A/N: I'm baaack! Sorry it took so long. I got the block and went back and reread and re-watched everything. Of course life jumped in after that. This chapter hated me when I wrote it back then. We're talking it would take you 30 seconds to read it. Now I'm back and hopefully better than ever!

"Alice had a vision you were in danger. Clearly I got here in time to save you." Edward said, taking a step closer to me.
His words snapped me out of my fears. Save me? He left me. He cheated on me with my 'best friend'. Hell, he bit me and drank my blood while I slept! I rolled my eyes and said, "Let me guess. James, Victoria, Laurent, Irina, and someone you don't know."
I tried and failed not to smirk at the shocked expression on his face. "How did you know that?" Did I mention I love that he can't read my mind?
"Who do you think killed them?" I ask. "Well aside from Victoria, she got away before I killed the rest of them." I say as an afterthought.
Edward's eyes grow wide with concern. He really is a good actor. "Are you feeling well, love? You're only human and you can't hurt a vampire let alone kill them. Come on," Edward said grabbing my hand and pulling me off the ground. "Carlisle will look you over. Everything is alright now."
I'm not going to become his living blood bag. "I'll give you three seconds to remove your hand before I show you exactly what this human can do." I said in a deadly calm voice. "One…"
"Bella, you are obviously not well. Come now." His tone is more serious.
"Two…" Now he's starting to drag me along.
This will be fun to watch. Gotta love that morning coffee. "Can't say I didn't warn you… Three." I focus my shield on my hand making it radiate outwards causing Edward's hand to drop mine, and then I send it out full force pushing him into the Falls. I set my shield around myself as he jumped out and was racing toward me, but he rebounded a little at my shield.
Edward's face goes from astonished to frustrated while he speaks. "Bella? What have they done to you? Stop this nonsense."
"Do not talk to my mate like that." Klaus growls out as he appears on my right, his eyes flashing yellow briefly causing Edward to gasp. Now that he's here I toss a mental shield around Edward effectively shutting off his gift. Edward looks at Klaus enraged for long enough that I almost missed it.
"She's my mate! Bella, love, get away from him. He's a monster. I'll protect you." Edward demands, holding his hand out to me.
"He's kind of got you there, Nik." Kol says as Edward turns around to see him standing atop the Falls with wide eyes. "How have you been Eddie?"
Edward growls out, "My name is not Eddie!"
"Isabella is perfectly safe from us. I assure you. You on the other hand are most definitely not." Elijah steps into view from the left. This effectively boxes him in giving Edward only one way out if he wants to live. For now.
"Edward, I suggest you get out of here and stay gone before Damon and Rebekah get here. They aren't too happy with you. It's your only chance. Just forget about Bella. Is her blood really worth your life?" Jasper says from my left and places a hand on my shoulder. "Are you okay, darlin'?"
"I'm fine, Jasper. Thank you. Edward leave!" I shout and use my shield to push him to the right near the tree line.
"Why can't I hear you? What have you done to me?!" Edward shouts looking in all directions at the different Mikaelsons present.
"That wasn't us." Kol says, jumping from the top of the Falls to appear in front of Edward pushing him to the ground. Kol comes to stand behind me putting his head on my shoulder and making a big show of kissing my cheek. "That would be this beautiful crumpet here."
"Bella is human. You must have used a witch!" Edward growled out.
Elijah takes a step closer, "I believe you were aware of Isabella's mental shielding capabilities? What would you suppose to happen if the miniscule amount of Cold One venom in her system was introduced to the blood of our kind?" Edward's eyes grew filled with horror and looked to me then back to Elijah. "I believe the term you're searching for is OMG?"
"I'll find a way to save you, Bella. We'll fix this, I promise. I love you. I'll change you and we will be together just like you always wanted." Edward says and starts to leave.
Klaus takes one step forward. "Eddie?" Edward stops and looks at Klaus. "People have been after me for a thousand years and I am always one step ahead. So whatever it is you're thinking of trying, go for it. Give it your best shot. You won't succeed. Bella is my mate and I will defend her with my life. This time I have my family at my side. Good luck."
Edward gives me one last longing look and silently stalks off into the forest.
Klaus turns in front of me and says " Now that that is over, what were you doing out here alone, little swan?," while placing his hand on my cheek.
I lean into his hand remembering all the cruel things Elena said to me at school, but I really don't want to repeat any of it. I just close my eyes and focus on how warm Klaus' hand is. It has calluses and is somehow soft at the same time. I still can't stop hearing the words in my head. Pathetic. Broken. A distraction. I'm just going to enjoy this while I can. Being surrounded by the people I love. Damon, Stefan, Jasper, Klaus, and now adding more. Kol, Rebekah, Aunt Sage, and Elijah. A cool hand is placed on my shoulder and a surge of brotherly love fills me. I look over my shoulder and smile at Jasper.
"How many times are we going to have to do this, darlin'?" Jasper asks. He looks me square in the eyes and starts speaking slowly as if I can't understand what he's saying. "You… Are… Worth… It! Don't let nobody tell you different. If the world comes against you, you will always have me at your back. I'm not going anywhere. You are never going to be alone again and I will always be there to build you back up if you fall. Also to kick some ass of whoever made you feel this way. You got me?"
"Yeah Jasper. I got you." I respond quietly with a lone tear rolling down my cheek.
Klaus uses the hand that's not on my other cheek to wipe away the tear, then cups my face. "I am yours as you are mine. As long as you'll have me, little swan. Even if that is forever." He leans in and gently kisses my brow, causing me to blush a little.
"It's nice to have a little sister for a change. Plus Rebekah only brings chaos sometimes and you bring the fun, Poppet." Kol adds in.
"We Mikaelsons have a saying and that is 'Always and Forever.' That now applies to you Isabella." Now I am part tomato. Thanks Elijah. Glad it's just us or I'd be a lobster.
"Who else will I go shopping with and help keep Nik in line?" Oh hi Rebekah. I mentally add.
"Not to mention keeping Damon in line." Stefan says. Can someone dig me a hole? I think my toes are red.
"What would I do without my favorite niece?" Aunt Sage. Okay guys I get it I'm loved. Can I go hide now?
All the sudden we all hear Damon and then Jasper bust out laughing, and I'm talking a full belly laugh. I turn and look to see Damon stand by the tree line where Edward left not too long ago. "Lo-" He's laughing so hard he can barely talk. "Look at her face! She's redder than Sage's hair!" Everyone turns to me and then starts laughing. Well, Elijah has a small smile and Klaus stops when he sees my discomfort. After everyone calms down Damon looks to Sage and says "Since this lobster episode was pretty bad, why don't you only add one hour to her punishment with you for going off alone?" Aunt Sage just nods his way, then Damon asks, "Why were you out here anyway?"
I then proceed to tell them what happened with Elena in the girls room at school and let's just say everyone was furious. Stefan was a mix of fury, surprise, and hurt. I guess it sucks figuring out someone you love attacking someone you care for. He just looks at me and says "I'll talk to her Bella. Elena had no right to say those things to you. You're family, even if I didn't know it."
Damon looks at Stefan, "I don't want her anywhere near Bella or me until she can change her tune and if she can't then that sucks. Bella is a great friend to have."
"Doppelganger or not she messes with my mate one more time she's dead Stefan," Klaus adds.
"I understand. Again I'm sorry, Bella." Stefan conveys to me.
"It's not your place to say sorry, but thank you anyway."
Aunt Sage looks at her watch and smiles. "School is going to be over soon anyway. Guess what time it is Bells?"
"Time for you to say go clean then manor?" I reply sarcastically.
"Go get your work out clothes!"
