Author's Note

Got into a bit of an issue here, but I'm still rolling with the original plan. A song I was going to use from Fujishiro Rie completely disappeared and could not find it anywhere. Hopefully, it comes back up somewhere. Otherwise, I'll probably use something as a replacement or rewrite this chapter. I'll probably just go with a replacement with an artist with a similar voice.

Chapter 52: Daisy Floral Idol, My Colored Wonderland!

When Lily's performance ends, Yuzu jumps high up with joy.

Yuzu "I knew it! Lilienne could do it! Now it's my turn!"

Yuzu then runs to the changing room and prepares herself.

She then takes out a coord and smiles "Good thing I worked on a new dress and song. My Sunny Adventure Coord and My Colored Wonderland!"

Yuzu then looks forward "Let me give everyone a big surprise!"

Yuzu then runs to the changing device and then puts on her new coord. She then jumps onto the stage as Lily is about to get off.

Lily "Yuzu?"

Yuzu smiled mischievously "Hehe, since you became a floral idol, let me do it too!"

Lily sighs "I see, that sounds like you. In that case, good luck!"

Yuzu nods "Thanks!"

Lily then gets off stage and Yuzu readies herself. A moment after, the music starts playing. Her aura immediately shows up as she starts dancing.

After a short dance full of energy, she sings "As if I'm in a strange dream, a world in a whirling daze. I want it! The clock is in reverse order. I wish I could do it for a long time! Old teas, what's the problem? It's sweet yet bittersweet. I'll hold it in my hand!"

Yuzu then utilizes the new system and generates mini Yuzu in front of every single person. Combine with the lyrics, many audiences end up holding the mini Yuzu in the palm of their hands.

Yuzu continues "To me, it's also a secret story! The next page will be just the same. I can't get out of here. I'm not mentally prepared, so first, show me! The future is just as I want it! Then like a magic trick, I just go out as I want!"

Yuzu then starts her special appeal. The mini Yuzu pops into balloons. She jumps back and hops off a balloon then catches a teacup. She takes a sip then throws it away and makes a cheerful pose. Soon after, Yuzu continues into Swift Appeal. The teacup falls down and captures Yuzu and falls. The teacup lands in an area with gigantic grass around it. It soon flips up with a daisy bud rising up. It then blooms with Yuzu jumping out with her dress now has giant petals for the skirt and her dress is mostly yellow. Yuzu looks as if she is the daisy flower herself.

After the appeal ends, the mini Yuzu doesn't come back. Instead, there is several Yuzu circling the stage while performing. Yuzu continues on for a while and ends her performance just as successfully as Lily.

After the performance, Yuzu and Lily hug as soon as they meet up in the waiting room.

After a moment, Yuzu leans back and says "We did it! Now both of us are Floral Idols!"

Lily nods but asks "Yes, we did it. But Yuzu, when did you create the song and dress?"

Yuzu thinks for a moment "Hmm, I think I finished the dress a few days ago. I only needed the lyrics. I was able to complete it thanks to Lilienne!"

Lily questions again "Thanks to me?"

Yuzu nods "Yep! I was having a hard time getting the lyric down. But I immediately knew what I need after I heard yours!"

Lily "Yuzu, did you make the staff do some crazy stuff for you again?"

Yuzu averts eye contact "I have no idea what you are talking about."

Lily stares at Yuzu "Are you sure? Cause judging from what you said, it's hard to believe you gave them much time."

Yuzu wants to run but gave in "Okay fine! I did! But only the final setup! I already submit my song and stage plan to them a while back."

Lily sighs "At least it is better than that one time."

Yuzu "Ah… that was… sorry."

Lily then smiles "At least you are more careful this time."

Then someone knocks on the door and they heard Yume as she opens the door "Excuse us~"

After the door opens, the S4 Ako is right behind her and lightly karate chops Yume's head.

Yume "Ouch! What are you doing?"

Ako "Don't just go knock and open the door before you heard any answers!"

Mahiru then shows up as well "Well, it can't be helped. This is the first time we get two Floral Idol at the same time."

Rola then shows up from the other side "Yeah, you can't really blame Yume there. I'm sure you are just as excited."

Ako mumbles "Well, yeah…"

Then Koharu catches up to them "You girls, slow down a bit."

Yuzu "Ohh! Everyone! Thanks for coming!"

Lily nods "I thank everyone for coming as well."

Yume smiles "You are welcome! Now it's almost time, just three left."

Yuzu "Oh! That's right!"

Rola looks at Yume "Then I think it's time for us to settle our position in S4."

Yume smiles "Sounds good! I have been preparing!"

Rola nods "What we going to do will end up surprising everyone too!"

Koharu asks "Eh? What are you two doing?"

Yume and Rola look at each other and grins and answers together "It's a secret!"

Yuzu then asks "How about a hint? Or rather, won't this be nice to let everyone know?"

Yume nods "Yes, that's why we are going to announce our battle on the next S4 tv news."

Lily "I see, when will you two be giving everyone hints?"

Yume thinks for a moment before looking at Rola "Should we?"

Rola smiles "Why not? I'm sure this will bring up more hype to everyone!"

Mahiru "Now I'm curious."

Ako "You two got to let us in with a sneak peek!"

Yume "Hehe, nope!"

Koharu "Well, let's just wait and see what they do."

Rola "Don't worry, it'll be amazing for sure!"

A few days later, during the S4 show, Rola, Mahiru, Ako, and Ruka shows up. They quickly introduce themselves and moving on to the news.

Mahiru "And now, let's start off with the Four Star News!"

Ako nods "Yep! As for the news today…"

As Ako says, Yume's voice from off-screen can be heard "Hold on! I'm coming in!"

While Yume is wearing the admin uniform, she shows up while greeting everyone "Hello! It has been a long time!"

Mahiru, Ako, and Ruka "Yume!"

Rola looks at Yume with a smile "So you are here."

Yume nods "Yep! I'm here, Rola."

Rola stands up and faces Yume. Meanwhile, Mahiru, Ako, and Ruka are looking at the sudden change in the situation with interest.

Rola "Are you here for the promise?"

Yume nods again "Yep! However, a normal battle would be boring."

Rola nods "Agreed! We have challenged each other so many times already."

Yume smiles "Then why don't we change it up? Like maybe that idea we once had?"

Rola thinks for a moment before looking excited "You mean… We'll perform in a style we are weakest in!"

Yume puts up a bright smile "Yep! For me…"

Rola "Stooop! Let's keep it a surprise! Let's keep it a secret to everyone until we perform!"

Yume claps her hand "Ohh! Sounds good!"

Ruka then complains "Ehhh? Come on! Tell Ruka and everyone!"

Ako thinks out loud "The weakest, now this is tough. Both of you are really skilled."

Mahiru nods "That's right. But more importantly, when do you two plan to compete?"

Yume and Rola look at each other and nod.

They turn towards the camera together and say "It'll be two weeks from now. Everyone, make sure you come!"

While in the city, the Suite cures are having their day off together. While walking, they see the news from a big tv on a building.

Hibiki "Ohh! That sounds amazing!"

Kanade "Yeah, but to perform with their weakest style. What could it be?"

Ellen "If we are talking about Rola, maybe something more towards cute and pop?"

The little Ako then says while thinking "As for Yume... "

Ako then looks at the screen "Won't Yume have an advantage?"

Then a random woman besides Ako comments "Not exactly, especially if she went with a more sexy style."

Hibiki hears that and starts imagining a sexy Yume "That's a little… weird."

Kanade thinks for a bit "Wait, how come?

Ellen looks at the woman with a wry smile "More importantly, who are you?"

Woman "Me? I am Kanomi Ringo. I was an idol just like you girls."

Hibiki "Kanomi? Where have I heard that name before?"

Kanade "Kanomi… Ah, is it Kisuna?"

Ringo "Oh? I wasn't expecting to find my daughter's friends."

Kanade "Ah, sorry. We are more or less just acquaintances. We happen to work in a movie and only hang out together a bit."

Ringo "The movie? Ah, I see. You girls were in it."

Hibiki "Hehe, not bad right?"

Ringo "Well, for inexperienced actors, it was pretty good."

Ringo then looks at Ellen and Ellen sighs with a smile "Yeah, that's true. As expected from the idol of winter."

Ako "Idol of winter, you mean…"

Ellen nods "Yes, I remember since the class went over all the past S4s."

Ako thinks and looks at Ringo "Uhmm, could it be that you are here to find the successor to your brand?"

Ringo looks surprised and smiles at Ako "Yes since Kari and Nina found their successor, I should do the same."

Ringo then looks at Ellen and Kanade "Hmm, now I think about it, aren't you two the ones they give their brand to?"

Ellen nods "Yes! I inherited Soul Sparks from Nina!"

Kanade smiles "And I got Energy Recette from Kari."

Ringo smiles "I see, then maybe I should…"

Ringo looks at Hibiki then at Ako. After a moment, she nods with confirmation.

Ringo "Your name is Ako, right? Why don't you and my daughter have a showdown?"

Ako looks confused "Eh?"

Ringo "My brand, Modern Princess, is one that focuses on the image of a princess in the modern-day. I can feel that you fit the image. However, my daughter is the same. So that's why…"

Ako then says "Hold on, why do I have to?"

Ringo "Hmm? Are you that uninterested? Ah, could it be that you are scared?"

Ako retorts "I'm not! Why would I be scared?"

Ringo thinks for a moment and smiles with a scheme "I see, then is it because you think you are inferior? Sorry, maybe my daughter is too much."

Ako "Hold on, why would you think I'm inferior?"

Ringo "Hmm? Then does that mean you are confident enough to go against my Kisuna?"

Ako "That, I… don't know. However, there is no way you'll know until we compete!"

Ringo "But you are running away, isn't that the same?"

Ako "Ahhh fine! I'll compete with Kisuna!"

Ringo nods with a smile. Hibiki and Kanade look at the scene dumbfounded. Ellen holds her head painfully.

Ellen "Ako…"

Ako then realizes what she said "Ah…"

Hibiki then looks at Ringo with admiration and mutters "Wow, she got Ako just like that."

Kanade nods "Yeah, that's quite amazing."

Ringo then says "Alright, then let's have you two compete against each other three weeks from now."

Ako "Right after Yume and Rola's stage…"

Ringo "Yep! I'll let my daughter know, good luck!"

Ringo then walks off with the four of them looking at her back.

After a while, Ellen looks at Ako "Are you sure about this?"

Ako nods "Yeah, don't worry. I also have been keeping up with Aikatsu."

Ellen then says "Then if you need help, just let me know."

Kanade "Me too, I'll do my best to help as well."

Hibiki nods twice "Yep! Let's make sure you win!"

Ako then looks at Hibiki "Hibiki, I don't need your help. You are not even a Floral Idol yet. I don't think your help will be useful."

Hibiki then notices her shortcoming "That's right! Ahhh, there are only three spots left!"

Ellen "Right, so you should probably start something."

Hibiki nods "Yeah…"

Kanade then asks "Weren't you working on a song?"

Hibiki "Ah, that uhmm... "

Kanade, Ellen, and Ako sigh in perfect synergy.

Ako "You should worry about yourself first."

Hibiki slouch with annoyance "Right… I should that."

Kanade "Well, good luck. I'm sure Hibiki can do it."

Hibiki then springs back with energy "Right! Ako! Let's do our best! Ooo!"
