Madness of Mad-Eye
"Jax, where were you, last night mate? The twins told us you just walked away from them last night."
"Don't worry about it, Ron. I was busy and I had things that needed to be taken care of."
"Anyways, do any of you know who our DADA professor is going to be this year?"
"Yes, someone by the name of Mad-Eye Moody," Harry says, giving the new professor an uncomfortable look.
"Ah, yes the Mad-Eye himself."
"Do you know him?" Harry and Hermione both asked.
"Mad-Eye is one of the greatest Aurors there has ever been, also Crazy as all get out"
After breakfast, the group of friends starts to head out of the great hall with Harry, Ron, and Hermione talking about DADA. But the other three friends don't notice that Jax falling back to speak with someone else
"Pansy"
"For the love of Merlin, you can't keep sneaking up on a person Adonna!"
"So are you excited to learn from the great Mad-Eye Moody"
"I would be if I didn't have to share a classroom with a bunch of die heart Gryffindors."
"Hey, not all of us Gryffindors use our hearts, at least I don't I like to… I use my head."
"I didn't say you did I Adonna? I said ``Gryffindors if anything you are more Ravenclaw than anything."
"How's your father Pansy?"
"I don't know what you mean?"
"Pansy, please don't play like an idiot, you know exactly what I am talking about."
"He . . . he hasn't tried to beat the shit out of me, and he also hasn't brought up the marriage contract again. I don't want to go home. I'm worried that when I go there for a holiday it may start again."
"Pansy..."
As Jax walks closer to Pansy wrapping his arms around her letting Pansy cry.
"Ja . . .Jax I'm worried, my father has spoken as if the dark lord has a plan to return, also I wanted to thank you for what you did for me over the summer."
"Don't mention it, you needed help and I was glad to offer it"
And with that Pansy standing on her tiptoes kisses Jax on his cheek.
"Come on Adonna, we need to get going otherwise MadEye Moody may try to kill us if we are late"
As Jax and Pansy make their way into the DADA, Pansy suddenly stops.
"What's wrong, Pans?"
"What will your friends think if you walk in there and take a seat with me?"
"They are just going to have to get over it, I can have more than them as my friends"
As Pansy walks in first taking her seat, Jax walks in behind her and takes his seat next to her. As Jax takes his seat he feels a pair of eyes burning a hole in his head, looking over and seeing Ron giving him an evil look. Jax just gives him a look saying don't even open your mouth.
After what even for Jax's mind he had to admit was a very disturbing lesson, it seemed everyone was just too shocked to even mention the fact that Jax entered with Pansy. It seemed like everyone didn't even say anything with the fact that Pansy was walking alongside four Gryffindors, probably because they all know not to mess with Jax.
"He's Fucking insane!?"
"No he is brilliant, He taught us something important. He said there isn't a way to counter the killing curse I think he is wrong, people forgot that there is magic older than even Dumbledore I bet there is something there that can counter it"
"Jax you worry me sometimes you know that?"
"Why is that?"
"I mean first of all you just said a complete and utter nut is a brilliant person, and secondly you entered the class with a slimy snake," Ron says with a sneer on his
As fast as a golden snitch Ron is pushed up against a wall with a wand to his throat.
"Do not insult her! Your prejudice is sickening, you complain about Malfoy but you are no different than he is. And besides, did you not learn anything from the past two years? Slytherin isn't the only house that has evil in it. I mean last year there was Pettigrew and the year before that there was that jackass Lockhart, one was a Gryffindor the other was a Ravenclaw."
And after all of that Jax takes Pansy by the hand and walks away surprisingly enough Hermione and Harry both follow.
