Author's Note: This is a drabble. Which means that the fic is only about a hundred words long.
Tuesday night we found out we had to put our dog to sleep. She had so many problems that there was nothing that could be done, she wasn't eating and she was in so much pain that the painkillers weren't working.
Rather appropriately, it was raining. And I just couldn't find it in me to cry more then a few tears, even as much as I loved her.
Once again this was written in my health class. (The last drabble -- also my first --was written in health class. If you're interested go here: http// pommedesang. com /efiction /viewstory. php? sid4581)

Tattered robes, streaked with blood and grime, clothed a worn figure. An old soul of young body and older mind. Not even wizened Dumbledore had seen more evil than this man-child.
Burned and blood-stained hands were lifted, catching droplets of moisture. A head of snarled ebony tilted back, incomprehension filled lifeless eyes. They fell from the sky, never cleansing.
A choked prayer, "As I may not, may the Heavens' cry my tears." He collapsed upon a broken body. Burning crimson eyes forever closed. Dull emerald followed as the winds stole his last breath.
Rain mixed the blood of the fallen.
