Chapter 2
Iron-Man flew toward Roxxon Tower in his new Mark 87 Stealth Suit. Two red-clad Roxxon guards were at the door.
"Time to test out my new tech." Iron-Man said.
He had FRIDAY turn on the cloaking disc on his Stealth Suit and that made him invisible. Then Iron-Man flew behind the first Roxxon guard and stunned him with a repulsor ray. The second guard looked around, confused, until Iron-Man knocked him out with a punch to his helmet, cracking his visor.
"Out for the count." Iron-Man said.
He opened the door and flew inside Roxxon Tower. There was a room full of scientific equipment and a lot of Roxxon guards.
"FRIDAY, can you scan the room for the Arc Reactor?" Iron-Man asked.
"Done." FRIDAY replied and the Arc Reactor appeared on his HUD at the back of the room.
"Thanks." Iron-Man said. "Just need to get past these guards."
There were six Roxxon guards in the room. Two of them were on elevated platforms with sniper rifles and the others were on the ground. Iron-Man flew up to the first Roxxon sniper and stunned him with a repulsor ray to the back of his head. For the second sniper, Iron-Man threw a Stun Mine and the sniper was zapped with a burst of electricity.
"Okay, snipers are down. Now it's time for the ground crew." Iron-Man said.
Iron-Man flew down and turned off his cloaking disc. The Roxxon guards fired their energy blasters but Iron-Man created a forcefield to block the energy blasts before he stunned the guards with his repulsor rays and knocked them out with punches. Then, the door opened and a dozen more Roxxon guards came in.
"Okay, be honest. You were all waiting until I thought I won just to be mean, weren't you?" Iron-Man said. "Iron-Man's here, open fire!" a Roxxon guard said.
The guards fired their blasters but their shots were blocked by Iron-Man's forcefield as he made quick work of them with his repulsor rays and punches. After the guards were down, Iron-Man was about to go grab his Arc Reactor when a large man with a black armor suit dropped down. He also had glowing red eye lenses.
"Hostile has an experimental armor suit." FRIDAY said.
"Wow. Real original." Iron-Man replied sarcastically.
The new enemy fired at Iron-Man with his plasma cannons but Iron-Man dodged the shots before he sent the armored man stumbling with a repulsor-powered kick.
"So, who are you, Iron-Man copy-cat?" Iron-Man asked.
"I am Crimson Dynamo. Roxxon will crush you." the man replied.
"Crimson Dynamo, eh?" Iron-Man asked. "Kinda like black dynamo to me."
Iron-Man dodged Crimson Dynamo's plasma bolts and fired back with his repulsor rays but the armor was too tough. Crimson Dynamo tried to punch Iron-Man but he blocked the punches with his armor braces before blasting Crimson Dynamo with repulsor rays. When the villain fell down, Iron-Man followed up with some punches of his own before he used his missiles to finally shoot down Crimson Dynamo, who fell down with a huge crash.
"That's it for Crimson Dynamo." Iron-Man said. "Now for the Reactor."
Iron-Man flew over to his Arc Reactor and grabbed it before he flew out of the building. That would teach Roxxon not to mess with his stuff.
Okay, that's for this chapter. I put Roxxon in there because it was one of the enemies in the Iron-Man 2 PS3 game. And if you don't know who Crimson Dynamo is, he's basically a bad guy with his own armor suit and he's a long time enemy of Iron-Man in the comics. Anyway, hope you liked it and see you soon!
