Chapter 7: A Promise Made to Keep
As they lay side by side the clock struck 12:00pm and they knew they had to get up.
"Sweets we need to get up and go." She said looking at him with pleaing eyes that clearly said she did'nt want to go.
"I don't want to but we have to." He said frowning, "Well at least we have eachother to look forword to."
"Your right." She began, "What would I do with out you?" She finished leaning toward him and kissing him softly.
"Well we'd both go crazy first off, and you'd still be extremely horny wanting this sexy body." He said with a smirk on his face.
"Oh is that so?" She said coming and laying on top of him, "Maybe your right, I'd still be oh so horny without your hot sexy body to aid me there." She finished and rolled her eyes, "Well lets get up before your head grows any bigger"
"Not before you give me a kiss!" He said catching her off guard and kissing her deeply.
They got up, got dressed and did their hair with a flick of there wands. Draco put his arm,s around her waist whispering in her ear, "I love you so much, promise me you will never leave me." He said. He had been waiting all morning for the right time since last weekend when he secretly went to hogsmeade to ask her this.
"I love you too and of course I promise to never leave you." She said back into his ear. He turned her around to face him and pulled out a small box and handed it to her. Her eyes widened and had a look of shock and suprise shining out of them.
"Open it please." He told her. She did and what was inside made her eyes fill with tears. It was a small gold band with a nice sized diamond in the middle with two smaller ones on each side. "Now this is a promise ring and its not a normal one either. IT has a power to connect us together. You see the diamonds here stand for our past present and future together. You wear it on your ring finger like a wedding band." HE explained taking the ring out of the box, "Look what I had engraved on it for you," He said turning the ring over, "together forever".
"Its, its, so beautiful! I can't belive this is all real. I feel like this is all just a dream." She told him as he placed the ring on her finger, "I love you!" She kissed him. She wipped away the tears of joy and pulled on her cloak, "I'll see you around then?" She asked.
"Yup." He said looking nervous for her.
"Don't worry to much, ok? I have my wand and you'll be around so it'll be ok." she told him with a careing tone and a kiss. She sadi it to make him feel better but mostly to assure herself that she will be ok.
"Alright lets go down together then." HE said.
"Ok." She said taking his hand in hers and they left down for the entrance hall.
AN: I know this is a short Chappie but I had to stop it here becuase in my binder where I wrote the story it ends here and starts another chappie. I hope you liked this one though. Much more to come!!!!! R & R! Love hermioneanddraco2005
