Don't touch me

If you touch me

You might get burned

I don't want you to hurt for me

So stay away…

Keep your hands from mine

Don't touch me even to help me up

If I fall

I have to fall

On my own.

I can't touch anyone

Can't reach out

Even if I need a hand

I need a hand

I cannot take the one that's offered

It'll only burn

I can only burn

Keep away

Keep away from me

I'll keep away from you.

Don't touch me

Please

I'm scared

Please understand

I don't want to hurt anyone

Rose petals float on water

But

Petals fall to ash.
