Starting by protecting the Next Avatar Korra from the greatest threat the Titans faced and others. Legendary Godzilla. Monster Crossover. Oc pairing. Lemons, Violence and Pregnancy.

Chapter 9 And the Winner is

Its been a week since the Fire Ferrets won most of the matches against the other teams who were now against the Wolfbats who concerned the team seeing them beat the other team so brutally.

And since Sean revealed he was the one who brought the Kaiju to Earth by accident.

Korra had spent every minute she could with him to help him get over his mistake and move on.

Right now the Fire Ferrets were at the Gym practicing using Tahno's pictures as target practice much to Sean and Godzilla's amusement.

'I've heard of using the face of someone you hate as practice but this is a little too literal.' Godzilla said.

'Its no different than what David did during Gym class during Archery practice. Using holograms of people everyone hated in front of the target.' Sean said.

'Oh yes.' Godzilla said.

"Man, I got a good feeling about tonight. I don't care if we are the underdogs, We can take those pompous wolf-bats." Korra said.

"Don't let overconfidence be your downfall." Godzilla said.

"It's going to be our toughest match ever, but I think your right." Mako said.

"Introducing the new champs, the Fantastic Fire Ferrets." Bolin said with excitement before the Radio got all fuzzy.

"Hmm?" Sean said knowing what was gonna happen.

"Good morning, citizens of Republic City. This is Amon." Amon said making Korra narrow her eyes.

"Great here we go again." Sean said.

"I hope you all enjoyed last week's pro bending match, because it will be the last. It's time for this city to stop worshipping bending athletes as if they were heroes. I am calling on the council to shut down the bending arena and cancel the finals or else there will be severe consequences." Amon said.

"That guy is pissing me off." Reznov said.

"You think the council will give in?" Mako asked.

"I'm not waiting to find out." Korra said as they left.

Soon the five arrived at City hall before Korra kicked the doors open.

"You all should not be here. This is a closed meeting." Tenzin said.

"As the avatar, and a pro bender I have a right to be heard. You can't cancel the finals." Korra said.

"I know winning the championship means a lot to you, but as far as I'm concerned we need to shut the Arena down." Tenzin said.

"What about the rest of you? Tarrlok, there's no way you're backing down from Amon, right?" Korra asked.

"Actually, Tenzin and I agree, for once." Tarrlok said standing up.

"The council is Unanimous...We're closing the arena." Tenzin said.

"An unwise choice." Orga said gaining control.

"Orga speaks the truth. There are consequences to your actions." Godzilla said.

"I'm not following." Tarrlok said.

"If you give into these demands they know you can be intimidated. They'll use that against you at every turn. Soon their threats will be more and more dangerous but nothing but false threats to scare you into submission." Godzilla said.

"Indeed. You must not give into this threat." Orga said.

"While I can't deny thats a possible outcome I will not risk lives just so these three can play a game." Tarrlok said.

"I don't understand I thought you of all people would take a stand against him." Korra said.

"I'm still committed to bringing that madman to justice. But like I said I will not risk lives." Tarrlok said about to bang the gavel when a metal cable cut it shocking him before everyone saw Lin who did that.

"I can't believe I'm saying this, But I..." Lin tried to say before groaning as Korra airbended her into a wall.

"GET OUT!" Korra yelled glaring at her in pure hatred.

'Oh I forgot.' Orga said.

'Oh boy." Reznov said.

"Look...Just." Lin tried to say.

"No...you Look. What you did to Sean was beyond over the line. How do you think your mother would look at you knowing you brought back his worst memories 30,000 years ago despite the fact he's the reason Republic City even exists and helped build everything about it from the ground up including the Police Department. You have your job because of him. And how do you thank him for that?" Korra asked making her sigh.

"Look...I get it I messed up." Lin tried to say.

"You say that but I don't think you mean it or care. Your nothing but a selfish bitch who has nothing since you only care about yourself. I can hardly even believe your Toph's daughter." Korra said.

"Korra." Sean said getting her attention. "Enough. She's not worth it." Sean said as she walked away from her. "The hell do you want?" Sean asked.

"I expected this kind of cut and run from Tenzin, but the rest of you? Come on, show a little more backbone. It's time the benders of this city displayed some strength and unity against these equalists." Lin said.

"We must prevent the conflict between benders and non-benders from esclating into all-out War." Tenzin said.

"I'm afraid you already are. Amon is preparing for war. It's not difficult to see especially for a Titan who's seen 30,000 years of war." Godzilla said.

"Exactly. The sooner we actually fight and stop him the sooner we can restore order." Lin said.

"The council is not changing it's decision." Tenzin said.

"Now, Just a moment, Tenzin. Let us hear what our esteemed chief of police has in mind." Tarrlok said making him frown.

"If you keep the Arena open, my metalbenders and I will provide extra security during the championship match. Theres no better force. to deal with the chi-blockers. Our armor is impervious to their attacks." Lin said.

"Are you saying that you will personally take responsibility for the safety of the spectators in the arena?" Tarrlok asked.

"I guarantee it." Lin said.

"It is hard to argue with chief Beifong's track record. If she is confident her elite officers can protect the arena, she has my support. What about you Kruger? Will you also support her in her plan?" Tarrlok asked as Sean glared at her.

"No." Sean said shocking her. "Nothing in this world will ever make me support her. She lost that right when she tried to have me killed and brought my worst memory for selfish purposes. I wouldn't even lose any sleep if Amon took her bending." Sean said shocking her further. "I will not support her. She's on her own." Sean said.

"Well, Regardless if she has your support I am changing my vote. All in Favor?" Tarrlok asked getting all but Tenzin to support her. "Then we are agreed. The Arena stays open. Good luck in the finals." Tarrlok said as Korra glared at Lin who looked away before she and her team walked out before bumping into her hard making her sigh as Sean walked close to her.

"If you pull anything again using this as a smoke screen...I'll finish what Godzilla started...And Reznov won't help you this time around. Thats a promise. And I doubt Suyin would hate me for it when she learns why." Sean said shocking her.

"How do you know my sister?" Lin asked.

"Who do you think told her about the land she lives on?" Sean asked shocking her before he left.

Later

"Well...That went well." Lin said to Tenzin.

"And just what were you expecting? Him to fully forgive you for the Cruel act you pulled on him? He's been through enough. Losing his Fiancé 30,000 years ago. Friends and colleges dying in front of him. His entire world destroyed in a war. You think he deserved what you did to him? And you had the nerve to call him pathetic." Tenzin said frowning at her making her sigh.

"I know. I had a lot to think on while I was recovering. I wasn't thinking straight. I just hated him without a good enough reason." Lin said.

"Your lucky you're even alive. Godzilla left you for dead for what you did. If Reznov hadn't shown up and had Orga heal you, you would be dead." Tenzin said.

"I know. Look I'll have my officers waiting in the Arena." Lin said.

"To keep an eye out for Amon's forces or to ambush him again?" Tenzin asked shocking her.

"Have you seriously lost that much faith in me?" Lin asked.

"I don't have any left in you." Tenzin said shocking her further. "You blatantly disregard my wishes for you to leave him be and nearly paid the price. You think I'm gonna trust you anytime soon?" Tenzin asked.

"Fine." Lin said walking away as Sean and Korra approached Tenzin with the later glaring at her.

"She completely pisses me off." Korra said.

"I know the feeling." Sean said.

"I've known Lin since we were children. She's always been...Challenging." Tenzin said.

"The hell did your father do to make her hate the Avatar and everyone else?" Korra asked.

"My father and Lin never had any problems to be honest. I'm afraid her issues...Are with me." Tenzin said.

"Huh?" Sean asked before Korra widened her eyes in shock.

"Wait just a minute. Now it all make sense. You and Beifong, Beifong and you. You two were a couple!" Korra yelled shocking him.

"WHAT! How...WHERE'D YOU GET THAT IDEA!" Tenzin asked in alarm.

"HA! Your wife!" Korra yelled making Sean widen his eyes in shock.

"You and that she-Devil were an item? Wow I actually never would have guessed. I never really paid attention to you guys when you were kids." Sean said.

"Criminey. I'll have to have a word with her." Tenzin said.

"So...Pema stole you from Beifong. I'm surprised our so called Esteemed Chief of Police didn't throw her in jail as payback." Korra said.

"Oh, she tried. Anyway, Peme didn't STEAL me, Lin and I had been growing apart for some time. We both had different goals in life...WHY AM I EVEN TELLING YOU THIS! It all happened a long time ago, and we've moved past it." Tenzin said making her smirk.

"Apparently Beifong hasn't." Korra said.

"What are you...Of course she has. Anyway, this is none of your business!" Tenzin said walking away.

"See you at home mister Heartbreaker." Korra teased making her and Sean laugh.

"Wow. I am generally surprised." Sean said.

"How did you not know?" Korra asked.

"I didn't really get involved in their lives. I mostly focused on giving advice to Aang when he built this place." Sean said.

"How did that start exactly?" Korra asked making him smile.

"When Aang told me he had a dream of united benders and non-benders from all over the world to live together...I brought him here. He asked me why this patch of land...I told him and Zuko this is where I grew up. I figured maybe it was time for A different type of Titan City to emerge. Republic City. Wasn't as catchy as Titan city but it meant something to me here." Sean said making her smile as she held his hand.

"Well...I think you did a lot of good making this city where you grew up. It gives people hope." Korra said making him smile as he held her close as they walked off.

Later

Once more the Stadium was packed up with people to watch the final match between the Fire Ferrets.

Sean looked around seeing Several Police officers before seeing Lin up in the stands making him glare.

"Hey." Korra said getting his attention. "Are you gonna be ok?" Korra asked concerned holding his face making him sigh.

"Yeah. It's just gonna be difficult with her here and all. But I'll live." Sean said.

"All right. I'm about to head down." Korra said about to leave.

"Korra." Sean said making her stop. "About what you said when you learned the truth about my past...What you said...Do you really feel that way?" Sean asked making her smile at him as she held his face.

"Sean...I meant every word." Korra said placing her head against his. "I love you for who you are now. And I always will." Korra said making him smile softly before he kissed her which he returned before pulling back.

"Thank you." Sean said making her smile.

"Ahem."

Both froze before Korra turned around seeing her mother grinning at her. (A reminder she and Tonraq haven't left yet)

"So...Should I be expecting Grandkids in a year or so?" Senna asked.

"MOM!" Korra yelled embarrassed.

"Oh brother. And I thought my mom did that out of nowhere to me and Hitomi." Sean said as Korra sighed before running off making Senna giggle. "I'm surprised your taking this so well considering how old I am." Sean said making her smile.

"Oh Tonraq and I knew there was a good chance you two might end up together. We saw a few signs Korra had feelings for you and were glad. If we had to pick anyone for her to be with. It would be someone we could trust." Senna said.

"Despite my actions?" Sean asked.

"Sean...What you did was an accident pure and simple. Besides...I think maybe it later led to some good things in life that maybe people appreciated over the years." Senna said making him smile softly.

Soon enough everyone in the stands was seated before Sean and Reznov leaned on the railing as the match was about to begin.

"This should be fun." Reznov said.

"The anticipation of palpable as we are just moments away from the championship match. Will the Wolf-Bat's ferocity help them repeat as champs, or will the underdog fire ferrets serve up a surprising bowl of smackdown soup?" The Announcer said.

"Introducing the Challengers, The Future Industries Fire Ferrets!"

Korra and her team were the first to arrive in the Arena waving as the crowd cheered wildly.

"I miss the sports from our day." Reznov said.

"Eventually those will be brought back." Sean said.

"Now introducing the Three Time defending champions, The White falls Wolf-Bats!"

Tahno in his team arrived in costumes looking royally smug with little fireworks going off.

'Excessive much I believe the term is?' Orga asked

'I suppose.' Reznov said.

"The Champs and the Challengers face off at the center of the line. And here we go!"

As soon as the match started Sean and Reznov quickly noticed the Wolf Bats were clearly cheating which should have been called out but the Ref did nothing of the sort.

"What the fuck?" Reznov asked annoyed.

'Only one reason the Ref wouldn't call out what they are doing.' Godzilla said.

'Yup.' Sean said jumping into the water.

Korra growled as she annoyed the Wolf Bats were not getting called out for cheating.

As the Ref looked at his nails in clear boredom a big shadow appeared over him making him look up and gasped seeing Godzilla coming out of the water glaring at him and stopping the match.

"Hold the phone folks. Clearly the King is getting involved for some reason." The Announcer said.

"You care to explain why you're letting these so called Champions cheat in the match? I know the rules and they have broken nearly every one of them. So do explain this." Godzilla said glaring at the Ref who trembled in fear.

"OK! THEY PAID ME OFF TO LET THEM DO WHATEVER THEY WANT!" The Ref yelled making the crowd gasp.

"Oh gee what a surprise." Korra said glaring at Tahno who looked nervous.

"You disgust me. BEGONE!" Godzilla yelled slapping the Ref away into the stands making him crash into a wall but still alive.

"Well, folks it's clear the Wolf Bats are disqualified for cheating and bribing the Ref. Perhaps we should have Titans view the games from now on in the future. The Fire Ferrets win by default." The Announcer said making the crowd cheer.

Tahno growled in rage as Sean shrunk down into human form before Korra approached him.

"Wow. I didn't expect both of you to get involved." Korra said.

"We detest cheaters. Back in my day." Sean said before grunting as an Earth Disk hit him from behind making him growl seeing Tahno and his team glaring at him.

"I'm gonna kill you and that reptile inside you." Tahno said before Sean laughed.

"You? Kill me? Don't make me laugh. I've fought Kaiju and warlords for a majority of my life. You...Are nothing." Sean said making him roar before attacking him in rage only for Sean to avoid his attacks easily before sending a wave of water at them making them yell as they were frozen in place as Sean walked to them.

"What are you going to do old man? Give us some lecture on how we're misusing our gifts? We can do whatever we want." Tahno said making him sigh.

"You only prove Amon's point. Part of the reason we agree with him." Sean said making him glare. "So you forced my hand to do something I haven't in my entire life." Sean said.

"And whats that?" Tahno asked.

"I'm gonna take your bending away." Sean said making his eyes widen in horror while the crowd gasped.

"N-No! You can't do that! You don't have that kind of power. Only the Avatar does!" Tahno said in alarm.

"I think your forgetting who gave the power of bending in the first place. And who do you think Aang learned that from?" Sean asked before moving to grab his head.

"NO! Please! I'll do whatever you want! I'll never cheat again just please don't take my bending!" Tahno begged before Sean grabbed his head making him groan before he was released and tried to bend but couldn't. "No!" Tahno yelled breaking down.

"You got what you deserved. Now as for you two." Sean said grabbing them as they groaned before releasing them as well and the same thing happened to them.

The whole crowd was shocked by this before Sean faced them.

"Let me be very clear. Actions like theirs will not be tolerated. There will be consequences for Benders who misuse their gifts the Titans have given them 30,000 years ago. Criminal gangs who Amon's forces are after will face the same fate as these called Champions. Who lied and cheated their way to their former Title. They will no longer have the gifts of bending any longer. Only those who use their gifts for good will be allowed to keep their bending. While I don't agree with Amon's ideology that bending is the source of suffering I do agree that certain people have lost the right to have their gifts." Sean said.

Thats when however small explosions went off all over the place making him shield Korra and her team with Waterbending from debris as the Police were knocked out by some electric gloves.

"Hmm?" Godzilla asked.

"A rather poetic speech." Amon said making him face him. "But your faith in Humanity using your gifts is misguided. How many wars have been caused by benders? How many people since the end of the War against the Kaiju suffered by Bender's hands?" Amon asked.

"It's not benders thats the problem Amon. It's people...Humanity in General. Why do you think there were no official Human leaders during the golden years? Cause we knew that power would go to their head. We guided them accordingly to greatness. Until they showed up. There are good benders in this world. You can't judge them all for the actions of others. We all have a choice on how to use our power. I choose to use mine to guide mankind to greatness...And I will again." Godzilla said.

"Perhaps. But I believe my way is a better solution and while your faith in them is admirable...It's misguided." Amon said.

"It's not faith Amon. Truth of the matter is we need to have the power of bending. Tell me...Do you truly believe we gave them that power just for survival? If so you are fooling yourself. Theres another reason for giving them that power." Godzilla said.

"And what reason is that? What reason could possibly make you let Humanity keep that power when it has brought nothing but suffering?" Amon asked curious.

Before Godzilla could answer the ceiling exploded making Sean take over and rushed to Korra grabbing her as a large amount of Glass and debris fell down before they fell into the water missing it while Mako and Bolin had already run off.

"Another time then." Amon said as platforms landed before they escaped.

Sean and Korra came up and saw them leave making Sean growl before water bending them to the stands.

"Korra!" Tonraq said as he and Senna Rushed to them.

"Are you all right?" Senna asked in concern.

"I'm fine." Korra said as they looked at the damage.

"Those gloves they had. They have someone smart working for them." Sean said as Godzilla took over.

"So he carried out his threat." Godzilla said.

"I'm afraid so. Republic City is now officially at war." Tenzin said.

Later

Sean was looking over Korra seeing is she had any wounds from the fight.

"Thanks for getting me away from all that." Korra said.

"I already lost Hitomi. The Idea of Losing you is something I can't bare." Sean said making her smile softly before she held his face.

"So where does that leave us? Does that make us an actual Couple?" Korra asked making him smile lightly.

"I've been thinking about that. I did Love Yangchen and Kyoshi but I pushed them away because of my past that I was afraid to tell them...I think I'm willing to finally really have a new relationship after so many years." Sean said making her smile as she kissed him. "I love you Korra." Sean said making her smile softly.

"I love you too...And I always will." Korra said holding him close.

Authors Note: Well this chapter was certainly exciting. Sean refuses to trust Lin because of what she did. He took Tahno's and his team's bending away and Almost told Amon why Bending was around to keep the Kaiju at bay since the elements power the barrier that prevents them from coming to Earth.
