To say that Penelope Garcia never got out was a misconception. Being slightly agoraphobic did curtail her physical sojourns into the so called real world, but they did not limit her scope of vision of the world. Truth to tell, she liked when the "Team" was out in a big city. A well wired big city was her favorite. L.A. was one of them.
When the city planners put cameras at the intersections and wired them into a central computer system, they did not know the service they provided to one in her circumstances. She had not one set of eyes, but millions; it was up to her to sift through the images to get the angles that she liked.
Truth to tell, she also liked the cameras because they allowed her to keep tabs on her favorite person. Not that she didn't trust him out of her sight, but places like L.A. held a great many temptations, though right now she wasn't watching her favorite profiler.
She watched two figures close together in front of the LAPD Headquarters. She swore under her breath at the lack of sound. Watching the socially awkward was a past time that she had done for a long time. She knew that she was one of them, but as long as she was behind her computers, everything was okay.
She sat back while still looking at the grainy picture and shook her head. She knew one of the figures; out of him, she would expect this. The other figure was supposed to know what to do, she was an actress, and she could at least act like she knew what to do. Penelope knew what they should do, but she knew everything.
"Kiss her, Reid. Take her and crush your lips to hers. Pull her in close and give her a lip lock. Shove your tongue down her throat. Make her toes curl and her mind forget about existence."
Seeing the tender touch, she sighed. It was a start, but it could have been more. She was a goddess, but she could only do so much until she could get the first letter capitalized. She would have to accept the touch. After all, it would be too much to see them going at it like dogs in heat in the middle of L.A. Hollywood and Vine would have been a different story though.
