There... in the busy, cramped Electric Laboratory of Sir Thomas 'Shure-Lock' Ohms:
"My, my... these energy signature readings of the 'Mystery Craft' are very unusual. Highly, indeed!"
Johnny: "How is that... Tommy?" (The name Shure-Lock was called by... when away from The Public).
Ohms then went over his varied theories as to the energy source, and size of the Sky Phantom ship.
Though obviously quite powerful, Shure-Lock was fairly sure that it was not of a very large size.
That the vehicle likely had colorful, bright lights, making it appear much bigger than it was.
And that the craft was remotely controlled. From below... Or from a great distance. Aye!

That afternoon... Shure-Lock called on Inspector Stratton of New Scotland Yard.
Together they started to hatch a plan... To nab the 'Visitor' - and his Craft!
Johnny would do his part too. For this Phantom truly posed a danger...
