Disclaimer: Me no own Fullmetal Alchemist. Me not filthy stinking rich.
Hi there! Right now I'm on a fic sending spree, cause if you look, all of my fics before this have close publish dates. I mean like 1 day apart. But that's cause I like to give all of my wonderful fans nice treats. I mean, come on, you should consider yourself lucky to be privileged enough to even read my stuff.
Wow, I'm conceited.
Anyway, this fic is not a Mary Sue or anything like that. It's just what happens when I enter the Fullmetal Alchemist world.
Take off world.
Wow, I'm a pervert.
…
This is Chapter 1!

Chapter 1
I'm an Idiot
"PLEASE. TRUST ME."
The last words rang out across my room, and I smiled. Man, how I loved that song. After all, it was only the opening of like, the greatest anime ever, Fullmetal Alchemist! That show was so awesome! Not only did it have the hottest guy in the whole freakin' universe as a main character, it also made me want to try alchemy. Which made my mom want to find me a psychiatrist. And made my friends think I was going to turn them into something. But who cares? Alchemy is just so cool, I wanted to give it a try.
The circles I drew were decent (in my opinion, anyway), but it didn't work. Of course, I hadn't really expected it to, but I can dream, can't I? More to the point, I was ticked off. Why? Well, because in order to perform alchemy, one has to study it first. And how could I do that when books on alchemy weren't available anymore? I mean, it's not like I could go into a library and ask for one.
Oh well. No matter. Even though alchemy would be downright helpful, everyone in today's world got along fine without it, including me.
I left my room, and headed for my kitchen, my mouth watering at the thought of having some ramen. That stuff's good! I pranced happily down the stairs, thinking of Edward, and began quietly singing "Ready Steady Go" aloud.
It was a song I knew well, and for good reason. It just so happens to be the song I sang for my school talent show. (True story!) And to be honest, I think I was smokin' something when I did. My sudden burst of courage at the tryouts soon fizzled away when it came time for the actual performance. But it went pretty well, other than the fact that a man sings "Ready Steady Go" and I'm a girl. But I showed my school that I know a little bit of Japanese (Ok, more than a little). Gosh, I need to quit bragging about myself. And what does this have to do with the plot?
Anyway…
As I neared the bottom of the stairs, I started in on the chorus:
"READY STEADY CAN'T HOLD ME BACK
READY STEADY GIVE ME GOOD LUCK
READY STEADY NEVER LOOK BACK
LET'S GET STARTED READY ST-"
And then, being the idiot that I am, I ran face-first into the wall.
And that's all I remember.
T.B.C…
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXOk, so that was Chapter 1.
Chapter 2 should be up soon, depending on if I get off my lazy butt and type it.
In the next chapter, I'm in the Fullmetal Alchemist world.
Take off-
Oh forget it.
Let's get a move on with those reviews!
