Part 2 - Shocking News and Reactions
After all had eaten their food, including watching Bella take another plate of same amount of food as her second, most were still in shocked manner of her being here, and the amount she got into herself as in the beautiful, great christmas dinner. So most scattered out to the living room again, and sat down there, while Bella and Michael stayed put for now at the table, and they were talking quietly to each other, then they too stood up, and Michael took their plates to sink, then they re-took hands, and walked out to the living room and sat down on the same arm-chair they shared before dinner was served. And all was back at staring at them again.
Sue and Charlie who had been left in the kitchen and done the dishes, came out too and sat down together on a their arm-chair, and Bella turned to her dad and said
"So you two are married now, dad?" At that he spluttered and blushed bright red, while Sue coughed abit, as he then said
"We are not married yet, but we plan to be in the next summer, Bells. Sue only lives here for now, as both Seth and Leah have moved out of the old house of theirs, and she felt the house began to be too big and so after we discussed some things, we decided to sell her house and she moved in after sell was done deal, and the new owners got the keys. And that was about a year ago, thought I told you that, Bells."
At this most understood who she was, and were shocked too now, as she said
"Oh that is right, you did tell me, dad, just forgot for a moment, but I am happy that you have moved on, both of you. Really I am, Dad, and Sue, welcome to the tiny family of Swans too. I am really happy he found you too."
At that Sue just smiled happy, as she said
"Thank you, Bella, it warms my heart to hear that you do." Bella just smiled big still at her. Sam was the one to ask her;
"So you are back in town, Bella?" Bella turned to the voice who asked her that, and she said
"Yes, for I felt it was time to come back and face some old demons, and say my piece and then leave for my life is somewhere else nowadays, Sam. And also thank you for what you did for me that day in the woods, Sam."
Sam just smiled softly, as he said
"Hey you were lost and had to be found before you froze to death literally. While it took us hours to find you, we all did finally so. So I am happy to see not only you are ok now and seems to be happy again too."
Bella smiled happily, as she said
"I am indeed very happy now as Michael came in my life rather shortly after I came to the college that I was accepted to and was doing my major and master degrees at. One day few months into my first term there, Michael came into my life by sheer accident."
The man behind her chuckled, as he said
"It was quite funny, as we both walked into each other chests, although Bella fell flat on her ass, and when she looked up to my out-reached hand, she was staring at me with some curiousity and wonder. But also a total blank look until she took my hand, and her face became more of an emotional one, and wouldnt stop to apologise for her walking into me, as she had been busy with a book stuck to her face and read it while walking towards and into the library when it happened with us."
Bella just smiled, as she took over, and said
"It took him a few tries to ask me out for a date, but when I had done so, we never looked back or regretted anything that happened before or after that day. I had alot of fun with going out with a mature and very handsome man. And he listened on my story of heartbreak and how some boys tried to get me to date them, for they were after my ass or pussy to fuck. At least Mike was after that part of me, but others were after me for either my intelligence to use for free or just for they had some feelings for me. But Mike is everything I need and want in my life and will only have too. As he is an amazing husband and man to me, and father too."
"FATHER, WHAT?!" Charlie yelled out, as Bella sighed, as Michael took over and said
"I am father of 4 children, Charlie, not Bella's, as she was not even in my life when my first and second was born. I had these four with 2 different women in my earlier life. One of them is now my best friend, as we figured out we were much better friends than lovers, and the children we had were too young, but they know the whole story now as they are old enough to know the truth. And they have accepted that, and Bella of course. With my two younger ones, the relationship with their mother went down south real quick, for she was rather jealous and obsessive of me, and wanted me to quit my job as an actor and focus more on her and the boys we had together. But I broke up with her after finding out that she was cheating on me, and the boys became mine after a domestic fight we had that day of breaking up with each other, and with that I also learn she had abused the boys verbally and sometimes slapping them on their heads or cheeks if they done something bad around her. I never saw or heard any of it, but when they told me after trial was done with, I was shocked but also pissed off, and that same day was the day I met Bella in the library, for I was there to do a song or two, and invite the university to see us play later on in the day downtown of the city. Bella loves all four of my children, and they treat her as an extra mother or in the boys' case, she is their mother, as they hated their biological mother and wants nothing with her to do either. They are old enough to choose who to be with and since I have full custody they don't have to be with their mother if they want to, and so they are not at the moment with her. But that is not what you wondering, as you saw the reason she called me a father, Charlie."
At that he nodded, as everyone else who knew nothing was in shock of hearing their tale of how they met, and that he had children from previous relationships. And that he also seems to be older than Bella too. Alice still glared at them or what they were wearing, as Bella smiled and said
"I am 4 and half months pregnant with my first, Michael's fifth child. And we are very happy to have another child in our lives, for as Michael said, those children of his, are also now mine, and I love them all very dearly and equally much too."
Most sat in shock, as her father said
"Wow Bells, sorry I never reacted when you came out of the car you two came from, but I am really happy that you are giving my a grandchild, do you two know what you are having or will this be a surprise baby, like you were to me and Renee?"
Bella smiled, as she said
"We both chose to be surprise, as Michael has 3 sons and 1 daugther already, and he just out to see we both are healthy and happy, dad. He nor I care about the sex of our baby, as long it is healthy one and happy too of course. I am due in late May to early June, depending when he or she wants to come out of course."
"What is your sons and daugther's names by the way, Michael?"
Michael smiled happily, as he rubbed Bella's bump gently, and said
"My oldest two's names are Jasmine and Noah, and my two youngest are Mason and James. Jasmine is the oldest, then Noah, Mason and James."
"How old are they?"
"Jasmine just recently turned 15 and Noah is about to turn 13, Mason is 9 and James is 6. All of them are following the tribe's customs and traditions like both Bella and I do now too."
Bella smiled and nodded her head at this happily, as Charlie said
"How old are you then, Michael?"
"I am about to 33 years old in few days. I was very young man when Jasmine and later Noah were born. But I do not regret any of them at all. All I regret that my previous one before Bella came to me, was a distasterous and tumoultes at best. Also all that jealousy of my work as an actor and activist aswell musician, it took alot of me to withstand that of her. So I did myself a big favour and broke it off for good this time, as we had broken up before but it was her whining or threats of suicide that brought me back to her side again. This time, I had enough of all of it, and took the leap and broke it off."
Making Charlie nodded, while shocked of how much older he was from his daugther, but she was happy with him, and married too, and aswell another child soon too, and that made him happy enough for the two. The others in the room were shocked, as Bella said
"Oh excuse me, Michael, the gifts is still out in the car." Michael rushed out and came back with two full, big bags of gifts in them. Many stared how strong he seemed to be to lift them with ease and how big they were too. Bella smiled at him, and gave him a kiss after he put them down carefully and gentle as possible. Edward stared at them with hurt and anger in his eyes, while Jacob sulked in his seat still to this point.
Before any of them could react, there was a knock and the closest being Sam went to open for whoever it was that knocked on the door, and he came back with a santa-dressed person, and he had a full sack of gifts in it. And after he had been there, and most of them had been given a gift each, he left rather soon after that.
Bella had been given a set of very beautiful PJs, as she had wished for some that could fit her while pregnant and also after pregnancy, and it was very beautiful set of red, white and blue pattern of shirt and trousers. She smiled happily at this, while Michael was given same set though fit for a man instead, and he was happy to match her.
Charlie was gifted a new watch as his old one had broken few weeks ago, so it was rather convient to be gifted one. Sue was gifted a new watch aswell, as she never had a new one after hers broke a year ago. Never found time to get new one. Jacob was gifted some work-trousers to have in work. He was pleased and happy to have those new ones, as his old ones were on verge to be completely trashed.
Billy was gifted with new bedding set and a blanket that matched to it to have in his bed, and he was rather happy for the ones he had right was rather ratty looking. Others of the room were gifted with books, clothes, perfumes or other things.
Then they began to gift out the rest of the gifts under the tree to everyone in the room. Bella had few gifts from Michael and his family including their kids, then few from both Charlie and Sue. Aswell few from the others in the room, surprising her too as she didnt even know them anymore or not well enough, and she felt appreited for such gesture.
As Charlie was opening his from Bella, she told him so all of them could hear her
"This is something you wanted to do for years, but with me as child and then also being too busy with work and taking care of grandma and grandpa, you never got chance to do it, so this is for you and Sue, Daddy."
At that he grinned at her use of Daddy at him and she was also including Sue in it, and he opened it and gasped out loudly, as he looked up and said
"How d-did you know I wanted to do this, B-Bells?" Bella smiled happily, as she too had tears in her eyes, and said
"Mom told me about your dreams of doing this, and before she died, she told me one day I want you to gift your father his dreams of this travel, for he needs it, baby. And then she died while holding onto my hand, she knew about Michael, and had met him too the year before their accident, and she loved him dearly and alot better than Edward. She was happy to see me so happy and so much alive thanks to Michael in my life. Phil also told me to do this before he died, as he died in the car they crashed with, but he had told me on the phone months before of him knowing about this dream of yours too, and told me to gift you with it. So here we are, daddy, and you with Sue will have a dream honeymoon next summer to do."
At that he grinned bigger and then hugged her tightly, as she sniffled in his, and held onto her dad, Michael just smiled at the sight before him. Sue too gave her a hug of her own, before Bella went back to Michael, who smiled and pulled her closer to himself.
Others were staring in shock, as Charlie then said as Billy had asked about the gift;
"Oh it is tickets for me and Sue to use for our honeymoon by next summer, and go to New Zealand, as it has been a dream of mine to see where Lord of the Rings were done in the movies. I can't wait to see it all, and do this too."
Most were shocked, as it was rather expensive too, as Esme said
"How could you afford this, Bella?" Bella gave a look and then said
"I can, for what both Michael and I do for living, Mrs Cullen. I am not a housewife or homemaker, for that would never work with me, as I would just get too bored or tired of being stuck at home."
Esme was shocked being called Mrs Cullen instead of Esme like before, and hurt too. Bella shook her head, as Charlie said
"What do you two for work?" Bella smiled, as Michael said
"I am an Movie and TV-actor with my younger brother, but when we are not doing that, we together with our other siblings doing what our father started years ago, and that is where the Activist part comes in, and I also do some music performance every now and then with my old band-mates. I have been in the business of movie and tv, since I was around 13 years old."
Most of them were shocked of what he said, as Bella took over and said
"And with my degrees in Native American History and Law, aswell Children's Eduation, I both teach young children age 6-9 years old in a school, and also involved withe COUP, that my late father-in-law started with and we children or in-laws who was interested in it, took over from him after his death years ago. And it all is good and thriving as far as I know."
Many were shocked of hearing what she did for living, as she then continued, and said
"Now that I am pregnant, I also am writing my first book, my self-biography. Where I came from, how I was like growing up, for thankfully both mom and dad wrote down alot of how I was like as a child, and to my horrible teenage years, as I was rather horrible teen girl, and to my first and only heartbreak after failed, first relationship, and what happened after that, while in college. I plan to end it just before the baby is born, and after she or he is born, I will do another book, that will be a children's book, to read for any children nomatter age, to bed each night. It has been a dream to do, as mom wanted to do it herself, but she told me that I should do it for her and dedicate it to her, Phil and dad now Sue too."
Many still in shock of this, Charlie grinned, as he said
"Renee gave the idea of writing the children's book in her stead?" Bella nodded happily, as he grinned happily to hear their daugther would carry on that dream of Renée. Sue said
"Why decicate it to us in honour?"
"For you all were important and loving persons in my life one way or another, Phil became another father, and now you being with my dad, you have become another mother figure to me, but also how you took care of me when I was child and clumsy as hell."
Making her chuckle, as Carlisle said
"You are not clumsy or accident prone anymore, Bella?" Bella gave him a hard look, then said
"No, I got rid of it, when I began a class of self-defence and yoga in College and still did it until I found I was pregnant few months ago. But it helped alot with my clumsiness and awkwardness, as it made me alot stronger both mentally and body strength. Just ask Michael how I reacted on when Eddie, his younger brother decided to come behind me one day to tickle me."
Most looked still shocked of her answer, as Quil Jr who couldn't help himself being the same goof he was like, and said
"How did she react on him doing so?" Michael chuckled abit, before he said
"Oh she flattened him on his back and ass, as she turned rather quickly inhumanly so, and swung him around to make him fall flat onto his ass then back as she took a karate swing at him, and made him fall down. She was shocked of what she did, and apologised to a now laughing and rolling Eddie on the floor, before he stood up and told her that was ok, and he was ok, and she gave him a tight hug and kiss on his cheek, and asking again if he really was ok, for she did not hold back anything. He is really ok, but he learned a lesson of not doing it again. Same with rest of my siblings."
Bella just smiled and snuggled into his arms. Others stared at her in shocked awe, as Quil said
"You really did that to him?" Bella nodded, as she said
"Yep I did, and I have done so to other males, who thought they could harrass or try hook up with me in bars and other areas, but they all learned a quick lesson of leaving any females who wanted nothing to do with them and never did so again unless the females gave the ok to do so. I taught self-defence after a tried rape in college to other women there, and it helped them alot, for they were able to fight off their offenders before any rape could take place, like mine never happened, for what I did to that man was self-defence yes, but I knock few of his teeth out and aswell he had rather blue balls for months too. He learned that it was not ok behaviour rather quickly after that. Michael was pissed off when he heard what had almost happened, but so damn fucking grateful that I was able to fight him off that quickly as I did."
"Of course I was, as you were still at the time a virgin and losing your virginty to a rape is horrible and it can be a trigger for them to move on with their lives after it happens. We had only been together as an offical couple for few weeks when that happened."
"And dad, don't worry, I also used the hole can of that spray you gave me years before, and he went down like a baby and crying out for his mommy. Before I also did the damage to his lower regions rather well."
Making her father nod and gulp, while others were shocked and horrified of her story of almost being raped as a virgin. Bella rolled her eyes, as she said
"I lost my virginty that same night to Michael, as it had been something I wanted to do for a while before he and I got together, even back when I was here in Forks. But I am very happy that he was the one for me, and he was my first and only lover too. For I would regret if it had happened here instead. All I can say, we have a healthy sex-life."
Edward with his family were shocked anger of what she said, while her father looked abit uncomfortable of her talking about her sex-life being so healthy too. Others were more shocked of how open and honest she was about the subject. Alice and Rosalie still sneered/glared at the two, but to hear she had sex before marriage, was a shocker to them too.
After a few, they all went back to open their forgotten gifts, Michael gave Bella a beautiful silvergold necklace, to match her engagement and wedding rings she had, which was silvergold too. Then his mother, Mary Ann, gifted her a beautiful pair of sandals to wear when weather got warmer again. She was really happy as her old ones were rather worn out. From his siblings, she was gifted either some new clothes to some household items she had told them she was in need of, so she was happy with them.
When she opened Jasmine's gift, she gasped out loud and the others stared at her while her eyes teared up, and she turned to Michael, said
"D-did you know she was going to gift me this, Michael?" At that he looked down and he too gasped and said
"No, I did not, but I am so happy she is given you that too." Bella grinned and took whatever it was out of the box and held up to see it in full glory and smiled happily with tears in her eyes, as Charlie said
"Bells, what did your step-daugther gift you with?" Bella looked at him, still teary, and said
"Oh, she gifted me with a blanket that she sew to the baby later to use in bed, and she used some old baby-clothes of hers that her mother gifted her to have, and after she apparently asked her mother of permission of doing this, she did it, and it is so beautifully done. Oh Jazzy, you amazingly, kind girl."
Michael kissed her head gently. Others were rather abit shocked or just taken back of her reaction to the gift. Then she opened the boys' gifts to her, and all of them also gifted her and the baby some gifts. She was really happy for those gifts aswell. It meant alot for her. Michael was also gifted some cool, good gifts of his children, and his mother and siblings aswell of course.
Lesley's gift to Bella made her laugh happily before she said
"Oh Les, you amazing woman, how did she/you know that I needed this?" Others looked intrigued, as Michael said
"I told her of your newest craving in your pregnancy, and she was more than happy to help you and I out with it." Bella just smiled and kissed him happily, while Edward glared with hatred and digust of this display. Neither took notice of him still being in the room as both tried to ignore him as much they could.
Soon after the gifts had been opened and taken outside to the cars, they all sat around the room and talked about other things with each other. Bella and Michael both ignored the Cullens and didnt answer unless it was directed to them both in one way or another. Edward was defiantly ignored all this time, never answered or questioned by either of them. He was one pissed off man and so was Alice who also being ignored too by the two.
