(Adrien's POV)

My cats just can't get enough of snuggling on my body. It's like they are my cute little kittens but technically they're cats. They are just keeping me warm so I don't get sick on cold nights.

"My kitties. I know you love the master but I got some stuff to do. I'm nocturnal" I petted them one at a time.

"Let me guess, the Akuma Nightclub?" Plagg guessed where I'm going to go tonight.

"Yup. I need a drink there. Well, milk." I said.

"Last time, Volpina tried to seduce you. You might wanna keep an eye out" Plagg warned me.

"I will. Plagg claws out!" I replied and shouted the transformation words.

"Don't worry, after my fun I promise to get cat food" I picked up my favorite black cat and kissed her on the head.

"Meow." She squeaks in happiness.

"Now be a good girl" I put her down on my bed and left my lair.

My night vision always helps me see at night and in the dark. I love being nocturnal because I learned to be a predator, even if it means being at the top of the food chain because I have beaten bad guys like a cat hunting mouse. Volpina doesn't count because foxes are not prey, even if it's like predator vs predator, I always win at the end. I know for sure she'll be there again.

I landed on the ground and came to the nightclub door entrance and the music was on. Lights flashing around to make this party wild with dancers going around. I walked up to the bar table and told the bartender what I want, "A large glass of milk" I said.

"Very well Monsieur Cat Noir" He pours a large glass of milk to me.

"Thanks," I said and took a sip slowly, very thirsty for milk like a cat.

"You're welcome." The bartender said.

I looked back and saw no Volpina insight. She's probably making an illusion or something to fool me but that's not gonna work this time. She's nothing like Rena Rouge. I took another sip of milk and put the glass down to breathe so I don't get a stomach ache. I looked up at the TV screen at the bar, seeing Ladybug fighting off a new Senti-Ladybug which was like Anti-Bug reverse colored. The news stated she defeated the Senti-Ladybug. Good girl, milady. At least you managed to defeat a sentimonster without me this time. Dad probably wanted to create doppelgängers of us.

I felt hands around my neck and in a reflex, I wrenched someone's wrist aggressively, "Ow! Jeez, no need to get wild, kitty cat" It was Volpina and I released her wrist.

"Lila Rossi, I didn't expect you to be here again. Are you disguised or akumatized this time?" I asked since the last time she came here, she made a costume for herself to be Volpina.

"I allowed Shadow Moth to akumatize me again. So this time it's not a costume." Volpina said.

"Really? Or are you lying?" I smirked and tried to remove her mask but it's stuck on her skin. Okay, she's not lying this time.

"Nope. I'm Volpina once again." She said.

"Sly as a fox as always." I rolled my eyes and took a large gulp of milk, letting out a belch.

"Ugh, how rude." Volpina flinched.

"I'm a bad boy after all," I smirked.

"What kind of villain are you?" Volpina was slightly annoyed and asked the bartender for White Russian with no alcohol.

"An anti-villain I guess," I replied.

The bartender gave her a non-alcohol White Russian drink and she took a sip of it, "Paris still thinks you're a superhero and a supervillain at the same time" Volpina said and took another sip.

I shrugged helplessly, "Maybe an anti-hero but I'm nothing like that butterfly monster. He has plagued the city with akumas for too long" I growled lowly and drank milk a little faster.

"I saw you fought a red copy of you." Volpina talked about Doppelganger.

"Hmph, that boss of yours really went too far" I took another sip and finished it with another belch to annoy her.

"Urgh. I was not expecting him to use guns. Everyone knows you never used guns." Volpina said and finished her White Russian drink.

"I don't. Not unless I have no choice but to kill something nonhuman like sentimonsters" I said while turning around and watching the dancers dance on the dance floor.

"Aww….the poor kitty can't get his beetle bug to go on a date?" Volpina taunted me and she sat on my lap. Not this again but I can't create a brawl in here.

"Personal space, fox" I growled lowly.

"And I thought you're the cat's meow" Volpina tried to unzip my catsuit but I pushed her off me.

"Not anymore" I glared and made my way to the dance floor.

I did a scratch attack move to make the dancers move out of my way and I did a backflip. This is my groove now! The music blared and the DJ did a bit of record scratch rhythm. Everyone cheered at my cat move dance and the lights flickered rapidly. I took my belt out to make a whip noise by smacking it around, spooking the dancers. I did some backflips and forward flips and came to a trademark pose of a cat and everyone cheered for me.

"So you're in for a dance or a dance fight?" I urged Volpina who came up to me.

"A dance, kitty. Ready to move on from Ladybug?" Volpina put her hands around my neck and her leg around my waist.

"Never and I don't like sly foxes like you" I growled lowly and put my arms around her waist and moved her leg off my waist. The dancers just went back to dancing.

"You might learn something." She said.

"I'm a lone wolf, Lila. I don't work with anyone but myself. Wild cats don't like to be tamed" I said as we waltzed.

"Don't forget that foxes chase wild cats." She said while I dipped her.

"Cats have nine lives; foxes have a short lifespan" I smirked and pulled her up.

"In captivity, they live 12 years." She replied.

"Is that so?" I said and we waltzed to the right, "Cats are strong, Volpina. They can scare crocodiles, bears, dogs, and even foxes with a scratch. I'm bad luck"

"Mmhmm?" Volpina flickers her eyes at me, she's trying to seduce me.

That's not gonna work on me, fox. I know you're a liar and I hate liars like you, "You think I'm lying? Foxes bite and cats scratch with their claws"

"We are both nocturnal animals, Cat Noir" She smirked and I put my hand on her hip, making a little scratch on it.

"You're right on that one," I said.

She winced that I scratched her hip and I chuckled evilly, "What's the matter, fox? Am I too dangerously handsome?"

"You really want to be savage." She placed her hand on where I scratched her.

"Savage is a strong word. I prefer to be wild and feral" I dipped her and she quickly held onto my neck, "Like I said, cats are strong"

"Is that so kitty?" She tries to kiss me but I put my finger on her lips.

"I'm being honest" I put my mouth near her neck and I bit her suited neck, hard. She yelped from the bite. That's what she gets for being a liar.

"OW!" She pushed me off her.

I laughed evilly and almost felt her blood on my lips, "That's an example of savage, Volpina. What do you think of me now?"

"Just stay away!" She ran off.

I chuckled at her cowardly state. That's what I want her to feel so she doesn't try to seduce me again. I bet she'll make a lie at school tomorrow morning. But who's gonna believe her anyway?

I walked out of the nightclub and went to find the pet store to rob. I need to get food for the cats and maybe some toys for them. I hopped to the pet store roof to sneak in the air ducts. Once inside I opened the hatch and jumped down to the shelves. I crawled on all fours like a cat to make sure nobody is working late at night. No one was. But wait a minute, the cameras. I disconnected the security cameras and went to get the cat food.

Suddenly, I hear a glass break and I smell a familiar scent. Volpina! Meow! Time for an animal fight! I came out of the aisle and saw her looking angry as hell.

"I'm back for a fight!" She took her flute out.

"Meow. So am I, sly fox. I gotta warn ya, I don't fight like a hero" I smirked and lower my bell zipper down so that she can get tranced by my good shape chest and abs. I slowly walked up to her while she's in a trance by looking at my abs. I chuckled that it worked.

I took out my baton and ran up to her, "Huh? AAAGH!" She got struck by my baton.

"Not so tough now, Lila? Too bad that Ladybug isn't here. It's just you and me" I quickly grabbed her flute and snapped it in half with my upper leg.

"So you wanna fight rough?!" Volpina asked.

"Oh yes," I replied with a grin.

She tried to kick me but I blocked each of them before she tried to punch at me only for me to bend back dodging her punch. We jumped at the top of the shelf aisle and I tried to claw her but she dodged it and blocked my kick.

"Nice move." I was impressed she could hold her own.

"Thanks. I told ya I'm very sly as a fox" She punched but I blocked them.

I grabbed her arm and kicked her gut three times and swept kick her ankles down, "You shouldn't underestimate me!" I pinned her with my foot and gripped her wrists.

"Okay! I give up!" She groaned when I have my foot on her back.

"Then leave before I really hurt you," I warned her.

After she left, I picked what I needed for the cats. I need a backpack to carry them. I came to the aisle where it has backpacks and I grabbed one, putting the supplies I need for my cats. I am sure they love the toys to play with so they don't bored when I'm doing criminal activities. I walked out of the store and jumped to the roof to head back to my lair.

My ears twitched all of a sudden that I'm being followed. I gasped and ducked from a frisbee fan like a boomerang. A feathered fan?! Wait! I have seen it before.

"Mayura," I said coldly as I turned around to see her, "Long time no see. Has Shadow Moth stayed in his cocoon because he's a coward to fight me? I'm not surprised" I zipped my catsuit and crossed my arms.

"Indeed. Seeing that we went too far with that red Doppelgänger." Mayura said.

"Well, he almost had Ladybug killed as well," I said.

"Still angry about that?" Mayura asked.

I scoffed in anger, "Yes." I grabbed the fan without even looking and just tossed it to her and she caught it, "Bringing monsters to life is very dangerous because they have no human emotion. Just like I'm very emotionless like a villain" I said coldly and extend my claws, walking up to her since I know cats eat birds.

"If that's the case, let's see what you got!" She pulled the fan out.

I chuckled evilly and shook my head, "I'm a cat and cats eat birds, Mayura. You're my prey" I ran up and tried to claw her but she moved.

"Not so fast!" She jumps back.

I put my backpack down and ran on all fours to try to pounce her but she's moving around too much, "Stop being a coward and fight you bird!"

"You got it!" She threw her fan at me, hitting me on my back.

"Agh!" I fell but I quickly kip back up and glared, "You're gonna get your feathers ripped off, Mayura!" I ran at her and did a kung fu kick at her face. She jumped and blocked my kick.

"Had you sent Gorizilla? It would have been hard for me." I asked.

"No" She replied and I grabbed her feather dress and tossed her against the chimney wall, hoping that she's stunned from the impact so I can claw her.

"This kitty is gonna feed on you." I taunted her.

Just as I was about to claw her, she grabbed both of my wrists in a quick reflex but I flipped her over me to pin her down, "Tell me, Mayura? Do you see me as an evil villain? Scary, isn't it?" I chuckled and sat on her stomach while pinning her arms down.

"No, just an anti-villain! AAGH!" She got clawed by me.

"Birds like you should fear black cats. I just got my claws done" I chuckled with a smirk and tasted her blood from my claws. I didn't claw her face, just her side waist. I got up and decided to let her live because I'm not a killer.

"Go tell your master I've beaten you," I said to Mayura and picked up my backpack, pole vaulting away.
