(Part 3)
The very next day... A Thursday:
Johnny: "Tommy... I mean, Shure-Lock... What do you think is going on, in the Middleton area?
And why would a 'Sky Visitor' just be concentrating his comings-and-goings in one specific, small spot?"
Ohms: "Precisely. And, that 'tis the question of questions. You've hit it right on the nail head, my good friend!"
By that afternoon, Ohms has interviewed all known victims of the 'Phantom' - or, whoever or whatever he/it was... Yes.

Meanwhile... Out at Broxton Manor... in the serene and idyllic Countryside just on the outskirts of New London Town.
"You've done well... My friend. It's been long enough. Go out tonight. Once more!"
"Yes... Professor. I am ready... I will go."

That very Night... at a boarding house in the Middleton District.
"Good evening... Mrs. Howard. I am 'going out'. For a few hours."
"Have a pleasant time... Miss Nancy!"
Nancy was a 'lamplight girl' out in the tough but rewarding street girl working area.
She liked the cool night air. The Moon and stars above. One particular star twinkled brightly suddenly.
In the park, just across the street, the 'Star' came down... Landed. Like a homing beacon, Nancy went to it!
