(Cat Noir's POV)

I can't believe a year went by and I survived long enough on the streets. I even steal things to survive on my own and I have forgotten what it was like to be the old me. I became very wild like an animal but I still have a bit of my humanity with me.

Right now I'm fighting Viperion since Ladybug had enough of trying to get me back to the good side. Of course, this snake can predict what I'm about to do whenever he uses Second Chance to go back in time at the exact moment I attack. This was not gonna be easy. So instead, I pretend to take my eyes off of him to think I'm distracted.

"You should never take your eyes off your opp—" He didn't finish when I grabbed his fist and flipped him over, locking his head with my legs and pinning his arm, "AGH!"

"And if you're gonna beat someone, beat them. Don't stand there talking about it" I said and quickly removed the snake miraculous off his wrist and he transformed back to Luka.

"You're incredible you know that?!" Luka exclaims.

"My wild instincts made me stronger," I said.

"Get off!" Luka struggled but that will make it worse when my legs are wrapped around him.

"Gotta tap, Luka. If you struggle, you'll run out of air" I said.

"Aaagh! I surrender!" He taps the ground.

I removed my legs off of him and rolled to the side to get up while holding the snake miraculous and Sass just floating there.

"Tell milady that she's wasting her time. My nine lives are added up and you ran out of venom in your fangs this time" I tossed the snake miraculous back to him and he caught it.

"You can run Noir but you can't hide much longer! Next time she might gather a whole team against you!" Luka leaves me in a huff.

"You can try but I will always win!" I hissed and did a wall jump to head to the roof. I can smell Ladybug is around here. She didn't hire Viperion to stop me! She was observing how I fight!

"I know you're there, Ladybug! Come out or I'll—" I didn't finish when in a reflex, I grabbed her wrist from behind me and flipped her over, locking her head with my legs and pinning her arm.

"Damn you!" Ladybug groaned.

"I told you that I would get faster and stronger like a panther, bugaboo. I knew you were up to something" I chuckled while keeping my grip on her.

"You're becoming a danger to yourself, Cat Noir!" Ladybug said.

"Nuh-uh. I'm becoming a better fighter, milady. I'm not the stupid cat I used to be who never thinks before running into action." I hissed angrily while gripping too hard on her.

"Well, you're still a coward who hides!" Ladybug yelled in anger.

That got me angry and I flipped and pinned her down while I'm on top of her, "What did you say Ladybug? I'll punish you for that. My claws are very sharp and you really don't want to know how painful it feels to get scratched by a feral black cat. Do you?" I said in a menacing act.

"You are because I know you are scared to reveal why you turned evil! You can't run from what you're hiding and you know it! I'm not afraid of you!" Ladybug was not one bit afraid.

"Shut up! I don't have the right to tell you anything, Ladybug! You can hate me all you want but you can't change me back to the old me! You're so insensitive all the time to understand how I feel." I gripped her wrist tightly, "Remember the time you didn't let Chloe be Queen Bee to save her parents that were akumatized? It leads her to give up and join Hawk Moth and now she hates you. Just like I gave up on being a hero because I grew tired of impressing you. How many times have I saved your life or sacrificed myself for you? Tell me, Ladybug?!" I glared at her face, forcing for an answer while I get all the pain out of my chest.

"Countless times you have saved me and I've saved you! But if you want a rough archenemy, you got it!" Ladybug frees herself and kicked me in the gut hard. She got up on an apartment rooftop holding her yo-yo.

"Next time I'll be the one showing no mercy towards you in fighting! You've made all of Paris suffer now! Consider this fight a tie, Ex-hero!" She yelled at me in anger and ran off.

I held my stomach and puked my lunch out due to how hard she kicked me. Great. I coughed out for a few seconds before recovering and looking away from the vomit.

"You're wrong, Ladybug. Paris did not suffer, I suffered a lot." I glared and thought of something to lure her back to me. I ran on all fours and found the jewelry store. It's been a month since I haven't robbed the jewelry store. I see bad guys inside. Time for this cat to eat mice again.

I ran inside doing that pose again, "The big bad kitty's here!"

"Cat Noir?! I was hoping you show up! Still in love with pieces of jewelry like Catwoman?" One of them taunted me.

"What can I say? Bling is my thing. If it doesn't glitter, it ain't gold to me" I said in a sassy tone.

"Well, we're outnumbering you this time!" The leader said.

I analyze them all and I counted 9 bad guys. It shouldn't be a problem because I brought a gun too, "We'll see about that" I chuckled evilly and pulled out my gun. I'm not gonna kill them, I'm gonna shoot their legs to immobilize them.

"GET HIM!" Three of them rushed at me but I leaped up and kicked them in the face and then swooped them off their feet. Another was very buff and I shot him in the legs.

"AAAGH! MY LEG!" He screamed in pain.

"Beware of this cat because he got a gun!" I spun the gun on my finger.

I got tackled by another and was pinned against the wall, causing me to drop the gun, "Agh!" I grunted from the impact but I headbutt the bad guy to get him off me.

"You broke my nose!" He screamed but I threw him at a pillar in the shop.

"Who's next?!" I put my gun in the pocket of my catsuit.

None of them wanna face me, so they chickened out and ran out of the store. Good. Just the way I want them to fear.

"AAAARRRRRROOOOO!" I howled like a wolf in victory due to my wild nature. I grabbed the robbery bag that they left behind. The one who is immobilized, I jumped in midair and stomped his legs as I heard his bones crunch.

"AAAAGGGHHH!" He screamed so loud.

"No more robbery for you. The cops will take care of you" I said. Outside I saw no sign of Ladybug. Maybe she's fed up with even fighting me again. I gathered some golden necklaces and bracelets and put them in a bag. My cat ears twitched that it's her and she's coming this way. Puuuurrrfect! But suddenly she stops down the street, just glaring at me. I can see the hesitation in her eyes. She's afraid to fight me. I know it. Especially my feline eyes glowing due to how dark it is outside at this time of night.

"Aww….what's wrong, bugaboo? Are you afraid of this feral cat? Just because I'm not akumatized?" I taunted her.

"I'm not afraid of you! And I'm not gonna hold back to fight you if you think!" I saw her clench her fists tight.

I purred in seduction and put the bag down near the dumpster, "Don't underestimate yourself, milady. I got nine lives, you only have one. Cats always land on their feet" I flirted and waited for her to make her move at me.

"I'm not interested in fighting you now. I'm just warning you one last time!" Ladybug said with sharp anger.

"Meow and I'm not afraid to do this!" I ran on all fours, tackling her, and kissed her hard on the lips. Love conquers hate and I bet she can't resist my lips this time. Don't fight it, bugaboo.

But she shoves me off, "Forget it, you said you never wanted love, did you?!" She replied.

"I said I don't feel love in my heart, Ladybug. And you'll never forget our first kiss that you had to break the spell for me. I may not remember it but it proves that only true love's first kiss can break a curse or a spell" I chuckled evilly and made my way to leave as I grabbed the jewelry bag, "After all, our sweet ice cream maker was right all along. We are made for each other. You're the only one who doesn't see that because you're blind. You don't know who I am underneath the mask" I smirked and walked into the alley.

Ladybug didn't reply, still mad at me. Someday she'll think about what I said is very true.

The next day, I drove my Ducati as a civilian while Plagg was in my jacket. I am a coward but being a criminal makes me feel tough and strong to not feel fear at all. Ladybug is right that I am hiding something from her but I can't tell her why. I can't put her in danger. There's no going back to being a superhero because Paris praises Ladybug more than me.

"Plagg, claws out" I transformed into Cat Noir and decided to rob movies from the media store. Movies help me stay sane so I don't go crazy. I parked my bike near the store and removed my helmet. Customers walking out of the store saw me and ran off, thinking I'm gonna harm them. I rolled my eyes and grabbed my backpack so I can rob. If Ladybug stops me, I'm not holding back this time. But she didn't show up this time. Customers inside the store moved out of my way due to that I'm a criminal, a cat burglar, and a feral cat. Good. I went to the DVD section to grab a few movies related to horror movies like Underworld, Bloodrayne, Resident Evil, and a few comedy movies too.

After stealing, I went outside and I got on my Ducati, and drove away from the store. I may have been a hero but now I have embraced how to be Paris's number one criminal. Ladybug and I may not be a duo but she gave her word she never leaves me. But the future waits for me. Sooner or later Shadow Moth will fall by me.
