Negative 10 part 3

Trying to hold the device steady as he typed in a code with a pair of goggles over his eyes, Ken felt the Chariot jolt, Ken looked up while Nora sat beside his current work station with a wire connected to the nape of her neck, just out of sight by her smooth hair, her bright blue eyes glowing more noticeably as she scanned over an invisible wall of coding.

Seeing her still looking over his coding, she quirked a smile at the data while he put in the finishing touches on his latest project…

He typed further with the device giving off a waft of steam before a large chip the size of a Sumo slammer card popped into being from a mixture of Fabrication and Hard light.

Trying not to get giddy at all as he watched Nora finish on her end, she blinked twice with her eyes glow fading slightly, a bright smile on her beautiful lips as she disconnected the cable from her neck, she moved her right hand slowly to the chip which began to blink with a bright blue light before it came to life after Nora finally touched the chip.

Making it glow brightly with Nora smiling.

"Welcome to the world, Cortana" turning to Ken as he lifted the goggles form his eyes, he looked over a terminal with a serious expression despite Nora basically giving the android equivalent of birth.

"System is stable, no codes or such colliding or disrupting each other… Congratulations Nora… it's a girl" smiling at the android, she stood up to approach Ken before giving him a full blown kiss to his lips, making him chuckle at her thanks before a beep was heard. Making them both turn to the terminal screen to show a black screen with a question in the centre.

Blushing as they noticed the Terminals camera aiming at them… Nora spoke to Ken.

"I'll handle this, you need to work on that other project" nodding to her as he watched her pick up the chip, Nora smiled as she held it gently with the Terminal switching to a blank wallpaper.

"Alright, Cortana, allow me to explain some things" hearing her step to her cot aka his and the girls cot, after a small renovation to make that part sound proof, Ken brought up blueprints… of suits.

Typing onto the terminal with the fabricator going on full power, Ken watched as a Katana was brought to life, similar to Genji's only this one had a more cutting edge to it….

Yeah that pun sucked.

Next was Hanzo's new bow, if he accepted it.

From there it was a simple build and move on process with Ken call a meeting for the team after giving Fury a call after Max called in of a Plumber base at the Space Needle.

Which had made them double time it with ken's upgrades to the chariot and *Cough* the Rust Bucket. Which was why the Chariot was slightly nudging from the barely felt pot holes in the road.

And feeling the truck slow to a stop with Ken thankful he put the breaks in, unlike Cooper (No offense Cooper).

Stepping out of the truck to gaze up at the tower, Ken let his armor shift over his being, followed by him bringing forth the Lament, the blade roaring in hunger as the saw function gave a low growl, similar to a prowling tiger a matter of fact.

Looking to the others as they stood ready, Ken went to lead the charge if not for a crowd to flee form the needle. Tensing up after the sight, Ken stared in surprise as a cloud of wasps surged forward to throw him into the air before tossing him back down. Leaving his body indented in the asphalt.

Staring into the night sky with Evelyn moving to his side, she used her tails/scarf to pry him out before they all watched as the swarm of wasps descended onto the road before Cassidy himself emerged with his old coat… making Ken grunt as he rested the Lament on his shoulder.

"Hey Cassidy, still into bugs I see?" rolling his shoulders as the man gave a gutteral growl, Ken tensed up as Clancy Cassidy sent forth more swarms of wasps.

"Hit the deck!" Ken all but growled as he flashed green, sending out a blast of fire from Burnout, the Magmadon acting as a shield for the others as his thick scales ignored the many tiny stingers breaking on him, those getting into his mouth burning into nothing.

Seeing this pointless, Cassidy took to the sky with wings reminiscent of Stinkfly, the sight making Ken have a double take.

"Why am I getting a horrible feeling at those wings?" the answer to his question was answered as Cassidy sent a gob of green goo at Ken whose eyes widened in alarm.

"SHI-!"

Feeling his being sent flying from the blast from Stinkfly's spit and Burnout's fire, Ken rolled onto his knee's while his front glowed from the blast, the others thankfully moving out of the way in time.

Blowing smoke form his nostrils as he glared at Cassidy who had perched himself on a Lamppost, Ken grinned suddenly with Clancy screeching as one of his wings gained a bullet hole courtesy of Amelie in her Widowmaker gear.

The shots alone sending Clancy fleeing as Amelie continued to fire after him, grazing him several times before they stood ready for more attacks.

And seeing none, they followed Max into the elevator to the Plumber base above, with Ken having turned into Shift who looked around aimlessly before his head shot up seconds before he flew through the roof, leaving him face to face with a… Yikes.

Lowering back down while pressing the stop button, they all looked at him oddly as he stood calmly, his hands moving in prayer while inhaling slowly, Visible concern as he shook.

"Boi… I nearly shat myself with what I just saw above us." Seeing them all looking at him, Hanzo spoke while Genji flipped on a set of goggles Ken had made for them all.

"What did you see?" inhaling once again to gather his thoughts, he spoke.

"Imagine a cthulu monster had intercourse with a ferret" seeing them all frown, Evelyn shivered at a memory.

"Oh god did you see a hentai monster above us?" now all eyes were on Evelyn with Shift tilting his head before recoiling.

"Jesus fucking christ Eve, what the hell kind of places have you been to!?" seeing her give him a look, she spoke.

"We are not having this discussion with the kids around" gesturing to Ben, Gwen, Kevin and Venessa, Venessa held a jar to Ken who gave a confused look before smacking himself in the face.

"You swore" before he could look for a dollar, the Elevator shook with the roof bulging downward slightly before several tentacles tore through the roof like wet toilet paper.

Watching as the roof was pried open, the sight of a mini Cthulhu monster roared down at them before a elongated claw pierced it's head, leaving everyone staring as a shaking Shift sat in Akali's arms as a shrunken version of himself.

Watching as his finger shrunk back down to normal size, the Elevator resumed with the eldritch monster wannabe shockingly shrinking down into a shriveled up octopus, making them all scrunch up in disgust at the smell.

"Oh Luna that stench" turning to Lupa as she tried to stop the smell, Amelie and Ahri weren't any better as the Vastayan tried to keep her lunch down.

"That smells like it's been dead for weeks" nodding at her words, Ken rose up to push the dead animal off the elevator, looking up he gagged at the lines being gunked up by black sludge.

"Ooooh, that's disgusting" moving carefully with his telekinesis, Ken forced the Elevator upward.

When the doors opened, they all hid behind cover with Shift peeking his head out of cover like a meerkat before slinking back down.

"Well, was wondering where Hex went to?" turning to Hope as she gasped, she looked over the cover with her eyes widening.

"Uncle hex, what's he doing here?"

"Your uncle is that creepy guy with the face paint?" turning to Ben and Gwen as they stared at her in surprise, Hope gave a wince.

"Twice removed" wincing at hearing a loud crash, Hex turned to a Mutated hamster as it gnawed on a piece of tech, making Hex sigh as he spun a staff, the Hamster suddenly stood ramrod straight before looking through a crate of tech.

"Ok, why is magic man making mutant animals, better yet why is said magic man having said mutated animals rummage through technology?" Ben all but questioned Hope as she had a confused look of her own.

"I don't know, Uncle was never good with technology, the past generation of magicals having piss poor control on their magic, something I am glad I never had, I love my phone thank you very much" before anything else could be said, the voice of Animo spoke form above them.

"Hello, Kenneth Tennyson" turning in alarm at being found, Ken became a serpentine being with a lower split jaw that hissed.

"Your overdue for a visit, from Dr Animo" smiling down at them, Ken stared at the mutated Bat creature beside the madman, but then his attention zeroed in on the figure further behind Animo whose smiled widened with Ken latching onto his mind, looking for information before he felt repelled, making Ken wince as Animo gave a dark laugh.

"Nice try, but you'll have to try harder than that to get information, the benefits of working with magic users!" glaring at Animo as Ken took on a more masculine form, he stopped suddenly as he sensed an attack from behind.

Feeling himself tackled from the group, they scattered as an entire hive of mutant animals lunged towards them with Hex staring at his niece who sent out a torrent of incinerating blue fire with the Vastayan amping the fire with her own magic, Kai'Sa and Akali were dancing through the horde while delivering deadly accuracy, Hanzo and Genji were acting support alongside Angela who turned to see Gwen and Ben protecting Max and Cooper, while Kevin was throwing haymakers after covering himself in steel.

Komand'r and Vivia were flying all over the fighting with Animo watching Ken matching against his creation.

Turning to the fight himself, Hex smirked as he watched.

Giving a grunt of effort as he brought his arms downward, Ken couldn't help but feel worried as he fought this new girl, the gender easily shown by the feminine figure this mutated animal had, actually it was odd for this one to have such a human shape.

Bringing his arms down onto the figures head.

Ken's eyes widened as the being caught his attack easily with it's own arms bulging with muscle.

Looking down as it slowly lifted his arms up, Ken was left staring into the deadly focused gaze of a human great white with a pair of aqua green eyes, leaving Ken flinching at a memory of a happier time before he was snapped back to the present with a knee to his guy, making him lurch forward before being choke-slammed.

Grunting as he went to stand, his head was stomped, hard.

Giving a choke of pain, Ken grabbed the being by the head before throwing her over his head.

Allowing him to pull himself free while pushing his jaw back into place.

Grunting in pain, Ken glared at the being as it stalked towards him, arms still large with muscle.

Ken decided to be quick at hearing the fighting increase with intensity, he flashed green before taking on the form of SwampFire, igniting his palms with fire, he smirked at the being before his eyes widened in alarm as it's body rippled like water, it's skin taking on a more green colour, it's fin took on a leaf like shape before it froze.

Leaving Ken stunned before he was forced to duck as a Sharp tail tried to decapitate him.

Sliding to the right, Ken threw a hand full of seeds at the being who turned to get trapped by the vines that sprouted to life from the attack.

Looking down at it's body, Ken heard a growl before the being took on another change, the green aspect replaced by a fiery rage as fire incinerated the trap, leaving Ken staring in growing alarm before he looked over his shoulder to Animo.

"Ah, I see you've noticed my latest creations skills, Tennyson" giving the doctor a glare, Ken went to speak if not for a arm made of Heatwave's magma to send him flying through a wall.

Sliding on his back as he gave a groan.

Ken stood up slowly before he watched as the fiery being followed after him, stalking calmly, Ken stood firmly as the being took on another aspect, sprouting an extra two arms and eyes, it gave a deep guttural growl that was under shadowed by a female's voice.

"I… will. Find… him" seeing the being breathing heavily, Ken was confused beyond words at the voice tickling the edge of his memory.

'why does that voice seem so familiar?' taking on a stance, Ken flashed once more, taking on the form of Kurama.

Standing in clothing worthy of a Monk, ten black tails swirled behind Kurama as blood red eyes glowed against the dual set of Aqua green which stared back impassively, unnerving Ken as he once more had a flash of memory before he shook his head.

Baring his fangs as the being stopped, it's head tilted to the left before it surged forward, leaving Ken to stare up in alarm as the being stood right in front of him.

Grabbing him by the throat, Ken sent a magic powered kick that freed him with a backflip.

Landing on his feet, the being merely looked at him with curious eyes.

"Ok not gonna lie that hurt a lot" wincing as he hobbled in place, Ken shook the pain off before taking a fighting stance.

A stance the being mirrored.

With Ken inwardly sighing.

'This is gonna be one of those days, isn't it?'
