The Mummy returns or some shit
Standing before Max with Aranea, the two stood in wait while Max scanned the mutated Cattle while Ben and Gwen were looking at the cows in slight horror.
"Yep, it's Corrodium alright" standing up from the cow as it slept quietly, Ken spoke.
"Anyway to track the Thep Khufan in case he's looking for more?" turning to Ken with a nod, the four began to head back to the trailer, with Ken ordering a quick pack up of the camping gear.
Setting off after the Rust Bucket, Aranea sat beside Ken in the truck.
"So, any idea on where the other minerals are?" sparing a glance to Aranea as she ate a cherry bar, Ken frowned before looking to the road.
"Nope, I guess we follow Max" seeing her nod, she ate in silence before holding a bar to Ken who took it with a nod.
"So, we're hunting a alien Mummy?" turning to Hope as she poked her head into the truck, Ken spoke.
"A Thep Khufan to be precise" seeing Hope turn to him, she hummed.
"Will you need magical defense" seeing the two share a look, Ken nodded.
"You come too when we get to where we're going" nodding as she left to pack her gear.
The truck found itself outside the Digby Dairy factory.
"Oh hey, can we possibly take a couple of boxes!?" giving Aranea a smile, the hopeful mother blushed at the charming smile Ken was giving her, climbing out, Ken spoke.
"I'll try and snag ten boxes" seeing her smile brightly, Hope climbed out with Lupa following her.
Sneaking past the sleeping guard alongside Max and the kids, the old man lead them inside to the cooling chambers, the device in Max's hand sparking before powering down.
"I'd say there's a big chunk of Corrodium buried right beneath the Concrete" turning to those gathered Ken spoke while moving to the railings.
"Alright, if we're lucky the Thep Khufan hasn't caught up yet" turning to Max and the others, Ken spoke.
"Let's set a trap, Lupa I want you in close quarters if it tries to counter sever any fingers or limbs usuable, Hope if you have spells that protect you from any form of radiation, use it on yourself and the others, Gwen I need you to help her channel magic, Kevin coat yourself in Concrete" moving to Ben as he stood at attention, Ken brought out a Gauntlet like glove fit for a right hand.
"It's a prototype so be sure to be careful" handing the toy to ben it extend to his shoulder with a glow vibrating from its exhaust points.
"What's this thing?" turning to Ken as he dialed for Anubis, he smirked.
"Doomfist" with that they moved into hiding places, with Ken hanging above the Concrete as Anubis, Ben had hid beside Kevin with a suit Max had brought called a level ten Hazmat suit, with Ken shrugging at the replacement which gave Hope and Gwen extra protection when needed.
Looking to his left to see Lupa clinging to the ceiling in silence. It was the lights flickering that showed the Thep Khufan's arrival.
Freezing in place as the Thep Khufan looked to the concrete calmly, it rose two fabric tendrils before plunging them into the ground, tossing aside a large slab of concrete, Ken began to count down before falling.
Making the Thep Khufan turn to get blindside by a kick that sent it towards Lupa who bit onto it's arms, glaring into each others eyes, the Thep Khufan spoke.
"Traitor" snarling as the two began to struggle, Kevin and Ben came out of hiding with kevin making his right arm larger as he stood to its right while Ben stood to it's left.
Priming the jet at his elbow, Ben grinned as it flew forward with Kevin rushing in.
Both fists colliding into the Thep Khufan's head that became misshaped from the double blow, a third sending it back into a trap made by both Hope and Gwen, sending the Thep Khufan twirling in place until Ken threw his right arm down, leaving a crater from his strike, the Thep Khufan gave a groan before it suddenly shot towards the Corrodium.
Snatching it up while moving towards Hope and Gwen, Ken landed between them with the Thep Khufan reeling back from a right cross. Ken followed with a barrage of strikes, Lupa increasing the tempo until Ken spotted the Peanut shredder behind the mummy.
Sending a head butt into's its damaged headpiece, it gave a glare before both ken and Lupa struck, sending it sliding while Ben threw strawberry flavoured foam, making it slip onto it's stomach until Ken spotted another idea.
Flashing green the Mummy looked up in confusion as it was coated by Marshmellow mix and shredded peanut.
Making it roar in rage as it got up to attack Ben and Kevin until it heard Ken's voice.
"Hey, Imhotep wannabe!?" turning to the syntheisized voice, Mechaware stood in the form of a Liquid Nitrogen machine… with a cannon formed to aim at the Mummy whose stood for with a sag in it's shoulders as it was hit with an ice cold ray.
Freezing solid in seconds while moving back to flee.
If only that worked.
"Damn, talk about an ice addiction" melting off of the machine to flash back to his human form, Ken went to approach if not for him to spot several crates of ice cream.
Smiling at the sight, Ken turned back to the others as they cheered, just as a security guard waked into the factory.
"Whose there!?"
"Alien exterminators!" was all Ken said as his armor covered his identity just in time as the Guard shown a flash light towards him, then the Mummy that made him scream and faint…
Well that was anticlimactic.
