Ok, anotehr One Shot. Hinata and Naruto. What happens after he's gone for a year? What does she have to say? So much to do! Lets go!

I'll Love You Forever

Hinata walked over to a large stone. On it were the names of many ninjas who had made a difference, who saved everyone... who died in action. She squatted and began tracing her small, fragile finger over the letters of one particular name.

"How long has it been? A whole year now?" She muttered.

"I hope you're doing ok up there. Everything down here has been just fine. Sakura and Sasuke got engaged, just a month ago too. You should see them; they're the cutest couple. They're just right for each other too, I've never seen anyone make Sasuke smile, but she can. They wish you could be here for their wedding, but… well, it's too late now. Neji and Tenten have been going steady for a good three years now. Don't tell anyone, but he's going to pop the question this Friday night. I'm sure they will be happy. Kakashi has been doing just as good as ever… he's still reading those perverted books though." She giggled slightly.

"Don't worry about me. Ever since you left, I kept the promise I made to you the first time I came here. I've stopped stuttering, which you can probably tell. Also, I've worked super hard. I just passed my last exam, now I'm an official Medic Ninja, just like Sakura. Fighting was never really for me. My love life is still just as empty, but I don't mind. I'm just not ready yet, and frankly, I don't think I ever will be. Please, don't blame yourself. I know you're always with me, and that's all I need. Being alone isn't all that bad when I know you're here too…" She began trailing off. Now was the moment she had been waiting for. After 4 whole years, now it was finally time.

"I… I… God, I'm stuttering again. Ok, fine, here it goes. I love you." Finally, she'd said it. After all these years, it was out.

She then stood up again. "I love you, and always will… Bye Naruto." She turned and walked away; a single tear came crawling down her porcelain face.

And if you listened hard enough, you could hear something on the wind. Faintly, as if it wasn't even there, was a voice. "I love you too Hinata. I love you too."

Ok, all together now... AWW! I know, cute or what. Review please! If no one likes my One Shots I'll stop. I swear I will. So, review now! Dani out!
