There came a female amplified voice over the intercom of the station, the voice stated. - "All services on this line are good and running on schedule." - informing everyone on the platform.

This station looked sleek and modern, with spotless tilted flooring and pristine walls. At the bottom of the stairs the platform was clotted by a swarm of damp people, the rain despite many having umbrellas taking effect.

.

As the two werewolves gained shelter for themselves, a sleek blue train had just gone roaring through on the other side of the station, it's lights flickering glow across the walls of the station, and it's sound was a deafening blast of noise. The train bringing with it a gust of cool air.

The sounds of the human world echoed on all around them, it was strange to be out like this, in clear plain sight. Rahzia walked across the platform, the people around him had gained none of his attention, merely pushing them aside or casting them a glaring steer to get through, only one it seemed had his attention.

A man called back in their direction, as he was shoved aside. "Hey, watch it man!" but he soon thought better of his stance, once he laid eyes on the figure who had been so aggressive.

Tril kept close to Rahzia, the rain had made him look and felt much like a wet rat, his clothes clinging to his body and frame. He cast frustrating looks at those around them. The station was dry and warm, the vents drying their wet bodies and clothes. Tril casts a hand through his hair, slicking it back.

.

The three vampires, unlike the heavy handed tactics of the werewolves, seemed to move through the crowd as if they were shadows, all the time hoping not to be caught before they could stealthily act. 'As it should always be.' Selene thought.

.

Moments later, the two vampires now stepped down into the platform from the staircase, Selene as she surveyed the station, could see the two werewolves they had been tracking cut their way with force through the crowded platform. So far they hadn't sensed their presence, and they were now so close.

.

Nathenial now stayed back on the staircase, keeping watch over the entrance to the subway, just in case there were any reinforcements to these two werewolves would show up.

.

Both had been keeping their distance from the werewolves before them. Rigal and Selene now exchanged glances, he too had kept his keen eye on the two beings. Rigal looked around, taking in the full length of the platform, it was still busy for this time of night, with a large enough crowd. This was no place to stage any engagement with the werewolves, and had hoped to continue to track them further, into some quieter part of the city, where if luck was on their side they could take both out without either one knowing who fired the round.

.

To them it was as if the two werewolves were actually moving in on someone unsuspecting on the platform, but through the crowd either one could quite make out who. 'I don't like the look of this…' Selene now wondered to herself. 'What is your purpose… where are you heading… who are you after?'

.

Here Rigal gave Selene a signal to pan out here, as he tried to now step into the murky shadows of the station, so as to keep their advantage, their element of surprise.

.

Suddenly, though, Rahzia stopped dead in his tracks and sniffed the air. He raised up his head, turned right and then left as he did so, and through the crowd of around 70 people; man and woman, he had picked up the vampire scent, as it penetrated his nostrils. "Blood drinker!" he calls out in a deep voice, one full of true grit and rage. This werewolf sensing the vampire's presence, the werewolf now realised that they are being followed.

.

Both he and Tril now turn on the spot, taking their stance ready to attack. Rahzia frowned,

Tril snarled; as both were enraged at being stopped.

Rahzia clocks the two vampire's through the crowd waiting for the next train. "We can't let them stop us… can't let them ruin our task this night… the human needs to be taken!" Rahzia stated to Tril.

Tril nods in agreement, knowing the importance of their night's mission.

.

Selene didn't like the look of this, knowing that she had been sensed by the strong nose of this werewolf. The vampires are ready though, neither Rigal nor Selene need to panic, they have been trained for this.

Selene, as she now came face-to-face with Rahzia, glared in fury at the larger werewolf.

.

Rashzia steps forward taking his stance for battle.

.

Selene doesn't wait and goes in for the first strike. Quickly now lowering her hand to take out her trusted weapon that was held in its hustle inside her trench coat.

With Rigal entering into a skirmish with Tril, the commander also swiftly goes for his own weapon.

Gunfire erupts instantly, - Ratta! - - Ratta! - - Ratta! - Bullets rained everywhere, with very little thought or need of the human's safety, turning the natural platform into a scene of true and utter panic. The innocent human bystanders around them cowered or hid, with others making their way back up the stairs of the subway.

The sound of their gunfire echoed off all the walls of the station, drowning out the frightened screams and shrieks of those left. There was no true cover; people hid behind pillars, bins and benches.

The ammo chipped away at the white tiled walls of the subway, powdered clay pelted her face.

.

In truth, even though there were rules laid upon both sides about combat in plain sight of humans, neither side here seemed to pay them any attention nor thought, as to the greatness of their own missions and orders.

.

Selene here notices a blue-silver flash of light when the werewolves bullet's hit something, this was truly something she, in all her years, that she hadn't seen before. It was as if this light had its own powerful energy, one that made her wince, as it hurt her eyes somewhat when she looked at its blast. 'What is the elder's name is this… no weapon should hold such might and power…' she thought in curiosity, as another unnatural bullet missed her by mere centimetres. Selene wipes the grit from her cheek with the back of her hand, before firing around of ammo at the werewolf.

She now glanced to her left, seeing that Rigal was similarly engaged in a gunfight with Tril, just a little further up the platform.
