[a/n:2 I am finally back lads and ladies with my tech now fix up ... oh I will not be going into all of the backstories of canon crew members but I will summarize them.]

chapter 5

Zoro was still tied to his post as he dreams of an old friend who he made a promise to, only to be jolted awake and see Luffy just standing there. Zoro who had gotten sick of the straw hat boy looking at him, green-haired swordsmen asked: "What do you what now kid?" Luffy just stared at him for a few minutes before saying "the brat broke his end of the deal by tomorrow you will be dead" Zoro did not look the least bit surprised in the least he knew that there was a chance that Hellmepo would betray him but he just didn't what to accept it.

Zoro then said with a sigh "fine I will join, but you got to get my sword's from that idiot captain's son, oh and I do not care about the two black swords but the one in the white sheet is my treasure." Luffy then nodded and said after looking back at the wall "you can come out now Coby." and so the pink-haired wimp crawled over the walls of the fort, landed on his ass, and then scrambled over to Luffy and asked, "how did you know I followed you?" "You are not as stealthy as you think Coby." the pink-haired boy just slumped as Luffy started to walk towards the base.

{marin base roof top}

Hellmempo was currently wining to his father Morgan, who was overseeing a massive statue being put atop his base, just kept ignoring him until the blond brat said "You never hit me so why should he?!" Morgan then turned around and pushed him square in the face and said, "the only reason I have not hit you is that you're a fool that is not even worth hitting." a voice that morgan did not recognize then said, "you got that right, he is less than garbage." it was Luffy. the straw hated boy just looked on at the statue and remembered the teachings of his gramps, then said "tempest kick." and in an eye blink the statue was destroyed

as the statue fell Luffy grabbed Hellempo and ran as Morgan yelled out "kill him he destroyed my statue!" "Captain there is someone in the courtyard!" a random soldier alerted the Marine Captain who looked like he was about to pop a blood vessel. "traitors everywhere," Morrigan said in a low voice filled with a bursting rage.

{in the yard}

Coby was attempting to untie the so-called 'devil bounty hunter' but as he did so he failed to see an orange-haired girl enter the base in all of the confusion that Luffy was causing. 'someone must be rocking the boat.' the girl thought.

{in the base hallways}

as Luffy ran as he asked Hellmempo where Zoro's swords as he slammed the brat's head against the floor 'in the room that we just pasted." Hellmempo said in a weak voice. just then Luffy saw several marines in his path 'stop you are under arrest." the lead marine said "no way, but go ahead and shoot. "Luffy said as he put Hellmempo up like a meat shield he then ran as the marines would not risk hitting the captions 'lovely' son. after running for a few minutes he found Hellmempo's room ... but it looks like a room for a drag queen, not a boys room, it was then he noticed 3 swords on the other side of the room. "wait there are 3 .. meh better take all of them." Luffy said as he threw his hostages' at the wall and picked up the trio of swords. As he prepared to walk out the door he saw , Morgan and some of his goons getting ready to shoot Coby and Zoro and with one big gum gum rocket he lurched himself out of the window with Zorro's swords and all.

{in the yard}

'no' Zoro thought to him self as the shots where fired only for theme to be blocked by the straw hat himself Luffy who had just landed and as the bullets bounced back and the marine goons the swords men can only ask "what are you?" Luffy then looked to him and said with a massive grin "I am the man who will be the king of the pirates' and have a crew to match."

Zoro looked at Luffy for a minute before asking " I get the first part ,but what the heck do you mean by 'a crew to match'?" Luffy looked at Zoro as if he was a moron and replied "It means I got a big crew, what else could it mean?"
