So like I predicted in the last chapter, I procrastinated. Badly. It's been over a year since I last uploaded… and I'm sorry for that. I'll try to upload during the summer, vacations, and whenever else I can, but my life is hectic right now. August is going to be a rough month for uploads, if i'm able to upload at all. Looking at past chapters I am seeing a lot of mistakes grammatically, so hopefully I won't mess up that bad from now on (Hopefully). Here's the chapter that all of you have been waiting for.

Rosalinda's POV

As soon as I fell asleep I knew I was going to have a I was given a vision by my father, Ares. "Daughter, you will be flashed away from the island at the end of the day. You must receive Percy's training before then" Ares said with a grimace. "I hate to admit it, but the kid is good at what he does, so learn from him before you are taken. It is possibly the only time you will be given such an...opportunity." Ares stated with a mix of malice, and respect. "Now wake daughter, and start training." Ares snapped his fingers, and soon the image faded away like sand in the wind.

Despite Ares' attempt to wake me another vision was given to me. Two of the immortal campers, Annabeth and Achilles I believe. They were whispering to one another in what appeared to be the stables at Camp Half-Blood. "We need to find a way to get him off that island. He was put there for no good reason. Plus… I can't stand being away from my seaweed brain for this long… it's unbearable." Annabeth stated with conviction.

"I know how you feel. Despite being with him for only several days, it was some of the best of my life. I can't bear being away from him either." Achilles said.

Annabeth turned to ask Achilles a question when she spotted me. "Shit!" Annabeth cried. She pulled out a dagger as Achilles turned around and saw me as well.

"No Annabeth! Don't kill her! She hasn't done anything!" Achilles said, pulling back Annabeth's arm that had the dagger."

"She knows what we're planning! She can't tell the gods!" Annabeth passed the dagger to her other hand then threw the knife at me. I screamed as I shoved my arm forward to protect myself when I woke up with a start.

As soon as I woke up I noticed a wet feeling running down my elbow. As I looked at my elbow, I noticed the golden blood of an immortal. Turning my head to look at percy I noticed blood coming out of his nose. Realizing what I had done, I jumped out of the bed and ran into the bathroom, searching for a towel. Finding one, I ran water from the sink onto it, squeezing some water out, I ran back into the room and dabbed under Percy's nose to try and clean the blood, and also wiped my elbow clean of his blood. I shook Percy, trying to wake him up. Slowly, but surely, his eyes opened and he looked up at me.

"Rosalinda?" He asked before becoming alert and jumped out of the bed. "What happened? Were the Gods here? How did you escape them?" He asked.

"There were no Gods Percy, I just had a bad dream. Why do you think that there were Gods here?"

"Well….before you were here, there was another girl here. Her name was Achilles. She was going to stay here with me until the Gods forced her mother to become sick so she would be taken away from me. I woke up when you screamed, and then I was elbowed back into an unconscious state so I thought that the Gods had taken you away as well." Percy replied sadly, his head in his hands, small shiny tears seemed to drip through his fingers.

I noticed the tears and walked over to him before giving him a hug. I placed his head onto my lap and ran my fingers through his hair. I was about to tell him that I would never leave him when i remembered what my father had said. "Percy…when I was asleep my father gave me a message." Percy looked up at me, his eyes now clear of tears, but with a grim realization, almost as if he knew what I was going to say.

"My father warned me that by the end of today….the Gods were going to flash me away from the island, with or without my consent."

Percy sighed depressedly and rubbed his face with his hands. He looked up at me with a look of acceptance. "Well we can at least enjoy each other's presence for the rest of the day right? We have to make each minute count." Percy looked convinced that we would have a good time today, and I wasn't about to ruin his happiness...nor was I going to ruin mine. Father had told me to be trained by him before I left.

"Percy...could you train me for the rest of the day?" I asked before adding on hastily, "Or we could do something else. I can do anything as long as we have fun."

Percy seemed to mentally question this before he decided. "I shall train you for the rest of your time. I always wanted to help others learn believe it or not. That's why I trained Achilles before she left." He seemed to have slightly dampered his spirits before he shook his head and got a look of concentration on his face.

"Well let's get started then. Where are we going to train?"

"Outside in the sand." Percy responded. "If you can fight well in the slipperiness that is sand, you should be able to fight well on stable ground."

We headed outside and began the training session.

Breathing heavily, we both sat down in the sand. After the vigorous training session, we only had ten minutes left together. Percy laid down in the sand, staring at the stars. I laid down next to him and joined in the stargazing when I felt Percy's hand envelop mine into its grasp. I blushed slightly and turned my head to look at him when I found him looking back at me. Blushing slightly harder, I moved my body closer to his and looked into his eyes, my head slowly leaning towards his.

I notice the slight blush on his face as he also moves his head towards mine. My blush grows slightly redder, and feeling the heat on my face, I try to calm it down. Stop blushing so much! You are not a daughter of Aphrodite! You are not… a….daughter...of...Aphrodite… My thoughts slowly drifted away as he kissed me and I kissed back.

He pulled me closer to him and continued to kiss me. Slowly, the kiss became more heated as we started kissing each other faster, and harder.

However, I notice my skin started glowing golden, the glow slowly getting brighter and larger. "No! I don't want to go yet! Please!" I cried to the heavens to no avail as the glow still glowed larger and larger. "Percy! Please know that I didn't want to leave you! I...I love you Percy. Please never forget that, even after I am gone." As soon as she finished her sentence, she was gone in a golden flash, moved back to Camp Half-Blood.

However, she never heard Percy's reply. "I love you too. I will always remember you as I will anyone else who lands upon my island. One day, I will see you again, and that day will be one of the happiest of my life. I will never blame you for the actions of the Gods. Only the Gods are to blame for the cursed life they have given me." He said sadly before standing up, and sulking back to his room inside of the house, head down, and depressed, another love of his life that he will never see again. Once more in his life he had lost his love. He laid down in his bed, eyes looking at the ceiling.

"Why is it always me? Why is it that the ladies of Fate always play with MY life and no one else's? Why was I chosen over everyone else in this universe? Why….why…..why…" These were the last words Perseus Jackson had stated before he fell into a deep sleep.
