The Prison Realm. The ultimate prison of the Jujutsu world. The one thing that could be used to take him out of the picture… had worked.

Gojo Satoru had been sealed for an indefinite amount of time. He could do nothing but wait until someone else got him out of this place. He was trapped in a pocket dimension.

Or at least that is what he thought he was trapped in. The thing is, nobody truly knows what's inside the Prison Realm. The only thing known about it is that once something goes in, it never comes back out. But all that was just speculation, found in the old texts Gojo had studied.

In reality, though, the Prison Realm was more like a gateway than anything else. A gateway to different realities, different versions of the one that has been trapped within.

So, when Gojo blinks he finds himself not in the Prison Realm, but a playground. His eyes are burning and his head hurting so much that he wants to pull his hair out.

And after a long time… Gojo Satoru lets out a yell of pain before his world turned black.

When Gojo woke up, he felt something cold covering his eyes as he was lying down on something soft. When he touched the object, he felt like it was a wet towel. He got up and removed it from his face.

The first thing that shocked him is that he was a child once again. The only difference seems to be that he is wearing a simple t-shirt and shorts instead of a kimono. He gulps but decides to get to that issue after he had figured out his current location. He saw a dry towel kept on a nearby table along with some bandages.

He quickly wiped the excess liquid from his face and wrapped his eyes with the bandages. Instinctively, he reached out with six eyes to sense any cursed energy nearby but found no trace of it. He looked around and realized he is probably in a clinic, with the white bed and surrounded by a curtain.

He gets off the bed and stumbles a little, not used to his suddenly small height. He walks out of the curtain and sees two people sitting on chairs in the middle of the room.

One of them is a guy with blond hair and blue eyes. He's wearing a pair of black pants and a blue shirt. A white coat is draped over the chair he was occupying, and Gojo could see a stethoscope kept on a nearby table. The person was most likely a doctor.

The second person is a woman, who Satoru immediately recognizes as his mother. It was weird seeing her wear something other than Kimono. She had a very worried look on her face and her eyes were tearing up. They both hadn't noticed that he had come out of the curtain and was standing there.

A nurse came in with some papers in her hands and handed them to the doctor and then left the room. The doctor roof a few minutes to read each paper intently. It seemed to be some kind of report. Finally, the doctor looked up and smiled at his mother.

"It seems there is nothing to worry about," he said as he placed the papers on a nearby table. "Our assumption about it being a quirk manifestation was correct."

Quirk? What's that? Gojo thought as he listened attentively.

"The scans of your son's brain and eyes show that they have changed quite a bit. This is most likely to adapt his body for his quirk." the doctor continued.

"Um, d-do you know what the quirk might be, doctor?" Gojo's mother asked with a voice full of concern. When her son had suddenly screamed and blacked out at the park, she almost had a heart attack.

"By looking at the scans, we can definitively say that the quirk has something to do with his eyes and brain. We have had some other cases with similar developments which usually turn out to be quirks that enhance the user's senses." the doctor explained.

"Also, with the changes to his brain, we can conclude that along with enhanced perception, he will also have a higher processing power. There could be other things, so I would advise you to bring him to our clinic once a week-" the doctor stopped as he saw Gojo standing there. Gojo's other also saw him and immediately rushed over.

She fussed over him for a few seconds, before finally sighing in relief. "Sweetie, why do you have bandages wrapped around your eyes?" she asked him. Before he could answer, the doctor answered for him.

"Actually that might be a good idea. Children who manifest sensory quirks, often feel a bit overwhelmed at the beginning and tend to use things like blindfolds and ear-plugs, at least at the beginning." The doctor explained. Gojo slowly nodded at that and said that he just needed something to cover his eyes.

"Also, people with perception quirks can normally still somewhat visualize their surroundings, even when their eyes are covered." the doctor said, already trying to figure out specifics about his patient's quirk.

With nothing else to do, Gojo just goes along with the situation. "I can see everything clearly," he said, seemingly looking into the doctor's eyes. They did a few tests to determine the extent of Gojo's perception. The doctor was amazed as he had never seen a perception quirk this powerful.

The mother-son duo left the clinic after the tests. In the car, his mother kissed his forehead and made him promise to tell her if anything changes. For some reason, he went along with it.

His mother had brought him home and put him in the bed so he could rest. She told him not to take the bandages off from his eyes without asking her. He agreed. Not like planned to take them off anyway. At least not until he had his blindfold with him. Now that he was alone and could think clearly, his mind went into overdrive.

Where was he? Was this a hallucination brought about by the prison realm? Was it another cursed spirit? Was he dead and this was the afterlife?

Question after question kept piling up in his mind, but he couldn't answer any of them. On top of all this, he had memories from his childhood. But they weren't his. It was as if he had reincarnated in another body with his memories intact. Like his spirit was transported or something.

Then it suddenly clicks in his mind. Transported.

He remembered a scripture about which he had read a very long time ago. The Prison Realm was created around the time that Sukuna was in power. Most of the records from that time have been lost to time. Only one book remained, which he had seen only once. He had looked at one of the pages about the prison realm and remembered reading something about alternate realities.

Is that what happened? Had he been transported into an alternate version of himself? Was this just like the isekai anime he loved so much?

The only way to find out would be to wait and watch. And that is exactly what he would do.

He is five years old now. It has been a year since he was… transported to a different world. Yes, he is definitely in a different world. He can't sense any cursed energy, even with six eyes. Also, from what he could tell through the memories of his childhood in this world, there were these things called quirks which were special powers that approximately 80 percent of the world had.

He also concluded that Six Eyes and Limitless, which he still had, were not quirks, but the original techniques from his world. The only problem was that due to the lack of cursed energy in his surroundings, Six Eyes became less accurate.

But of course, he is the Gojo Satoru, the most powerful Jujutsu sorcerer. So, he figured out a solution to that pretty quickly.

He realized that every quirk has a distinct energy. Even two fire quirks that may look similar, have different energies. All Gojo had to do was replace his ability to sense cursed energy with the ability to sense this quirk energy and he was all set.

He also replaced the bandages with his usual blindfold. It was easy as all he had to do was find a black-colored piece of cloth.

Now all he had to do was figure out what he was going to do here. In a way, he had a second chance at life, a very different one, but still.

He decided he would think about that later. His first priority is getting back to the level of strength he was at in the previous world. He would have to do it alone, as he couldn't rely on this version of his parents for training. Also, he was pretty sure that they would not allow him to train at the young age of five.

He would figure it out somehow. First, he would have to check how far he needs to get in order to reach his prime. It would certainly be difficult without any training partners, but it would also be kind of easy as he just had to repeat what he did in the previous world.

At least he had nice parents. That is not to say that his previous ones were bad or anything. But he guessed that the lack of responsibility of being a member of a famous clan probably made them less serious.

He was ten years old now. He was getting strong really fast. He estimated he would reach his previous strength around the time of high school.

It was certainly a relief when he realized he could use the reversed cursed techniques right off the bat. The last time, he had to almost die to figure it out. Good thing he doesn't have to do that again.

Another thing he found out, was that no matter what world there is out there, the higher-ups will always be scum. The only difference is that before, it was the jujutsu world, and now it was the HPSC.

Honestly, he doesn't even need to look that deep. All he had to do was watch a few interviews, read a few articles and that's it. Apparently, they had a program where they trained young children to be heroes. Or at least that is what they claimed. Gojo knew that they most likely just force the children to train if anything.

At least now he knew that his goal hasn't changed. He still needs to reform the HPSC, just like he was going to do with the jujutsu world. Through education. Because no matter the world, they would probably not like it if he just killed the higher-ups, no matter how much easier that would be.

Also, he could tell that many people probably viewed heroism as a business and not a duty. They use it as a means to earn money and fame. That also needs to change. Gojo had a plan. It was very simple and easy to execute(at least for him). The plan consisted of the following:

1. Go to a hero school.

2. Become a hero in the top 10( number one if possible) to gain influence.

3. Become a teacher at a hero school and teach students who could definitely make a change.

It would take some time, but as long as he put his mind to it, it would work. Because he was Gojo Satoru… the strongest.

He was in his last year of middle school now. Only one year left until he had to go to high school. His parents had just called him down to the living room to talk about something.

"Satoru… you are now in your last year of middle school…" his mother started and looked at his father, who coughed into his hand before speaking.

"Yes, so, and your mother believe that it is time for you to seriously pick a career to follow. Do you have anything in mind?" his father finished as they both looked at him expectantly.

Gojo raised an eyebrow behind his blindfold. Why were they asking him this? Didn't they know that he was going to a hero school?

Then it clicked in his mind. He hadn't actually told them that he was going to be a hero. Whenever they asked him about his goals he always just said that he had it figured out and left it at that. Well, better late than never.

"I am going to be a hero!" he said nonchalantly. His parents' reactions were ones he expected. Maybe this was why he hadn't told them. They looked at him with concern. It was expected since he hadn't told them about his powers. They still thought he had a perception quirk or something.

"A-are you sure, son? It is a dangerous job and you don't really have the right… quirk for it." his mother said with concern and his father nodded at her words.

"It'll be fine mom. Besides, if everyone thinks like that, then eventually we would run out of heroes." Gojo assured with a smile.

After some more convincing, they both agreed to it on the condition that he would give it his all. Now the only thing left was to select the school.

Eventually, he narrowed his list of hero schools down to three. The ones on his list were considered the best in the country when it came to educating future heroes. These were UA, Shiketsu High School, and Ketsubutsu Academy. It didn't really matter which one he chose because he was Gojo Satoru and he could make it into any of them.

UA was obviously on the list because of its reputation. Top heroes like All Might and Endeavour had graduated from there. If Satoru wants to be a top hero, then going to UA would help him achieve that easily. It would also help if he is able to form connections with some of the heroes that work there.

Shiketsu was on the list because of its reputation as UA's rival school. From the information that he could find on the internet about the school, it was considered equal to UA but had a much stricter learning system.

Ketsubutsu was on the list because it was the closest one of the three. Also, it was considered the best after UA and Shiketsu.

Which one should I go for? He asked himself mentally. He was going to an actual high school for the first time, so he wanted to pick a school he actually liked.

He decided to just attend the entrance exams for all three of the schools. That way he could actually see them in person which would make deciding a lot easier.

Yes, that's what he would do.
