Percy glowed a bright purple, then went back to normal.

"We the twins archers, god of the sun and goddess of the moon, bless you, and entitle you brother of the sun and moon, and brother of the twin archers, you will get bullseyes on every weapon, and always hit your mark that you are aiming at, you will have the power of the sun and the moon, and you will have a chariot similar of ours, but merged together except the animals, as you will have 2 golden horses, and 2 silver deer."

Percy glowed a bright silver, and a bright gold, then went back to normal.

"I, Hepheastus, god of forgeries and fire, name you prince of forges, and king of fire, you will be able to summon any existing fire, and summon any existing mineral, you will be a master at crafting and forging, the best history would have."

Percy glowed like fire for a moment, then went back to normal.
