Sliding back from a enhanced right jab, Kurama/Ken slid back to the edge with his mouth and nose bleeding profusely, the magic Ken's Vastayan form blessed him with, made short work of fixing his nose and lip, though he did spin from a large foot attempting to crush his head.
His robes turn from countless attempts to take this woman down, and judging by the fighting inside the building, the others were having an easier time fighting than he was… he was jealous of that fact.
Reengaging the woman, Ken flashed green while throwing himself upward.
And coming down was Humongasuar with an elbow drop nailing the woman who had looked up blankly before being crushed.
Moving to get off the woman quickly, Ken's eyes widened as a set of powerful jaws bit into his side, making him yell in anger before throwing the woman away, her shark like mouth bleeding with blood.
Looking to his right side where his hand brushed over a wound, Ken growled at the action before he froze as the woman was glowing faintly.
Before his very eyes she grew closer to his own size, her shark-like body mimicking his alien forms accessories, her eyes stared at him even more blankly before she charged forward, using her larger and longer arms to pull her faster.
Ken followed her action with a snarl as they made to clash…
If not for a cinder shot to knock the woman off course and allowing Ken to duck low and lift the woman onto his shoulders before slamming her down, hard enough to shake the tower as she tumbled away.
Holding her left shoulder that was scorched, her eyes moved over to Ben as he dashed to Ken's side.
"Am I late for the party?" turning to Ken, Ben's eyes widened at the bite wound.
"What the hell happened to you, Ken!?" turning to Ben, Ken's eyes frowned as the woman perked up at his name before she stared blankly once more… with ken seeing something in her eyes before they dulled.
Moving to speak, Ken and Ben moved down as Animo and his Bat mutant flew over head with the mad doctor laughing as he held up a key… seeing this, Ken went to flash into another alien if not for the Omnitrix to choose then to time out.
Leaving Ken in his human form.
Looking to his hands, Ken looked to Ben before they both took aim at Anime with Ken moving to fire his lancer… if not for him to get tackled by the now human sized shark lady who lay over him with her jaw made to bite his neck, her hands moving the lancer aside. Ken, in his alarmed state at seeing the jaws moving towards his throat, threw his left arm forward. Startling him as his armor around the Omnitrix was crushed by the jaws, the more alarming thing though was the sparks the Omnitrix were giving off before the two were sent flying by a Green blast.
Leaving Ken wincing in worry, hoping another self destruct wasn't engaged, looking up to his arm, thankfully not mangled, but bleeding still with shallow teeth marks, the Omnitrix though, had seen better days as the dial was rapidly spinning erratically.
Seeing the sight with a worrying air, Ken sat up suddenly at hearing a pain filled roar.
Staring wide eyed as the woman convulsed on her knee's, Ken watched as the woman's shark like visage faded away for a second with dark chocolate brown skin replacing the dark grey, leaving him staring in horror and recognition as golden blonde hair sprouted suddenly as the woman's eyes flashed to life before she convulsed with the shark form returning.
And seeing this was also Animo who had a scowl on his face before bringing out a switch.
Pressing the lone button on the device.
The woman convulsed once more but with her shark form bulking up with muscle, though the human hair remained as it zeroed in on Ken who sat frozen.
"Haylee?" the only indications he ehard him was the full pause in her step, eyes growing life in them for but a second as she stopped and stared, but before he could say more with the now known Haylee staring at Ken like a puppet, she went to lung at him if not for Ben to Drop kick her back from a Smoke dash.
"Ken get up!" climbing to his feet while keeping his eyes on Haylee, Ken turned to Animo who gave a pleased smile.
"WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO TO HER!?" aiming his Lancer to get an answer, Ken and Ben were thrown off they're feet by a blast of magic from behind.
Turning they found Hex floating towards them.
"We have what we came for, you're pets have served their purpose Doctor" giving a shrug as the bat mutate landed, Hex climbed onto it's back with Haylee robotically following suit.
Getting up, Ken went to shoot down the bat if not for Hex to send him flying back with a mutter of Bambarda.
Sending Ken flying towards the others as they ran out.
Getting to his feet with a stricken look as the three left, Ken turned to Hope with a broken voice.
"Hope, they have Haylee, They Turned Haylee into a mutant!"
Seeing her look of horror focus, she looked after her uncle as they flew to who knows where.
But before anyone could say anything, Ken looked down at the Omnitrix as it sparked before in a green flash he stood as Heatwave, followed by Riptide, StinkFly before settling down on his base human form. Leaving Ken frozen in alarm before the sight of the Omnitrix powering down made him relax before his eyes widened at the damage.
Wires were punctured and metal was slightly warped, Ken winced as it sparked a little bit before the edges of the damage began to glow, slowly repairing itself.
Cursing his luck he spun and stalked back to the entrance.
"Max, we need to get where they're going, any idea's?" turning to max as the others quickly followed, Hope stood staring for a moment before following.
"No doubt they are heading to Mount Rushmore, and if we move now, we should catch up in time, you should call Fury and see if he can send us some muscle" nodding to Max as they filed into the Elevator, Ken clenched his hands tightly.
His vision still filled with Haylee Bells pain filled look as her body fought itself, Ken inhaled slowly before four blades popped out of his gauntlets before sliding back into it's sheathed form, acting as a sort of Danger knuckle dusters.
Closing his eyes, Ken pressed the sight of his helmet which made his HUD show his phone dialling.
Waiting for a moment while looking to a shaken Hope, Ken pulled her into a hug.
"I know this will sound like a bad time but… whose Haylee?" turning to Kevin as he winced form the look of Hope as her eyes began to tear up, she sniffed slightly with Ken crouching to his eye level beside Ben.
"She was… a partner of ours when we went to College… before it was hit by a terror attack where Hope and I got separated and I thought she was killed and I to her… Haylee was the one who actually introduced us to each other. I tried to call her several times over the years until her mother finally answered for her… she was wheelchair bound after three years had passed because she was hit in her spine from a ricochet" looking down while his helmet opened to show his own tears, Ken growled weakly while rubbing his face.
"she was walking up until that time where her legs gave out on her when i finally got to visit her" closing his eyes, Ken inhaled before Venessa hugged him followed by the others pulling Hope into the embrace with Max looking down in thought.
"How Haylee got dragged into this doesn't add up though" standing up with an angry look, Ken pointed upward.
"Animo, who else is insane enough to splice up human DNA to make something new… what I saw in Haylee's place, it was like she was there but not there, like a FUCKING PUPPET!" clenching his right hand before he punched the elevator door, he failed to see the Omnitrix spark pink, only Komand'r, Vivia, Amelie and Lupa flinched at the pink sparks.
Freezing up while Max frowned in worry. Ken looked to his HUD to finally get connected to Fury.
"This better be important, Agent Loki" looking up as the doors to the Elevator opened, Ken and the others filed out with Ken speaking.
"Rushmore, send an army if you need, some of my rogues are looking to harvest an unstable alien energy according to Max, called Sub energy" moving to the Chariots driver seat as the others filed in Max and the kids filing into the Rust Bucket, Ken started the engine just as the doors at the back closed.
"Should I also inform the League of this, predicament?" looking up for a second of thought, Ken hummed before nodding to himself.
"I feel we may need help with this, one of them has a knack of mutating animals in an effort of making them evolve far beyond normal means, hell he mutated one of my rogues to be a rip off of one of my alien species called Stinkfly…." Stopping in hesitation, Ken looked to Hope as she sat down in silence, ken continued a she sped after the Rust Bucket.
"He also mutated a civilian who can take on aspects of the Omnitrix" looking to the watch as it sparked, he continued.
"She did something by mistake and now I have the feeling she has more access to her new powers" hearing silence form the line, Fury spoke.
"I get the feeling you know who this "She" is?" inhaling to calm himself, Ken spoke quietly.
"She and I had a thing going in college before it got hit by a terrorist" getting silence from Fury, the only noise audible was a sigh before he spoke.
"I'll have my top agents en route, if it's big than we need to stop this shitstorm before it hits anything" nodding to himself, Ken spoke with full sincerity.
"Thank you, Fury, just let me handle the mutant doppelganger"
"Just be sure you come out on top, Fury out" with that the call went dead, leaving Ken looking forward while steering through traffic at speeds far over the speed limit.
Sitting on the bed with a book in one hand while his left hand caressed the head leaning against his propped up knee, Ken frowned as he spoke.
"Remind me again why Shakespeare is so important?" hearing a snort form his current study mate, Aqua green eyes turned to him with mischief.
"He wrote several plays that to this day are used in pop culture, you even went on a rant when Leonardo DiCaprio was in that scene with Juliet about to drink the poison, you even pointe dhow it never even touched his lips" giggling as Ken pouted, he snapped the book of Shakespeare shut before tossing it onto his desk, somehow landing perfectly on a stack of reference books.
Leaning back as Haylee returned to her laptop, Ken shifted to lean his head on her left shoulder, kissing her olive skin with a teasing gaze, he looked to see his dorm room door locked which made him smile.
"Are you watching Poooooooorn again?" seeing her stop her typing with her cheeks scrunching up with a smile, poking him in the nose, she saved her current work to lunge onto Ken who yelped as she pressed her chest against his own, allowing him to feel her nipples though her Plain white Shirt, she smiled down at him with a perfect smile, which he returned as she latched onto his lips with her own.
Moving her hands over his chest to feel the muscle hidden beneath his baggy shirt, his hands were drifting to her ass cheeks due to her wearing short shorts.
Giving a moan as they battled with their tongues, Ken won this round with Haylee separating with a satisfied smile.
"Why watch Porn when I can live it?" sitting up to remove her shirt, the two spun at hearing a throat cleared from the doorway…
Showing Hope with her arms crossed with the dorm keys in her right hand, a knowing smile on her lips as she had her hair down to her shoulders.
"No sex until our essays are submitted, remember the deal Kenneth Tennyson?"
Sharing a look, the two smiled suddenly before Dragging Hope onto the bed where they laughed as Hope was victimised to tickles and teases.
Snapping out of the memory, Ken gripped the Steering wheel with his mind back in the present, Ken pulled up down a road to the Mountain where Quinjets were waiting with SHIELD agents waiting, and lo and behold Natasha was there…. With Clint Barton as well.
If the situation didn't call for it ken would be excited, but right now an innocent life was on the line and Ken was gonna get her back any means necessary.
Looking to the Omnitrix as it sparked once more, Ken ignored it as he climbed out of the Chariot with the Celestials following suit.
Stopping before Natasha who gave a grim smile, Ken nodded in kind before lifting his Lancer up.
"Whose ready to Rumble?"
