Pisces Villa
—
The Villa was in chaos, maids and butlers running around like a headless chicken. The reason for such anarchy was the unexpecting, and once in a decade, the Emperor of the Holy Britannian Empire was making a visit to the Mel Britannia household, in a few hours' time.
However, the members of the named family were sitting in the garden enjoying the air with their family friends, the Zevons. The garden wasn't that nice and was quite small, but with the Villa in chaos with maids going around cleaning absolutely everything, and the butlers doing the same, the Mel Britannia family would rather not be in the middle of that.
Empress-Consort Flora Mel Britannia took a sip of her red wine, as she watched her oldest daughter, Marrybell, playing a game of chess with Oldrin Zevon. The empress was a beauty with bright shoulder-length scarlet red hair and sapphire blue eyes.
Beside her enjoying the same drink as she was the Lady of the Zevon Family, and former Knight of the Round, Olivia Zevon. The lady has short blonde hair and emerald green eyes.
"So Flora." The voice of Olivia broke Flora from the game. "Who do you think is winning?" The lady was also watching the game as her daughter went up against the princess. From her perspective the game was pretty even, with both girls still having their queen, one rook, and both of their bishops, however where Marrybell had three pawns, Oldrin had a knight and two pawns.
"Hmm? That is a good question, Olivia." Her friend finally responded, and they watched as the princess took a pawn with one of her own. "But I must say that from who controls the centre… Marrybell is losing."
The two nodded and just continued watching the game as they took sips from their drinks. Even though Oldrin came by every day, it was quite rare for the two older women to enjoy their time together. Normally Lady Zevon was busy with her slowly growing Knightmare company, and couldn't stay longer than a few minutes.
But now that she was here, having the next few days off, Olivia was going to spend it with Flora. However, that wasn't the only reason why she was here, for she also came by to see Marianne vi Britannia, who was also coming here with her royal children.
The two former round knights grew remarkably close, with both being open with each other, and revealing things that they normally wouldn't. And seeing the Flash again after years would make the lady's day even better.
Flora noticed her friend being in her thoughts and went back to watching her daughter play chess with her friend. The empress wasn't much for the game, but she did know that it had its value and that some of Britannia's greatest strategists were regular players of the game.
So she wasn't against her daughter playing the game, and if the mother knew the secondary reason, she wouldn't even fight against it, for Flora wanted what was best for her children.
Flora was taken from her thoughts by laughter and looked towards the source of the sound. There she found her youngest daughter, Euliya, playing with Olivia's son, Orpheus. The two grew close once they laid eyes on each other. They were almost inseparable, always off playing together, laughing, and having a great time together.
The same could be said about Marrybell and Oldrin, however, they were normally off playing chess, or talking in whispers. But over the last few years, Flora has taken notice of a difference when they were off to play at the vi Britannia's Villa. Both girls got a tiny bit more active and they weren't that quiet.
Flora mel Britannia sighed as she got to her feet, putting her glass of wine down onto the table beside her. "I must see how the preparations are going." She said looking over to Olivia and noticed that the blonde-haired lady nodded. "I won't be that long."
Lady Zevon nodded again looking towards the empress consort with a smile. "When you come back, bring another bottle of that wine you have." Olivia noticed a small smile forming on her friend's face.
"Of course," Flora said leaving her to watch the kids, that in all honesty didn't need to be watched. Olivia sighed and took another sip of her wine.

2 Hours Later
—
Lelouch watched as the Pisces Villa came into, from the limo he was in. It was his first time visiting the Mel Britannia's Villa, and in all honesty, the Villa was bigger than he imagined.
With him in the limousine was his father, mother, and sister. However they weren't alone, for behind and in front there were three more armoured and armed vehicles, all ready to protect the Emperor and the Vi Britannia family.
To be honest, Lelouch didn't know why they were doing this. For the past few days his father has been taking him to visit his siblings, and their home, starting with the Eu Britannia, and today was the last, and to Lelouch's joy, it was the Mel Britannia's.
However, that didn't mean he wanted to do this. What the prince wanted to do was stay at the Aries Villa to talk with Kaguya and enjoy the company she brought to the Villa.
Thinking of the little princess made Lelouch thankful that she wasn't alone at the Villa. With her were three Japanese maids, and one of them was a shinobi that quickly grew to be a trusted and loved member of the household, and the same went for the political hostage. Even though she was in the heart of the empire that took her home from her, she hasn't even made a sign of betraying them.
Another thing he'd rather do was spend time with his betrothed. Since the news of their future marriage, the two started spending more time together. They would spend hours talking about their days, and what happened. And soon Lelouch found himself putting a lot of trust in his friend.
"Lelouch." The prince was taken from his thoughts by his mother calling his name. That was when he noticed they had finally arrived at the Pieces Villa. "Are you okay? You seemed to be out of it?"
The young prince smiled and nodded. "I'm fine, mother. I was just thinking about Milly, Kaguya, and Sayoko. But I promise you I am fine." Lelouch finished looking up to her, and he swore he saw a flash he was oh so familiar with.
They finally came to a stop, and after a few seconds of waiting, their door opened to find the Mel Britannia family waiting for them at the front door, with their servants bowing waiting for them, and further away closer to the Villa, Lelouch took notice of the Zevon Family also standing there.
Marrybell was standing beside her mother, with her sister on the other side of the woman. The older princess didn't know what took over her as she watched as the Emperor got out of the limo, with the Vi Britannias.
The princess never imagined a day to see the emperor visiting the Pieces Villa, and most of all, Marrybell never thought she would find herself welcoming Lelouch to her home.
Normally she would be going to the Aries Villa for a visit, with her sister, and their best friends beside them. But now he was here with Empress Marianne and Princess Nunnally. But what confused her the most was why was her father here.
It was no secret to the rest of the royal family that Lelouch was the emperor's favourite, and the man barely ever visits his other children. In Marrybell's opinion, the emperor was a cold man that loved few and didn't care about the rest. So just to hear that the man was visiting his children was confusing to her.
But that didn't stop the princess from showing the respect he deserved, and as the emperor made his way towards them, with the Vi Britannias behind him, Marrybell gave a small bow which was followed by Euliya.
"Your Majesty." Marrybell heard her mother say out loud, also giving a small bow. "I welcome you to the Pieces Villa." The woman finished standing straight once more.
The princesses followed, and the oldest watched as her father went to speak. However, that stopped when another voice spoke up, this one belonging to the other empress. "Flora!" Marrybell looked to the Flash and watched as the woman made to embrace the scarlet-haired empress. "It's so good to see you! Let's go for a walk with Olivia. I have so much to talk about." The empress then dragged her mother away towards Lady Zevon.
Charles released a sigh at his love's antics and looked to Marrybell who quickly regained what was happening and bowed to him. "Your Majesty, if you follow me, I'll lead you to the gardens." The girl stood straight and turned around. "I have to apologize but our garden isn't as beautiful as the Aries Villa's one, but I hope it will satisfy your needs." The Mel Britannia heiress said.
The emperor nodded and followed, taking notice of his other daughter following beside the older sister. Slowly they made their way to the garden, and like the girl said it wasn't as beautiful as the one at the Aries'. But it would work for what he planned.
"Marrybell." He called out the girl's name, taking notice that she was trying to make her way towards the Zevon daughter. "When your mother returns along with Marianne, we are going to need to have a talk about your future. I expect you to be there." The girl nodded, and Charles only looked back to his favourite children and called out. "Lelouch with me."
"Yes, Your Majesty." The boy responded and went to follow. Charles then watched as Nunnally went to join her sisters.

Hours Later
—
Lelouch released a sigh as he finally got the time to sit down, he spent the last two hours walking with his father, talking about the empire and future plans. Don't get him wrong he enjoyed it but the prince just wanted to relax.
So now Lelouch found himself playing the white side, and Marrybell was his opponent. The older sibling then moved his pawn, putting a smile onto the girl's face as she did the same. From there the two royals continued playing a friendly game together.
"Have you visited Cornelia, and Euphie yet?" Lelouch looked up to Oldrin, who was the one who asked the question. He knew that she was trying to help Marrybell by distracting him.
"Yes." He answered and looked back to the board, and took his sister's bishop with a knight. "Cornelia was the same, mothering me around, making sure nothing was wrong, and that I was in perfect health." He sighed again moving another of his pawns. "Like I don't already have to deal with my mother every time I come back from training with Jerry."
Both girls laughed at his misery, making the prince once again release a tired sigh. He then went back to the game with his sister. Within three turns she was in checkmate, and with a shake of their hands, the pinkette swapped out with her friend, and once the board was made up, the two shook hands and the game started once again with Lelouch playing white.
"What about Euphie? Does she still have a thing for you?" Marrybell asked right off the bat, hoping it would help Oldrin, for she was facing a greater opponent than herself and she would need it.
She watched as the prince released a sigh again, and she giggled at the number of times he has done that within the last minutes. "Yes. She is starting to get on my nerves if I'm, to be honest." He said moving a knight. "She's still proclaiming that she will be my wife, and how we will make little monsters. It's almost like she completely forgot that I'm betrothed to Milly,"
The pinked haired princess nodded and watched as the game continued. "Well, it's not uncommon for princes to have more than one wife. Just look at father, he has one-hundred-and-eight consorts, and before being named emperor he had twenty."
Lelouch shook his head. "I don't want that. He barely loves any of them. I'd rather marry for love and keep it as such." Marrybell watched as he looked towards the man who was sitting down with their mother. "I also don't want to become emperor. I'm too far down the line to be named Emperor of the Britannian Empire. My bet, it will be Schneizel who will become the next emperor."
The two girls then looked at him and saw that he was completely serious. Marrybell shook her head and said. "For all the smarts you have, you sure are dumb sometimes," She grinned. "Lulu."
The reaction was immediate. "Don't call me that!" The prince said, looking up to her. The immediate response was laughter from both girls. Lelouch let out a tired and worn-out breath. "Let me guess, Milly?" Both girls nodded with mirthful joy all over their faces. "Damn that girl."
However, their joy was cut off when the booming voice of the emperor. "Marrybell you are needed." They all looked towards the man who was making his way into the Villa with both empresses, and Lady Zevon.
Marrybell felt a cold sweat take over and looked towards her friend and brother. "Well, I must get going." She watched as Oldrin nodded, and she saw that her best friend was nervous for her.
But what shocked her was Lelouch's reaction, for he leaned forward and took her hand that was closest to him. "You need not worry, Marrybell." A small smile dawned on his face. "It might not show now, but when you go to him, his attitude will change. He respects you and knows your worth. He won't do anything that you might hate." Marrybell was hesitant to accept or believe what he said, however that stopped when he gave the princess' hand a little squeeze. "You can trust me. I live with the man. I've been at his side for six hours a day for the last two years, and he tells me things that he wouldn't tell any other."
The Mel Britannia heiress looked in his violet eyes and saw the honesty and trust flowing in them. "Are you sure?" She asked him with a shaky voice. He nodded, squeezing her hand once more. This time Marrybell felt heat flowing to her cheeks as she finally felt the heat flowing off of his hands onto hers. "O… okay… I trust you, Lelouch."
Lelouch smiled at her and took his hand off hers, and watched as she made her way towards the emperor. After a few seconds, he looked back to the game and saw the worry on Oldrin's face. "Don't worry, nothing bad will come of Marrybell." He said to assure her.
The blonde te nodded and smiled. "Of course." She then gestured to him. "It's your move." She said smiling. Oldrin already knew she was going to lose the game but as of right now, the boy in front of her was the only reason why she was able to calm down. "Do you know why the Emperor has called for Marrybell?"
She watched as the prince moved his queen, and shook his head. "No. Father is open with me but he doesn't tell me what he plans for my siblings." He smiled. "But he has said that Marrybell is one of his favourites."
Oldrin nodded, and the two went on with their game, within seconds she soon found herself in checkmate. The two started up another game and this time Nunnally, Euliya, and Orpheus joined in on her side. The two older siblings smiled and as the game went on Marrybell joined in on Oldrin's side, but like many others, the group found themselves at a loss, and soon a checkmate was called out.

Aries Villa
—
Lelouch yawned as he got up from his bed, and looked at the clock beside him. '2:53.' He said to himself as he grabbed his nightgown and went to the kitchen. The prince woke up with a want to eat something and listened to his body.
As he made his way down to the kitchen he enjoyed the silence his home had at night. Normally it was filled with laughter and sounds of people moving about, but now it was quiet with the only noise being his footsteps.
Lelouch yawned as he made his way down the stairs. Looking around he finally took notice of the kitchen lights already being on. Frowning his eyes quietly moved towards the room, keeping an ear out for any sound, and heard two voices, one familiar, and the other not but a bell rang in his head that made him feel like the prince should know the owner.
Releasing a breath feeling like the two voices weren't a threat, he slowly turned the corner in the kitchen. Lelouch looked to see Anya Alstreim sitting at the table eating a slice of pizza.
Lelouch was fairly fond of the pinkette. She was one of his mother's students and a great one at that. Not only that but she was also smarter than anyone else her age, and the prince bet that if he was going to a school she would be beside him the whole way. Anya was a friend to the family and a close friend of Lelouch.
However, what took his attention was the other occupant in the room. A tall waist long lime green-haired woman with golden eyes. In her hand was a slice of pizza and in the other was the plushy Cheese-Kun.
Lelouch glared at the woman. "Who are you and why are you here?" He asked. The woman was giving off an aura the prince just couldn't understand, and he felt threatened by it.
The woman looked at him and he watched as a small smile appeared. "Ahhh it seems we have finally met, Boy." She finished taking a bit of the pizza in her hand, finishing it off and grabbing another. "To answer your questions. I'll leave that for the morning. Now that you know of my existence, Marianne or Charles will tell you who I am." Lelouch watched as the woman looked at Anya. "Well, I'll be seeing you another time, girl."
Anya nodded, eating the pizza she had in hand. The prince watched as the mysterious woman left the kitchen, and once she was gone Lelouch looked to her friend. "Anya, do you know who that is?" The pinkette shook her head and took another bite of the fast food in her hands.
Lelouch looked towards where the woman left and stared at it. 'Mother and Father know about her, but never told me. Why is that?' He said to himself and before he could think any more on that topic the kitchen was filled with the sound of his stomach making its presence known.
The prince felt a small blush take over, and he looked to his friend, only to find her smiling with the looks of laughter in her eyes. "So my Prince is hungry." She slides the box of Pizza Hut towards him. "You can have a slice if that fills you."
Lelouch nodded and joined her at the table taking a slice and starting up a conversation with Anya about this and that and how they were doing, and before long Lelouch felt tiredness slowly took over and excused himself, hoping to see the girl again soon.

Well, that's it for this chapter. Let me know what you think about in the reviews.
Lancelot: I've decided to give the Lancelot to Oldrin. Here is my reason. In canon, she has the variant Lancelot called the Lancelot Grail, and then the Lancelot HighGrail. Yes, Jeremiah was supposed to get the Z-01 in canon but I have a Knightmare in mind for him.
Harem: There will be no more than 8 members, and we already know that Milly will be a part of it.
Now Lelouch's Royal Guard… I need name suggestions. The names I have thought of are all from Warhammer 40k. Some being Emperor's Champions, and Imperial Fists. And if I'm, to be honest, I'd rather not take it from the Warhammer universe. So let me know if you have any suggestions.
Still looking for an editor and reader. If you are interested please PM me.
Warning the next chapter will probably be in two weeks. Why? Well, I want to finish up another of my stories, and then start another one up. I also want to release a few more one-shots. So that will be the reason why it will take two weeks. I apologize.
Now onto the surprise scene for a future chapter.

7 Years Later - Area 14 - Islands of Oceania
—
Marrybell couldn't believe her eyes. 'H… How could this happen?' She asked herself as she looked through the window of a hospital in the newly named Area 14.
Beside her was Oldrin, who was wearing her Knightmare uniform. But this time it was covered in blood, just like her but to the blonde, it was all over her right, and Marrybell had it all over her left side. It wasn't their blood, but the blood of the person who is currently having a piece of a Knightmare frame being logged out of his gut.
Marrybell watched in horror as blood shot out from the wound, and as doctors immediately put pressure onto the wound. 'How could this happen? How?' She placed a hand over her mouth as she felt herself wanting to gag. At the sight.
She looked to her friend and Knight of Honor and watched as a stray tear fell from her eye. "I… I'm sorry…" From there whatever she wanted to say only came out as mumbled sounds that were followed by more tears.
The princess embraced her best friend, not caring about the blood getting all over her. She looked back into the room and watched as the clothes of the injured were removed, showing more blood than she could ever imagine seeing on a person.
Looking away as the windows darkened, the only thing going through her mind is what she will put into the report to her father, the Emperor of the Holy Britannian Empire. But one thing she did know was that he isn't going to be happy, and don't even get her started on the mother. All hell is going to break loose if Marianne vi Britannia gets news that her son, Lelouch vi Britannia, has most likely lost his life.

Hope you enjoyed that! Let me know in the reviews as well.
Next Chapter: Lelouch turns 12, and one day in, he is already being sent out to the military academy, where he will make new friends and find some surprises there waiting for him.
