GOD'S LOVE
Everyone was mourning.
He was in the hospital.
No one knew why he was dieing or how he got sick, but today he called me in for the first time.
I entered the room that brother occupied
I was just staring at the wall remembering how it was when our father had left.
His mother was holding his hand and she told him"Now that your dad's gone you're the new man of the house. O.k. ed?"
"You're going to have to love al."
"You're going to have to love him as much as your dad did."
And then when mom died… I was forced to love you as much as mom did and three times as much as dad.
And then I realized……I had no life left
Ed tells al
"I love you…"
Al was shocked.

And then I realized……I had no life left.
I watched as brother clapped his hands and placed them on my metal chest.
I…I barely recognized that I was standing on a alchemical sign.
By then it was to late.
I held on to Ed….yelling his name.
But he just smiled as his body began to dissolve.
Then I realized……maybe Ed was right.
MAYBE SOME DAY WE CAN MAKE UP
ALL THE LOVE AL NEVER HAD. O.K. ED?
