" Oliver said tiredly, today was a very tiring day, and he needed a break.

…..

Well, that would be it for today. I had a hard time doing this chapter because college month takes a long time, so I'm thinking of shortening the chapters for the future.

Sorry if it can be boring to see the same adventures of the Rick and Morty series, I am using these first chapters to show the relationship that Oliver has with the other characters, in the future there will be more in the Toaru universe.

Answering your questions, the Central Finite Curve problem took me by surprise, and I am still thinking about how to use it, but I have some ideas that I need to develop, on the subject of whether Misaka and Oliver have the Espers powers, it has already been answered in this chapter, but will be explained more in the future.

On the subject of whether the existence of the central finite curve meant that Rick is the main entity in the food chain, it would be that yes, Rick is the most intelligent but it does not mean that he is invincible, in the series Rick has already been defeated several times.

Then it is possible to beat him and as I wrote before, Rick's biggest weakness is his lack of knowledge about magic, which is limited compared to other characters, even in the series, Rick was defeated several times by magical characters.

I think that would be it.
