Chapter Fifty-Nine
Leia has been tossing and turning for the last couple of days, ever since Luke and Leia's lifeday she hasn't been herself. Trevor broke up with her a few days before their lifeday because he cheated on her with another girl. It really upset her, but she realized yesterday that her feelings for Han haven't gone away. It's crazy that a 5-year-old could fall in love with a 14-year-old boy. They are in such a good place now. But it's that September. She's been in his life for almost two years now. Padme, Lola, and the Triplets took a mini vacation to Alderaan. Chewie has never been, and the Triplets wanted to show him around to see Uncle Bail. That leaves Luke, Leia, and Han in the house. Luke is out with Obi-Wan at the moment. Leia was trying her best not to listen into the argument, but Han was making it very hard.
September is very upset with Han. He is always working and never has time for her. Han expresses to September that he is just doing the best he can, so he can keep his place and be independent.
"Han common, you are always working, when was the last time we went out on a date? Or spent any time together!" She complained
"I really am doing the best I can do, why is this so hard for you to understand!" Han paced
"Its not you just don't prioritize me." September spoke
"I am doing the best I can! Why isn't that good enough for you." Han scoffed
"You are such an ass!" September exclaimed
"This is enough. I am done with you riding my ass and calling me names." Han spat
"So, what does that mean." September questioned
"Back off, or we aren't going to be together anymore, okay?" Han asked softly
"You know what Han; I am tired of your bull. Forget this, I am out." September left crying and angry. Han went into his room. Leia knocked on the door.
"What's up your highness." Han announced
"I just wanted to check on you. I could feel your pain from my room." Leia sympathized
"I am fine Princess, just please I need some space. Thank you for checking on me." Han smiled softly
"You're welcome." She hugged him and walked to her room. That night, she had a dream. She remembers this dream very vividly, like she has had it before, but now its clearer.
"You must do this Leia." Han encouraged
"I can't, my family wouldn't accept it." Leia responded
"But I love you, Leia." Han answered
"I love you too-"
"Look Leia, I will do anything." Han interrupted
"I can't. What will Luke think?"
"Princess please."
"I'm still young."
"But I love you. I will marry you?" Han persuaded lovingly
"I want a real marriage, with children." Leia pointed out
"I respect your decision." Han put one knee down
"Will you marry me, Leia Skywalker."
Leia jolted awake. She finally realized; it is Han. It has always been Han. He just broke up with September, it almost felt inappropriate.
