Verona and Damien are back with new horrific tales for us (AND I MEAN HORRIFIC!). First is the story of a girl who's doll may be alive. Then we get a tale about a killer blanket that attacks those who either make fun of it or trample over it. And the last tale is, per tradition, "Son of the Werebeagle".

Charlie Brown, dressed as a safari hunter, and Frieda, dressed as a tiger, was dumbfounded by what they had just heard. What Lucy and the Serpent Sisters and Peppermint Patty told them about this duo was true. The stories were terrifying, and not the scary kind of terrifying.

"Uh, thanks," said Charlie Brown, playing nice.

"Yeah, nice job!" fibbed Frieda.

"Well, have a nice night," Charlie Brown said to the twosome. "Happy Halloween." And he and Frieda left in a hurry.

"Well, at least we have some folks who appreciate our stories still," said Verona.

"There may be hope for this town after all," added Damien.

Meanwhile, Charlie Brown and Frieda hopped in Snoopy's limo, and Snoopy left. Both were still reeling from the stories they had just heard.

"Everyone was right about those two, babe!" said Frieda.

"They were as bad at telling stories as Lucy is at playing baseball," added Charlie Brown.

"Well, Violet's Halloween party is still going on. We can still make it there."

"Sounds like a plan, Frieda. Hey Snoopy, take us over to Violet's." And Snoopy made his way to Violet's house for her Halloween party.
