"Where are they?" Maddie asked, worry for her son.
"We look all over town, Mrs. Fenton! We can't find Danny!" Sam said.
"What about you girls?" Tucker asked, Cerberus.
"We can't pick up anything in town. We think they left." They said.
"Left?! Why would Danny leave?!" Maddie asked.
"It's not just Master Danny, Azazel is gone too!" Cerberus said.
"Azazel? But why would she leave?" Tucker asked.
Everyone didn't know why. Then one of the three triplets pecks their ears up.
"Oh! What if they went to the Garden of Eden!" She said.
"HUH?" Everyone else asked.
"Oh! Maybe they went to find that item to give Master Danny his sight back!" Another said.
"Yeah, we miss Master Danny's blue eyes." The third said.
"Even though they remind you of an angel?" Sam asked.
Cerberus nods. Truthfully, all the girls wanted to help give Danny his sight back. Azazel beat them to the punch. Plus, Danny had powers and Azazel was with him. They weren't too worried. After all, Azazel was an angel. She would never hurt Danny.
With Danny and Azazel...
The two flew through the air, holding each other hands. Not because they like the feeling, because Danny still couldn't see, and he was letting Azazel lead the way.
"Hey, Azazel? Have you ever been to the Garden of Eden?" Danny asked.
"No." She said.
"Then where are we going?" Danny asked.
Azazel stops and thought about it. Where was she going? She never bothers to ask anyone where the garden was. However, she could feel something telling where it was and she was going in the right direction.
"I'm not fully sure, but I feel I know where it is." She said.
"You feel?" Danny asked.
"I'm not sure how to explain it, but I know the way," Azazel said.
Danny raises an eyebrow, but he trusted Azazel. They started to fly again, and Azazel let the feeling guide her. She had no idea what the item would look like, but she was ready to do anything to get Daniel's sight back.
They flew on for a few more hours before Azazel could see something. Something that was out of place. Due to being blind, Danny couldn't see where the garden was. Azazel flew up to the gates and lands on the ground.
"Azazel?" Danny asked.
"Found it." She said.
They started to walk up to the gates before someone appear in front of them.
"Halt! You're trespasser on holy grounds!"
"Uriel?!" Azazel said, surprised.
"Azazel?" He said back.
"Another Angel?" Danny asked.
"A mortal? You bought a mortal?" He asked Azazel.
"Uriel, this is Daniel. The boy who's is known to be traveling to heaven when his time comes." Azazel said.
"Yes, father spoke of him. By why did you bring him here? This place is off-limits to everyone." He asked.
"Daniel has his sight taken from him. I came to find the item to give it back." Azazel said.
"He lost his sight? Azazel, everyone loses their sight. It might stop him from learning where the garden is but..." Uriel started.
"A demon took his sight." She said, cutting him off.
"What?" He asked.
"I sure you heard that Daniel has been reforming Demons, and one of demon's ex-boyfriend attack him. We all grown to like his blue eyes and want to see them again. I already asked father and he said he wouldn't return them, but he trusted me to do so." Azazel said.
"Even so, I can't let anyone in," Uriel said.
Azazel grew angry but remember something else. She reaches into her pocket and pulls out the medallion that Lucifer gave her. She shows it to Uriel, who was shocked.
"Where did you get that?" He asked.
"Someone that trusted me very much," Azazel said, knowing not all angels like the fact she was friends with Lucifer.
Uriel hmms to himself before looking at the two.
"Azazel, as you know the Tree of Life is known to be here. If you are here for the tree..." He started.
"We're not here for the tree. All I want to find is the item our father left here, and give Daniel his sight back. I also have a feeling we can't take it out of the garden." Azazel said.
"You are correct. Very Well, I will allow you two entries. But if you harm the garden in form, you will never be able to enter it again. With or without our father's permission." He said.
"Thank you," Azazel said and leads Danny into the gates.
"Heh, never thought I see her go so far for a mortal. Looks like the rumors are true." Uriel smirks.
Once they step past the gates, Azazel gasps in shock. She couldn't believe how the garden looks. After all, no one has seen the garden for centuries. She was about to ask Danny what he thought, but remember he was blind. It was a bit of a shame, but she did come for a reason.
"Come on, Danny." She said, holding his hand.
She leads him through the garden, seeing many plants and animals. She remembers this was where the first humans were made. And now, she and Danny were inside the same garden. She shook her head. He can't let her mind take in everything. She might be curious, but she needs to find the item and give Daniel's sight back.
"Azazel, do you know where you're going?" Danny asked.
"I think so." She said, unsure.
"Azazel?" Danny asked again.
She stops and started to think. She had no idea what the item looks like or where it was. And with Danny being blind, she couldn't ask him for help. She then caught something shining in the corner of her eye. She grabs Danny's hand and started to lead him through the garden. It didn't take them long to reach some rocks that were full of Chalices. Azazel was surprised. She heard the tale, but having them move into the garden?
"The Holy Grail?" She asked.
"The what?" Danny asked.
"The name that you humans have come to call the Chalice that our brother use before his death."
Azazel turns and saw Uriel walking up to them. He stops at the Chalices and faces them.
"Azazel, I know you wish to return Daniel's sight but to do that. You must first pass a test. All but one Chalice will return his sight. The rest will kill him." He said.
Azazel was surprised at that. If she chooses the wrong one, she'll kill Danny. She looks over each of them, many were cover in jewels and were gold. But she notices how different some were. Her eyes landed on one that really stood out. It wasn't cover in jewels, nor did it look like it was in gold color. It looks just like a normal Chalice, worn down from ages of uses. She picks it up and looks over the cup. She looks at Uriel, who points to a small stream. Azazel fills it with water and looks over at Danny. She knew she couldn't drink it, and Danny was the only one that could.
"Azazel, I trust you." He said, knowing she was looking at him.
She nods and steps up. She helps Danny grabs the Chalice and made a small payer. Danny took a sip of the water and waited. Nothing happened. Azazel turns to Uriel, who nodded.
"Well, done." He said, causing her to release her breath she didn't know she was holding.
"So, why can't I see?" Danny asked.
"Drink the water will heal some of the pain. But you must pour it on your injury to fully heal yourself." Uriel said.
"Azazel, can you help me?" Danny asked.
She nods and flew up to him. Danny removes the band from his eyes and turns back into his human form. Azazel flew up and carefully pour the pour on them. Danny hisses in pain as he turns away from Azazel and tries to fight the pain. Azazel grew worried and tries to check on him.
"Daniel?" She asked.
Danny started to relax and stood up. Azazel saw him look around before facing her, his clear blue eyes shining like the sun itself.
"I can see." He said.
Azazel smiles and drops the Chalice before hugging Danny. Danny was surprised but hugs her back. Uriel smiles as he picks up the Chalice.
"Well done." He said.
"Hold on. I recall being told that Chalice was used during the time Jesus walk the earth, but why did Lucifer say it was given to the first humans?" Danny asked.
"Our father only said that to ensure the garden remains hidden. He knows some people will try to seek the garden out, and find what they could be looking for. It wasn't until our brother came and ask me to hide the Chalice in the garden. Lucky, many people forgot the garden existed, and it has remained hidden since." Uriel said.
Danny looks around, taking in the sight of the garden. To think he was in the Garden of Eden, home of the first man and woman. Adam and Eve. He was the first person to step in the garden for centuries and he was probably going to be the last. Still, he understood why the garden was hidden for so long.
"Uriel, I promise on my life, I will keep this garden a secret. I will not tell anyone where this place is." He said.
Uriel smiles and nods. He knew Danny was a good kindred soul.
"Thank you. Now let me help you find the gates." He said.
A bit later...
The gates close, and Uriel stood by them again. Azazel turns and him, surprising the angel a bit.
"Thank you." She said.
Uriel smiles and hugs her back.
"Anything for a fellow angel." He said.
Danny then walks up and shook his hand.
"Thanks for giving us a chance. It's nice to finally see you." Danny punned.
"I'm fully aware that you are signed to go to heaven. It's nice to finally meet the one that will." Uriel said.
Danny turns into his ghost form and grabs Azazel's hand. They turn around to fly away but stops when they notice some else was with them.
"Plasmius!" Danny growls.
"Hello, Daniel," Vlad smirks.
"How did he?!" Azazel asked, shocked.
"You follow us, didn't you!?" Danny said, knowing his enemy.
"I did, and to think the Garden of Eden would actually exist was a nice surprise." He said.
"No way, Vlad! I know what you're planning! You want to use whatever is in that garden for your world-conquering plans. I already promise to keep this garden hidden and I will keep it from you misusing it!" Danny said.
"Same here!" Azazel said, floating next to Danny.
"I have heard of you, Vladimir. I will not let you inside the garden, even if that means laying down my life." Uriel said, pulling out a flaming sword.
"You're outnumbered, Vlad. And I bet God already knows you're here. Even if you come back to this garden, there will be no way for you to get in!" Danny said.
"Come now, Daniel, have you forgotten? I'm never without a plan." Vlad said.
Danny then felt something. Something that told him to looks at the gates. He turns and saw Vlad by them, ready to phase inside. He quickly flew down, and grabs Vlad by the cape, and pulls him away. Vlad was actually surprised to see Daniel stoping his little plan.
"Very good, Daniel. I was partly hoping you would catch on." He said, smirking.
'I didn't. Something told me to look at the gates. Maybe the Chalice gave me more than my sight back?' Danny thought.
Azazel lands next to Danny and drew her sword. She knew just the kind of man Vlad was, and she knew not to let her guard down.
"Vladimir Masters, as an angel of God, I will not allow you to misused the garden in any form! Your soul is doom for hell, I'm sure Lucifer has many plans for you!" She said.
"Maybe, but I'll have the word under my fist before then, as well as Maddie," Vlad said, smirking.
"Never going to happen!" Danny said.
Vlad felt his power return and knew that the other angel took down his double. Uriel lands next to them and all three stood ready.
"Well, you know what they say, to make an omelet, you have to break a few eggs," Vlad said.
Okay, Danny got his sight back and Vlad found the garden. I wasn't planning on stopping here. I wanted to cover the fight and have Danny and Azazel fuse. However, I need a little more time to plan the fight.
Now, I do have the next few chapters planned out. After the fusion, I was planning on going back to Cerberus. I was told about this in the reviews, and I even saw a fan comic about it, but I might play off the idea of the three girls combining into one. Something for Cerberus to do during their time with Danny.
After that, I was going to cover Modeus again. Not sure on that one just yet.
And for those that are wondering about my Lemon Spin-Off, it's still coming. I'm just having a hard time planning out Danny's and Pandemonica's build-up. As in, what should they do before having sex? I don't mean like, they just wrapping their arms around each other and kiss. I mean, what are they doing to go into it.
