"Did you know she had a brother?" Rin whispered to the others.
"Of course not." Len shook his head.
"What should we do?" Kaito asked, only to be met with Meiko shrugging her shoulders.
The four didn't know what to do with the duo until Miku suddenly came in, wheeling in some speakers and a microphone.
"Okay, bro." Miku cheerfully said. "We can sing now!"
"What? Sing?" Meiko said in confusion.
"It's a family thing."
Miku noticed Girlfriend shaking her head. "What?" Girlfriend's eyes darted around until the pigtailed girl realized something, frowning. "Oh yeah, we're a fanfic."
"...What?" Len said, dumbfounded.
"We're in a fanfiction." Miku said, matter of factly, as if it was a normal, well known thing. "Welp, we can't really sing because of copyrighted lyrics. I mean, we can, but the author would be in trouble." She simply shrugged if off, ignoring her friends' expressions. "I guess we can get sushi or something."
"Beep." Boyfriend agreed, with Girlfriend giving her thumbs up.
As Miku, Boyfriend, and Girlfriend left the room, Rin can't help but to ask, "So, does that mean all of this was absolutely pointless?"
"I guess." Len could only shrug.
"...Sushi?" Kairto said.
"Yeah." "Sure." "I don't know what else to do now."
"Wait, don't forget about me!" Luka, who was added at the last second, shouted, running after them.
