Chapter 51 Clash of the Titans
Its been a couple weeks since Sean, Lin, Opal and Bolin along with Toph freed Suyin and her family from Kuvira who was holding them captive.
And since they learned Kuvira had the remains of Kezier for some project she had Baatar working on for some unknown reason.
This had made the entire world very uneasy with the final battle of Keizer still fresh in everyones minds of the devastation he had caused when Mark was still alive.
So everyone was gearing up for whatever was to come and prepare for all possibilities.
Right now though Sean was with his family in the estate.
Korra smiled as she kissed Kyoshi's forehead before placing her in her crib next to Yangchen who was asleep like her sister.
"You ok?" Sean asked walking to her.
"Yeah. I'm just worried about whats gonna happen. I thought after the battle at Iacon 2 years ago it would be the very last we saw of that thing." Korra said as she held Yangchen's little hand as she snored.
"Yeah...I know." Sean said before taking her out of the room and activated security.
Both were downstairs with the oldest watching a late night movie.
"Daddy?" Hitomi asked.
"Hmm?" Sean asked.
"Why is everyone nervous right now?" Hitomi asked making him frown looking at his wife.
"Um. It's complicated. All I can tell you is something we thought was gone is still around. And things might get kinda extreme soon." Sean said not telling her the full story.
"Is everything gonna be ok?" Katara asked making him smile.
"I promise everything is gonna be just fine. It just might seem a little scary is all. But we promise you'll all be fine." Sean said holding them close.
Next day
The family decided to visit Tenzin to relax a little before the final battle.
Thats when they noticed he and Jinora who held Tracy in her arms along with Turok looking around.
"What are you looking for?" Sean asked.
"Have either of you seen Kai lately? We can't seem to find him." Tenzin said.
"What the hell makes you think I care? He's not my problem. Although come to think of it I haven't seen Sarah at home and..." Sean trailed off before widening his eyes. (Uh Oh)
"What?" Korra asked before guessing what he was thinking. "Oh come on. Sarah's a very responsible woman." Korra said.
"She also just turned 16 while he turned 17." Sean said through grit teeth.
"Sean now lets..." Korra tried to say before he rushed off.
"Oh hell." Turok said laughing.
Sean ran through the spirit vines looking for his sister before he heard splashing making him growl.
'Oh this is gonna be fun.' Godzilla laughed.
Thats when Sean came to a clearing seeing the old waterfall seeing Kai in just shorts and his sister next to him in a one piece suit before she kissed him.
"BOY!" Sean yelled startling them.
"OH SHIT!" Kai yelled running as Sean turned into Godzilla and charged at him as Kai ran into a cave as Sean rammed into it trying to chomp on him.
"HEY!" Sarah yelled airbending him away. "What has gotten into you?" Sarah asked in disbelief.
"What did you two do?" Sean asked.
"Nothing. We just got here." Sarah said as Sean sniffed her. "Oh my god. Do you seriously think we had sex? Out here? You and Korra might have done that and had the twins but I don't do stuff like that unless I have a ring on my finger." Sarah said.
"That is so not ever gonna happen." Sean said.
"And why not?" Sarah asked annoyed.
"You think I'm gonna give him my blessings to marry you. NOPE!" Sean yelled.
"Technically David is the oldest so it would be up to him." Sarah said making him growl.
"What the fuck do you see in him? He used you over 5 years ago when he said he changed but lied about it." Sean said making Kai sigh seeing he wasn't gonna let that go.
"I guess myself...Making mistakes before actually learning from them." Sarah said making him snort.
"Well...I can't fault you for that one." Sean said about to leave.
"Sean, I'm old enough to make my own choices. I'm not a little girl anymore." Sarah said.
"Sarah, you're always gonna be my little sister. It's my job to look after you. Especially when it comes to you dating guys who I think aren't good enough." Sean said leaving.
"Your brother is never gonna approve of me is he?" Kai asked.
"Nope but I don't care." Sarah said.
Sean mumbled to himself as he walked back into Titan City.
'HAHAHAHA! That was the funniest thing I've seen since I beat up Toph.' Godzilla laughed.
"Whatever." Sean said as Korra landed next to him.
"So what happened?" Korra asked.
"Thankfully she's still pure." Sean said making her laugh.
"Sean, Kai has changed for the better because of her. Is it really that difficult for you to accept he's good for her now?" Korra asked.
"Uh let me think...Yeah." Sean said making her roll her eyes.
"You are so impossible. I can't wait to see how you react to when Dawn starts dating someone." Korra said.
"Dawn I don't have to worry about since she's capable of making better choices no matter how crazy she can be." Sean said making her laugh.
"And when Hitomi, Katara, Yangchen and Kyoshi start dating?" Korra teased making his eyes twitch.
"That ain't fucking happening." Sean said making her burst out laughing.
"Welp you're certainly the most overprotective brother and dad. I think you need some help to let go." Korra said.
"I am perfectly fine of accepting who the girls date. I just won't let it happen is all." Sean said making her giggle.
"You are so helpless." Korra said.
"Whatever." Sean said as they left.
Days later
The entire Earth Defense force was in Titan City ready for whatever Kuvira was up to and if Mark left anything else behind.
Right now Sean was on Airtemple island with his brothers.
"I say we have the strongest of the Titans up the front in the first line while the Kaiju are in the second." Turok said.
"Why not put them up front as cannon fodder?" Destroyah asked.
"We don't do that. If we start treating them like garbage we'll be right back to the old war all over again. I don't wan that." Godzilla said.
"Nor do I. I go with Turok's plan." Sean said.
"Ok. Then we put the tanks up the middle. Gotango will be leading the cruisers. Our drones will be on the ground up here." David said showing where to put them.
"Yeah. That'll work." Sean said.
"We still need to know what Kuvira needs Keizer's head for." Turok said.
"Thats why we came." Korra said walking in with Mako, Bolin and Asami.
"What are you talking about?" Sean asked.
"The four of us have been talking. We're gonna go where Kuvira was last seen and see if we can find out exactly what Kuvira is up to." Korra said.
"I don't think we need to do that. Our forces are getting into position and Iroh is placing them right now." Sean said.
"I know Iroh can go head to head with the ground forces and any cruisers she might have. But whatever Kuvira is up to we need to know right now before they get here. Otherwise we'll be going in blind." Korra said.
"Hmm. Ok." Sean said pulling up a screen showing exactly where Kuvira was last seen. "She might have moved whatever she had there but it's at least worth investigating." Sean said as she held his hands.
"I promise we'll be just fine." Korra said kissing him making him nod.
"Good luck." Sean said as they left.
"Don't worry they'll be fine. Odds are they're not even there." David said making him nod before heading back to the screen.
Later
Korra and the others on Oogi were flying to where Kuvira last was.
"So once we get there then what?" Asami asked.
"We head into the storage area and see if Keizer's head is still there. Burn thing to ash if we can. It'll at least put a dent on her plans." Korra said.
"And if we can't?" Mako asked.
"You know it's that negativity that keeps you single unlike the rest of us." Korra teased making Asami and Bolin snicker while he frowned at that.
"I'm serious here." Mako said.
"If we can't we can at least learn what she's up to." Korra said making him nod.
Thats when they came to a clearing.
"Uh guys?" Bolin said making them look seeing over tens of thousands of drones marching to Titan City.
"What the? What are they doing out here?" Asami asked.
"I think because of Zhu Li Kuvira decided to speed up her plans to attack Titan City." Korra said.
"Not just with drones. Look." Mako said looking ahead seeing hundreds of larger machines all of the same design.
"I think Sean called these Things Jaegers. They used these to fight the Kaiju during the war." Korra said. (All of them look like Obsidian Fury)
"This doesn't make any sense. None of these things have anything to do with Keizer. So what is she..." Mako tried to say before they heard louder thumping making them look.
Only to Widen their eyes seeing a new and far more advanced Mecha Godzilla that walked in the middle of the new Army. (Mecha Godzilla from Godzilla vs Kong. Picture it with the shoulder Laser cannons Mecha Godzilla 2 Had and the missile launchers the third had from Tokyo SOS on the arms)
"Oh you have got to be kidding me. Another one? Thats five." Korra said sick and tired of these things.
"Think Mark designed this one?" Mako asked.
"Nope. I'm thinking Baatar made this one from combining past versions. But how does Keizer's head fit into this?" Asami asked.
Inside the new Mecha Godzilla in the head were a small amount of technicians.
However that wasn't the only thing.
In the Center was Keizer's head but the skin was cut off leaving only the skull connected to a large amount of equipment.
And inside the Skull was Kuvira in a chair with some helmet on.
"Ma'am. We have a flying bison in sight." One of the techs said making her grin.
"The Avatar." Kuvira said.
Outside the new Mecha Godzilla looked directly at them before it's mouth started glowing.
"I think we need to MOVE!" Bolin yelled as Oogi flew off just as Mecha Godzilla fired a purple beam at them making them yell in shock.
"I think she's definitely finished her spirit weapon." Korra said as they flew off.
Kuvira seeing all this smirked.
"Their getting away. Shouldn't we go after them?" Baatar asked.
"No. Le them go. Theres nothing they can do now." Kuvira said.
Later
Sean sighed as he drank some water going over the plans for when suddenly Oogi dropped down.
"The hell?" Sean asked as they jumped down. "The hell you doing back so soon? Theres no way you got all that done so quick." Sean said.
"We have a problem. Kuvira and her entire army are on their way here. Along with her own Jaegers." Korra said.
"Ok. But thats not what has you on edge." Sean said.
"No. She's made a new Mecha Godzilla. This one is probably ten times more powerful than all the others." Korra said.
"Oh not again. I'm getting sick and tired of these things. Thanks a lot Sarah." Sean said shocking her.
"ME! What did I do?" Sarah asked.
"You fucking started this shit." Sean said making her pout.
"But why would they need Keizer's head for this thing?" Asami asked.
"Well." Varrick said getting their attention.
"You know something? Tell us." Sean said.
"You remember when Keizer turned into his three headed dragon form? I kept wondering how the heads worked so well together and I did a scan. I think the heads communicate telepathically. Thats how they worked together so efficiently." Varrick said.
"What does that have to do with this new Mech?" Mako asked.
"Everything. I think I see where he's going with this. Kuvira must be using the head to control the new Mecha Godzilla with her mind. Thats why she needed it. She wanted a new edge. This probably makes it easier to control since she can move everything at will in a second. Like the Jaegers but those require a two pilot system so it slows it down. The ones Mark made must be used by remote." Sean said.
"So she's using the head to fully control this new Mecha Godzilla at will unlike like the last three before Mark transferred his mind into the fourth one. Thats probably where she got the idea from but with less risk involved if she fails." David said.
"How far was she to the City?" Sean asked.
"I'd say 5 hours." Korra said.
"Good thing the City is already evacuated. David tell Iroh to get all our troops ready." Sean said.
"Got it." David said leaving.
"Every major event we have we always seem to fight another Mecha Godzilla. The one Raiko Made with Mark technically counts even though it was a different name." Korra said.
"True. But it's really getting annoying fighting these things so much. Now you see why Man was forbidden from making these kind of weapons? Cause they were afraid they would be misused like this. And that rule is gonna be enforced when this is over." Sean said.
"Good idea. I'm uh...Gonna check on the kids before she gets here." Korra said about to leave when Sean grabbed her arm and pulled her to him.
"It's gonna be ok." Sean said making her sigh as she held him close.
Later
Everything the Earth defense force had was right in front of the city. Both man, Titans and Kaiju were ready for Kuvira and her new machine army.
Sean and Korra stood in front of the others as did David and Turok.
Korra grasped Sean's hand making him squeeze gently making her smile.
"When this is over why don't we go down to the South for a while." Sean said making her nod.
"Yeah. I'd be nice to see my parents for a while. And the kids would love to see them." Korra said.
Thats when they felt the ground begin to shake before they looked ahead seeing Kuvira and her Mecha Godzilla making Sean narrow his eyes.
'These things are royally getting on my nerves worse than Keizer. And he's in there.' Godzilla said annoyed as it approached them along with the rest of her army.
"Oh fucking hell." Sean said before Godzilla took control and grew as Ghidorah and Destroyah took control. "Kuvira, Don't do anything stupid. Theres no reason for us to actually fight." Godzilla said trying to avoid a war.
"Oh yes there is. The Titans are done leading humanity since you hold us back from true greatness. It's time for us to start leading ourselves again." Kuvira said.
"You call 30,000 years of pointless war greatness? Millions of lives lost in all that time over one pointless war to the next that held no true meaning?" Godzilla asked.
"That won't ever happen again. But you're in the way. I don't plan to eradicate the Titans like Mark and Raiko wanted for dumb pointless reasons since if other Titans like Keizer show up I know we'll need the Titans to stop them. But you will never lead us again." Kuvira said.
"Stand down and turn back." Godzilla warned.
"I don't think you realize the power I now Control. Let me show you." Kuvira said as her Mecha Godzilla powered up about to blast the City.
"OH NO YOU DON'T!" Gamera roared as he powered up before blasting her making her fire in the air before falling backwards.
"ATTACK!" Ichi roared as the Titans and Kaiju roared as they charged at Kuvira's army making a violent clash.

Godzilla roared as he charged right at Kuvira who got up before smacking his tail at her before her cannons started blasting him making him growl as he punched her away before charging her down.
Ghidorah roared as he blasted several of the Jaegers down with his lightning before one tried to attack him from behind but got punched down by a few Kaiju.
'Never once did I imagine we would be fighting side by side.' David said.
'We know the feeling.' Ichi said as they continued to attack.
Destroyah roared as he blasted several Jaegers down before his tail pierced one of them in the chest before it exploded before getting attacked by flying drones making him roar loudly.
Zilla roared as he fought against one Jaeger before looking up and widened his eyes seeing a Mecha version of himself.
"You didn't think the new Mecha Godzilla was the only thing I had made did you?" Baatar mocked making him roar before attacking his metal counterpart. (Just picture him like Cyber Zilla but all metal)
Yonggary roared as he fought against several Jaegers before a couple Kaiju flew down and destroyed more.
Korra roared as she made several Lava Serpents that roared before attacking the drones on the ground with ease.
Godzilla roared before blasting Kuvira with Atomic breath making her growl before her main powered up and created a shockwave that sent Godzilla and his army backwards.
'Fighting out here in the open isn't gonna work. As much as I hate it we need to bring this into the City to make this fair.' Godzilla said.
'Yup.' Sean said.
"Into the City!" Godzilla yelled as his forces pulled back to the City.
"You can run but you can't hide." Kuvira said grinning.

Everyone had regrouped into Asami's workshop.
"Ok that thing is clearly more dangerous than I thought. This one is more powerful than all the others." Sean said.
"Zhu Li did you even know anything about that thing?" Korra asked.
"No. Baatar kept that project top secret from everyone but Kuvira." Zhu Li said.
"I didn't even think Baatar could even make something like that." Suyin said disappointed.
"Guess Baatar Jr. Is a better inventor than I thought. Don't tell him I said that." Varrick said annoyed.
"Will you fucking shut up." Sean said annoyed.
"Hold on thats it." Korra said getting his attention. "If Baatar Jr Built it I bet He'll know how to take it down." Korra said.
"Yeah. That makes perfect sense." Sean said making her grin.
"I say we capture him and make him talk." Korra said.
"David, Turok. Get him here right now. Whatever it takes." Sean said making them grin.
Minutes later
Baatar Jr. Grunted as he was thrown into a chair before glaring at everyone.
"You've made a terrible mistake. Once Kuvira finds out I'm missing, you're all done for." Baatar said before groaning as Sean punched him.
"You make it sound like I fucking care. Now you are gonna tell us how to shut that thing down Or I'm gonna kill you." Sean said making him scoff.
"In front of my family. Please. I know an empty threat when I see one." Baatar said.
"It's not an empty threat." Suyin said shocking him. "Your not part of this family anymore. You broke every sacred principle we had. And for what? A woman? I couldn't be more disappointed in you." Suyin said.
"So they don't give a shit about what I do to you. And I'm not squeamish when it comes to torture if it saves more lives. So..." Sean trailed off as he snapped a finger making Baatar scream in pain. "Talk!" Sean yelled.
"Mother...You can't possibly approve this." Baatar said.
"I'm not your mother anymore. You lost that right." Suyin said.
"All I want is for mankind to lead itself like in our City! Is that so wrong!" Baatar yelled.
"Kong is the only one who lets people lead itself since he trains them. But the others don't share that view because Humanity is easily corruptible. Want proof? Sozin, Ozai, Azula, Tarrlok, The White Lotus, Unalaq, Raiko, The Earth Queen and her son, Kuvira, Mark...And now you." Sean said making him widen his eyes. "Man kind had 30,000 years to lead itself the right way and at every fucking corner they fucked up. War, Death, Slavery, Genocide, Lies, False promises, Self interests, Greed, Cruelty. Do I need to fucking go on?" Sean asked making him let out a shuddering breath.
"You betrayed your entire family for a woman. And let Mark's words cloud your judgment. You say The Titans blocked new technology because he said so. But they only ever blocked all of his inventions because they were all flawed and rushed." David said glaring at him.
"What do you mean flawed?" Baatar asked concerned.
"That Instant teleportation device. I know you've been using it." Sean said.
"Not me. Kuvira has." Baatar said.
"Has she been experiencing sudden pain at random times?" Sean asked.
"I...Yes. What does have to do with it?" Baatar asked.
"The device uses radiation to power it up. And the more someone goes through it the more exposed to Radiation they are. Humans can't stay around that stuff for long. Otherwise they become infected and start showing signs like the pain she's currently in. The pain is only the first. Soon she'll die because of that device." Sean said horrifying him.
"But...He said it was safe." Baatar said.
"It wasn't. This is why all his projects are always shut down. He rushes them all so carelessly without approval." Sean said.
"So did you but you always got approved!" Baatar yelled.
"True...But I always made sure to work carefully on my projects. And made sure there were no risks involved so no one would ever get hurt. We both did things without approval but for different reasons. He did what he did for power and fame. I did it for the people and to make life better. And he used my invention to bring the Kaiju here to start the war and did with a sick smile on his face. And you fucking believed everything he told you." Sean said making his eyes widen in horror seeing he was right.
"Oh my god." Baatar said in horror.
"Baatar. Tell us how to stop that thing...Before it's too late." Sean said.
"I..." Baatar tried to say.
"Uh guys?" Mako said in alarm making them look seeing Mecha Godzilla preparing to blast them.
"How did she know we were here?" Asami asked.
"Who cares? RUN!" Sean yelled as they rushed off just as Kuvira fired at the factory making it explode.
Inside Kuvira took off her helmet before sighing.
"Sorry Baatar but I can't hold back. Not even for you." Kuvira said before groaning in pain as she held her chest before grabbing some medication and consumed it making her sigh in relief before putting the helmet back on.
In the rubble however it began to move as Ghidorah shielded them from that attack.
"That was close." San said as everyone got out.
"Nice work." Sean said as Suyin and Lin dragged Baatar out who was out cold.
Tenzin and Turok quickly flew up a building before seeing a hundred drones heading right towards them with a Jaeger in tow.
Only for the later to get attacked by a couple Kaiju.
"Against them they are a major ass pain. Fighting with us they are a great support." Turok said as they came down.
"Drones are heading straight for us." Tenzin said.
"Great. David lets go." Sean said as they rushed off.
"As long as Kuvira has this new Mecha our chances of winning this without high casualties are low." Asami said.
"Yeah and Baatar is the only one who knows how to handle that thing and he's out cold." Reznov said.
"We can manage to hold it off until he wakes up. We can beat her if we actually try." Korra said.
"Well, you guys are gonna have to fight her on the ground. She just blew up our factory with all our hummingbird suits." Varrick said.
"Not all of them. There are the prototypes back at my office. If we can get those ready to fly, we'll at least be able to offer a little extra air support." Asami said.
"Ok. Take Baatar back to your office and try to wake him up. The rest of us..." Korra tried to say before a drone head landed next to her making her smirk. "Are gonna keep Kuvira and her Mecha Godzilla busy until then." Korra said as Sean dropped down next to her.
"Sounds like a plan." Sean said.
Kuvira continued to move through the City before spotting Zilla fighting his metal half making her grin before the spirit weapon powered up in the mouth.
Only for a familiar tail to smack into her.
"WHAT!" Kuvira yelled as Godzilla roared at her before breathing Atomic breath at her to force her back.
Destroyah was behind a building she was behind before his tail slashed through it before pushing it down.
"LOOK OUT BELOW!" Destroyah yelled making her look and gasped as it came tumbling down hard.
'I feel bad we're destroying the city after it got rebuilt 6 years ago.' Sean said.
'It'll be easily repaired once this war is over.' Godzilla said as Kuvira came out and her Mecha roared in rage. 'Ok that sound is disturbing.' Godzilla said.
Meanwhile
Suyin was watching over Baatar before he came to.
"Mother?" Baatar asked before she walked to him. "What have I done?" Baatar asked.
"Honey what would posses you to do all these horrible things?" Suyin asked.
"I did it because Kuvira asked me to. I thought she loved me. But she just tossed me aside like I was nothing. After everything I did. Everything I sacrificed. My home...My family. You were right to disown me. I don't deserve any of that." Baatar said as she held him.
"Wing and Wei might not forgive you so easily. Opal will be the hardest. But in time you can earn their forgiveness." Suyin said. "As for me...I might have said those things but in truth I can never really mean them. You're my son. No matter what." Suyin said as he sobbed as she held him.
Meanwhile
Godzilla and Mecha Godzilla continued to fight before she fired rockets at him but he dodged.
"I'm really getting sick and tired of these things!" Godzilla said annoyed before smacking his tail into her before Kong slammed his axe into her several times before pulling off one of the rocket launchers making her growl.
Thats when cruisers began firing on her which blinded her from the combined attacks.
"ENOUGH!" Kuvira roared before crating another shockblast forcing them back.
"Is it me or those getting stronger with each blast?" Kong asked.
"Nope. Their getting stronger. I think the more she uses it the stronger the blasts get." Godzilla said before a couple buildings fell on her again making her roar.
"As long as we keep her busy we'll be fine." Kong said before they charged at her again.
Meanwhile
Varrick, Asami and Zhu-Li were at Asami's office trying to get the last two suits working.
"All right. Let's fire it up again." Varrick said as they tried to fly it and it did take off before going crazy.
"I can't stabilize it. I thought you fixed the Hydraulics." Asami said flying off.
"I did! Twist harder!" Varrick yelled.
"OH FUCK!" Asami yelled as they crashed. "Why am I not surprised something you made does this?" Asami asked before Mako rushed in.
"We have Heavy drones on their way here." Mako said
"I know how to take down some drones, And it just might take down that new Mecha Godzilla, too! Asami, disconnect anything electrical in here until we get back. Zhu Li, let's go." Varrick said as the two rushed off.
Meanwhile
Godzilla roared as he and Kuvira continued to fight before he bit the other Rocket Launcher off making her roar before her laser cannons blasted him into a building before it came tumbling down on them.
"Ow." Godzilla said annoyed before getting out before seeing several Jaegers approaching him making him growl before they shut down alone with all the drones.
"Hmm?" Zilla asked touching his Metal Counter part before a Kaiju ripped it in half.
"What just happened?" The Kaiju asked.
"EMP. Electrical Magnetic pulse. I can only assume Varrick is responsible for this." Godzilla said before Mecha Godzilla powered up again. "Hold her off. We need to plan our next move out." Godzilla said as Sean took control before he and Korra rushed off while Kong roared at Mecha Godzilla.
Meanwhile
"Varrick, how come your electro-thingy shut down the drones and Jaegers but not the new Mecha Godzilla?" Bolin asked.
"Its called an EMP an..." Varrick tried to say.
"Electro magnetic pulse. We know. Those have existed for thousands of years." Sean said.
"Oh." Varrick said disappointed
"Because it's powered with spirit vine energy. I'm sorry. I wish I could help you, but it's unstoppable. Kuvira had me do everything to make it that way to beat all of you." Baatar said.
"It's not."
Thats when a white Mist appeared before Hitomi appeared.
"Hitomi? How?" Sarah tried to ask.
"Oh I'm the strangest thing you've all seen?" Hitomi asked amused.
"You know how to defeat this thing?" Korra asked.
"No. But someone does." Hitomi said before someone else appeared from the mist.
"Dad?" Asami asked seeing her father again.
"Hello Asami." Hiroshi said.
"King Godzilla is allowing this short visit to help you all. So make it count." Hitomi said.
"You know how to defeat this new Mecha Godzilla?" Sean asked.
"You must act like an Infection: Break the skin and attack the vital organs. Disconnect the heart and the brain, and this beast cannot live." Hiroshi said.
"But how are we supposed to get inside?" Korra asked.
"This Mecha Godzilla is made from the same metal as the last four. It's like Platinum but stronger." Sean said.
"Future industries had plasma saws for cutting platinum. If the metal is the same it should still work. And if you can get it on these new Mecha Suits..." Hiroshi tried to say.
"But the saws are way too big. We'd never get the suits off the ground." Asami said.
"Not completely true. Use the Matrix and you can make anything possible." Sean said before Dawn pulled it out of her shirt.
"You had that with you?" Korra asked.
"Couldn't risk Kuvira getting her hands on it. And the safest hands are our own." Dawn said.
"So we use the Matrix to make those saws and put them on the Mecha Suits and land on it." Sean said.
"Like a Metal mosquito." Asami said.
"You know what happens when a Mosquito lands on me? I squash them." Varrick said.
"Like we're about to do you if you don't shut up." Sean said making him sulk. "So all we gotta do is keep Kuvira busy long enough for someone in the suits to cut through the metal." Sean said.
"How long would that take?" Korra asked.
"Best guess is at least a minute." Hiroshi said before he slowly began to vanish as did Hitomi.
"Dad." Asami tried to say.
"You don't need to say anything Asami. I am so proud of you. And I know you'll pull through this...All of you." Hiroshi said as they vanished.
"Hmm. Let's get to work." Sean said.
While Dawn was using the Matrix to make the saws they needed Sean was resting against a wall with a sigh.
"You ok?" Korra asked sitting next to him.
"Yeah. Honestly I'm sick of this shit. In the 30,000 years I've lived I've never fought so much as I have in last 7 years since you went to Republic City before Titan City came back." Sean said.
"I'll bet. What were those days like? Before we met?" Korra asked making him chuckle lightly.
"Um...I mostly slept for a majority of them. Until I discovered the Avatar during the 10th generation. I trained every single one of them after that. They made life easier during those years...And here I not only trained you but married you and have five beautiful kids." Sean said making her smile kissing him.
"Life works in strange ways I believe you once said." Korra said.
"Yeah. But all those years I blamed myself for thinking I was responsible for bringing the Kaiju here when Mark was the one who did all that. Looking back I feel like a fool." Sean said.
"Well, Think of it this way. Because of all that you became a better man. Who I fell in love with. Who made me who I am today." Korra said making him nod.
"Yeah." Sean said before the building shook.
"Kuvira is heading right for us." Mako said making Sean sigh as he stood up.
'Lets get this over with.' Godzilla said as Sean cracked his neck.
Kuvira continued to walk through the city heading for Future industries with a grin as she was about to fire her cannons.
Only for Godzilla's tail to destroy them.
"WHAT!" Kuvira roared before Godzilla roared at her making her growl.
Thats when Dagon blasted her with Atomic breath making her crash into a building.
"So much for your major upgrades." Dagon mocked making her growl before blasting him with her spirit weapon making him fly into a building out cold.
Godzilla roared before charging at her before smacking his tail into her making her growl as she tried to fend him off before Ghidorah wrapped his heads around her before blasting her with lightning making her growl.
Destroyah roared before ramming his horn into her left arm making her roar in pain.
"BACK OFF!" Kuvira yelled blasting them back with another shockwave stronger than before making buildings crumble.
"Ok now this is getting really annoying." Godzilla said before his spikes glowed as she powered up the spirit weapon before they both blasted each other creating a massive shockwave that made almost every building crumble apart.
"Whoa." Kuvira said in shock at such power.
"Seems we're evenly matched." Godzilla said before she started powering up again.
Only for Kong to jump on her from behind and roared before Godzilla breathed Atomic breath on his axe making it glow before he smashed it into the arm.
"GET OFF!" Kuvira roared before the tail smacked him off making him grunt.
Thats when Korra flew in before making dozens of Serpents of Water, Fire, Earth, Lava, Metal and Ice that roared at Kuvira making her gasp in shock.
"Take this!" Korra yelled as they all attacked her making her growl as she was soon restrained from moving.
Thats when Varrick and Asami flew in on the new Mecha Suits with the torches and landed on the legs before they began to cut through.
Korra quickly summoned a massive wave of water before making it dash at Mecha Godzilla and froze him in place making Kuvira growl in rage.
"Nice work." Godzilla said making her smile as Sean took control and shrunk down next to her.
Kuvira was trying desperately to move but she was stuck in place real good.
"Nice going. As long as she's stuck like that she can't stop them." Seam said before Kong charged at Mecha Godzilla.
"Uh what is he doing?" Korra asked alarmed.
"Don't worry I know what he's gonna do." Godzilla said before Kong reached into the mouth before pulling out the spirit cannon before throwing it into the wilds.
"NO!" Kuvira roared before Asami and Varrick cut through.
"Your all clear you guys!" Varrick yelled.
"Bolin, Mako. You two are with us. Suyin keep an eye out here incase she moves again. Though I very much doubt it its better to be safe than sorry." Sean said.
"Don't worry I can handle that. You just get in there and stop her." Suyin said as they rushed in.
Meanwhile
Rodan roared as he destroyed several cruisers in the air before one of the Jaegers jumped on him.
'Shake him off!' Dawn yelled as he did a spin forcing it off before it landed next to Kaiju who tore it to pieces easily.
Mothra screeched as she used her wings to blow back a large number of drones before Biollante used her vines to crush them.
Orga roared before slamming his large hands into the Jaegers before more Kaiju jumped on them and tore them apart.
Togera roared as he breathed green atomic breath on a swarm of flying drones easily melting them.
"This is taking too long!" Battra yelled as he blew back several drones.
"Give them more time." Mothra said.
Inside the Giant
Kuvira growled as she took off her helmet since her giant couldn't move with it fully locked up.
"I don't fucking believe this." Kuvira said enraged before gasping as she held her chest in pain again before injecting a pain killer inside her.
Thats when the hatch was busted opened before Korra flew in before knocking out the techs before Godzilla in Sean's body came out and tried too blast her before looking at Keizer's skull.
"When I'm through with you I'll make sure THAT is never seen again!" Godzilla yelled charging at her as Korra airbended her into a wall making her grunt as she growled using metal bending on them but they easily dodged.
Godzilla roared as he turned into his form and smacked his tail into her before Korra metal bended the walls at her making her dodge but still got hit making her growl as she tried to hit them but in her current condition it was proving to be difficult.
Down below
Mako and Bolin took out the guards before heading to the spirit vines seeing it was what was charging everything.
"Pull the levers!" Mako said as they both did so but nothing happened.
"Kuvira must have done some override thing!" Bolin said.
"Theres got to be something else we can do to shut this new Mecha down. You spent a lot of time with Varrick and Jr. Didn't you pick up a few things?" Mako asked.
"Look the only thing I know is these things explode when you mess with them. We found that when Varrick first tried to harness them" Bolin said.
Mako narrowed his eyes before looking at the very large spirit vine.
"Get those engineers out of here. I have an idea." Mako said.
"What exactly are you gonna do?" Bolin asked.
"I'm gonna zap these vines with some electricity." Mako said.
"I don't think you exactly heard me. That will make the vines explode." Bolin said.
"Exactly. This is our only way of shutting this thing down and then Kuvira will be at a major disadvantage." Mako said.
"But..." Bolin tried to say.
"Don't argue with me just go." Mako said.
Up top
Godzilla roared as he fought against Kuvira with Korra before she jumped off top of her as she punched her down hard making her grunt in pain before Godzilla smacked his tail into her hard making her cough up blood.
Thats when Godzilla's spikes began to glow before blasting her with Atomic breath but she dodged as it hit one of the computers making it explode making him roar loudly.
"You won't win like this Kuvira. Your outmatch and in no condition to fight us." Korra said.
"SHUT UP!" Kuvira roared as she tried to slash her.
Outside
Kong roared as he smashed his axe into several Jaegers before one tried to attack him from behind but Congar tore off the head.
Space Godzilla roared as he blasted several Jaegers back with orange lightning before making crystals from the ground and blasted them back.
Megaguirus screeched as he flew at high speeds destroying several Jaegers before he landed.
"This isn't getting us anywhere!" Baragon yelled slamming into one of the Jaegers as Zilla tore through another.
"Hold them off a little longer!" King Caesar yelled.
Inside
Mako after Bolin got everyone else out started to blast the spirit vines with lightning making it start to glow brightly as everything started overloading.
Thats when it blasted his arm making a burn as he yelled before he got blasted down near the hatch.
Fortunately Bolin came back and pulled him down before anything real serious happened.
Up top
Kuvira grunted as she was thrown into a wall before Sean and Korra stood over her.
"It's over Kuvira." Sean said before multiple explosions occurred all over the place making them widen their eyes as the core suddenly exploded making multiple explosions throughout the giant Mecha.
Sean pulled out his Sword before stabbing it down as he held his Wife close.
"AHHHHHH!" Korra screamed as the Mecha crashed.
Mako and Bolin survived but were out cold.
Making a small hole with his sword Sean dragged Kuvira outside with Korra next to him before he dropped her.
"It's over Kuvira. Just give up and..." Korra tried to say before Kuvira used Earth bending on her making her yell as she flew into a wall.
"Korra!" Sean yelled rushing to her as Kuvira ran off.
"I'm fine. Don't let her get away." Korra said.
"Stay here." Sean said as he rushed after her.
Kuvira arrived outside into the spirit wilds.
"GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE! THIS MADNESS NOW!" Sean roared chasing her.
Kuvira came to a clearing and widened her eyes before grinning.
"If you really want it to end, then come and get me!" Kuvira yelled out making Sean follow as he arrived in the forest before growling seeing Kuvira's weapon. "Now it's over!' Kuvira yelled firing it but Godzilla took over and smacked it away making her gasp in shock.
"Thats not gonna work. STAND DOWN!" Godzilla roared.
Thats when the forest started to glow before spinning Kuvira around.
"KUVIRA SHUT IT DOWN NOW!" Godzilla yelled which she did try to do.
"I CAN'T!" Kuvira yelled before she was thrown off making her grunt before looking up and gasped seeing her weapon coming right at her.
Thats when Godzilla got in the way before his spikes began to glow before blasting it with Atomic breath.
This in turn made a bright flash of light before a bright explosion occurred.
Korra managed to get up and saw this making her gasp before she took cover from the blast.
Thats when it got sucked in before a bright flash of light occurred as a bright light ascended into the skies.
Korra coming out of hiding saw this and widened her eyes.
"Oh my god. A new spirit portal." Korra said before rushing to it to find her husband before she came to the portal.
"Sean? SEAN!" Korra yelled.
Meanwhile
Sean floated in the air with his eyes closed.
'Oi wake up! We're not done.' Godzilla said making him open his eyes seeing himself in blue energy before looking ahead seeing himself in purple before it turned into Kuvira making him raise an eyebrow before they landed as he caught.
Kuvira opened her eyes seeing him and gasped as she got away before groaning as she held her chest.
"Where...Are we? Are we dead?" Kuvira asked.
"Hardly. We're in the spirit world. If I had to guess your cannon combined with the spirit vines outside blew open a new portal." Sean said making her look at him.
"Why would you save me? After everything I've done." Kuvira asked.
"You know...I think in a way we're a lot alike." Sean said making her scoff.
"You and I are nothing alike." Kuvira said.
"No? We both did things without the permission of our superiors cause we both believed in what we were doing. Only difference between us is I wasn't selfish. I did everything to make peoples lives better in my era. You did what you did for yourself." Sean said.
"Thats not true. I did everything to make people see the potential they had. The Titans only hold us back." Kuvira said.
"Really? So humanity is full of greatness by themselves? People like Sozin, Ozai, Azula, Tarrlok, Unalaq, Raiko, The Queen and her Son, Mark and you are all full of perfect greatness?" Sean asked making her frown looking away. "Have you seriously bought Mark's pathetic lies you forgot everything Kong taught you when he came back?" Sean asked.
"He told me the Titans shut down all of his projects. Like that teleportation one I've been using." Kuvira said.
"Uh huh. And where do you think all that pain your experiencing came from?" Sean asked making her blink.
"What are you talking about?" Kuvira asked.
"That teleportation invention has a flaw. It's powered by radiation. The more people are exposed to it the more infected they become. Your clearly in the final stages of the infection. Thats why your experiencing all that sudden and random pain." Sean said shocking her.
"But...He said..." Kuvira tried to say.
"Everything Mark made was completely flawed and he didn't care. His projects were the only ones shut down by the Titans cause of the risks involved. He didn't even care if his inventions killed innocent people or any of his actions." Sean said making her look away as he sat down. "When I was growing up the Human race very rarely ever experienced problems like the days of Republic City. And when those problems did begin to start it was quickly fixed in minutes. Thats how effective Godzilla and the Titans are. Humans not so much." Sean said.
"You can't seriously tell me you never wanted man to lead man once in your life." Kuvira said.
"Nope. Not once. When you think your way is better compared to a flawless system its a plan of disaster. Humanity in the 30,000 years has only caused suffering and death. And honestly when your version of greatness involves slavery and genocide...How is that greatness?" Sean asked making her sigh.
"What have I done?" Kuvira asked.
"You may have intended to do good things when you started out but either you let all that power go to your head...Or you let Mark's words corrupt your purpose and became what you are now." Sean said making her nod. "So the question you need to ask is this? Who are you? And what kind of person do you want to be?" Sean asked making her close her eyes.
Meanwhile
Korra was looking for Sean when Suyin and the others rushed to her.
"Korra, Wheres Sean?" Suyin asked.
"I don't know...I..." Korra tried to say before the spirits began to appear.
"The Spirits have returned." Tenzin said before they looked to the portal seeing Sean and Kuvira come out.
"There they are." Turok said before Korra rushed to her husband before pulling him into a hug making him smile.
"I'm ok." Sean said.
"Suyin." Kuvira said getting her attention. "I am so sorry...For everything. I lost sight of everything...And became no better than Mark and the others." Kuvira said with her head down making her sigh.
Thats when Kong stood over them.
"I am sorry. For everything." Kuvira said as she felt one of his large fingers on her cheek.
"I know. Perhaps...There is still hope for you." Kong said making her sob as Suyin held her.
"Lets get the hell out of here." Sean said as they left.
At the site of Mecha Godzilla everything was quiet.
Inside however the equipment around Keizer's head started powering up.
Outside the red eyes started flickering on and off.
