A/N: Thanks, as always, for continuing to read, review, and follow! I appreciate it more than you know. I love reading your reviews. They never fail to make me smile. On to the story! This chapter picks up where the last one left off. Hope you enjoy this update!

One hour after leaving Pine Valley, the limousine carrying the women pulled into the parking lot next to the Shamokin Inn. Rooms had been reserved for the group as well as for their driver. They piled out of the car and checked in with two women per room and Bruce having his own. Once their bags had been deposited in their rooms, everyone met in the lobby.
"Where to now?" Rafaela asked.
"Shamokin Joe's!" Gail answered happily.
"Oh, the place with the burgers."
Marissa grinned. "Yep! Best burgers in the state, but don't tell Krystal we said that."
The group then walked down the street with Bianca and Marissa leading the way.
/
Bruce jumped ahead of the group and opened the door for the women to enter. Each woman thanked him as they passed by.
"Well, look who it is! Welcome back to Shamokin!" Terri smiled brightly as she hustled forward to greet the group.
"Terri!" Hugs were shared with those who knew the server.
"I set some tables up for you right in the center of the action. Follow me, ladies." When they had decided to go back to Shamokin, Marissa had called Terri to give her a heads up, and the server had been looking forward to their visit ever since.
When everyone was seated, final introductions were made. "Terri, I'd like to introduce you to Jo, Rafaela, and Bruce. Ladies, Bruce, this is Terri, the best server you will find anywhere."
"It's nice to meet you all." The server stopped and did a double-take when she saw Rafaela. "Excuse me, but are you the model?"
Rafaela smiled and nodded. She was used to being recognized. "I am. It's nice to meet you."
"Wow. Welcome. Okay. Now, Bruce, you drove them?"
"I did. I took over for Jimmy with strict instructions to keep my eye out for them."
"Bless your heart. You're going to have your hands full." The group laughed at the quip and at Bruce's expression. "First things first, Bianca, Marissa, I need to see a picture of your little one. Yours too, Kendall. Marissa told me about your little girl, and I think it's wonderful."
Bianca pulled out her phone and quickly found pictures of the kids while Kendall did the same.
"Here's the latest of Danny."
"Oh my, he looks just like you, Marissa! He's getting so big."
"He is, and he's crawling now. It's a nice workout chasing after him."
"Wait until he starts walking and then running. The other kids are getting so big too. Miranda and Gabby are beautiful, and AJ is so handsome."
The couple beamed. "Thank you!"
Terri then made her way to Kendall. "Look at all those curls! Oh, you can tell she rules the roost by the look in eyes."
Greenlee burst out laughing. "You can say that again! We don't call her the Little Diva for nothing. She's a lot like her grandma."
Kendall scowled. "Yeah, I know. The teenage years are not going to be fun. I love her though. She's a blessing."
"They are." Terri patted Kendall's shoulder in agreement. "Okay, let me get your drink orders, and then, I'll bring you over some menus and the karaoke list."
"Excellent!" Aya said.
Rafaela sat back in wonder as she watched the server interact with the group. Terri had recognized her but hadn't made a big deal about it. That was very refreshing for Rafaela. A large number of people would fuss over her and become awestruck when they met her. Even though she had been famous for some time now, it still made her a little uncomfortable. This woman treated her like everyone else which is exactly what Rafaela wanted, to be treated just like one of the girls.
Terri returned with drinks, rolls, menus, and copies of the song list. "I'll give you all a few minutes to look over the menu. Just so you know, folks are already lining up to buy you rounds. They were excited to see everyone."
"Wow, you all really made an impression last time, not that I'm all that surprised." Jo chuckled.
"It's a gift." Greenlee smirked.
"Terri seems to know you pretty well." Rafaela noted.
Bianca smiled. "Terri's great. She took very good care of all of us our first time here. Rissa and I stopped by here for lunch on our way to Bradford for our honeymoon."
"Her brother is Sean Bray." Marissa added.
"One of the police officers, right?" Jo asked.
Stef nodded. "Yep. He's her little brother, but there's nothing little about him. He's like 6 foot 5 inches, solid build, pretty imposing."
"But he's really nice and funny." Gail said.
"So, what's good here?" Jo asked. "I'm starving."
"The burgers really are the best. I'm getting their signature burger, the Shamokin Joe." Marissa grinned and turned to her wife. "Want to split some onion rings and chili cheese fries?"
"You know my weakness. That sounds perfect."
"I just realized you can drink this time, Marissa." Madison said.
"Red's been drinking since we left home. Not too much though, Red. We might need your legal services tonight." Kendall laughed.
"I hope not, but good point, Curly."
"We'll try and behave ourselves, Rocky, but we make no promises." Greenlee winked.
"Yeah, it's like fighting a losing battle for some of you." Marissa smirked.
An older couple approached the table. The man was familiar to the group. "Ladies, it's good to see you all again."
"Gil! Hi! How have you been?" Kendall asked.
"You remember me?"
"Of course we do. You stood up and told the truth for us. It meant a lot."
The man blushed slightly and nodded. "Well, I was happy to do it. You ladies didn't do anything wrong. You and your friend here sure took care of Todd. I can tell you that I wouldn't want to be on your bad side." Gil chuckled before he turned to the woman next to him. "I'd like you to meet my wife, Frannie."
"Hello. It's nice to meet you. I hope we're not interrupting, but Gil wanted to stop over. He talked a lot about all of you that night when he got home."
"You're not interrupting at all. Your husband was a perfect gentleman that night."
Frannie beamed at hearing the women praise her husband who was blushing again. "Thank you for saying that. It's always nice to hear. Gil's always been like that. It goes all the way back to grade school."
"Grade school?"
"Me and Frannie are childhood sweethearts. I saw her and knew there would never be anyone else for me."
The women loved hearing that.
"You're a lucky woman, Frannie." Greenlee smiled.
"Oh, I know."
"Would you like to join us?"
"We don't want to spoil your fun. We just wanted to say 'hi'." Gil said.
"You're not spoiling anything, but we understand. Stop back by later?"
"We can do that. Are you going to sing again?"
"Oh, yeah. We're already checking out the song list." Kendall smiled.
"I'm looking forward to it. Enjoy your dinner."
"Bye, Gil. Bye, Frannie. It was nice to meet you."
"They are like the cutest couple I've ever seen." Lisa gushed after Gil and Frannie left.
"They really are, and I love how they're holding hands." Randi agreed.
"I want to be them when I grow up." Natalia sighed.
/
Terri returned and took everyone's food order as well as another order for drinks.
Bianca called the server back to her. "Hey, Terri, could you put Gil and Frannie's dinner on our bill?"
The server glanced over to the older couple's table and smiled. "They're sweet, aren't they? I'll take care of it. Just so you know, they'll refuse, but I'll figure something out."
"Thank you."
The group continued to chat and pass around the song list as they picked out the songs they wanted to perform. Every once in a while someone would approach their table to say 'hello' or they would catch someone glancing their way, particularly in Rafaela's direction. It was obvious they knew who she was, but no one said anything about her being famous, tried to get her autograph or tried to take any pictures with her. They were all very respectful of her privacy, and for that, she was extremely grateful.
/
After they had eaten and enjoyed a few more rounds of drinks, the group saw it was close to the time for the karaoke to begin so several of them made a quick trip to the ladies' room. As the women were making their way back to their table, Lisa noticed a man staring at Rafaela.
"Hey, I didn't know if you noticed or not, but someone's watching you."
Rafaela discreetly glanced over her shoulder once they were back in their seats. "Yes, I did notice that. He's been doing it for a little while. It's kind of giving me the creeps."
"Okay, we're not leaving you alone then. When we see Terri again, we'll ask her if she knows anything about him. Alright?"
The model nodded. "Okay, that sounds good."
Marissa caught part of the exchange and saw the concerned look on Lisa's face. "Is everything okay?"
"There's a guy that's been watching Rafaela."
The redhead snuck a look at the man in question. "He looks kind of familiar. He hasn't said or done or said anything to you has he?"
Rafaela shook her head. "No, he just makes me feel a little uncomfortable."
"Lisa's right. We're not leaving you alone and will mention it to Terri. We'll mention it to Bruce too."
Greenlee walked up to the trio. "Time to sing, ladies."
"Sounds good. Who's up first?" Rafaela wasn't going to let the man stop her from having fun.
Kendall and Greenlee started things off performing an inspired rendition of "Push It" by Salt n' Pepa. The crowd at Shamokin Joe's roared with their approval, and everyone began to line up to perform. Aya left everyone speechless with her version of "Rolling in the Deep" by Adele. Lisa, Stef, Madison, Randi, and Gail took on Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off" much to everyone's delight.
Everything was going great, and everyone was enjoying themselves. Bianca was on stage performing "All About That Bass" by Meghan Trainor, and she had Marissa enthralled as she shook her booty, or bass in this case.
Then, all hell broke.
/
Teddy, the man who had been watching Rafaela all night long, had sent his brother a text telling him to get over to Shamokin Joe's as soon as possible.
A few minutes later, his brother snuck in and made his way over to Teddy's table. The man kept his eyes peeled for Terri and Bob the whole time. They had eased up and allowed him back into the establishment six months after throwing him out. This was done in part due to him paying for damages caused during his last visit there as well as his promise to behave himself. He was still on shaky ground with them and was doing his best not to get in their bad graces again.
"What's up, Teddy?"
"Todd! It's about time you got here. Take a look over at the stage and see who's here! It's that model from the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. You know, Rafaela. Damn, she's gorgeous."
"What the hell is she doing here in Shamokin?" Todd glanced to where his brother was pointing and saw the Brazilian beauty who had made her way onto the stage and was dancing and singing with a familiar looking brunette. "Son of a bitch." Todd quickly scanned the room and saw two women he remembered painfully well. He reached down to his crotch wincing as he remembered their encounter. "I … I … I should probably go."
"What? No. Why? I want to go talk to her."
"Are you nuts?"
"Nah. She seems pretty down to earth. I think I might have a good shot with her. I mean I'm a pretty good looking guy, if I do say so myself. I have as good of a shot with her as anyone."
"Don't. You really shouldn't, Teddy. You don't know that crowd she's with. It's just not a good idea."
"You act like you're scared of them or something. It's just a bunch of women."
"I'm not scared of them, just wary."
"Who are you scared of?"
Todd turned and saw his sister and a group of her friends, and it was easy to tell they had been drinking before they arrived at the restaurant. "I'm not scared of anyone, Therese."
"The hell you say!" Teddy scoffed and turned to address his sister. "He's scared of those women over there from out of town."
Therese glanced over to the stage. "Oh them? They're nothing. We could wipe the floor with them with one hand tied behind our backs. I'm getting sick of them. Everyone is fawning all over them like they're royalty or something. They're pissing me off. Why are you scared of them, Todd? Do you know them or something?"
Teddy's eyes grew wide when it finally hit him. "I know who they are! They're the ones you got into that fight with last year, the ones that caused problems with you and Shelly."
"Get out! That's them? Nobody does that to my brother and gets away with that! Hell, Shelly had that shiner for a couple of weeks and ended up breaking up with you later. Teddy, you take care of that guy that's with them, and we'll handle the women."
"On it!" Teddy was up and following the group of a dozen and a half women in no time flat.
"That's not what happened." Todd called out to his siblings, but it was too late. He was just starting to live down the fact that he had been bested by two women and finally accepting his responsibility for the incident. Cutting back on this drinking and losing Shelly had helped him see the light. Now, his idiot brother and sister were going to cause all kinds of problems not only for him but for the out-of-towners whose only crimes were being pretty and simply wanting to have fun. Todd glanced around the room and saw Terri headed back towards the kitchen. He made a beeline in her direction in hopes of stopping what he knew was coming. Todd knew firsthand that the out-of-towners were no lightweights and would give as good as they got.
/
Bianca was singing and giving the song her all when all of a sudden a woman charged the stage and sucker punched her. The brunette went crashing into a backdrop behind the stage.
Marissa was up in the blink of an eye and pulled the woman off of her wife just as she was rearing back to kick Bianca. The redhead got in an uppercut and a devastating right cross that sent the unknown assailant flying off the stage and onto a nearby table. The woman was knocked out cold. Marissa immediately went to Bianca's side and was helping her up when she was blindsided by another woman tackling her from the side and driving her backwards.
"Oh hell no!" Jo saw her best friend go down and raced to the stage as another woman joined the fray to tag team with her friend to beat up Marissa. The doctor pulled the second woman away and got in a solid left hook. This was the break Marissa needed to gain her bearings and defend herself. By this time, Bianca was fending off another attacker of her own.
"Not again. What the hell is going on? Who in the hell are these women?" Kendall asked as she tried to get to the stage. She was waylaid by an attacker who grabbed a handful of her hair and yanked Kendall back. The woman was able to get off a glancing blow before Kendall could react.
Greenlee wasn't able to help her friend because she had her own hands full. In fact, the entire Pine Valley contingent did.
Kendall had just successfully gotten herself free and started back towards the stage when she heard a crash behind her. She turned and saw Frannie standing there grinning proudly over a woman clearly out of it on the floor. Frannie held a large serving tray in both hands, and it was clear to Kendall that the older woman had saved her from being ambushed. Kendall shook her head and gave Frannie a thumbs up in thanks before she jumped back into the fray.
/
An ear-piercing whistle cut through the shouting and cursing, and everyone froze. When the dust cleared, Terri, Sean, and Dave stood and surveyed the damage. They observed that several of the regulars had joined in to help the crew from Pine Valley by stopping the blindsides and double teams from the local women who had started the brawl.
Marissa glanced over to Bianca and saw her bloodied lip. The redhead moved towards her wife to check on her.
"Watch out!" Someone in the crowd shouted.
The redhead ducked under a punch at the last second and then fired off a right cross of her own. The punch sent the offender to the floor. Marissa glanced around again and then was finally able to get back to Bianca's side.
"Hey. How are you? How bad are you hurt?" Marissa used part of her sleeve to wipe away the blood as she inspected the wounds.
"I'm okay. What about you? That eye doesn't look good. How are your ribs?" Bianca assessed her wife's injuries.
"Ladies. Frannie?!" Sean was shocked to see the older woman in the middle of the action.
"Sean, good evening. I'm happy to give a statement whenever you want."
The officer just shook his head as he saw bodies littered around the floor. "Hold that thought. Dave or I will get back with you." Sean saw the redhead he had formed a friendship with. "How are you doing, Marissa?"
"I'll be honest, Sean. I've been better. Terri, could we please get some ice and clean cloths?"
Terri nodded. "Of course. I'll be right back."
"What happened?" Sean asked.
"I honestly don't know. Bianca was singing when all of a sudden that … woman came out of nowhere and attacked her." Marissa pointed to the unconscious woman lying on the table. "The rest of them started coming after us."
Sean looked at the unconscious woman. "Therese McCutcheon. I should have known." He then saw her younger brother being held in a headlock by a man he didn't know. "Teddy, what the hell? Excuse me …"
"Bruce. I'm with Marissa and the rest of them. He attacked me unprovoked."
"I have no doubt about that. Could you let him go for me? He won't cause you anymore problems. Will you, Teddy?"
"No." Teddy mumbled.
Bruce did as asked and released the man.
"Thank you. Now, let's try and get this sorted out. Um, Frannie, give me the story. What happened here?"
"It's pretty much what she said. Therese came out of nowhere and attacked that other woman, Bianca. Gina, Carrie, and the lot of them started attacking all of the other women. Marissa and the other women were just defending themselves. Did a damn good job of it too if you ask me."
"Looks like it. Todd, little help here. What the help were your idiot brother and sister thinking?"
"Hey!"
"Shut up, Teddy. I told you and Therese to stop, but no, you had to cause trouble. It's what Frannie said, Sean. These women weren't doing anything. Teddy recognized that model, Rafaela, and had me come over here. When I got here, he started talking about how he thought he had a shot with her. Fat chance on that. I told him to stay away from them, leave them alone. He put two and two together about who they were, and Therese overheard us. She was jealous of all the attention they were getting and decided to put a stop to it. That's when I went to tell Terri what was going on."
Terri returned with a tray filled with ice packs, towels, and a pitcher of water. She handed out the first two items to the visitors from Pine Valley before taking the pitcher and dumping its contents on Therese. The woman sputtered awake and had to be restrained by Officer Corder.
"Calm down, Therese. You're in trouble enough."
Sean sighed and motioned for the two other officers who had just arrived to join him. "We're going to start taking some statements so we can get this sorted out."
/
Half an hour later, statements had been taken, and the Pine Valley crew had been vindicated. Therese, the rest of her gang, and Teddy were taken down to the station to have their wounds tended to and to sleep it off. The police would deal with them the next day.
Those remaining at the restaurant helped clean things up.
"Are you ladies okay? Do you need a doctor?" Sean asked.
"I'm a doctor."
The officer laughed. Knowing the women, he wasn't really surprised that they would have a doctor in their midst. "Of course you are."
"Sean, this is one of my best friends, Jo Shelton. She's a psychologist."
"You bring your own shrink with you, Marissa?"
The redhead laughed. "We like to cover all of our bases. We're a one stop shop."
"That's not a medical doctor though."
"No, but I did have some first aid training. The injuries are superficial, but a first aid kit would be appreciated if you have one." Jo said.
"We've got one in back. I'll go get it." Terri offered.
"Thank you."
When the server returned, Marissa looked at her. "Hey, Terri. You think we could fire up the karaoke again?"
"I don't see why not. How's that sound to all of you?"
The crowd cheered in reply, ready to get to having fun.
"Let's do this then!" Marissa gave Bianca a tender kiss and headed to the stage. She gave a rousing rendition of "Piece of My Heart" by Janis Joplin that had everyone on their feet.
Soon, the performances began again in earnest, and everyone got back to having a good time with the drinks flowing again as well.
"I'm next!" Jo said excitedly and looked at her best friend. "I know this song doesn't apply to you anymore, but I need some help."
"I'm game!"
The friends jumped on the stage, and Jo took the lead singing "Single Ladies" by Beyoncé. They were soon joined by Lisa, Natalia, Jan, Rafaela, and Madison initially before the rest of the Pine Valley crew were on stage with them giving their best impersonation of the dance that went with the song.
A few songs later, Marissa took the stage again to perform a special request from her wife. The song was from Adele's latest album and had quickly become a favorite of the couple, particularly Bianca. If there was one thing the redhead was practically incapable of doing, it was denying a heartfelt request from the love of her life. So, Marissa was back on stage and gave a stirring rendition of "When We Were Young."
When she finished, everyone was on their feet clapping and cheering wildly, none louder than Bianca. Marissa was rewarded with a loving kiss from her proud wife when she returned to the table.
/
Last call and closing time arrived a short time later, and the Pine Valley crew made their way back to the Shamokin Inn. The women separated and went to their rooms. Each was starting to feel some aches and pains from the earlier brawl now that adrenaline had faded.
Bianca and Marissa sighed when they were finally alone in their room. After locking the door, they both stripped and cleaned themselves up from the night's events.
"B, let me take a look at your lip."
"It's fine, Rissa."
"I still want to take a look at it, okay? Humor me? Please?"
"Okay, but only if you let me take a look at your eye and your side."
"Deal."
Bianca sat down on the bed next to Marissa, and they began to examine the other's injuries. Considering they were outnumbered and blindsided, they, like their friends, were very lucky their injuries were minor.
"I'm sorry." Marissa said when she saw Bianca wincing.
"It's not your fault."
"I know, but still, I wish I could've gotten to you sooner."
"You were there pretty quick, Rissa. You couldn't have done anything more to stop it than you did. Besides, you did stop her from doing any more damage. I just wish I could've helped you more."
"Well, you kind of had your hands full." Marissa gently caressed her wife's swollen lip and bruised cheek, and smiled when Bianca's eyes fluttered shut at the contact. "Maybe I could kiss it and help make it feel better."
Bianca hummed in agreement. "I think that might help a whole lot."
Marissa leaned in and placed a soft kiss on the brunette's cheek. "Better?"
"A little. Maybe here?" Bianca pointed a little lower on her cheek.
The redhead complied with the request.
"And here?"
Marissa chuckled and continued to place kisses on her wife's face until she reached her lips. It started slow but soon escalated, and Bianca pushed her wife back on the bed.
The redhead grunted as she landed awkwardly.
"Oh, I'm so sorry! Are you okay?"
"I'm fine, a little sore though."
"Maybe I could kiss it and make it feel better?"
Marissa grinned. "You do have magical lips."
Bianca laughed. "Wow, that was really cheesy, but I like it. Let's see what I can do." Starting at the rapidly growing black eye, Bianca tenderly kissed the bruised areas of her wife's body. Spurred on by Marissa's squirming and soft moans, the brunette continued lower and paid extra care to the bruised area around her wife's torso.
"Oh god, please, B." Marissa moaned.
Hearing her wife's pleas, Bianca happily obliged and descended to where she was needed most.

A/N: I don't own any of the songs mentioned above. They are owned by the artists I noted. I also don't own Sports Illustrated. Things would be far different in my life if I did. I hope you were able to follow the action of the brawl. It's kind of tricky to write. I could picture in my mind and was trying my best to write it as fast as it was coming to me, and I hope I did it justice. See you soon!
