(Cat Noir's POV)
I haven't thought of that but she's right. She's the only person that makes me feel human but I don't know how long I'll lose my sanity for sure. Also, I have been feeling a chest wall pain all day due to fighting bad guys during dawn and one of them kicked me really hard between my chest and ribs.
"You okay? You look like you got injured or something" Marinette noticed my hand on my ribs.
"Actually, I've been feeling injured all morning. I didn't have time to get cream for sprains and injuries" I confessed.
"I don't have cream but I have the old traditional Chinese medical kit. Ever heard of acupuncture?" Marinette asked.
"Um yeah, I suppose I could give it a go. I got time for that" I looked at my ring, seeing it's fully charged.
"Okay, but I hope you're strong" Marinette climbed down the ladder to get this traditional Chinese medical needle things.
I looked at the pictures on her wall. She still has a few pics of me of my modeling. I see Nino and Alya together looking hilarious. I miss my best pal. I hope he's okay.
Marinette came back with the Chinese medical kit, "You need to let your body relax, Kitty. Tell me where it hurts" She opened her medical kit and took out the Chinese needles.
I unzipped my catsuit to reveal my bare chest, "Right here near my heart"
"Okay, relax" Marinette started to put the first needles on my chest.
I grunted at how sharp it is in my skin but I stayed still as best as I can.
"Okay, stay still" Marinette shushed and put some more needles.
"Agh….man….I don't understand this traditional Chinese medicine" I grunted and tried not to move.
"There are many types of medical treatments," Marinette said and she put all needles on my chest area, she told me to stay calm and lie down to relax while I wait for the needles to put my muscles to sleep or whatever acupuncture does.
"Trust me this will work," Marinette said, gently touching my hair.
I purred at her touch with my eyes closed, "Oh, princess. Why do you have to be so cute all the time?" I teased her.
"Maybe because I'm the girl who keeps your humanity intact" Marinette jokingly guessed.
"Meow, maybe. But it's not easy to tame this wild and feral cat" I purred.
"Oh, silly kitty" Marinette just shook her head.
"I'm just saying it's hard to catch this feline criminal, princess. No one can catch me" I chuckled.
"Well, maybe I can one day and keep you as my pet" Marinette joked.
"Yeah, until I accidentally scratch one of your fashion designs. Cats can't resist scratching curtains and couches" I teased back at her and she snickered.
"But seriously, I like being a wild cat on the streets. Let's say that I have daddy issues and he doesn't even care about me" I said and looked at the pictures on the wall next to me.
"Oh boy." Marinette replied, "How does it feel now in your chest?" She changed the subject.
"Better but I can't seem to move. It's like my muscles in my chest fell asleep" I said.
"It's normal, Cat Noir. You're in need of recovering" Marinette said.
"Ok thanks" I replied.
"And please don't run out of nine lives whenever you fight alone. You know you have one human life" Marinette said with a little frustration in her voice.
"I'll be careful, Marinette," I said.
"But seriously, why do you like to hunt bad guys? It's obvious that you got no grudge against them. Unless you want to be on top of the food chain" Marinette lies down next to him, waiting to remove the needles off his chest.
"You could say that I'm the apex predator" I joked.
"Hilarious kitty. The next time you go hunting in the wild and ask me to guard the shower room, don't come with blood all over your claws and teeth" Marinette said, being very serious this time.
"Alright, or it looks like a murder scene," I said.
"Well, you never killed anyone" Marinette pets my fake cat ears.
I purred in delight when she did that while my eyes closed due to how calm I am, "Sometimes I do but only to survive. Dealing with psychopaths is not easy"
"I see. Good thing you got no noticeable scars" Marinette replied, seeing no scars on my bare chest.
She removed the needles off my chest but I couldn't move just yet. I guess I have to wait until my chest is awake.
"Hold still" She shushed me to calm down.
I can see her blushing at the sight of my built chest, "You like?" I chuckled.
"Shut up!" She quickly looked away.
"Just kidding" I sat up pulling the zipper up.
"You and your flirty nature. One of these days you'll get slapped, cat boy" Marinette said.
"And miss out on the fun? I don't think so. Thanks for the vet appointment. I'll be on my way" I kissed her cheek.
"You're welcome" She blushed.

I was on the train while wearing my cloak. The passengers were staring at me but I did the creepy stare look to make them stop.
"Good, this cat wants peace and quiet," I said with a low cat hiss and felt the train starting slow down that this is my next stop. I don't care if I'm first because I just want to be open in public as Cat Noir rather than lurk in the shadows.
I got out of the train station and saw Felix on the latest posters. That smile of his looks like he was being forced so that my father doesn't get furious with him. As much I wanna save him it's gonna make him a target to Shadow Moth too. My aunt must be desperate to see her son. Don't worry, Felix. I'll find a solution. I promise.
Only a month away until Paris puts the one-year anniversary of my disappearance. I sighed that half of Paris thinks I'm dead but they found no trace or evidence of my missing 'corpse'. It still hurts me I had to abandon my friends.
There's no going back. I'm sorry guys. But eventually, you'll move on with your lives and I do the same. Suddenly, I hear people screaming. Oh no. Not another akumatized victim again. Where's Ladybug? Looks like I'm gonna have to do this on my own again.
I went to where the disaster is coming from and it was right near my former home. I see Scarabella fighting an akumatized villain that looks like….civilian me? Felix?
He was black and white while his eyes are glowing purple. His weapon is his phone and from what I see, he's trying to take a picture with his phone by flashing her but Scarabella was too fast. What is his villain codename? Looks like I'm gonna have to help Scarabella again.
I ran as fast as I can before Felix tries to grab the earrings.
"You won't get away with this!" Scarabella jumped back.
"Don't stand in my way, whatever bug you are! I'm trying to find my uncle and make him tell me all his secrets! And for the last time! I'm not Adrien! I'm Secret!" Felix who is now Secret tries to flash Scarabella with his akumatized phone but she moved out of the way and the flash hit a pigeon and it turned black and white.
"Oh great! Well then, animals can sometimes hide secrets! What is your secret, bird?" Secret said and on his phone, it translated.
"I fly, I migrate, I steal food" It spoke through the phone.
Okay, so now I observed. His power is to make his victims be forced to tell him their secrets. That's why his Codename is Secret. It's so obvious that he probably got angry about why his uncle is so secretive.
"Well, I'm not the Ladybug you're looking for!" Scarabella said.
"And the secret better stay in the bag!" I got into action.
I saw the pink neon butterfly mask appear in Secret's face, probably my father talking to him, "No! Not until I find my uncle first, Shadow Moth! You can take away my powers but you won't get the miraculous without me!" Secret yelled and went back inside the mansion.
"Let's go! We got to stop him!" Scarabella ran with me.
"No kidding!" I ran and took my staff out.
We saw Secret got the bodyguard black and white and his secrets were told through the phone, "Gabriel is a secretive man, I used to protect Adrien Agreste but he disappeared, I play action figures on my break" The Bodyguard's secrets were spoken on Secret's phone.
"Pathetic!" Secret was about to attack the bodyguard but I rushed in and protect the bodyguard.
"Felix, stop! Don't let Shadow Moth influence you!" I strained and pushed him back.
"I will after I find out your secret!" He was about to use his phone on me but I knocked it out of his hand.
"You think that will stop me?!" Secret laughed evilly that he held out his hand and the phone moved back to him, just like Collector.
He jumped out of the way and went straight to the office. Scarabella and I followed but he threw furniture at us but we dodged them.
"Simmer down, Felix! I know you're upset but come to your senses!" I tried to reason with him but he's way too influenced by my father.
"Lucky charm!" Scarabella summoned her charm and out came a 1990s Kodak camera and she caught it, "A Kodak camera?" She looks at it then at me and the lights, "Cat Noir, take it, I'll turn the lights off"
"What are you….Of course!" I get it now! I dodged Secret's punches.
"Do you really think taking a picture will stop me?!" Secret laughed.
"No, but you look just like Adrien except his eyes are not purple! Smile for the camera!" I taunted and the light turned off into complete darkness.
"Where are you?!" He looked around.
"I'm right here!" I poked his shoulder and flashed the camera at him.
"AGH!" He covered his eyes while holding the akumatized phone, "Are you crazy?! You'll blind my eyes!"
"That's the idea!" I took the phone from him.
"Cataclysm!" I shouted and the akumatized phone turned to coal and the akuma came out.
Scarabella turned the lights back on and quickly caught the akuma in her yoyo to purify it and set it free, "Bye-bye little butterfly. Miraculous Scarabella!" She tossed the lucky charm kodak camera in the air and it turned into magic ladybugs as it scattered about to fix the damage caused by Secret.
Secret got consumed by dark particles and he turned back to Felix, "What the? What am I doing here?"
"Pound it?" Scarabella said but I shook my head 'no' that I'm not a hero anymore but I just high-fived her fist instead.
"You better get going, Scarabella before you transform back. But before you do" I grabbed her yoyo and opened it so I can take the magical charm to give to Felix.
"Take it, this should protect you," I told him.
"From what?" He asked.
"From the akuma. Also, don't let your uncle see it. Trust me" I whispered quietly so that my father doesn't hear.
"Okay then. Thanks" He thanked me.
"I gotta go. I'll let someone you know that you're okay." I said and jumped out the window since my ring is beeping.
