-1 Chapter 6 : Kareena and the Human InuYasha

Also, I have yet to find a good spot to put a lemon, so it will stay T for awhile.(I am still writing 22 but I am becoming bored with writing it. don't worry though, I will finish it…eventually.)

Sniff, sniff, sniff.

"Her trail tells me she went to the spring. Oh, I hope she has clothes on. Although, when I first met her she had no clothes on she at least covered up." InuYasha murmured to himself.

He arrived at the spring and saw Kareena sleeping in the water, obviously trying to relax and forget.

She looks so peaceful and sweet. hmm, I probably shouldn't be looking at her naked. InuYasha mind-spoke to himself.(Good boy InuYasha, good boy. Don't look at nude women without their permission…hah, so very clean minded, maybe I should change that.)

He leaped off towards the hut and sighed. He had no idea a female hanyou could be so much trouble.

When Kareena arrived back, she snuck-unnoticed by Kaede-to her hut. She moved the curtain and saw InuYasha waiting for her.

He obviously cares for me, or else he wouldn't have waited all this time to see me. How sweet. she thought.

"So you've been waiting for me InuYasha, how caring and loving of you." Kareena said teasingly.

"What? I didn't even notice you." InuYasha spoke innocently and calmly.

"Amazing your not yelling at me for running away. even though I did have a good reason, you were being quite rude to me."

"I just, didn't have a good time with Koga. He's a stupid mangy wolf th-"

"I understand your frustration, but you had no right to take it out on me." she interrupted.

Kareena walked over to where InuYasha was and sat down next to him. She looked at him with determination in her eyes.

"You know, you are fairly difficult to deal with. Even my ex was easier."

She could see the amber flames in InuYasha's eyes. To make him calm down she thought of something.

"Wh-what are you doing?" InuYasha stuttered

"I'm giving you a friendly hug to calm you down. I could see the flames in your eyes when I told you that Koga was easier to deal with. You must understand, though Koga was easier to deal with you are more kawaii."

Kareena backed off and looked at5 InuYasha's blushing face. she smiled and InuYasha just looked at her puzzled. He blinked twice and got up.

"Where are you going, InuYasha?" Kareena asked, confused.

"Somewhere."

Kareena sighed and looked at the ground trying to think of what she might have done wrong to make him leave.

That night InuYasha didn't come back, even for dinner. Kareena started to worry, it was a moonless night and he was missing.

InuYasha's stomach growled and he let out a moan.

"Man, I'm hungry. I wish I didn't have to become a useless human."

InuYasha got up and decided to move closer to the camp, not realizing that Kareena would pick up his scent.

Kareena was lying on her roof when InuYasha's smell ran past her nose. She stood up and faced the direction that it was coming from.

"So, he's coming back. that's good, I was getting worried about him."

A sigh of hope escaped her and she looked into the stars before deciding to go meet InuYasha.

Kareena ran towards the source of the smell until a figure was in sight. She jumped into the tree above him but he didn't notice. Looking closer, she noticed that he had black hair and human ears. Silently, she got down from the tree and snuck closer to InuYasha. When she rested her hand on his shoulder, he jumped forward and twisted around to face her.

"Hello InuYasha." Kareena smiled.

"Kareena! How did you find me?" InuYasha asked loudly.

"Your scent hit at me while I was resting on my roof, so I decided to come see you." Kareena looked down and blushed "I was worried about you, InuYasha."

"You were, worried about me? Why?" InuYasha asked, surprised that she even cared for him.

"You never came back to eat, and speaking of it, I brought you some ramen. Its still pretty warm."

InuYasha's amber eyes lit up.

"Ah man, you brought ramen! Yes!"

InuYasha's stomach growled and he looked at it, then at Kareena.

"Here's the ramen."

She pulled out of her shirt, a box of dejuiced noodles. He just stared at her with that 'you expect me to eat that?' look on his face. (yes, they had NO juice in them. Just to make it so the perverts like me understand. I am not a lesbo by the way, so don't take it the wrong way. In fact, I like to imagine myself as the character I create. If it is female of course.)

"Gomen, it was the only way to keep it warm. don't worry the noodles themselves never touched my skin, I swear." Kareena tried to reassure InuYasha.

She handed the box to InuYasha and sat down. He just watched her before sitting next to her. InuYasha had just began to eat his ramen when Kareena spoke up again.

"So, you lose your powers on the new moon, huh InuYasha? I loose mine on the night before the quarter moon, which is tomorrow night." (gomen if I got that wrong, I don't have one of those nifty posters that tell you the lunar cycle.)

InuYasha looked up from his food and gave her the 'whatever' look. She smiled and directed her gaze back up at the stars. After a few minutes passed she got up and stretched.

"Well, I'll see you back at the hut. I'm tired. Goodnight InuYasha."

"Oh, so your not going to stay here with me?" InuYasha whined playfully.

Kareena smiled and shook her head as she jumped into the tree and went back home.

A/N: I just got $90 from my dad. Yeehee for me! Okay, this is the deal that we have with our father. Each A is worth $20, each B is worth $10, C is neutral, D is -$10, and F avoids all money and you get grounded immediately. Yes, I am talking about school grades. The most amount of money I can get from my dad is $120. I am keeping all of my money so I can go to Japan when I get to the age of 18. But, getting off that topic, the new story that I will post…eventually, is about InuYasha as he blends in with the humans to go to school. He has been doing this all his life and other demons do it as well. Miroku and him are known as the outcasts of the high school and there are two new students in their class. Yes, one is Sango but the other one is my own character. Obviously, I am not a big fan of Kagome, even though I read many stories about her. Anyway, her name is Kealdra (Keel-dra) and she is a- oh you will never guess, but yes she is a fox demon. One of her biggest secrets lie on her old employments that she had in America. To her they were not very decent and she shows no pride in working for them. But, they were the best paying jobs she could find, since she is 17 and her parents died on her. Kealdra is at first very intimidating and flirty with some of the boys around her. (first person she flirts with…Miroku.) the teacher, on her first day, asks her what her old job was and she tells him that it is none of their business and that it is very private. Later on that day she told InuYasha what it was and then something happens to make it so everyone in the immediate vicinity knows. You will have to read it to find out more. The story is called "The New Arrival" and I am still writing it so it may be a while before I start posting. Please read and review!
