WARNING! BLOOD, ABUSE!
So, basically, Leo messed up. And he hated himself for it. While Leo was talking to Piper and Jason, he made a your mom joke, something that made them angry, since neither of them had a mom, something Leo could relate to. Leo felt really bad.
"You don't even know how hard it is growing up without a mother." Piper had said. Leo couldn't blame her though. She didn't know about his past. "Go think about what you just said."
Jason didn't even say anything. He only had a hint of disappointment in his sky-blue eyes. Piper had anger in her blue/green/brown eyes.
Leo now sat in his dorm, looking at the box. Justin was hanging out with friends, so he could take one. Leo decided against it. He didn't want to end up like Theresa.
FLASHBACK
Theresa looked down at a crying, slightly younger Leo. He was bleeding on the floor crying. Theresa had a belt in her hand and a wild look in her evil, green eyes.
Leo tried to be in control, and not let his powers overcome him, but it was too hard. Theresa grabbed his hand, ready to throw him in the closet, but his hand caught fire, burning Theresa's hand.
What about Leo? Leo was immune to fire. He could control it as well,without getting burned. Leo took his chance, getting up on his feet, something that hurt more than your pet dying in Minecraft, and grabbed his backpack from under his bed.
He ran past Theresa, trough the door, and outside. He ran so fast he could, trying to ignore the pain in his legs. He then turned in an alleyway, hopping in a sewer, to hide from the police. He knew his wounds probably would get infected, and that he would end up in a hosptal, but everything was better than being with Theresa. She was basically the devil in human form.
He then proceeded to pass out because of exhaustion.
FLASHBACK OVER
Yeah, Leo definently did NOT want to end up like Theresa.
