Giving a moan as the sun light peeked through the curtained window, Aqua green eyes opened annoyingly as a Olive skinned hand rubbed the sleep form the eyes. The girl gave a yawn as she shifted to lay on her back, only for a weight to make her frown as she turned her head, showing her last nights partner, or partners as she spotted another white-haired girl cuddling up against the lone male of the threesome.
The girl gave a gentle smile before she curled up against the black-haired teen who held her in his sleep.
Enjoying the silence as the morning moved by…
flinching away from the memory as The sounds of an alarm rang out with Hylee Bell looking to her empty bed with her hands reaching for an empty space. Her eyes frowned sadly as she moved herself to sit up. Sighing as she shifted to the side of her bed. Haylee Bells stared at the wheelchair waiting for her to start her day.
Wincing as she forced open a door awkwardly, Haylee rolled through her home as her mother stood in the Kitchen, she smiled softly as her mother turned to her.
"Morning, little Mako"
"Morning Mamma"
Watching her mother set the [late of pancakes for her, Haylee thanked her mother who leaned on the table with a brighter smile.
"You ready for today?" smiling at her mother, Haylee Nodded knowingly as she ran a hand over her… paralyzed legs.
Closing her eyes to the phantom pains. She sighed as she stared at the photo framed on the Kitchen Bench which showed her with two others.
One Hope Fidelum and one Kenneth Tennyson… before hell was set loose on College grounds.
"I'm as ready as I'll ever be, momma" seeing the older lady smile, she reached down to fix the blonde hair of her daughter.
"Don't you worry Haylee, you'll be walking again after this procedure" smiling at her mom, Haylee nodded before the two were being led through a Hospital… with security set up around certain points, Haylee and her mother were being warned to inform the nurses and doctors of any side effects of the procedure, Haylee was excited beyond words, the phantom sensation of walking again after a year of being wheelchair bound, Haylee smiled at being able to go and find Ken after so long.
Following a Nurse into a room, the Doctor stood in the usual garbs. Though he had an oddly exotic pet in a tank, looking like a hyper evolved walking fish…
Not realizing the oddness of this Doctor, Haylee looked to the Doctor to notice his pale green skin with oily grey hair, he turned to them with hastily cleaned teeth.
"Ah, I believe you are the Volunteer for this procedure, correct?" nodding as she wheeled to the Doctor, Haylee smiled with a handshake between them.
"Yes, I want to walk again, um, sorry I didn't really get told what you're name is?" seeing him smile (Kindly) to her, his eyes however held a insatiable glee as he spoke.
"I am Doctor Animo, and don't you worry. By the end of this you will be stronger than ever before" smiling with his eyes closed, Haylee beamed as she failed to notice the empty atmosphere.
