Chapter 12: Dumbledore's Words

"Enter." Came Dumbledore's voice. Draco opened the door and sat down in front of him.

"You wished to speak with me Sir?" Draco said calmly.

"Yes. I wanted to discuss two things with you. Now the first and most urgent is Miss. Granger." Dumbledore started, "Please tell me everything you know."

"Alright. Well it all started when Hermione got a letter from Harry and Ron. They wanted to talk and eat lunch with her. I was going to meet up with Pansy while she met with Harry and Ron. I am guessing that Harry had to leave, leaving Hermione and Ron alone. They went out to eat but Hermionetold him that she wanted to go." Draco told him.

"Why would she want to leave?" Dumbledore questioned.

"You see on the train ride here Ron atempted to rape her but only managed to beat her. I stopped him before he could go all the way. Hermione had only told Ginny Weasley about it." Draco explained, "I belive that Harry Potter also knows about what happened but I am not to sure."

"I see, please continue." Dumbledore said standing and starting to pace behind his desk.

"Well knowing he has a short temper she decided not to leave and at least eat before she went. He gave her some pumkin juice with some seductive potion in it, she of course had no idea it was in there and drank it all. She was in his total control and she started to fight against it in her head. After about 1/2 an hour it started wearing off and Ron noticed what was happening and went on to rape her more brutitly. She ended up screaming making him get up and leave her beaten and alone on the ground. I saw him leave without Harry or Hermione and I knew I should have never left her with him even if Harry was going to be with her. I ran to where she was and found her crying and naked on the ground. I dressed her asked if she could explain what happened and took her up to the infirmary." Draco said as he looked at the floor trying to control the rage that filled him again.

"I do wish you would have told me about the first insident but I can understand why the both of you did not." Dumbledore started, "Now I understand that you took the punishing of Mr. Weasley into your own hands. Explain to me what happened."

Draco stared as he heard the hint of hhumor in his voice, "Well sir you see at the welcome back feast Ron thought he could try and finish what he started on the train with Hermione. I saw him grab her and went over to her to make sure she was ok. She was crying again and just wanted him to stay away from him. HE tryed to make her sit down next to him again and I told him 'If you ever harm her again,' and excuse my launge, 'I'll make sure you never have a dick to use again.' So natrualy I did what i said I would do." Draco continued, "We ended up having a muggle fight and it eventualy got into a duel. I ened it with a gender reversal spell." Draco said finishing his explaination and looking up at Dumbledore who was clearly terying hard not to laugh.

Dumbledore did his best to get serious again and said, "You are now head boy and shouls know the school rules weel enough by know. I would have expected better decissions on your part, but under the circumstances one can understand your anger. I can't just let you off either other wise the rest of the school will be charming curseing and hexing eachother all day. I here by give you a weeks worth of detention with Profesor Snape and the lose of 20 points." Dumbledore said with a twinkly in his eye and a slight smile on his face, "Now I must ask you to please contact me if anything happens and try and handdle it yourself. Would you care for a lemon drop?" Dumbledore asked taking out a brown bag from hiss robe.

"No thank you. If will excuse me though I'd like to go see Hermione before class starts." Draco said getting to his feet.

"Mr. Malfoy, I belive that love is the best healing power ever. I then think that I should give you permission to skip your lessons and stay with Miss. Granger for the day. That is of course if you would like to do that." Dumbledore said to Draco with a grin on his face.

"Of course that would be great! Thank you Profesor Dumbledore." Draco said.

"I'll see you later on I assume. Take care Mr. Malfoy." Dumbledore said as Draco exited his office.

Dumbledore went and walked over to where Fawkes stood in silance. He stokes the scarlet feathers of his pet and said, "Ah Fawkes old friend, I belive that Miss.Granger and Mr.Malfoy might just be able to handle the tasks ahead without assistance. But my fear is will my Grandaughter be able to resist her fathers control?" Dumbledore questioned toward Fawkes as the pheonix hummed in reply.
