One Hour After Contact

News stations around the world were freaking out, just not in the usual good way. Most of the time when a large event occurs, it's a race to see who can push out an internet article or a television report first. An alien invasion felt different for obvious reasons. The end of humanity could be near, the idea of competing for viewer's attention was not at the forefront of anyones minds.

"As of now, six large ships have come out of the portal in the Tokyo area and are circling above. We have no clue where the large portal came from and if it is transmitted from some sort of quirk. At the moment US and Japanese forces are launching aircraft to investigate the ships and possibly engage with the targets if they are hostile. World leaders have spoken to North Korea, China, and Russia who have said they are not coordinating any attacks but are offering help in this situation."

"That just about sums it up." the co-host said. "Meanwhile we will keep you all updated while we see what happens next. Stay tuned."

(X)

No one expected to be hiding in school today because of aliens. But predicting massive space ships in the air coming out of portals was one of those things you couldn't see coming.

After the students were lead back to the school grounds by teachers and staff, the walls went up not letting anyone get inside.

Ahsoka had helped lead all the students back along with her jedi masters and clones. Now that they were all safe they turned to leave out the entrance.

"Now hold on a minute!"

The voice came from Snipe who had his revolver pointed directly at the group. "Who are you people really?! Mr. Aizawa had been ranting to me about how you all were extremely suspicious but I told him he was crazy. Now ships are appearing in the sky! So start talking!"

"They are not with us. They're our enemy. Right now we need to go down to the mayors office and tell him to evacuate the city." Kenobi attempted to explain.

Aizawa stepped put from behind Snipe. "Bullshit! How are we suppose to believe you! First of all, I'm going to assume you all are not from Seattle and that you all didn't transfer from SHI. That's two lies already, why should we trust you?"

The clones began forming a defensive circle around Padme, R2, and an injured Dogma. The three jedi stood tall ready to pull out their lightsabers if needed.

Soon the heroes Midnight and Hound Dog ran down the hall ready to assist in the upcoming fight.

"That's enough everyone!" All Might yelled stepping between the groups.

"All Might what are you doing?" Aizawa said dumbfounded.

"I'm sorry everyone. I should have said something before but I couldn't. You can trust them." All Might said.

The tension began cooling as the groups began lowering their guard.

"Why are you so quick to trust them? Did you miss when that girl almost killed one of our students?!" Snipe said. Unlike the others, he was the only one still with a gun raised.

"Because...I was the one who brought them here. Mr. Aizawa is right. These people are not from Seattle but are also not of this world. Those ships in the sky right now followed them here."

After thinking about what he said for a minute, Snipe reluctantly set his revolver back in his holster and backed off.

"Now." All Might began explaining. "This sequence of events in the past hour have felt random and impossible. I'm sure most people have not been able to process what has just happened. But together we can start making the right decisions to avoid mass hysteria inside this school." All Might then turned toward the jedi. "Anakin, Obi-Wan, Captain Rex, we can call the mayor from here to tell him to how we need to act upon this invasion. Everyone go to the meeting hall so we can start planning for a safe evacuation of the city."

Everyone decided what All Might said was right. They needed to work together if they were going to save this city. In-fighting would only make things worse then they already were.

Recovery Girl had shown up and took Dogma to the nurses office. The rest of the adults were lead to the meeting hall.

"Hey wait a second Ahsoka." her master said. "You're coming with me."

Anakin lead the padawan down the hall toward one of the empty office rooms. As the two walked, Ahsoka looked through the class windows and saw the students faces. They all seemed either scared or stone faced in fear. How could she blame them, she was scared too. The only thing that she feared more right now was awaiting for what Master Skywalker had to say.

The two walked into the empty office building and sat at a table with a few chairs. Tano tried opening her mouth but Anakin raised a finger stopping her.

"Yes I am disappointed in you Ahsoka. I don't want to sugarcoat it. I'm ashamed of what you did out there today."

"Master I can't apologize enough-"

"You have destroyed a lot of trust with people. Me, Obi-Wan, Padme, R2, the clones, your teachers, and most of all your classmates."

Ahsoka looked down at the table. The wood was worn down with scratches and marks from age. It had definitely seen better days. She felt a lot like this table. Maybe at one point she was fresh and ready for anything but abuse day in and out had worn her down.

"I understand that you are stressed, I am too, but how could you take it that far?"

"I just couldn't take it anymore. I lost control of everything for that minute. I'm sorry master."

"I'm not the one you should be apologizing to. Katsuki was the one you almost killed."

"Master, if your telling me I should walk up to him and tell him sorry, you are out of your mind."

Skywalker sighed. "Well at some point you're going to have to face him. Now Ahsoka, you need to make sure you don't go down that dark path again."

Ahsoka smacked the table with her hand. "That's one thing I don't think I can do. What if I lose it again?!"

"Ahsoka!" her master raised his voice. "Even though you have caused a lot of damage, I still need to trust you and you need to trust in yourself! There are over seven billion people on this planet that are going to need our help really soon! We have no time to let our feelings get to us!"

With that said, Anakin got up from his seat and walked toward the door. "Come out when you are ready." he said closing the door behind him.

Contemplating what was to come, a few tears left Tano's eyes and dribbled onto the table.

(X)

Skywalker entered the hero meeting just as it was starting. From the looks of it, every hero teacher in school was present either sitting in an office chair or leaning against a wall.

"Where is Padme?" Anakin whispered into his master's ear.

"Going around to the classrooms making sure everyone is alright. You know she's great at those sort of things."

For once Principal Nezu did not have a cup of tea by his side. His expression of happiness was also not present but instead a blank stare neither positive nor negative.

"I have already alerted the mayor to start evacuating people toward the outskirts of the metro area first. It's still going to take a long time if were going to get the millions of citizens in this city out of harms way. Also, I assume you all left your class presidents in charge of making sure everyone stays in their homerooms?" he asked aloud.

Everyone either nodded their heads or quietly said yes. With that small detail out of the way, Nezu began the meeting.

"As of now from the information gained from our new teachers, we know these ships are here to cause us trouble. They are not of this world and are here to take over the planet. Why don't you explain further details Mr. Kenobi.

As Kenobi came to the front R2-D2 stayed by his side. The astromech then turned on a hologram out of his eye and began showing everyone the blueprints that matched the vessels overhead.

"This is the schematics to a Munificent- class star frigate. From the news reports in the last few minutes we now know there are a total of seven overhead. They normally have a crew of about three hundred droids but since this is an invasion, there is probably about eight thousand on board each one ready to be deployed.

"Wait did you just say droid?" Power Loader asked.

R2 then flipped to another hologram of a brown human like droid. "This is a B1 battle droid. The most common droid used by the Separatists."

For the next fifteen minutes, Kenobi went through the list of droids they may encounter if they were to fight. This included super battle droids, crab droids, droidekas, commando droids, etc. He also explained the best ways to fight them without getting oneself killed.

"Alright we get what your saying." pro hero Vlad King said. "Now answer our questions! Who are you people really?"

Obi-Wan looked toward Anakin and then to All Might. It was time.

"Anakin, Ahsoka, and myself are jedi. Guardians of peace back where we are from."

"Hmph. That's pretty ironic considering what is going on outside. Your obviously not very good at your jobs." Vlad King said.

"Currently we are in the middle of a civil war. Sadly it was brought here when the Separatists somehow figured out how to transport themselves through time and space."

"God this is so complicated it hurts my brain! Does anyone have an aspirin?!" Present Mic said.

"Wait then who are they?" Aizawa said pointing toward all the clones minus Dogma.

"Well I guess it doesn't matter at this point." Anakin thought. "Rex. You and your men go ahead."

The men hesitated at the order except for Rex. He took off his helmet and placed it on the table showing off his short blond hair. "You heard the general. Helmets off men."

Reluctantly, the rest of them took their own off. The teachers went wide eyed as they quickly noticed how similar the six looked.

"Your... all..."

"Clones." Rex said. "We all were created and bred to fight in this war against the CIS."

The group of jedi and clones gave their own short rundown of the war and how a mission of escorting Senator Padme had gotten them to this point.

"Wow. This is heavy." Mic said.

"So if what you guys say is true, then what chance do we stand against them?" Snipe said.

"Come on guys!" Anakin said. "We come from a galaxy without quirks. If we all band together, you all can use your powers to push them off this planet and back through the wormhole."

CRASH!

The rumble was felt through the school. This alerted the heroes inside to look out the window to see what was going on. A chill ran down their spines as they looked upon chaos.

(X)

Eight minutes earlier

"General we have a problem." the tatical droid aboard the flagship said.

Grevious spun around in his chair turned the droid. "What is it?"

"The portal will not allow the eighth frigate to move through. If we do proceed, to much pressure will be exerted onto the portal causing the connection to break. Luckily our much smaller ships should be able to safety move between the portal. We are currently looking to improve the portal generator so something like this doesn't happen again."

"AAAAHHHHH!" the general shouted with angry eyes.

"Our connection has improved with the task force on the other side. They apparently were speaking some sort of different language unknown to our galaxy but were able to convert back to galactic basic." the droid continued. "They say the planet's defenses are thousands of years behind our own. They are barely space worthy as our scanners only picked up a dozen lifeforms currently inside of one satellite floating above the planet."

Grevious sat in his chair and contemplated his next move. "How long will it take to fix the portal generator so we won't run into anymore problems?"

The tatical droid ran the numbers in his head. "Several standard days sir."

The general then growled again but remained calm in his seat. "Contact Asajj immediately. I have a message for her."

After a few minutes of struggling by the droids on the bridge, Asajj's face finally showed up on the hologram.

"Assassin. I will commence a bombing run on the city so I can make way for the ground troops. Send me your coordinates so the vulture droids don't hit you."

"Yes general." she said. "But I have two other places in this city that you need to not hit. I have made some friends that could help us."

"Assassin! You better have a good reason for possibly jeopardizing Dooku's plans!"

"All will be revealed to you when I meet you soon." she said.

The coordinates were sent and an escort was sent for Ventress.

"Now!" Grevious said with a cough. "Tell them to launch vulture droids!"

(X)

For the first time, the hangar doors to the seven frigates opened up and out launched the CIS ships. Soon about two hundred vulture droids filled the skies in the matter of a couple dozen seconds.

Hanging around a couple thousand feet below the frigates, japanese and american fighter jets began to engage them.

The vulture droids fired their lasers and rockets hitting many of the pilots planes zooming by. Soon a hornets nest of aircraft filled the sky.

"Holy crap! How fast were those things going?"

Soon jets fell from the sky left and right. The vulture droids easily out maneuvered the primitive enemies who had no chance.

"Oh shit!"

"Tango on my six!"

"He flew over my missiles!"

"There's too many!"

"Were outnumbered!"

The screams of the pilots were silenced as their aircraft exploded into dozens of pieces.

Aboard an aircraft carrier off the coast, the control room was on high alert.

"Captain were losing fighters by the dozens!"

"Sir we have reports that some of the enemy ships have started bombing runs on the city streets!"

"Damn!" the captain said to himself. Sweat ran down his chin as an awful truth began lingering into his mind. They were unequipped to fight this menace.

"Sir were down to forty percent combat effectiveness in the air. Should I give an order to retreat?!"

The captain in the room looked at the subordinate with an unwavering stare. He was scared but he couldn't admit it. "Tell the remaining pilots to retreat. Then get a hold of the fleet admiral and tell him that were going to need help from the russians, chinese, and anyone else willing to get involved!"

"Yes sir!"

(X)

"Oh no. What has happened?" All Might said quietly to himself.

Fallen fighters struck the rooftops of buildings while separatist ships bombed them at the same time. Fires were erupting as men, women, and children could be seen panicking in the streets. The bombers continued to dropp their payloads on any skyscraper that looked like it could pose as some sort of threat.

"All Might!" Anakin said. "Any place they are bombing is most likely going to be a landing spot for their troops. We need to get as many heroes as possible out there to engage!"

"Okay Anakin." The hero said with a tinge of anger in his voice. "We'll get into contact with hero agencies. If these evil people think they can destroy such a peaceful city without any consequences they have another thing coming."

All Might's phone began to ring to which the hero picked up quickly. The name was from Naomasa so it must be important.

"Talk to me detective."

"We need you down at the station now. The roof caved in and most of our officers are trapped under rubble. I was one of the lucky ones to escape but we need help digging survivors out. We think the Separatists targeted us specifically because we got hit with at least five of those missile things. Someone must have told them.

The Symbol of Peace gritted his teeth trying not to scream in anger. He looked over at his co-workers who could tell what was about to happen without even hearing the conversation.

"It's fine All Might. Do your job and we'll do ours by defending the school." Sekijiro said.

All Might gave a slight smile that quickly disappeared a second later. "I'll be right there!" he said to his friend before hanging up and turning to the group.

"The best thing we can do right now is trust each other and give our best efforts. Good luck everyone!" he said. And just like that the hero ran out of the classroom hopefully leaving all U.A. students in good hands.

"All right everyone!" Nezu shouted. "Everyone tell your classrooms to stay where they are. I'll work on an evacuation plan for the students myself."

The teachers ran out of the room in a hurry except for one. As the clones put their helmets back on and readied themselves to rush outside and help in anyway they could, Midnight gripped Rex's chin and pulled him to face her.

"Why didn't you say anything? Did you not trust us before?"

The captain pushed her hand away. "What reason did you need to know? Midnight I don't think you understand the magnitude of the situation."

"What? Were heroes! You should be able to trust us. Today was suppose to be a fun day but now I'm fighting off an alien invasion on short notice."

Rex put a hand on her shoulder but she slapped it away with her nails. "In my head I thought you were a person I could try and open up. But what I found has only brought stress to everyone's lives."

Rex turned to his brothers. "Men, go outside and scan for enemy troop transports. I want to know where they are going to land!"

"Yes sir!" They said leaving in a hurry leaving the two alone.

"I'm sorry Nemuri. Not just for what's happening out there but for this. I'm not the guy you thought I was. Were literally from two different worlds and have our own responsibilities. When this is all said and done were never going to see each other again. But I will say you seem like a great person and this country is lucky to have you protecting it."

Rex put his helmet on and ran toward the exit. He didn't want to break it to her like that but it had to be done. Still, something ached in what felt like his heart. That never happened before a battle. But the farther he ran down the hallway the more Rex felt it.

(X)

Soon after the bombers left, Separatist craft began landing sequences at key points around the city. Battle droids swept through the streets blasting anyone and anything. General Grievous ordered the first wave of droids to cause as much chaos as possible. To control the many you have to make an example of the few.

Citizens were gunned down as mass panic ensued. The droids didn't discriminate as not just the men, but the women and children were slaughtered on the order of the cyborg.

Cops attempted to intercept the intruders but were outmatched by firepower and shear numbers. The officers were spread too thin around the city to make any lasting stand against battalions of droids. For the few droids that were hit by bullets, they did little damage to them unless they emptied a whole clip onto them.

"If this is the best the planet has then this campaign will be easy for us." one droid said to another.

"AAAAAAHHHHHH!"

Robotic screams could be heard from the front of the battalion as arms, legs, and heads were sliced from their bodies. Soon it was clear that some sort of string like man was cutting them to bits.

Edgeshot might not have fully understood why robots were walking down the streets of the city with laser weapons, but what he did know was that anyone who is willing to gun down innocent civilian must pay the ultimate price. Dodging the easy to read blaster fire, the hero was soon able to rack around a couple dozen kills in under a minute. Although helpful for the cause, it sent all the droids to target at him.

"Ah dammit!" the ninja screamed as a shot skinned past his left leg while he was out of his thin form. The hero quickly jumped behind one of the SAT trucks that just arrived to the fray. "Status report around the city?" he asked one of the men while he gripped his leg.

"To be honest, it's happening all over Musutafu and parts of the surrounding area. We have heroes all over the city fighting in small pockets but these robots are overwhelming."

Edgeshot looked up. "How about our military. Or where are those damn americans when you need them?!"

An explosion rocked the van the men were using as cover giving them a chill to run down their spines. The droids were marching closer and soon they would have to find more cover.

"As far as I know Edgeshot joint forces are defending the evacuation the best they can outside of the city. The robots landed around all the highways out of here. The best way to describe it really is that were trapped like a hamster in a cage. Were all on our own" the man said.

Drops of sweat ran down the normally calm heroes face when he heard this news. All on their own against this?! Quickly Edgeshot snapped out of his mini breakdown and back into the cool demeanor he was known for.

"Retreat ourselves to another position a block down the street. We'll continue this and see if we can dwindle this battalion!"

(X)

No one said a word as the sounds grew closer. But it wasn't just the metal clanking of droid feet that rang through the air but the low hum of objects much bigger. The clones raised their weapons in preparation for what was to come. Dogma adjusted his armor one last time hoping that Recovery Girl's healing quirk could get him through the coming battle just fine.

The firing of AAT tanks began hammering on the metal walls of UA. The students on the upper floors ran to the hallway windows and saw a dozen of the tanks attempting to bust down the barrier.

Shota Aizawa was too distracted to notice Anakin's padawan had joined them. When he spotted the girl through his peripherals the teacher almost gasped. "What are you doing here?! Shouldn't you be inside with the rest of the student body?!"

Tano lit her lightsabers without making eye contact with the him. "This is more my fight than it is yours Mr. Aizawa. I've fought them before and I will fight them now. I refuse to be held down by your planets rules."

The teacher huffed at the kids statement but reluctantly let it go. It's not like he could have done something at that moment.

Finally the metal wall gave out and the droids starting filing through the opening.

"OPEN FIRE!" Rex ordered his brothers.

Hardcase's Z-6 began spinning quickly creating his own wall of laser fire. It held them at the opening for a second but more were coming in than the clone could blast.

Snipe's revolver and accuracy came in handy as droid heads flew off their bodies. For the cowboy hero, it was the equivalent of shooting fish in a barrel.

The battle was going well enough until the rest of the tanks broke down the remaining bits of wall and prepared to fire upon the resistance. The three jedi saw this and began an attack.

The trio all chose a tank and proceeded to attack them by jumping on top, opening the hatch, and slicing all the droids inside. Three down, a few dozen to go. A few dozen too many.

"We could have really used All Might about now!" Present Mic said.

"Everyone retreat inside!" Obi-Wan yelled. "We're not winning this battle like this!"

Rex and the clones gave cover fire as the teachers ran through the school entrance safely inside for the time being. The clones leaped in and the doors were shut. As soon as everyone was accounted for Principal Nezu pulled out a controller with an assortment of buttons. Pushing one of them, much stronger and durable metal doors replaced the original ones at the front of the school.

"Luckily we have more barricades incase the ones outside were to fail." Nezu said. "Didn't think those were ever going to be use though."

"I'm guessing they won't last forever?" Anakin said.

"If I were to guess, a few minutes. That's why it is important that we evacuate our students."

"With all do respect Nezu, where are we even going to evacuate to?" Power Loader said. "More are sure to show up."

The principal put his paw under his chin and began devising a plan. Sure he was humbly the smartest being inside the school but that didn't mean this problem was going to be easy. An overwhelming force surrounding the city and hundreds of students caught in the crossfire was no easy problem to solve.

As this was going on the sound of the droids on the otherside could be heard. Eventually they would figure out how to bust through and get in the school.

"Well I guess we have no choice." Nezu said with his smile back across his face. "We are going to blow up the school."

Everyone had to double take at the words coming out of his mouth. "WHAT!"

"Yes you all heard me correctly. Years ago During remodeling I added some extra precautions incase an absolutely larger threat were to somehow get in. Lets just say when I push one of these buttons on my remote, Japan will find out what their tax dollars go towards."

"But Nezu, where are we going to evacuate the students to?" Obi-Wan asked.

The short mammal looked up at the jedi. "Inside Battle Center A, below the city is an underground panic room. When we gather up all the students we will lead them there."

Suddenly one of the metal doors began to spark up. The droids had resorted to cutting open the doors to get inside.

"We must hurry before it's too late!" Aizawa said.

"Me and the clones will by some time!" Obi-Wan said. "The rest of you get the students.

As everyone began running off to warn the classrooms Aizawa grabbed Ahsoka's hand and forced her to run with him.

"Were going back too homeroom. We need to warn the class and get your hero costume."

Tano looked at him with surprise. "Are you actually forgiving me for what I did earlier? I haven't even forgiven myself."

"No." he blankly stated. "But Japan is going to need all the help possible, even from people I don't care for at the moment."

(X)

The students were restless and jittery as the explosions shook the building. Thanks to a leadership decision by Iida, they were all dressed out in their hero equipment waiting for anyone to give them some sort of direction.

At that moment Mr. Aizawa busted through the door which scared the hell out of some of the students thinking he was an enemy. "We are leaving." he simply said.

Suddenly Ahsoka appeared behind him looking just as exhausted after running to the room. The class fell into an awkward silence when she stepped through the door.

"Let's be honest." Aizawa began to explain. "Yes we saw her do something wrong today but we have bigger troubles at hand. Now.." the teacher snatched her suitcase out of the wall. Tano, go change in the bathroom."

She ran off happy to be away from the judgmental eyes of her classmates.

"How can you trust her?" Iida spoke up. "You saw what she did to Bakugo. What if she does that to us?!"

"I also agree with Tenya." Tokoyami said. "I frankly don't trust her help at this point."

Jirou, Sato, and even Mineta spoke up in agreement. But surprisingly Katsuki stayed silent and didn't give any input even though it was his neck she choked.

"Guys come on is this really the time to talk about this?!" Kirishima spoke out. "Can't we worry about this later?!"

"He's right!" Mina said backing up the red head. "Our first priority should be staying alive, and I doubt Tano is working with those bad guys!"

Ahsoka soon returned in her uniform and the class began evacuating, pretty split on whether or not she was still a good person.

"Hey." Eijiro said grabbing at the padawan's hand. "I still trust you."

Ahsoka responded by turning away saddened that such a kind soul like Eijiro was wasting his time on her. "Im sorry, but I'm not worth it."

(X)

"I know this isn't exactly a plan Captain but the only thing we can do is get the droids attention and hold them off." Obi-Wan said as the door was nearly finished being sliced open.

"I assure you general, being lead under your apprentice for the last two years has given me a lot of practice for bad ideas." he responded. "Don't tell him I said that though please."

At this point the door was finished and the droids kicked it to the ground.

"Surrender now to the Separati-"

Hardcase smiled as he held his rotary blaster at the shocked droids. "Didn't say please."

Hey guys. I don't have much to say other than I will try and upload one more chapter before the new year. Follow for more and see y'all next time :)
