Chapter 17 Titans vs Titans
It's been three months since the entire family was back together completely after 30,000 years.
And since Sean proposed to Korra who accepted without hesitation.
For the last three months nothing major had happened other than a few Kaiju appearing every couple weeks around the world.
Only to be easily defeated by recently awakened Titans who destroyed them quickly to avoid any damage and casualties.
And thankfully the White Lotus hadn't come after Sean again since they got David to leave the South which was now protected by Ebirah.
Currently right now Sean and Korra were in bed before the former slowly woke up and found her buried in his chest making him smile as he kissed her forehead.
"Morning." Korra said.
"Morning." Sean said as she sat up showing her naked body before he looked down seeing her four month pregnant stomach making him smile as he kissed it making her smile as she held him close.
Soon the two were up and dressed before Sean was getting breakfast ready before giving Naga her treats before she went to her bed next to the Couch making Korra smile while Fawkes got his foot.
"And you really didn't used to be an animal person?" Korra asked amused.
"30,000 years is a long time for someone to change." Sean said handing her breakfast making her smile.
"Thank you." Korra said eating it while he sat down before the digital screen lit up. "I'm still surprised you guys kept some of your technology around." Korra said making him smile.
"We mostly kept some things that had value to us. This box not only has some old videos we made back in the day but also some movies that we enjoyed back then." Sean said.
"Movies?" Korra asked.
"Heh. Let me show you one thats one of my favorites." Sean said playing one.
Thats when someone knocked on the door before the others walked in.
"Can't you people just wait for me to open the damn door?" Sean asked making Korra giggle.
"Wheres the fun in that?" David asked before seeing the screen. "Oh...Watching some of our old movies our some of my comedy days?" David asked.
"Yeah fuck off. I was only on that show to pass the damn time. I still hated that no scientist until you were 13 rule." Sean said.
"You said you were on a show before right?" Korra asked.
"Oh he didn't tell you? He was a host for a game show back in the day." David said.
"David I swear to god." Sean warned.
"What show was he on?" Korra asked.
"He was the host of Family Feud." David said as Sean gave him the finger.
"I hate you so fucking much you asshat." Sean said.
"Family feud?" Korra asked making him sigh.
"Ok. It's a game show with competing families. Whichever family gets the highest amount of points go to the final round. And if they get over 200 points they win the grand prize and money." Sean said.
"And he was 10 when he started. Looked good in those monkey suits." David said.
"Fuck off. As least I didn't look like an idiot on Whose line is it anyway like you did." Sean said.
"Ok so what was the point of your show?" Korra asked.
"Mine? We just made people laugh doing dumb shit. Sean was on with me for a couple months before he took the Family Feud position." David said.
"And believe me they did a lot of dumb shit. " Sean said making Korra giggle.
"Hey it was fun." David said.
"Oh yeah? Got any videos of it saved on here?" Asami asked.
"I'm sure there are some stored on this old thing." Sean said accessing it before finding one. "Heres one." Sean said playing it.
The video started by showing Sean, David, Reznov and Julia.
"Our next segment press conference. This is for David. Sean, Reznov and Julia are the reporters and ask David several questions but he has no idea who he is. And they can't tell him." The Host said as they were handed a card before all three widened their eyes.
"Oh you gotta be fucking kidding me." Reznov said making people laugh.
"Why?" Sean asked laughing.
"Oh my good god." Julia said.
"Ok let's get this over with." The Host said before who David was and what he did was revealed to the Audience.
Noah Announcing he's eaten all the animals on the Ark.
"Ok lets get this over with! I've got better things to do than talk to you losers." David said grinning making everyone laugh.
"Ok my question...What the fuck came over you?" Sean asked making people laugh.
"Um...Being brutally honest? I was bored." David said making people burst out laughing. "And It was something I've been wanting to do since I was a child really." David said making people laugh harder.
"Ok me next...Did you do it two by two?" Reznov asked making people laugh.
"Um...No I did it by myself like I always do." David said making burst out laughing.
"Ok...Uh...EVEN THE PANDAS?" Julia asked crying.
"HEY! How the fuck are those fur bags gonna learn!" David yelled making people laugh.
"You know when this feeling came over you, you should have just said the first part of your name. Just say the first part of your name." Sean said making David raise an eyebrow.
"Jus?" David asked making him snicker.
"Exactly how long is a cubit?" Julia asked making Sean and Reznov snicker.
"About the size of your fucking head." David making Sean and Reznov gasp before laughing while she had a look of shock on her face.
"Oh my god." Korra laughed as did everyone else while Julia glared at David.
"I didn't say anything." David said as Asami laughed before resuming the video.
"Shouldn't you have packed more provisions so you wouldn't have to take it out on the elephants?" Reznov asked making him scoff.
"Let me tell you something about Elephants. The fat fuckers ask for it." David said making Sean sputter in laughter.
"How did you get down off the mountain?" Julia asked.
"Oh you know the usual way with a ladder and a six pack." David said making people laugh.
"Did you give no thought to the fact that we would have liked to see the Unicorn?" Reznov asked.
"You think I fucking care? Here's your unicorn." David said turning around.
"Oh brother." Sean said rolling his eyes.
"If thats your attitude why were you the chosen one?" Reznov asked.
"Because I had the boat!" David yelled before a buzzer was hit making them stop.
"Obviously you got this about five questions ago. Who are you and what have you done?"
"I'm Noah and I clearly ate all the animals." David said making people cheer as the video ended.
"Oh my god." Asami said laughing.
"Ah those were the good old days." David said.
"So now that you two are engaged are you gonna get married here or Republic City when it's rebuilt?" Asami asked.
"Here of course. Where else would I go?" Korra asked making her mother smile.
"Besides Republic City isn't gonna be around for much longer." Sean said confusing them.
"What do you mean by that?" Lin asked.
"The seven of us have been talking for a couple months...We're gonna use the Transfigure Matrix to turn Republic City back into Titan City." Sean said shocking them all.
"Wait so...You mean you're gonna rebuild your old home?" Korra asked.
"Yup. Aang knew about this plan before his death and was fine with it. Republic City is just a temporary city to stand before our old one comes back." Sean said.
"So...How long are you gonna wait until you do rebuild Titan City?" Tenzin asked.
"A couple months maybe more or less. With the Amount of Titans returning to the world we believe mankind will be able to handle the amount of technology from our Era. And with it comes technology to keep criminals in check both benders and non-benders." Sean said.
"It will make things easier for the Police." Lin said.
"Yup. I've been waiting for this day for a long time." Sean said.
"Of course we'll be keeping a lot of things that deserve to stay. Like the statues of Aang's old group to know who helped remake the City." Turok said.
"I'm not sure I really approve of this. Republic means something to people." Tenzin said.
"Meant something. Past tense. Because of Hiroshi everyone is gonna remember it for where over a million people lost their lives." Godzilla said.
"I'm afraid he's not wrong." Ichi said as Ni and San appeared.
"While Republic City was indeed a beacon of hope to the world after the hundred year war it has lost that beacon because of Hiroshi." Ni said.
"Titan City however will not have that legacy. A new beginning for the world." San said.
"Kevin's right." David said.
"STOP CALLING ME THAT!" San yelled making his brother's laugh.
"But in all seriousness Republic City will never have the same legacy as it once did before Amon's revolution that made Hiroshi snap." David said.
"It's not that simple David. Hiroshi snapped because he couldn't handle the truth about benders being the reason that the Kaiju couldn't come through the breach because of the energies they create power the barrier. Add to the fact other parts of his sanity being destroyed all contributed to that event." Sean said.
"Perhaps. But the fact is the City will never have the same legacy as it did before. Instead of rebuilding what has been lost...Make something new. A new Titan City that will be a true beacon of hope." David said before yelling in pain holding his head.
"What is it?" Asami asked concerned before Sean and everyone who held a Titan did the same for a minute before it stopped.
"What the fuck was that?" Reznov asked.
"What happened?" Tenzin asked.
"I don't know...I just felt...A surge of rage and anguish. Something has happened. Something bad." Sean said.
"Think Unalaq or the White Lotus is behind it?" Korra asked.
"The first part maybe...The second one I very much doubt." Sean said.
"Well, something happened. And I get the feeling we'll find out soon enough." David said.
Later
Sean was outside his home looking at the stars.
"Figured I'd find you out here." Korra said sitting next to him.
"Hmph...Am I that predictable to you? Or you just know me that good?" Sean asked making her smile.
"A little of both which is to be expected since we're gonna be married soon." Korra said as he looked up. "You gonna tell me what really happened to all of you?" Korra asked.
"I really don't know. I've never felt something like that before. It just felt like...Rage. Agony...Sadness." Sean said.
"You think something happened?" Korra asked.
"I know something happened. What it is none of us can tell. We've never felt something like that before. Not me, Godzilla or any of us. It's completely new." Sean said.
"Well...Whatever it was we'll find out soon enough." Korra said making him nod as he held her close.
"Yeah. I just hope it's nothing serious." Sean said.
Next day
Sean and Korra were out at the market getting some food.
"Did you have to go and get your own food back then?" Korra asked.
"Hell no. Our food was transported to us using teleportation technology." Sean said.
"Meaning it just appeared?" Korra asked.
"Korra, you seem to not be understanding how advanced our era was. Anything was possible. Flying cars, Instantly healing medicine, Teleportation technology you name it. And all of it is still stored on the Transfiguration Matrix." Sean said.
"How long has that thing existed?" Korra asked.
"About 50,000 years. Godzilla and the other Titans thought that if something happened like a major natural disaster or something. So they decided to have the best scientists make it. Took 20 years to build it but finally it was made. All of our history and science is stored on there as time goes by." Sean said before they heard some kind of roaring sound making him freeze.
"Another Kaiju?" Korra asked.
"No...I haven't heard that sound in 30,000 years. An old friend." Godzilla said before something landed in the ocean.
Godzilla not liking this took his form before what landed was revealed.
It was a large Titan that had the appearance of a Turtle that stood on both legs with two fangs coming out of the bottom of the mouth.
"Gamera. It's been a long time." Godzilla said. (Gamera 2016 trailer version. Very annoyed it didn't come out)
"Wait...Something's wrong." Korra said as the others rushed to her.
"Gamera?" Godzilla said before seeing his glare. "Whats wrong?" Godzilla asked before Gamera blasted him with fire making him roar as he fell down.
"Whoa! What the fuck was that about?" Reznov asked before another Roar was heard before something came out of the water that had a reptilian appearance.
"Yonggary." Godzilla said seeing a distance realative of his like Zilla. (Reptilian 1999 Yonggary)
Yonggary roared before blasting him down making him roar.
"The hell is going on?" David yelled as Ghidorah took control and roared at them before a loud roar was heard making them look seeing a large black dragon flying at Ghidorah and rammed him into the water.
"The Bull Dragon." Ichi said. (Reign of Fire. I did say there would be more than just Godzilla monsters)
Other Titans appeared before Mothra fought against Battra while Orga fought against Kamacruas (The last one from Final Wars)
Biollante roared as she fought against Thorny Devil who was proving to be difficult because of his body. (From Godzilla the Series)
"Why are they fighting against each other?" Asami asked as Ghidorah roared as he fought the Bull dragon.
"Something is not right." Tenzin said as Destroyah roared as he fought against Yonggary who blasted him making him roar as he was forced down.
Mothra and Battra continued to fight before both tried blasting wind at each other.
'Wait something isn't right. It feels like they don't have a choice.' Sarah said.
'I concur. Something or someone is making them do this.' Mothra said.
Rodan roared as he fought against King Bat Who used an ultrasonic wave on him making him roar in pain as he fell down into the ocean. (Giant Bat from Godzilla the Series)
Godzilla and Gamera continued to fight one another before Gamera was blasted into a cliff making him roar.
'Something is not right.' Sean said.
'I can see that. Gamera and I have always been great allies. This is not like him.' Godzilla said before a powerful roar was heard making them all look seeing a Giant Ape who pounded his chest and roared.
"Oh you must be joking. I don't need to deal with you Kong." Godzilla said before Kong jumped on Gamera and held him back as he roared.
"Don't just stand there you two! Aim for the head!" Kong roared.
"I am not going for a killing blow!" Godzilla yelled.
"I never said a killing blow. JUST DO IT!" Kong roared before Godzilla's spikes glowed before Godzilla blasted Gamera with a low atomic breath blast before something exploded off of Gamera confusing Godzilla before Kong caught something that fell off.
"Recognize this." Kong said showing some kind of device in hand he knew all too well.
"I recognize this. These were built near the end of the war to have Kaiju fight Kaiju since we were beginning to weaken. But how did..." Godzilla tried to say as Destroy roared as he fought Yonggary.
"Never mind that now." Kong said as they charged at the others under the control of the devices.
Battra and Mothra continued to fight one another before Mothra roared as she glowed brightly before blasting Battra in the head making him roar before the same device on his head also exploded making him shake his head as he tried to clear his vision.
"That answers everything. Wait a second...If I recall correctly you stores some of these things where you kept Mecha Godzilla." Mothra said.
'Yeah at least seven. Hirosh already found him so he must have had some remaining equalists do this...Or perhaps the White Lotus asked him where he found it promising to finish his work.' Sarah said.
"That one makes sense." Mothra said before joining the others to fight.
Rodan roared as he and King Bat fought one another before Kong grabbed King Bat who screeched in rage before Rodan pecked the device off his head.
"How did you know about the Device?" Rodan asked.
"Manta saw the whole thing and warned me. I knew they would come here." Kong said before they charged at Yonggary as the others had their devices removed.
Yonggary roared as he was restrained by the others before Godzilla blasted the last device off making him shake his head to clear his thoughts.
"How did you know about this?" Godzilla asked.
"Manta saw the whole thing and warned me. Since theres a hollow earth wormhole that leads to where I was to here...I knew I had to help. As much as we have issues I'm not about to see you or the others get killed." Kong said making him nod.
"So who did this?" Ichi asked.
"The White Lotus did this. Yesterday." Kong said.
"So thats what that feeling was. Them in pain." Destroyah said.
"This is over the line." Ni said angered.
"Only reason they got those things on is because we've never had a reason to distrust humans period." Destroyah said.
'How do you wanna handle this?' Godzilla asked.
'Killing them would be too merciful. I have something much worse in mind.' Sean said.
Later
The Leader of the White Lotus and some of his 'Best' Arrived at Sean's home before they walked inside seeing only him.
"So...You're finally ready to accept your death?" The Leader asked.
"No...But your gonna have to accept the consequences of your actions." Sean said.
"We have no actions to be ashamed of."
"Yes you do. I know your the one who took control of Gamera and the other Titans who attacked us. The devices have a recording system in them." Sean said seeing them look fearful. "You should have dropped this when you had the chance. Instead you attacked the Titans and used them as weapons...Like Sozin would have." Sean said.
"We are nothing like Sozin!" The Leader yelled.
"Your right...You're even worse. And it pains me to do this to the group Iroh led with such honor for so many years. But you forced my hand." Sean said.
"What have you done?" The Leader asked concerned.
"I have completely told every dark secret the White Lotus after Iroh and the old members passed away have of this generation. Including how that former member tried to kill Korra 14 years ago. Along with several other dark details of you trying to force truly skilled benders into your group like you did to me." Sean said shocking all of them. "You see...Killing you is too nice. It would be a release from your crimes. So I'm gonna have all of you suffer greatly. The image of the White Lotus will be shattered by this. People will turn on you in a heartbeat...And best of all...No one will ever want to join you again." Sean said making him sweat.
"What do you want to prevent this?" The Leader asked fearful.
"It's too late. I've already told Tenzin and Lin everything. And they've told the people of Republic City and Zuko. Unalaq will no doubt force you to leave since he'll have to obey the will of the people. Though in charge he may be his reputation has been greatly damaged and can't afford any more of that. So he'll listen to the people and force you out." Sean said making him sweat.
"Please...There must be something we can do to come to a compromise." The Leader said.
"Sorry...Nothing you can do or say...Will stop what has been set into motion. I'm going to enjoy every second of your suffering for what you've brought upon yourselves. You should have just left me alone and not judge me for an honest mistake I made so long ago. I changed since then...But you're cruelty blinded you to that. Believe me I hate doing this to Iroh's group since his era were honorable and fair. Yours is not. Now get out." Sean said as they left with horrified looks on their faces.
Sean chuckled before looking up seeing his fiancé above the stairs smiling at him as he walked up to her.
"You think that will be the last we ever see of them?" Korra asked.
"Oh no doubt. This will be the last time We ever see them. And that I am looking forward to." Sean said before sighing.
"But you're sad because it means the end of the White Lotus completely. You knew the old members personally didn't you?" Korra asked.
"After the war. They were all good people. Great warriors that did great things in their time. They and Iroh would be ashamed of this group. But it has to be done." Sean said.
"Well...I know you did the right thing. For the world...And this." Korra said holding her stomach making him smile before the others arrived to celebrate their victory against the White Lotus.
"One thing I enjoy about this place is the amount of space we have to keep having so many visitors." Sean said making her smile as they went down to the others.
Authors Note: Like I said the White Lotus went off the Deep end and royally paid the fucking price. I bet no one saw that coming. Asking Hiroshi if there was anything else he found when he discovered Mecha Godzilla to fight and Kill Sean for his past crimes. Now the order is gonna be judged and eventually disbanded in time for their actions. Now Next Chapter is gonna be even more intense...For next Chapter...is Godzilla 2014.
