At T.U.F.F. headquarters as everyone working until Chief and Keswick came out. Chief says "Agents I got important announcement to make. Which involves all of you guys."

Kitty asked "What is it Chief?"

Snaptrap asked "Did someone sneak into the snack room again and ate your food?"

Keswick reply "No it's sa-sa-sa-something more fun."

Chief asked "Also what's that about eating my food?"

Snaptrap reply "Nothing."

He smiled as Dudley came up as he ask "Where are we going somewhere fun Chief?"

Chief reply "Were going to the beach."

Abbey happily ask as she wag her tail "Did you say the beach?"

Chief reply "Yeah I did."

Abbey happily jump up and down as Chameleon look at her. He said "Wow and I thought Agent Puppy get excited about stuff."

Abbey said happily "Let's go!"

She ran off as Keswick laugh as he snicker. Kitty asked "What's so funny Keswick?"

Keswick reply "Oh just going to do a water adventure with Abbey cause you know she can ta-ta-ta-turn into a mermaid when in water."

Birdrain asked "How you going to do that you can't get wet?"

Keswick reply "That's why I built a sa-sa-sa-submarine to go under water. It's just being tested as well."

Chief said "Let's go to the beach."

They all went off. Over at the underwater we see a green fish with a cape and a crown as he has a seal with him. Cape Cod says "Now what should I do to get rid of that dog king on services. As I am the Cape Cod to have my big kingdom one day. Seal of Approval any ideas?"

Seal of Approval got some food as then Cape Cod said "No time for that and your food Seal of Approval I need some plan."

He look up then got an idea. Cape Cod and Seal of Approval went up to service to find themselves at a beach. Cape Cod said "Hmm this give me an idea."

Seal of Approval pour hot sauce on Cape Cod as he got mad said "Ah hot sauce, stop pouring that on me Seal of Approval we got work to do!"

He then went back under water as did Seal of Approval. As then a T.U.F.F. van came pull in to the beach as Abbey and Dudley jump out of the car. Dudley said "Come on Kitty I want to play fetch the frisbee with you."

Kitty got out as she said "Ok I'm coming Dudley."

She got the frisbee with her then Dudley and Kitty went off. Then the good villains and Chief came out of the van as they went off too. As Abbey rush to the water as she jump in the very deep end of the water she came back up and had a tail. Abbey said "Come on Keswick I can't wait to show you under the water here."

Keswick said "I'm coming Abbey."

He came out as he has a box then went to where the wood is as he push a button on it and threw it in the water and it turn into a submarine. Abbey laugh then went under water as then Keswick got in the submarine as it dive down. Abbey is now swiming as the submarine is following her. With Kitty and Dudley. Dudley chasing after the frisbee as he caught it then gave it to Kitty as Dudley said "Throw it again Kitty."

Kitty said "I'm on it Dudley."

She threw the frisbee as Dudley chase after over with the good villains as Chameleon got a sunblock. Chameleon asked "Can any of you put this sunblock on me?"

They all back up from him as Snaptrap said as he push Larry "Larry you do it cause your ugly like Chameleon."

Larry said as he not happy "Oh all right."

He took the sunblock as it went over to under water again. Abbey stop as she put her ears up. As Keswick got a microphone as he asked "Is something a mater a-a-a-agent Jones?"

Abbey reply "I hear something Keswick as it looks like someone is trying to flood the city."

Keswick says "Flood the sa-sa-sa-city? There's only one VA-va-va-villian that would do that and that villain is called the Cape Cod."

Abbey asked confuse "The Caped Cod?"

Keswick reply "He's a fish that Agent pu-pu-pu-Puppy brought to service. Really one crazy fish."

Abbey said "Then let's see what that crazy fish is up to, Keswick."

Keswick says very happy "Me working with a best agent from pa-pa-pa-Petgagain? This is the greatest day for me! Lead me to him."

Abbey nodded as she listen with her ears. She then began to swim as Keswick started to follow Abbey in the submarine. Over with Caped Cod and Seal of Approval is at the pipe with a crank is. Caper says "This is the perfect way to flood this whole place and I will soon have my water kingdom. Seal of Approval as you would please."

Seal of Approval turn the crank as Caped Cod asked "Seriously what kind of an idiot would have this in the lake?"

Abbey voice "Stop right there fish."

Caped Cod and Seal of Approval turn to see Abbey as a mermaid and a submarine. Keswick said "Your not fl-fl-fl-flooding the city under our watch."

Caped Cod says "A dog mermaid never seen that one before. As you are in my water you do what I say."

Abbey said "I don't think so."

She swim over to Caped Cod as she circle around him as he watch her he got dizzy then Abbey used her tail to hit Caped Cod as he went back. Caped Cod hit the rock on his back. Caped Cod said to himself "Ok Merdog it's time to stop you."

He took out a net blaster as then Abbey began to swim near the Caped Cod as he shot out the net as it trapped Abbey she went down to the sand as she try to get out. Abbey said "Keswick help."

Keswick said "I'm way ahead of you a-a-a-agent Jones."

He push a button as a fishing net came out of the submarine as Caped Cod moved out of the way. Caped Cod says "You think you can catch me think again. I will just take Merdog friend here."

He grabbed the net abd started to pull. Abbey said "Keswick get Dudley, Kitty, and the good villains."

Keswick got nervous but he nodded. Then left with the submarine. Over with Kitty and Dudley as Dudley brought her back the frisbee. Dudley said "Throw it far Kitty."

Kitty said "All right Dudley."

Kitty threw it and it went off as Dudley chase after it. Then Kitty notice something as she looks at her feet. Kitty asked "Woah why is the water this far up, is there a big wave?"

Keswick running up to them as he reply "No Caped Cod found a pa-pa-pa-pipe crank and trying to the flood the city."

Ollie asked "Where's Abbey?"

Keswick reply "Caped Cod has her."

Chameleon said "Oh no let's move I will turn into a fish to go find her."

Dudley yell said as Chameleon went over to the shallow to jump in the water "Chameleon you can't get your transformation suit wet!"

Keswick laugh as he said "Oh he be fa-fa-fa-fine I remade his transformation suit to be water proof no more change back when get wet."

Chameleon transformation as he turn himself into a shark and went into the water. As he started to swim Kitty smiled then said "Let's go guys."

They went off. Back underwater with Caped Cod and Seal of Approval as Abbey still in the net. She try to get free still but can't. Caped Cod said "Give it up Merdog you ain't going anywhere and I will take you to a place where we fish put all kinds of weird creaters like you."

Abbey said "Yeah and I don't think I want to be in that place either Caped Cod I rather enjoy more on service."

Caped Cod said "Quite you." He then asked "Seal of Approval how many cranks left until I get my wattery kingdom?"

Seal of Approval crank it one more time as Caped Cod laugh. Dudley voice "Stop right there Caped Cod!"

Caped Cod and Seal of Approval look to see Dudley, Kitty, Snaptrap, Ollie, Francisco, Larry, and Birdbrain all wearing there swim gear and underwater. As Chameleon as a shark went near Caped Cod and Abby as he used his fin to cut the net that Abbey is in as she got out. As the others took out there blasters. Abbey and Chameleon look at each other as nodded. Abbey and Chameleon swim over to Caped Cod and Seal of Approval as Abbey used her tail and push Caped Cod over to the group as Chameleon used his tail on Seal of Approval push him to the group as Snaptrap fired the net to trapped Caped Cod and Seal of Approval as Dudley swim over to the pipe and crank it to stop it. As they all high five each other. Back on service everything is fine as Abbey and Chameleon swim in the water together as Keswick watch them. Dudley still catching his frisbee with Kitty. Snaptrap, Ollie, Francisco, Larry, and Birdbrain all on towels with sunglasses on. As Chief fishing. Chief said "This is the best day off ever, nothing can ruin this day."

Chief catch something as he pulled it up as it was Chameleon as a fish he said "Hey come on Chief."

Chief said "Now it just got worst." They both smile as jump.
