Chapter 50 Operation Beifong
Its been a week since the spirit vine incident caused by Swamp Monster to help Korra let go of the past of what happened 5 years ago and was even stronger than ever now.
Since then the world was getting ready for a possible all out war between the Earth Defense force and what was left of Kuvira's Earth Empire or anything Mark left behind.
Right now Sean and Korra woke up and found the new Twins in bed with them making them smile as they picked them up.
"Come on you two." Sean said picking up Kyoshi who yawned in her father's arms.
Thats when the parents walked down stairs seeing Junior and Hitomi playing a video game.
"What are you two doing up so early?" Sean asked.
"Just playing games. Couldn't sleep." Hitomi said making him smile as he sat Kyoshi down while Korra was getting their bottles before he walked to the two.
"Something you two wanna tell us?" Sean asked.
"I'm scared." Hitomi said.
"Hmm? Of what?" Sean asked.
"I know something bad is gonna happen." Hitomi said making him smile.
"Ok, look both of you." Sean said holding them close. "I promise everything is gonna be just fine. We're just getting ready for anything that might happen." Sean said.
"Really?" Junior asked.
"Yeah. Everything is gonna be just fine. Might seem scary sure. But everything will work out in the end." Sean said as Korra held them.
"We promise nothing bad is gonna happen to you." Korra said.
Later
"Please tell me you guys have something special planned out." Sean said to Asami and Varrick as she held out blue prints.
"It's a flying Mecha suit. Asami got the idea from watching dragonfly-humingbirds. You can take off straight up, fly in any direction." Varrick said.
"Why would we need that when we already have drones and what not?" Sean asked.
"This one is more maneuverable. Easier to evade attacks." Varrick said.
"Short version this will make things easy to distract the enemy." Asami said.
"Good enough. Now as for the troops?" Sean asked.
"The north and South are still sending what they can. The Fire Nation has already sent over everything they could." Tenzin said.
"Good. If Kuvira is up to her old tricks and is trying to weaponize the spirit vines she had prior to her empire's downfall we'll need every advantage." Sean said.
"What about the Spirits? Maybe they might help." Korra said making Godzilla scoff.
"They don't give a damn about Human affairs. In fact they made things worse when tried to get involved since during the end of the original golden years just for a laugh." Godzilla said.
"They don't care about us and I honestly don't care about them. They'll just leave to head back to their world." Sean said.
"Yeah I guess. Plus we have the Kaiju on our side now since they surrendered." Korra said.
"True. Either way we'll be ready when they make their move." Sean said.
After that was over Sean and Korra headed to Air Temple island since Pema was watching the kids.
Thats when they saw Lin, Bolin and Opal getting on Opal's Bison Juicy.
"What in the hell are you guys doing?" Sean asked.
"We're going to find my family and bring them back." Opal said.
"By yourselves? Against anything Mark left behind? You guys are idiots." Sean said.
"If you got a better idea." Lin said.
"I do. I'm going with." Sean said.
"Be careful." Korra said kissing him.
"Don't worry I'll be just fine." Sean said jumping on before they flew off.
Later
Soon they arrived back at Metal City in the Estate.
"Why are we back here?" Opal asked.
"That teleportation invention Mark made leaves a trail. If we can find the origin we'll be able to find out exactly where they are." Sean said as they went in.
Walking into the main area they saw how clean the place was.
"They really made it in without causing a fight?" Lin asked.
"Whatever Mark left behind caught them by surprise." Sean said.
"Is that what happened?"
Sean blinked before turning around seeing Toph walking in.
'Oh come on! She's still alive?' Godzilla asked annoyed making Sean chuckle.
"Hey Toph." Sean said.
"Been a while. Wheres the Gecko?" Toph asked.
"GECKO!" Godzilla yelled enraged before taking on his form and charged at her but she stepped out of the way making him crash into a wall.
"Nice to see you again ya big lizard." Toph said mockingly making him growl.
"Uh, Hey, Chief." Lin said surprised.
"Hey, Chief." Toph said.
"Grandma Toph!" Opal said hugging her making her smile.
"You were only up to my waist the last time we were together." Toph said.
"Oh, Man! Oh, I can't!" Bolin tried to say had Godzilla not smacked him in the face with his tail. "OW!" Bolin yelled in pain.
"Do not act like a fan girl." Godzilla warned.
"What you have to pee or something?" Toph asked making Opal giggle.
"Nah he's a big ass fan of yours." Sean said.
"Oh that garbage again. Whats up with him?" Toph asked.
"He's an actor." Lin said making her snort.
"The hell you even doing here?" Sean asked.
"What do you think? I looked through the vines in the swamp and found out they were taken. By some weird looking metal Men." Toph said.
"Drones. So Kuvira does have some of Mark's stuff to use." Sean said.
"Is that where she got it from?" Toph asked.
"Yeah. And if we're lucky it'll leave a trail." Sean said making him pull out a device hoping it would track them but nothing happened. "What the hell?" Sean asked.
"What is it?" Opal asked.
"Either Baatar upgraded the damn thing or something else is going on cause I can't track them." Sean said.
"Figures. Nothing is ever easy." Lin said.
"Bolin...Maybe you know something?" Opal asked making him look nervous.
"TALK!" Godzilla roared making him scream in fright while he chuckled lightly.
"I never get tired of that." Sean said.
"Theres a factory and reeducation facility not too far away." Bolin said.
"How in the hell do you even know that?" Toph asked.
"Bolin used to work for Kuvira." Opal said.
"Man he's always done some real dumb bullshit since I've first known him for 6 years. First he worked for the Triple threats because he needed money for the Pro bending tournament so he, Mako and Korra could play in the finals. Then he worked for Kuvira before trying to go rogue but failed before we found him and Varrick when Iacon was melted when Keizer died. Bottom line...He's an idiot." Sean said making her raise an eyebrow.
"Your the living reincarnation of Sokka if you do as much dumb shit as he did in my day." Toph said making Sean chuckle.
"Some things never change." Sean said before they went to Juicy.
"Grandma, this is juicy." Opal said.
"And I thought Appa was smelly. Why would you choose this leaky nasty thing?" Opal asked.
"You don't choose your Bison. He chooses you. And once he chooses you, you can't change. Believe me. I checked." Opal said.
"By the way Toph how does it feel knowing your Granddaughter is An airbender after all the times you teased Aang for being one?" Sean asked chuckling.
"Oh please you make it sound like I actually care about that. Family is family." Toph said.
"Yeah and yours has one major fucked up apple I believe the term is." Godzilla said.
"Not as much as you are." Toph said making his eyes twitch while Sean snickered.
'I hate her so much.' Godzilla said.
Later
Juicy was flying them over to where the detention area was at.
"So I see you two finally got back together. How'd that happen?" Toph asked.
"None of your business you old hag." Godzilla said making her scoff.
"Knock it off. Short version Zaheer sacrificed himself to revive both of us." Sean said.
"What do you mean both of you?" Toph asked.
"Mark poisoned him and then almost died had Zaheer not sacrificed himself to set off a nuke to revive both of them." Lin said.
"Oh. Honestly why you didn't kill him when you had the chance I'll never know." Toph said.
"I thought him serving a life sentence was more punishable. Besides now I know the truth about him being the one who started the war between Titans and Kaiju. So it served a purpose." Sean said.
"True enough." Toph said.
"By the way. You know your daughter tried to have me killed by the law because I hold Godzilla...Right?" Sean asked making said person glare.
"I know and I'm really annoyed by that." Toph said.
"I made a mistake like 7 years ago. Let it go." Lin said.
"And yet I haven't gotten an Apology." Sean teased.
"Do I look like I give apologies." Lin said.
"I don't think you're even capable of admitting your wrong about anything." Godzilla said making her scoff while Toph chuckled.
Soon they landed where they needed to be before they looked at the detention area fully upgraded.
"Mark's definitely been here and upgraded the place." Lin said.
However Godzilla snarled for some reason.
"Whats wrong with you?" Toph asked.
"Something...Feels wrong." Godzilla said angered.
"I don't know what it is about this place but I got a bad vibe." Sean said.
"Lets just get in and get out." Lin said.
Rushing to the storage area they had Toph metal bend an opening inside before she closed it.
"Whoa." Lin said seeing thousands of drones ready for battle.
"Looks like I was right. Mark did leave something behind." Sean said.
"But he couldn't conquer the entire world with these alone. Not with the Titans and Kaiju in the way." Opal said.
"And Kuvira only has whats here so she wouldn't be able to produce anymore of them." Lin said.
"Um guys." Bolin said in alarm.
"Not to mention these are all small." Sean said.
"Guys." Bolin whimpered.
"Well it doesn't..." Toph tried to say.
"WILL YOU IDIOTS LISTEN TO ME!" Bolin yelled in alarm shocking them by the outburst.
"What?" Sean asked before looking towards what he saw and widened his eyes.
"Oh my god." Opal said in alarm holding her mouth.
In front of them was the only remaining head of Keizer from his final form perfectly preserved.
"Keizer." Godzilla said snarling.
"What in the hell? I thought you two got rid of him?" Lin asked in shock.
"So did we. The heads on the right and left flew off before being burnt to ash. Or at least we thought." Sean said.
"I think I saw the left one fly out towards the ocean. The water must have saved it from being totally destroyed." Godzilla said.
"So...Kuvira and Baatar have it...What are they planning to do with it? They aren't gonna revive it are they?" Opal asked concerned.
"I don't think so. Kuvira's power hungry but not stupid. She knows reviving him would just repeat what Mark tried to do and I don't think she wants that." Sean said.
"Baatar did let me and Varrick escape with the ORCA so I don't think he wants a repeat." Bolin said.
Thats when the doors slowly opened up before they got into cover as Kuvira showed up along with Baatar.
"Run into any problems?" Kuvira asked.
"So far no. But what your asking is difficult with this...Head. It's been two years and the decay has been slow because we kept it in low temperatures. If its gonna be used in our main project we need to move slowly." Baatar said.
"I'm not asking for miracles I just want to know it can be done." Kuvira said.
"Another couple weeks and it'll be up and ready." Baatar said.
Thats when Kuvira turned her attention to Zhu Li.
"And the vines?" Kuvira said.
"We're still working on them but it should be finished soon. But I remind you that this is the first time in history they've been weaponized." Zhu Li said.
"Can you get it done?" Kuvira asked.
"Yes." Zhu Li said as they left.
"She's lying. She's not even trying to work with them." Toph said.
"Hmm." Sean said.
Soon they were back with Juicy.
"What the hell is she trying to pull? Why would she need Keizer's head of all things?" Opal asked.
"How are we supposed to know? For all we know she's trying to transfer whatever power is left into her main project." Sean said.
"It pisses me off that she even has that thing after all the damage it caused. I wanted him fully gone." Godzilla said enraged.
"Whats the big deal? It's just a head. Not like the thing can come back to life." Toph said.
"Maybe not but we don't know Keizer's full power since he was brought down so quick." Sean said.
"And I don't wanna know what else that alien can do." Godzilla said.
"Alien?" Toph asked in disbelief.
"Long story." Sean said.
Meanwhile
Korra laughed as she used airbending on Kyoshi who laughed before dropping into her mother's arms.
"You are just so brave. Yes you are." Korra said rubbing her nose with her's making her laugh before yawning making her smile as she held her close.
"You really are mother material." Asami said walking with her own daughter in her arms.
"What can I say? Six years of doing this made me a good one." Korra said as Kyoshi yawned in her arms making her smile softly.
"Yeah. Still getting used to the parenting thing but David knows what he's doing." Asami said as Alice yawned making her smile.
"So...How you doing since your dad gave up his life to stop Keizer?" Korra asked making her sigh.
"I just wished...I had talked to him sooner. All those things I said..." Asami tried to say.
"You had every right to say them and he would agree. But he made up for what he did by saving all of us." Korra said.
"I know. I'm just sad Alice has to grow up without any grandparents like yours do." Asami said as Yangchen in her carriage started babbling making Korra smile as she picked her up before putting Kyoshi down.
"Yeah. But at least they won't lose their parents." Korra said making Asami smile.
"True." Asami said.
"YOU!"
Both turned seeing Wu who was a complete mess with his clothes all torn and dirty and clearly hadn't bathed in some time.
"OH MY GOD!" Korra yelled covering her nose.
"What is wrong with you?" Asami asked in disgust.
"You ruined everything! I was meant to be a king! And Now I'm nothing but trash and homeless. I can't even access my family fortune!" Wu yelled.
"You did that to yourself and you would only be king till Godzilla came back. And you're so called fortune was taken from the people by force and then given back. So your broke anyway." Korra said making him gasp before trying to slap her but failed as she kicked him down hard. Thats when drones showed up and arrested him making him scream in rage.
"YOU RUINED MY LIFE!" Wu sobbed.
"What a spoiled man child." Asami said.
Meanwhile
While everyone in Kuvira's army was getting ready to see a test of some weapon Sean and the others were going to rescue where Suyin and her family were.
"According to my scans their underground being held above the ground to prevent them from using Earth bending." Sean said.
"Clever." Lin said before she started bending them downwards.
Arriving down they saw Suyin and her family in a wooden prison.
Thats when Suyin heard a familiar whistling making her look seeing Sean and the others.
"I would be willing to rescue you for some money." Sean said making her chuckle.
"You stole that from me 2 years ago." Toph said.
"Yeah fuck you." Sean said.
'Yup that sounds like her. I'm gonna smack her when this is done.' Godzilla said.
'You've tried that a million times and failed.' Sean said.
'Oh but this time I got a plan.' Godzilla said.
'Bullshit.' Sean said before using Waterbending to get to Suyin and her family.
"Now who would like to fly?" Sean asked in amusement.
Meanwhile
Kuvira and her troops were outside to see if what Baatar made was ready.
"So this will act as the engine?" Kuvira asked.
"Engine and so much more." Baatar said turning it on before it blew up. "You must be joking." Baatar said opening the hatch up. "Wait a second some of the pins are missing. Thats why it blew up." Baatar said.
"Wouldn't they have exploded inside?" Kuvira asked.
"No they were made from the same metal as the project." Baatar said making her frown before glaring at Zhu Li who gulped.
"What do you know about this?" Kuvira asked.
"Nothing I swear." Zhu Li said before the drones grabbed her and searched her finding the pins making her glare.
"You swore your loyalty to me." Kuvira said making her glare..
"You are a monster just as bad as Mark." Zhu Li said.
"I am not...I am nothing like Mark. I'm not trying to murder everyone who disagrees with me like he did." Kuvira said. (Bullshit)
"Says the woman who killed an entire village and enslaved others." Zhu Li said making her glare before drones took her away.
Opal saw all this and frowned.
Meanwhile
"Will you get moving already?" Sean asked Baatar Senior who was holding onto the cage.
"No...You go on ahead...I'll be fine." Baatar Senior said making Godzilla sigh.
"Ok old man you forced my hand." Godzilla said with a water hand grabbing him before throwing him making him scream as Bolin caught him.
"I'm beginning to see exactly why your mother doesn't like him all that well. What do you see in him if you're the warrior and he's the wimp?" Sean asked making Suyin shrug with a smile.
Heading up top Opal landed in front of them.
"Mom! Dad!" Opal said hugging them. "Thank you." Opal said to Bolin making him smile.
"We got what we came for. Let's get out of here." Lin said.
"Kuvira and Baatar caught Zhu Li and are gonna kill her." Opal said.
"Why?" Suyin asked.
"Because she was sabotaging everything." Opal said.
"Mmm. Well...We can't just leave her." Sean said.
'She did work for Varrick though so that gives us a reason.' Godzilla said making him snort in amusement.
"Ok Let me handle this." Sean said walking away.
Kuvira stood on a platform as Zhu Li who was tied up to a post had a small amount of drones ready to fire on her making her gulp.
"You should have just done what I told you Zhu Li. You might have lived longer." Kuvira said as the drones were about to fire.

Thats when they heard music on the speakers.
"What the?" Baatar asked before.
"YEEEEHAW!" Sean yelled using waterbending to slide past all of them before destroying the drones and freed Zhu Li.
"Kruger?" Zhu Li asked surprised.
"Hang on." Sean said as he blasted the drones easily with Atomic breath before slicing the platform apart making Kuvira and Baatar yell as they fell off.
"OUT OF THE WAY!" Godzilla yelled as they rushed past all the drones before Juicy came to them as Sean flew to him before getting on the back.
"KRUGER!" Kuvira roared.
"See ya!" Sean yelled laughing making her growl enraged.

Later
'I can't believe you convinced me to play that.' Sean said laughing as did Godzilla.
'I thought it was appropriate to play for a rescue.' Godzilla said.
"Thanks for rescuing us." Suyin said to Sean hugging him.
"Ah. Your an old friend Su I do anything." Sean said making her smile.
"Ok enough of the mushy stuff." Toph said before Godzilla took over and used his waterbending to keep him in the air.
"What is he doing?" Opal asked before Toph yelled as she was pushed down by Water.
"HA! As long as I'm in the air you can't SEE me! PAYBACK!" Godzilla said laughing.
"Ok I deserve that." Toph said before yelping as he smacked her with his tail.
"Ah sweet revenge." Godzilla said satisfied.
'I think you're enjoying this too much.' Sean said.
"These two have some serious issues." Opal said.
"Oh you have no idea." Suyin said as Godzilla started to actual beat Toph around for years of annoyance.
"Ok I get it." Toph said cracking her back like nothing happened.
"Ah that felt good." Godzilla said.
'Ok enough. Good lord.' Sean said.
Later
Korra smiled as she held Yangchen close while Kyoshi was asleep in her carriage while her oldest played.
Thats when Juicy landed before Sean got off.
"Daddy!" Hitomi yelled running to him and jumped into his arms making him laugh.
"Hey sweetheart." Sean said as Junior and Katara ran to him making him smile.
"You got them all back." Korra said seeing Suyin and her family.
"Yeah. Ran into Toph on the way there. And Godzilla had a fun time knocking her around." Sean said making her giggle. "But we have a problem. Get the others here." Sean said.
"Whats wrong?" Korra asked concerned.
"It's better if I explain it to everyone now." Sean said.
Soon enough everyone was at the Kruger Estate.
"So whats going on? What did you find?" Asami asked.
"Shortly before we rescued Suyin and her family. We managed to get into the storage area. There were thousands of drones maybe more. Mark no doubt made all these as a final contingency plan." Sean said.
"So she does have an army that could go head to head with the Earth Defense forces." Tenzin said.
"Yes...But thats not why I brought everyone here. She has something even worse." Sean said.
"What could be worse than that?" Korra asked.
"She has the only remaining head of Keizer." Sean said shocking them all.
"You mean the Alien Keizer?" David asked.
"Yeah. The head must have survived the final battle...And now Kuvira is gonna use it for something." Sean said.
"You gotta be kidding me? What is she trying to do? Revive the damn thing?" Reznov asked.
"Somehow I doubt it." Dawn said.
"So she has the head? Whats the most likely thing she would do with it?" Julia asked.
"The worse case is she would try to revive it." Lin said.
"I can't believe Baatar would go along with this." Suyin said more disappointed in her son.
"Love will do that to ya." Sarah said.
"It doesn't matter. But the fact is she has it and Baatar is building something. We'll find out soon enough." Sean said looking outside.
Meanwhile
Kuvira was outside one large hanger before Baatar walked to her.
"Should we move it? They know where we are." Baatar asked.
"Yeah. Move it to the second site. The head too. I don't them catching on to what we're making." Kuvira said looking a the large doors that contained her greatest project.
Authors Note: And with that Suyin and her family are safe. And now they know Kuvira has the only remaining head of Keizer in her possession. What is she planning I wonder? Is she attempting to revive it? Or does she have something more unique planned. You'll find out Next Chapter. Might take a while but I'll get it done soon. We're getting closer to the end and soon enough I can begin my next Legend of Korra crossover with Yugioh. Return of the Ancients. And believe me I have some special surprises in store for that one.
