Aggro sighed and shifted in her hay bed. She couldn't sleep and so she decided to go outside to get some fresh air. She flew up to the roof of the roost and gazed up at the stars. She was so lost in her own thoughts that she didn't notice that someone had followed her outside.
Aggro laid on the roof for a long time, gazing up at the stars. She had been worried about Summer for the past few days. It had all started when Leyla's old friend Sky came to visit. "Aggro? There you are! Why aren't you in the sleep cave?" Sky came up to me. "Oh! I uh... I just wanted to get a good look at the stars! If you look up and to the right you can see the Little Dipper." She lied. "Yeah sure. Why are you really up here?" Sky didn't fall for it. Aggro sighed in defeat. "It's because... I feel bad about earlier. And I've been worried about Leyla and Summer!" Aggro said. "Huh? But there just fine! Why are you so worried about them. They already fixed the problam, so why are you still concerned about the paast?" She looked really confused. "It's because... I've had these weird dreams about Leyla and Dak."
Sky's jaw dropped open in shock. "You what?!" I didn't want to repeat myself, so instead I just looked at my feet. "Aggro, why didn't you tell me earlier?" She asked. "Because It wasn't my place to say anything. You know, since we're not that close with each other." I said, being completely honest. "But you're there friend too. They're Rescue Rider like you, can't you just tell them about your strange dreams?" She asked. I shook my head in response. "I'm afraid it's not that simple, Sky." Sky started to pace. "This isn't just some small thing, this is huge! We need to let the others know!" She said. "Wait, tell the others about my dreams and late night flights? No way! I could never, what if they hates me forever?" If Dak and Leyla hated me forever for telling the others... Maybe I need to rethink this... "What? No! You don't have to tell them directly! Drop a few hints, you know? But don't make it too obvious. You need to give the others a chance to figure it out on there own." Sky told me. "How can I tell them if we are almost never alone?" I asked. Sky looked thoughtful. "Hmmm... Don't worry about that, I have a plan."
Aggro knew that Sky could tell that she was lying. But she was much to tired to care much. She turned back to the Swiftwing with a tired smile on her face. "Come on Sky, let's go and get some sleep." Aggro said, yawning. Sky nodded in agreement. "Yeah, you're right Aggro. I'll see you in the morning."
"Rise and shine everyone!" Came Winger's voice as he flew around the other half-awake-half-asleep dragons. "Ugh! But why, Winger? It's still early." Cutter muttered tiredly with a yawn as he shook out his wings and slowly stood to his paws.
Aggro yawned and rubbed her eyes as she stared up at Winger. "I get it, you wanna get an early start on training. Am I right, Winger?" She asked. And he nodded his head in conformation. "That's correct, Aggro."
"But why so early in the morning?" Came Summer's voice, as she trotted up to join the others with Burple, Sky, and Glow close behind her. "Because it's good to get an early start on training." Was his simple reply. Glow yawned and rubbed her eyes with her paws. The blue Fastfin was the same color as Winger but her underbelly was pure white almost like fresh snow. She was an old friend of Leyla's just like Sky.
The next morning, Aggro awoke early that morning to a strange feeling in the pit of her stomach. As quietly as she could without waking the others, Aggro quickly and quietly flew towards the door as she used her claws to open it enough for her to slip through. She then flew to where Dak and Leyla slept, but when Aggro nudged the door open, she froze when she saw no sign of them. She tried not to panic as she flew back to the sleep cave. There was no need to tell the others... Right? However, Aggro couldn't fall back asleep, so she decided to go out and look for them... However... She didn't notice that Winger was following close behind her, as she flew on and out into the early morning air.
Aggro had been flying for a while when she saw something as red as fire in the corner of her eye and as she flew down to investigate, what she saw made her jaw drop in shock, it was another Fire Fury. And right beside it was a relentless Razorwing, and they were both females by there sent. The Fire Fury shifted as she began to sit up as she stared at Aggro with wide eyes. And it was then that she noticed Winger land beside them, causing the other Fire Fury to jump as the Razorwing jumped up as well.
