Chapter 31 War of the Monsters
Its been 3 months since the End of the war between Unalaq's army and the rest of the Titans who fought for all living beings on the planet.
And since Raiko was sentenced to 7 months in jail for trying to have the Twins killed but backfired since it was revealed they did indeed have Godzilla's powers inside them.
Right now however though.
"Oh my good lord." Korra said as Hitomi was actually waterbending...In her bath. "Honey I am trying to clean you here. Stop." Korra said before getting splashed making her shake her head with a smile. "Do I have to temporarily take your bending away?" Korra asked as Hitomi laughed at her mother.
"Oh sweetie." Sean said walking in and helped clean her.
"I knew she might take after me but I was not expecting her to be a bender so quick." Korra said washing her hair.
"Heh. Like mother like daughter." Sean said making her giggle before they finished her up before Korra wrapped her in a towel and carried her out as she fell asleep in her mother's arms making her smile as she got her dressed before putting her in bed with Junior who was asleep. "Mommy loves you two so much." Korra said kissing their foreheads before they walked out before Korra activated the security system.
Laying on the couch the married couple simply watched an old movie.
"Things have been pretty peaceful since Unalaq was defeated and since Raiko got thrown in jail." Korra said enjoying that last one the most.
"For good reasons. The Titans are back in charge. Criminals are becoming a rarity all over again. Peace is being restored all over the place. But there are still threats out there that need to be dealt with." Sean said.
"You mean Zorc and the others." Korra said referring to the Titans that managed to escape after Vaatu was erased from existence.
"Ah. They'll show up eventually. They can't resist toying with mankind forever. Zorc is the only one we need to worry about. The others are a walk in the park...So to speak." Sean said.
"Why does Zorc hate humans so much?" Korra asked.
"It's complicated but he more along the lines just enjoys watching mankind suffer by his hand alone. Thats why he attacks them. Not because he hates them like some of the Titans who followed him. But rather he enjoys seeing them afraid of him and the others." Godzilla said.
"Oh. So what happened during the war?" Korra asked.
"He and the others were wiped out after 10 years of war. There was nothing left not even bones. They were completely destroyed without hesitation." Godzilla said.
"We'll find them soon enough. It's only a matter of time." Sean said.
"I hope so. But what happens if we defeat Zorc alone?" Korra asked/
"Hmm? Good question. Without him I believe the others would surrender or go into Exile. Without him and Cykor they would gain nothing." Godzilla said thinking on that.
'I very much doubt it. They most likely would fight amongst themselves and die.' Sean said.
'Perhaps. Either way it works out.' Godzilla said.
Later
Back at the Southern Water Tribe everything was finally back to normal after Unalaq's actions.
Though Desna and Eska did try at one point to take it for themselves since they could no longer control the North because of Yonggary.
But that failed because Zilla had made it clear the North and South were now two separate Water Tribes and there would be no more human leaders.
This enraged Desna and lashed out at him calling him and his uncle's family nothing but abominations who ruined everything in his life.
Zilla's reply? Banishing both of them from the South forever making them go back to the North hoping they could still live in peace there. (Not fucking likely)
And then there was the fact that the White Lotus here tried to take some of the credit during the war hoping it would help save their order.
Sadly for them this failed dramatically. Everyone denied they were even there which was true. And it only made things worse for the Order seeing they were running out of time to save it before the year was up.
Now however through everything was peaceful as Zilla sat on a cliff looking over the tribe as the Matrix had rebuilt his old city known as Argo City.
With him in the South was Komodo and Gorosaurus.
"Hmm. Everything seems peaceful. But I still worry about when they will arrive." Zilla said.
Thats when an explosion underwater occurred.
"Hmm?" Zilla said before Giant Turtle showed up and roared shocking the people before Zilla jumped down and rammed into him hard.
"Not you again. You're not welcomed in my city you worthless Shell freak." Zilla said making him roar before ramming into him hard making him grunt.
Komodo rushed in and roared as she bashed into him hard.
"You can't defeat all three of us. Argo is under our protection. Has been long before the war and is once again." Komodo said as Gorosaurus rushed at him before jump kicking him away as he roared before dashing right at Komodo making her roar as she breathed atomic breath at him making him retreat inside his shell before Zilla grabbed it before blasting Atomic breath inside making him roar in pain before bitting him making Zilla roar as he let go before Giant Turtle swam away.
"Now what was that about?" Gorosaurus asked.
"I get the feeling Zorc is up to his old tricks." Zilla said.
Later
"Your saying that Turtle just attacked for no reason?" Godzilla asked as Zilla and the others were in hologram form.
"Right out of nowhere. Zorc is up to his old tricks again. He's done this before." Zilla said.
"Hmm. He may have wanted to give us a false sense of security before beginning his attacks." Godzilla said.
"That sounds like him." Ichi said.
"But why now? Why not attack us when all of you were recovering from the war?" Tenzin asked.
"Because so were they. Theres only a handful left who survived. The Skull Crawlers are all gone. So are the MUTOS, Raviel and his allies and Cykor is dead again. So theres only a handful left. Zorc, Clover, Giant Turtle, Cerebulon, Gabera (Showa era Monster), Warbat and Chameleon (Godzilla the Series)." Godzilla said.
"Chameleon?" Korra asked holding Hitomi who slept.
"Bah! My old rival. He looks like me in some ways other than his face." Zilla said.
"In any event I want everyone to be on alert theres no telling when They will strike." Godzilla said as the transmission ended.
"So all of them might end up striking the new cities to strike a blow." Lin said.
"As long as Zorc is alive again yes. That is indeed the case." Godzilla said.
"We'll deal with him soon enough." Destroyah said.
Later
Sean looked at the Twins as they slept in their crib making him smile softly.
"You ok?" Korra asked walking to him.
"Ah. I'll be fine. I know everything is gonna work out fine. Zorc is powerful sure but not that powerful. Against all the Titans that are currently awake he would lose." Sean said.
"I know. I was hoping after Vaatu was completely destroyed we would never have to see them again. But I guess we're not that lucky." Korra said making him chuckle before they left the room and activated the security.
Soon they were in the living room with the others.
"Iroh has his forces all around the world ready to stop Zorc and the others when they attack one of the cities." Tenzin said.
"He wouldn't stand a chance against the Titans in Titan City. It would be a death sentence." Lin said.
"Don't be so sure. We still don't know what he's up to." Sean said.
"What do you think he wants?" Korra asked.
"I know about Zorc from what the other Titans told me. He's treacherous as he is deceiving. Misleading his enemies into a false sense of security. He may be trying to make us focus attention elsewhere while he finalizes his final attack." Sean said.
"So he could attack anywhere. The newest City thats being built is Iacon City in the Fire nation." Tenzin said.
"So he may end up striking there to strike a devastating blow. Anything to strike at us in anyway possible." Godzilla said.
"But what I don't understand is why they only sent one instead of sending out multiple attacks. It would make things more tense making us wonder where they would attack." Asami said.
"Hmm. There is logic to what you say. However at the same time their numbers are low. They can't afford to lose any numbers right now." Godzilla said.
"So they only sent one they could afford to lose." Lin said.
"Giant Turtle is perhaps the weakest of them all. He's pathetic. That shell of his may be nearly indestructible but his flesh on the other hand is very weak." Godzilla said.
"Like when Zilla attacked him from the inside." Jinora said.
"Exactly. Attack the shell and it will be for nothing. Attack the flesh on the other hand though and you can defeat him easily.
"So they can afford to lose him but not the others cause they are more valuable." Asami said.
"Yes. In time we'll find them." Godzilla said.
Later
Sean and Korra were in the city with the Twins getting some new latest technology for the estate.
"I still can't believe we have to deal with this. Even when Vaatu's gone he's still a pain." Korra said before Raava appeared.
"In the past before he was erased he always bragged one day he would make life difficult for the Titans. Seems he succeeded." Raava said before vanishing.
"Don't worry. Vaatu's gone and soon enough the others will be as well. And even if some survive this time around it won't make a difference. Without Zorc they won't stand much of a chance. He's the strongest of all the others." Sean said.
"I thought you said Cykor was the worst." Korra said remembering when the MUTOs showed up after so long.
"He was since he always attacked humans without a reason. Zorc just wanted them to fear him and beg for mercy before he killed them. Zorc was defeated at the end of the war since his army was exhausted from depletion. He had nothing left so he focused on one final desperate assault and lost." Sean said.
"So what do you think he's up to now?" Korra asked.
"I don't know. He wants something though. Theres no denying that." Sean said.
Outside the city the water began to bubble before a massive explosion occurred shocking the people.
"Oh boy." Sean said before Clover came out of the water and roared loudly. "Get the Twins out of here." Sean said as she kissed him.
"Good luck." Korra said as she flew off with them.
While this was going on the People were being evacuated.
Clover went at the City before Togera emerged from the water and roared before slamming his tail into him making him back off as Godzilla appeared.
"This one always disgusted me." Togera said.
"No argument here. Why are you here Clover? It makes no sense for you to attack on your own." Godzilla said.
"I have nothing to say to ones who sided with insects over their own kind." Clover said moving to slash them but they dodged.
Thats when Warbat arrived and slammed into Togera making him roar.
"Great." Godzilla said annoyed before Zorc arrived and slammed him down hard.
"I've been waiting for this old friend." Zorc said.
"Why are you here?" Godzilla asked.
"You have something I want. Something humans created that will turn the tide in my favor." Zorc said making him narrow his eyes.
"Your after the Matrix." Godzilla said.
"YES! And with it I will use it to grant me infinite power beyond imagining. You were right. Humans do have potential. And soon I will be King of all the Titans. And you will serve me!" Zorc yelled before Kong appeared as he jumped on his back.
"NOT LIKELY!" Kong yelled slamming his fist into his back making him roar in pain.
As this was going on Togera was fighting against Cerebulon who was using his bladed hands to attack him making him block every attack.
Clover went to the City but got blocked by Ghidorah who roared at him before blasting him with lightning.
Warbat roared as he chases Mothra who screeched.
'This is one enemy I was really hoping to face again.' Mothra said.
'Why?' Sarah asked.
"GET BACK HERE YOU QUEEN OF PATHETIC INSECTS!" Warbat yelled.
'Arrogance.' Mothra said before blowing wind on him.
Gabra tried to make it into the city to get the Matrix but got smacked down by Destroyah who roared into the air.
"If it isn't the little frog." Destroyah said with a sadistic grin making him tremble.
Chameleon was fighting against Zilla who arrived vie Hollow Earth portal as did Komodo making him roar in anger before trying too bite down on them but missed.
Zorc roared as Godzilla blasted him with Atomic breath before Kong pulled out his axe and slammed down on his snake head making him roar in pain.
"YOU PATHETIC SECOND RATE APE!" Zorc roared trying to hit him but Godzilla slammed his tail into him before King slammed his axe into his leg making him roar in rage.
"And yet I survived the war." Kong said.
Clover roared in pain as he was bleeding heavily from Ghidorah's attacks before San and Ni grabbed his mouth open before Ichi blasted the inside before he exploded.
"Good riddance." San said.
"Right." Ichi said not gonna argue with that.
Gabra screamed in fear as he tried to run away from Destroyah but he was beating him easily before he grabbed him.
"This time...You won't escape death." Destroyah said before breathing his pink mist on him before he yelled in pain as he started to melt leaving nothing but Bones.
'So long and goodbye froggy' Turok said making him chuckle in amusement.
Cerebulon roared as he was getting smashed by Togera before Congar jumped down and started beating him in the head making him roar in pain before both slammed into his head hard making him scream in pain.
"Uh oh." Congar said.
"BACK UP!" Togera yelled jumping back as did he as Cerebulon started roaring in pain as his head started squirting blood out as his brain was moving around like crazy before exploding.
"Eww." Sarah said disgusted.
"Wait for it." Mothra said as a miniature Cerebulon came out of the body and squeaked before Togera stepped on him.
"Disgusting." Togera said.
Zorc roared as he threw Kong away before rushing to the City about to head for the Matrix.
"ZORC!" King Godzilla roared making him freeze.
"NO! Not him!" Zorc yelled in horror as King Godzilla appeared.
"Uh oh." Godzilla said.
"I Gave you and the others who followed you life and this is my thanks?" King Godzilla asked.
"But Humans are bugs! Why should they be protected?" Zorc asked.
"INSECT!" King Godzilla roared shutting him up. "Look around you. This is what your fellow Titans have led them to. To an age of greatness due to their leadership. This could have been yours...No longer will you and the other Titans who followed you harm my creations. YOU WILL CEASE TO EXIST!" King Godzilla roared as he slowly vanished.
"NOOOOO!" Zorc roared as he vanished as did the others who followed him.
"No longer will they ever be able to harm life on this planet." King Godzilla said before vanishing.
"Phew. He scares the hell out of me." Ichi said.
"I heard that." King Godzilla said from nowhere making him gulp.
Later
Thankfully the City was not damaged since they didn't get out of the water.
"Man. Please tell me we'll never see them again?" Turok almost begged.
"Nope. They are long gone for good this time around." Godzilla said.
"Good." Korra said holding the twins close as Hitomi reached for her father making him smile as he picked her up before she wrapped her little arms around his neck. "It's ok honey." Sean said as she yawned making him smile.
"I hope we can relax for at least a full year now." Ikki said.
"Only time can tell." Sean said.
Authors Note: Wow this Chapter was really intense. Zorc wanted the Matrix to gain power but failed. Now he and the Titans who followed him are gone forever. Now Next Chapter is gonna be a more entertaining one. Sora! Your starting to piss me off again. You say my new stories are garbage and yet your the only one who has complained about anything in them! Mouth off one more time and I swear to god! And what do you mean the What IF series was garbage? Did you even try? No of course not cause you give no effort whatsoever as per fucking usual.
